"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Pengaruh Kelompok Rujukan, Pengaruh Sumber
Pesan, Motivasi Konsumen, Mobile Viral Marketing dan Keputusan Pembelian
Konsumen. Tujuannya untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap hubungan Kelompok
Rujukan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk keripik pedas ?Maicih? oleh
konsumen. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memetakan hubungan
yang terjadi antara Sumber Pesan, Motivasi dan Mobile Viral Marketing sebagai
variabel kontrol.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik survey. Pengambilan sampel
penelitian menggunakan non-probability random sampling dengan jumlah sampel
200 orang responden yang adalah konsumen keripik pedas ?Maicih?. Metode
analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis mulai dari Univariat, Analisis
Bivriat hingga Analisis Multivariat.
Uji elaborasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan
yang cukup kuat antara Kelompok Rujukan terhadap pembentukan Keputusan
Pembelian konsumen. Pada hubungannnya terhadap variabel kontrol, di dapati
bahwa variabel Sumber Pesan dan Mobile Viral Marketing merupakan variavel
Intervening (Spesifik). Sedangkan variabel kontrol Motivasi adalah sebagai
variabel Antesendent.
Implikasi akademis dari penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan konsumen
dengan lingkungan sosial yang mengindikasikan bahwa konsumen dalam keputusan
akhir dalam membeli produk tertentu dapat dipengaruhi oleh kelompok rujukan
seperti teman, keluarga dan rekan kerja. Sementara implikasi praktis bahwa
pengaruh Kelompok Rujukan untuk membentuk Motivasi atas referensi dari
kelompok rujukan dengan menambahkan pemanfaatan Sumber Pesan dan Mobile
Viral Marketing dalam menyebarkan pesan viral dan informasi terutama yang
berkaitan dengan produk konsumsi.
Karena itu, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah Penelitian selanjutnya dapat
menerapkan konsep lain dari Psychological core dan Consumer Culture core.
Berdasarkan penggunaan Mobile Viral Marketing lebih lanjut dapat diterapkan baik
dalam bentuk penelitian dengan kualitatif maupun dengan kuantitatif yang
perlandaskan pesan Viral Marketing dalam bentuk sumber pesan lain.

Abstract
This study uses the theory of Reference Group Influence, Source Influence,
Consumer Motivation, Mobile Viral Marketing and Consumer Purchase Decision.
Goal is to identify the relationship of the Reference Group of the product purchase
decision spicy chips "Maicih" by consumers. In addition, this study also aims to
map the relationship between Source Influence, Motivation and Mobile Viral
Marketing as a control variable.
The study was conducted using survey techniques. Sampling non-probability
studies using random sampling with a sample of 200 respondents who are the
consumers of chips spicy "Maicih". Methods of data analysis were performed using
univariate analysis from, Bivriat Analysis to Multivariate Analysis.
Elaboration of test carried out lead to the conclusion that there is a strong enough
relationship between the Reference Group on the formation of consumer purchase
decisions. At hubungannnya of control variables, the variables found that the source
message and Mobile Viral Marketing is an intervening variavel (Specific). While
the control variables are as variable Antesendent motivation.
Academic implications of this study prove the existence of the consumer
relationship with the social environment which indicates that consumers in the final
decision in buying a particular product can be influenced by reference groups such
as friends, family and coworkers. While the practical implications that influence
motivation to form a Reference Group of the reference of a reference group to add a
Resource utilization and Messages in Mobile Viral Marketing viral spread
messages and information primarily related to consumer products.
Therefore, the recommendations can be given is Future studies can apply another
concept of Psychological core and core Consumer Culture. Based on the use of
Mobile Viral Marketing can further be applied either in the form of research with a
qualitative and a quantitative perlandaskan Viral Marketing message in another
message source."

"To face the pressure of competition, more and more companies perform accelerated product development by shortening the product development time so that the product will arrive at the market at the shortest time. Food industry has also performed accelerated product development. Using evolution theory, contingency theory, market-based view, and resource-based view a research model has been built. Results of the research?s initial identification show that food industry in Indonesia is in growth level towards maturity level. Meanwhile, competition in the food industry is in moderate level towards hypercompetition level. Tactics of accelerated product development often carried out is by simplifying the product development steps to eliminating the product development steps. The innovation type used is incremental innovation since it is fast and easy. Results of the research give information that intuition and capabilities are the main motivating factors for big-medium scaled food companies in Indonesia to accelerate product development."

"Dalam kejadian bencana kebakaran, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan yang memiliki kepadatan bangunan yang tinggi tentunya akan mudahnya api dapat menyebar mengingat terdapat tiga hal yang membuat api muncul, yaitu oksigen, bahan bakar, dan panas. Sifatnya yang mudah menyebar, terlebih pada bangunan yang padat membuat aksi pemadaman oleh pemadam kebakaran dituntut memiliki respons cepat dan ketersediaan air menjadi penting dalam proses pemadaman. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi sumber air setempat yang bisa digunakan dalam pemadaman dan jangkauan wilayah pelayanan oleh pemadam kebakaran. Kedua hal tersebut akan digabungkan, sehingga menghasilkan apa yang disebut dengan tingkat proteksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah network analysis dengan jenis closest facility untuk menentukan sumber air terhadap kejadian kebakaran dan service area untuk menentukan jangkauan wilayah pelayanan pos damkar selama waktu tertentu. Tentunya, dalam proses perjalanan tersebut dibutuhkan data jaringan jalan yang dalam hal ini menjadi dasar proses tersebut. Kedua luaran dari metode tersebut akan menghasilkan penilaian per WMK yang digabungkan untuk dilakukan penilaian tingkat proteksi berdasarkan dua hal tersebut dan membandingkan penilaian tersebut dengan lama penanganan kejadian kebakaran nyata. Dalam penelitian tersebut dihasilkan bahwa tidak semua kejadian kebakaran yang sudah terjadi ditangani oleh sumber air setempat. WMK yang kurang akan sumber air untuk pemadaman di Kota Jakarta Timur masih mendominasi. Untuk service area pos damkar selama perjalanan waktu 5 menit, hanya sekitar 2/3 wilayah Kota Jakarta Timur yang terjangkau oleh damkar selama 5 menit. WMK dengan tingkat Baik dan Sangat Baik mendominasi. Hasil gabungan antara keduanya menghasilkan WMK dengan level Baik mendominasi. Selain itu, dari hasil 4 kelas klasifikasi tingkat proteksi menunjukkan bahwa semakin kelas tersebut menuju sangat baik maka rata-rata lama penanganan kejadian kebakaran akan semakin cepat, tetapi perbedaan antar kelas tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.

In the event of a fire disaster, especially in urban areas with a high building density, it will be easy for the fire to spread given that there are three things that cause the fire, namely oxygen, fuel, and heat. Its easily spread nature, in addition to a dense building makes the extinguishing action by the fire fighter (damkar) required to have a quick response and the availability of water becomes important in the extinguishing process. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify local water sources that can be used in the extinction and reach of the service area by firefighters. These two things will be combined, resulting in what is called a level of protection. The method used in this study is network analysis with the type of closest facility to determine the water source against a fire incident and service area to establish the reach of the area of damkar post service during a certain time. Of course, the process of travel requires the data of the road network which in this case forms the basis of the process. Both outputs of the method will result in an assessment per WMK combined to assess the level of protection based on the two factors and compare the assessment with the length of handling a real fire incident. The study revealed that not all of the fires that have already occurred are handled by local water sources. For the service of the damkar post area during the 5-minute journey, only about 2/3 of the East Jakarta area was reached by damkar for 5 minutes. WMK with Good and Very Good levels dominated. The combination of the two results resulted in WMK with Good levels dominated. Furthermore, from the results of the four class classification level of protection showed that the more the class goes very well then the average length of fire incident handling will be faster, but the differences between the classes have no significant differences."
