"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian metode penilaian tingkat maturitas Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) sebagai metode untuk menilai kinerja BLU, khususnya perguruan tinggi BLU yang memiliki karakteristik seperti PKN STAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian tingkat maturitas BLU, secara garis besar, telah sesuai dengan metode penilaian kinerja lain, seperti penilaian tingkat kesehatan BUMN dan kriteria akreditasi BAN-PT. Meskipun demikian, terdapat penyesuaian yang harus dilakukan yaitu dengan membedakan aspek penilaian berdasarkan jenis layanan dan ukuran sebuah BLU. Selain itu, penilaian tingkat maturitas BLU juga harus disesuaikan untuk mengakomodasi penilaian bagi BLU yang tidak memperoleh pendapatan sehingga tetap dapat memenuhi tingkat kemandirian.

This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the BLU maturity level assessment method as a method for assessing Public Service Agencies’ (BLU) performance, especially BLU university which have characteristics such as PKN STAN. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the assessment of the maturity level of BLU, in general, is in accordance with other performance assessment methods, such as the assessment of the soundness level of BUMN and BAN-PT accreditation criteria. Even so, there are adjustments that must be made, namely by differentiating aspects of the assessment based on the type of service and the size of a BLU. In addition, BLU's maturity level assessment must also be adjusted to accommodate assessments for BLUs that do not receive income so that they can still meet the level of independence."

"Pemerintah berencana untuk memperluas distribusi listrik di daerah pedesaan, maka rata-rata permintaan untuk tiang listrik baja di Indonesia diperkirakan akan meningkat. Harus ada perusahaan yang mampu untuk memasok tiang listrik baja ke daerah pedesaan. Selama tahun 2017 – 2018 masih terdapat keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan tiang listrik di atas 50%. Hal ini tentu bisa menghambat proses distribusi listrik. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penilaian kinerja rantai pasok pada dua perusahaan manufaktur tiang listrik selama tahun 2017 – 2019. Dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode SCOR (Supply Chain Operation References) untuk menentukan indikator kinerja yang akan dinilai dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap indikator kinerja, serta fish bone diagram untuk menentukan faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok pada dua perusahaan manufaktur tiang listrik dan menentukan faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan. Indikator kinerja yang dinilai berjumlah 21 pada perusahaan BP dan 22 pada perusahaan DH. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indikator kinerja perusahaan BP pada tahun 2017 sebesar 66,30; tahun 2018 sebesar 71,11 dan tahun 2019 sebesar 80,13. Sedangkan nilai indikator kinerja perusahaan DH adalah 61,18 pada tahun 2017, 64,12 pada tahun 2018 dan 74,85 pada tahun 2019. Terdapat satu indikator yang memiliki nilai kinerja paling rendah selama tahun 2017 - 2019 pada kedua perusahaan yaitu Delivery Fill Rate on Time (DFROT). Faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan pada perusahaan BP dan DH adalah pada kategori method yang meliputi lamanya waktu pengiriman, produktifitas yang rendah dan kurang koordinasi antar berbagai pihak.

Government plans to expand electricity distribution in rural areas, so average demand for steel electric poles in Indonesia is expected to increase. There must be a company that can afford to supply steel electric poles to locations in rural areas. During 2017 - 2018 there were still delays in fulfilling electric pole orders above 50%. This certainly can hamper electricity distribution process. This study examines supply chain performance assessment in two electric pole manufacturing during 2017 - 2019. The approach used is SCOR (Supply Chain Operation References) method to determine performance indicators to be assessed and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to determine the weights of each performance indicator, and fish bone diagram to determine factors causing delays in fulfilling orders. The purpose of this study is to assess performance of Supply Chain in two steel electric pole manufacturing companies and determine factors causing delays in fulfilling order. Performance indicators assessed amounted to 21 in BP companies and 22 in DH companies. The results of this study are the value of BP's company performance indicators in 2017 at 66,30; in 2018 at 71,11 and in 2019 at 80,13. While the DH company performance indicator values are 61,18 in 2017, 64,12 in 2018 and 74,85 in 2019. There is one indicator that has lowest performance value during 2017- 2019 in both companies, namely Delivery Fill Rate on Time (DFROT). Factors causing delays in fulfilling orders at BP and DH companies is method category which includes the length of delivery time, low productivity and lack of coordination"

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja yang merupakan salah satu faktor sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena dapat dipergunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengukur kinerja sumber daya manusia di salah satu perusahaan MIGAS melalui penetapan prioritas sasaran strategis beserta Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada Peta Strategi melalui metode Analytical Network Process. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 16 sasaran strategis, dan terdapat 20 leading indicator dan 17 lagging indicator. Hasil pembobotan prioritas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan lebih memfokuskan kepada perspektif operasional, baru kemudian perspektif finansial, perspektif strategis, dan terakhir adalah perspektif pelanggan. Dari hasil perancangan dan pengukuran ini diperoleh perencanaan perancangan Human Resource Scorecard yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan.

This study discusses the importance of performance measurement in a company because it can be used to assess the success of the company. The purpose of this study is to design and measure the performance of a MIGAS company using the Human Resource Scorecard approach by establshing the priority weight of strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators on the Strategy Map through the Analytical Network Process. Results of this study are acquiring 16 strategic objectives, and 20 leading indicators and 17 lagging indicators. Results of the priority weight show that the company is more focused on the operational perspective, then the financial perspective, strategic perspective, and the last is the customer perspective. From the design and measurement results obtained from this study, a plan of the Human Resoure Scorecard design was created that can be used by the company.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metoda survei. Data didapat dari kuisioner kepada responden terkait pada pengembangan waste management proyek bangunan gedung di PT X. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu statistik.

Construction Business is the most dominant activity for business development in Indonesia today . The number of the current construction project would generate waste construction material very much , if not managed properly . The diversity of construction waste that is in the project has its own influence on cost control in the project , so we need a good management of the system and planned . This study was conducted to see how much influence the development of waste management systems material generated from construction activities at the job structure) toward the performance of the final cost of building projects at PT X. The method used was a survey method . Data obtained from the questionnaires to the respondents related to the development of the waste management system building construction projects in PT X. Data processing was performed using statistic tools.

"ABSTRAK
Proyek dengan jenis kontrak EPC memiliki risiko yang sangat variatif dan sering kali menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kontraktor EPC. Proses engineering merupakan fase yang sangat penting dari kehidupan proyek EPC karena akan mempengaruhi kelangsungan fase-fase setelahnya. Dalam proses engineering, keterlambatan merupakan salah satu masalah yang paling kerap terjadi. Berangkat dari masalah tersebut, perlu dilakukan suatu kajian mengenai risiko kinerja engineering yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan survey di salah satu kontraktor EPC terkemuka di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis penentuan peringkat risiko berbasis AHP. Setelah ditemukan risiko-risiko dominan, dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai respon terhadap risiko-risiko tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Project with EPC contract comes with various risks and often cause negative impact to EPC contractor. Engineering process is a very important phase in the life of the EPC life itself, because it is the root of the phases that follows. In engineering process, delay is one of the critical problems that often causes loss to the contractor. In view of these facts, it was thought necessary to conduct a research in engineering performance factors that affect project schedule performance. This research was carried out by performing a survey in one of reputable EPC contractor in Indonesia. Based on the survey data, an analysis utilizing AHP was conducted to obtain the dominant risks. And lastly, there was a further research about the risk responses to the dominant risks."

"Being a globally competitive manufacturer of premier product brands has been a vision for PT. X as a multinational company. PT. X has been developing competitiveness edge continuously, one way of other goes through employee performance improvement. In the view of the fact that the biggest proportion of employee hold by Production Department, the company realized that they need a suitable performance appraisal system. Particularly for leadership skill performance appraisal, HRD has applied 360° feedback method as a tool to evaluate the performance of their employees. However the success of managing and application of 360° feedback method is determined by system support that can accommodate the company's needs.
This research has an objective to review correlation between the organization climate, the 360° feedback method training, and the management support to the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal, case study at PT.X. Production Department was determined as research's population from manager level to operator level with total of 298 employees. Based on Krejcie table, 165 samples were required, with disproportionate random sampling method to represent all strata.
Ken & Blanchard told that situation - organization climate was important in managing performance. While Edward & Ewen told that training was required to gain optimum benefit from 3600 feedback performance appraisal. In other side Armstrong told us that performance management is the process that was controlled by management to improve organization performance.
Five parts closed questionnaire was applied to collect the data. First eight questions are related with socio-demography. Second thirteen questions represent organization climate (XI). The third part consists of nine questions represent 3600 feedback method training (X2). While fourth seventh questions represent management support (X3). The last part with twelve questions represent the implementation of 3600 feedback method performance appraisal (Y).
Data processing and analysis was calculated with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 10.0. A correlation analysis of sociodemography characteristic to the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal was acquired from cross tabulation while correlation between organization climate, 3600 feedback method training, management support to the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal was calculated with Rho Spearman method.
The research showed that the socio-demographic characteristic, only employee's age and education background has a connection with the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal.
Based on Rho Spearman statistic correlation, the organization climate (Xi) and the implementation of 360° feedback performance appraisal (Y) showed r = 0.252 with 0.002 significance value. Correlation of the 360° feedback method training (X2) and the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal (Y) showed value of r = 0.494 with 0.000 significance value. Finally, correlation of the management support (X3) and the implementation of 360° feedback performance appraisal (Y) showed value of r = 0.392 with 0.000 significance value.
As a conclusion, those three variables above, organization climate, 3600 feedback method training and management support were expected to be improved and enhanced to support the implementation of 3600 feedback performance appraisal (Y). Hence we hope the company will maintain and gain competitive advantage continuously."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengungkapan kinerja berbasis Web dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pasar modal dan pasar produk apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan kinerja berbasis Web oleh perusahaan. Total observasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 perusahaan dalam Indeks Kompas100 pada tahun 2013.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan kinerja berbasis Web oleh perusahaan dalam Indeks Kompas100 masih tergolong cukup rendah, yaitu sebesar 40%. Selain itu, dari delapan faktor gabungan pasar modal dan produk, hanya empat faktor yang berpengaruh signifkan terhadap pengungkapan kinerja berbasis Web oleh perusahaan, yaitu leverage, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, time horizon (perusahaan dengan hubungan jnagka panjang dengan konsumen dan perusahaan yang bersifat monopoli) dan tingkat investasi modal.

The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the extent of Web-based performance disclosure and to analyze thecapital and product market factors that affect Web-based performace disclosure of firms. The total observation in this research contains of 62 firms in Kompas100 Index during 2013.
The result shows that the extent of Web-based performance disclosure is still rather low, which is 40%. In addition, from eight capital and product market factors altogether, only four factors turn out to significantly affect firms Web-based performace disclosure, which are leverage, concentrated ownership, time horizon (firms with long-term relationship with customers and monopolistic firms) and capital investment intensity.
