"Dewasa ini masyarakat menjadi lebih kritis dalam mengamati proses bisnis suatu perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan keadaan alam dan lingkungan sosialnya dan tidak hanya mencari keuntungan ekonomi saja. Hal ini semakin didorong dengan munculnya beberapa peraturan atau UU yang mewajibkan perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan CSR. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis implementasi CSR yang berkelanjutan pada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur dalam industri jamu dan obat tradisional yaitu PT. SidoMuncul. Implementasi CSR yang berkelanjutan ini tidak hanya dengan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan melakukan kegiatan sosial saja tetapi dengan mengimplementasikan CSR dalam supply chain perusahaan. Supply chain yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini terbagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu aktivitas R&D, aktivitas produksi, dan dalam hubungannya dengan konsumen. Skripsi ini juga membahas mengenai value added yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan CSR dalam supply chain ini. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi CSR dalam supply chain pada PT. SidoMuncul telah dijalankan dengan baik dan memberikan value added yang salah satunya adalah peningkatan penjualan.
Recently society becomes more critical in observing company?s business process to pay attention for its environment and social communities and not only looking for economic gain. It is increasingly driven by the emergence of some rules or laws that require companies to do corporate social responsibility. This paper discusses the analysis of implementation of the sustainable corporate social responsibility at a manufacturing company in the herbal industry and traditional medicine, PT. SidoMuncul. Implementation of sustainable CSR is not only to protect the environment and do social activities but also b implementing CSR in the supply chain of the company. Supply chain discussed in this paper is divided into three parts, namely R & D activities, production activities, and relationship with consumers. This paper also discusses the value added gained by the company in implementing CSR in the supply chain. From this study, I find that the implementation of CSR in the supply chain at PT. SidoMuncul has been run well and provide value added, one of the value added is an increase in sales."

Kalbe Farma Tbk. yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri farmasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap pelaksanaan CSR di PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. berdasarkan teori Hendeberg?s CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. sebagian besar telah meliputi kriteria-kriteria dari Hendeberg's CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line.

"Despite the long history of corporate social responsibility (CSR) research, few studies have focused on CSR activities related to business partners in supply chains. In this regard, we investigate whether internal (or backward) CSR enhances firm value. Using an index from the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, which indicates whether a firm shares its profits with business partner companies, we find that firm value increases as this backward CSR increases. Further, after controlling for internal CSR, firms engaged only in external CSR have lower firm value than non-CSR firms. Interestingly, we find that firms involved in both internal and external CSR have higher value. Overall, by showing that internal CSR is a core activity that enhances firm value, our study provides policy implications for the regulatory bodies of different countries."

"Implementasi CSR PT Bio Farma dilakukan melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak dan masyarakat melalui empat pilar yaitu Sehat Bersama BF, Cerdas Bersama BF, Mandiri Bersama BF, dan Hijau Bersama BF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program tersebut berdasarkan observasi di lapangan dan merekomendasikan strategi tepat sasaran dan tujuan dalam mengimplementasikan CSR di desa Sukamulya, Sukabumi. Berdasarkan sintesis kerangka konseptual, 12 dari 17 kriteria telah dipenuhi dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi strategisnya adalah aggressive. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, usulan strategi pengembaan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu mengembangkan pertanian terpadu yang terintegrasi dengan budidaya ikan koi, meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya ikan koi agar dapat dipasarkan lebih luas serta membuka lapangan kerja baru berdasarkan potensi desa di bidang pertanian dan perikanan."

"Penelitian ini membahas program Corporate Social Responsibility di PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, yaitu Program Peduli Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi sebuah program CSR dapat membentuk reputasi perusahaan di mata stakeholder-nya. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui implementasi program ini sudah sangat baik tapi belum ditunjang oleh strategi komunikasi yang dapat membentuk identitas perusahaan secara luas. Meskipun demikian, program CSR Peduli Pendidikan terbukti dapat membentuk reputasi perusahaan di mata para peserta program. Untuk masa mendatang, penelitian ini dapat dilengkapi dengan penelitian kuantitatif sehingga dapat menjangkau responden yang lebih banyak dan pengukuran reputasi yang lebih luas.
This research discusses the CSR Program in PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, namely Peduli Pendidikan program. The research uses qualitative method in order to describe how the implementation of a CSR program could form the reputation of a company by its stakeholder. The research discovered that the implementation of the program is already been well-executed but haven?t been supported by a communication strategy that could help build the corporate identity. However, the Peduli Pendidikan program is proved to have been succesfull in forming the corporate reputation on its participant. For the future, this research should be equiped with a quantitative research so that it would be able to reach a wider respondent and more thorough research on reputation."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan program Corporate Social Responsibility "Broadband Learning Center" (BLC) yang dilakukan PT Telkom, Tbk di Pulau Pramuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran dan fungsi humas PT Telkom, Tbk serta manfaat yang diperoleh masyarakat Pulau Pramuka atas program CSR tersebut. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan, CSR dilakukan oleh Divisi Community Development Center, namun PR tetap mengawasi dan mengomunikasikan program kepada masyarakat. Program BLC ini berkonsep CSR selama 6 bulan yang kemudian menjadi program Community Development. Masyarakat Pulau Pramuka mengalami perkembangan dan peningkatan pendapatan yang mereka rasakan sebagai manfaat dari program CSR Telkom ini.
The background of this research based on Corporate Social Responsibility program "Broadband Learning Center" (BLC) which is done by PT Telkom, Tbk. This research aims to describe the role and function of Public Relations, also the benefit that received by the community of Pramuka Island Constructivist paradigm of research methodology is used in a descriptive and qualitative approach.The result of this research shows that CSR implementation is done by Community Development Center Division, meanwhile Public Relations is keeping the eye on the progress and communicating the CSR program to the public.This BLC program is 6-month CSR program, then convert to Community Development program. The Pramuka Island's community can develop themselves and increase their income as the benefit of this CSR program."

Metode pengukuran dari Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check terdiri dari aspek input, output, outcome, dan impact serta pengukuran business value dan social value yang diciptakan dariprogram CSR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PGN telah berhasil menciptakan dampak bagi masyarakat walaupun dampak bagi bisnis PGN sendiri masih rendah. Hasil pengukuran akan diikuti oleh rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja program CSR PGN sekaligus penciptaan dampak dari program CSR di masa depan.
