Every organization needs to build professional and high competencies human resources that can support organization to be competitive organization. So, human resources need to be managed by the organization well. To make professional and high integrity employee, an organization need an organization?s culture as a guidance for all employees to do the job. Strong organization?s culture and good human resources management influence employee?s performance which is can be used as competitive tools in organization. Organization?s culture and employee?s performance correlation can be seen in banking industrial. One of banking organization is PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. The competition in banking industry become tighter, so banking organizations need to keep up their performance to face the competition. Basically, a good organization culture will make the employee itself to work hardly and can increase employee?s performance, so that it will improve company?s productivity. From the statement of the problem, the question on this research is (1) how the illustration of organization culture at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta, (2) how the illustration of employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta and (3) how the correlation between organization culture with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta?The kinds of this research is explanative research with quantitative approaches. The dependent variable was the employee?s performance, meanwhile the independent variable was the employee?s job satisfaction. Data in this research gathered from field research method by distributing questionnaire to the respondent and interview. The subjects of this research were 35 permanent employees, taken from population using total sampling technique. The data of the variables were collected using Likert scale to measure employee?s performance and the organization?s culture. The data were analyzed by Spearman?s Rank Order correlation technique to found the strenght of correlation between culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta.The result of this research showed that Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Melawai Branch Office has good corporate culture and good employee?s performance. On the dependent variable which is employee?s performance, it is founded that the level of work quantity is the lowest while the level of personal quality is the highest level. This research also found that the level of reward system on organization culture is the lowest level while the job integrity is the highest level. The correlation between culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta was determined as strong correlation with scale 0,787. Therefor, there was positive and significant correlation between indicators of culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta. Researcher suggests that PT Bank Danamon have to increase employee?s quantity by reset the reward system, so, employee will get more motivated to increase their quantity of work."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan dua variabel, yaitu budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Variabel budaya organisasi diuji dengan menggunakan 10 dimensi oleh Stephens P. Robbins. Variabel kinerja pegawai diuji dengan menggunakan 7 dimensi oleh John M. Ivancevich. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Divisi Sentra Operasi Kantor Pusat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 pegawai tetap pada Divisi Sentra Operasi Kantor Pusat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan cross sectional study. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi rank spearman dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This research describes two variables, namely organizational culture and employee performance.The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between organizational culture with employee performance. Organizational culture variables were tested using 10 dimensions by Stephens P. Robbins. Employee performance variables was tested using 7 dimensions by John M. Ivancevich. The research was conducted at the Operations Center Division Head Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is quantitative research, data collection techniques performed by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this research was 99 employees remain at the Operations Center Division Head Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is a cross sectional study. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman Rank correlation using SPSS version 17. The results show that organizational culture has a very strong and positive relation on employee performance."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif dengan Motivasi Kerja karyawan pada PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Jakarta Tanjung Duren. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu, Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode total sampling yakni seluruh sampel dijadikan objek penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Jakarta Tanjung Duren.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap motivasi kerja seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Jakarta Tanjung Duren.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship Participative leadership style with employee motivation at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Jakarta Tanjung Duren. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the field research method that uses a questionnaire as a tool with a sample taken using the method of sampling the entire total sample were subjected to experiments. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between variables participative leadership style with employee motivation in the PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Jakarta Tanjung Duren. The results of the study showed that participative leadership has a relationship that was on employee motivation at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Jakarta Tanjung Duren."

"Setiap organisasi pasti memiliki budaya organisasi yang menjadi pedoman karyawannya dalam berperilaku dan menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Budaya Organisasi akan terlihat dari hasil kinerja pegawainya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja customer service officer pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)Tbk Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dari PT. BNI dan Kinerja Pegawai dengan dimensi yang diambil dari buku Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009).
Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampelnya adalah 33 orang petugas pelayanan nasabah PT BNI Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas pelayanan nasabah.
Every organization must have an organizational culture that guide employees to behave and be a reference in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Organizational Culture will be seen from the results of the performance of employees. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Jatinegara. The variables of this study are the Organizational Culture of PT. BNI and the Employee Performance with dimensions taken from the book Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009). This research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The samples are 33 customer service officers PT BNI Branch Jatinegara. The results showed that there is influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen karir dengan kerja motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Universitas Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang menggunakan teknik total sampling terhadap karyawan tetap Karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Universitas Indonesia yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dalam perusahaan, sehingga diperoleh 41 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen karir memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.
This paper aims to examine the correlation between career management towards employee job motivation. This study used quantitative approach with survey method that used total sampling technique to permanent employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Universitas Indonesia who have been working for at least one year which held 41 employees. This result of study showed that career management had a strong relation to employee job motivation."

"Peran kompetensi kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor pembentuk keterikatan karyawan tetap di dalam organisasi. Hasil dari beberapa penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan dengan keterikatan karyawan. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala cabang terhadap keterikatan karyawan tetap pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Tebet. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian ekslanatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan tetap (N=40) BNI Kantor Cabang Utama Tebet. Dalam Kompetensi Kepemimpinan menggunakan sepuluh dimensi sebagai dasar penelitian, diantaranya Integrity, Strategic Thinking, Big Picture Orientation, Organization and Talent Development, Intellectual Curiosity, Collaboration ad Teaming, Sense of Urgency, Prudent Risk-Taking, Self-Awareness and Adaptability, dan Results and Performance Driven. Sementara itu, Keterikatan Karyawan menggunakan tiga dimensi, diantaranya vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah adanya keterikatan karyawan tetap di lingkungan BNI KCU Tebet, dan kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala cabang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan tetap.
Leadership competence role is one of the determining factor of permanent employees engagement within the organization. The results from a several studies showed a significant effect between a leadership competencies with employee engagement. The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of head branch leadership competence on permanent employee engagement in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Main Branch Office in Tebet. This research is quantitative explanative interpretive. The research was being conducted on permanent employee (N=40) of BNI Main Branch Office in Tebet. The Leadership Competence was measured on the basis of ten dimensions, Integrity, Strategic Thinking, Big Picture Orientation, Organization and Talent Development, Intellectual Curiosity, Collaboration ad Teaming, Sense of Urgency, Prudent Risk-Taking, Self-Awareness and Adaptability, and Results and Performance Driven. While Employee Engagement was measured on the basis of three dimensions, vigor, dedication, and absorption. The results from this research is engagement of permanent employee in BNI KCU Tebet and head branch leadership competence of them showed a significant effect of permanent employees engagement."
