"Skripsi ini meneliti persepsi pegawai biro umum mengenai hasil analisis jabatan yang mencakup uraian jabatan dan persyaratan jabatan. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan berdasarkan teori dari Sofyandi (2008). Dalam pengumpulan data, telah disebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel aksidental. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun persepsi pegawai biro umum tentang hasil analisis jabatan pada Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah telah dipersepsikan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat 1 (satu) indikator yaitu pengalaman pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang belum dilakukan oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah.

The focus of this study was the Bureau Employee. The objective of this study was to understand what the perception of bureau employee about the result of job analysis, which is contains two dimensions : job description dan job specification. This research was quantitative descriptive interpretive, based on theories by Sofyandi (2008). The data were collected using accidental sampling technique. This study shows that despite the perception of bureau employees about the results of the analysis of positions in the State Minister for Cooperatives Small and Medium Enterprises has been perceived very well, but there is still a one indicators: work experience in accordance with the line of work that has not been done by the State Minister for Cooperatives Small and Medium Enterprises."

"Skripsi ini membahas persepsi pegawai terhadap pelaksanaan promosi jabatan di Sekretariat Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data yang dihimpun melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan kepada beberapa pihak. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 256 orang dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 orang. Data diolah menggunakan perhitungan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Soution) 17.0. Sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan teknik distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian adalah persepsi pegawai terhadap pelaksanaan promosi jabatan di Sekretariat Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Periode Tahun: 2012) secara keseluruhan itu sudah positif. Hal ini terlihat dari dimensi promosi diukur berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Alex S. Nitisemito. Di dalam teorinya, Alex S. Nitisemito mengatakan bahwa untuk mengukur dimensi promosi dilihat dari indikator pengalaman, tingkat pendidikan, loyalitas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kepandaian bergaul, prestasi kerja, inisiatif dan kreatif yang menjadi faktor pertimbangan dalam melaksanakan promosi jabatan. Simpulan adalah secara keseluruhan mayoritas pegawai yang dijadikan responden memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pelaksanaan promosi jabatan dengan indikator-indikator; pengalaman; tingkat pendidikan; loyalitas; kejujuran; tanggung jawab; kepandaian bergaul; prestasi kerja; inisiatif dan kreatif meskipun terungkap pada sebagian kecil pegawai berpendapat negatif dan juga netral karena pada sebagian indikator dalam pelaksanaan tidak mengikuti aturan-aturan yang telah ditentukan, seperti adanya hubungan kedekatan dengan atasan dan bawahan yang bersangkutan pandai bergaul sehingga bawahan tersebut dapat dipromosikan dalam jabatan. Sedangkan sarannya adalah agar setiap pejabat struktural eselon seharusnya tidak pilih kasih dalam mempromosikan seorang pegawai, walaupun saudara atau teman dekat sekalipun untuk terhindarnya terjadinya kencemburuan sosial dan pilih kasih di antara pegawai lainnya.

This thesis discusses the perception of employees on the implementation of promotion in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach and the data collected through questionnaires and to some parties. This study population of 256 people with as many as 72 people sample. The results of the study is the perception of employees on the implementation of promotion in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Period Year: 2012) on the whole it has been positive. This is evident from the promotion dimension measured based on the theory proposed by Alex S. Nitisemito. In the theory, Alex S. Nitisemito said that to measure the dimensions of the visible promotion indicator of experience, level of education, loyalty, honesty, responsibility, intelligence socialize, work performance, and creative initiatives that factor into consideration in implementing the promotion.

The inference is that the overall majority of the employees as respondents have a positive perception towards the implementation of a promotion with indicators; experience, levels of education; loyalty, honesty; responsibility; cleverness associate; work performance; initiative and creative though expressed in a minority of employees had negative and also neutral because in most indicators in the implementation does not follow the rules that have been defined, such as the close relationship with the boss and the subordinate jaunty so that it can be promoted in a subordinate position. While the suggestion is that every echelon structural officials should not be favoritism in promoting an employee, even though relatives or close friends to avoid the occurrence of social jealousy and favoritism among other employees."

"Penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia dengan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) pada tanggal 4 Mei 2004 telah menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 dan sekaligus membuat perubahan dalam prosedur pendirian koperasi yaitu proses pembuatan akta pendirian, perubahan anggaran dasar, dan akta-akta lain berkaitan dengan koperasi sebagai badan hukum maka hal tersebut harus dilakukan dihadapan notaris. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan hukum kepada masyarakat. Dari latar belakang tersebut terdapat beberapa pokok permasalahan yaitu pelaksanaan dan eksistensi Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 kaitannya dengan peranan notaris dalam pembuatan akta pendirian koperasi pada masa yang akan datang dan hubungan antara Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain adalah Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 ini akan tetap menunjukkan eksistensinya pada masa yang akan datang apabila para pendiri koperasi, pengurus koperasi, anggota koperasi, notaris pembuat akta koperasi, dan pejabat dinas koperasi tetap mempertahankan konsistensi pelaksanaannya dan Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/ IX/2004 tidak bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian.

Signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia with the Indonesian Notaries Association (INI) on May 4, 2004 has issued a Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 and simultaneously make changes in the procedure of establishment of cooperatives is the process of making the deed of establishment, amendment and other deeds relating to the cooperative as a legal entity then it should be done before Notary. It is intended to improve the quality of legal services to the community.

From this background there are some fundamental problems of the implementation and the existence of Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 relation to the role of the notary in the deed of establishment of cooperatives in the future and Relationships between Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 with Law Number 30 Year 2004 on the Notary Position and Law Number 25 Year 1992 on Cooperative. This research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive qualitative analytical methods.

The results of this study among others are Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 will still show their existence in the future when the cooperative founder, cooperative management, cooperative member, notary of deed cooperative maker, and cooperative services officer still maintaining the consistency of its implementation and Decree of State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 98/KEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 not contrary to Law Number 30 Year 2004 on the Notary Position and Law Number 25 Year 1992 on Cooperative."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis arus informasi pada pelaksanaan proyek Pengembangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM pada tahun 2011. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian internal serta kesesuaian skema pelaksanaan proyek dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan teori terkait yang dijadikan landasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa proyek pengembangan PLTMH Kementerian Koperasi pada tahun 2011 telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Beberapa saran yang dapat diberikan kepada Kementerian Koperasi adalah pertama, secara aktif mengidentifikasi wilayah yang membutuhkan dana bantuan proyek. Kedua, mengidentifikasi kecukupan tenaga teknis. Ketiga, mengirim perwakilan dalam proses pelaksanaan tender atau penunjukan langsung. Dan yang terakhir, membahas secara lebih mendalam mengenai proses permintaan dana tambahan kepada SKPD Provinsi.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the information flow on implementation of Micro Hydro power Electrification Generator project in State Minister of Cooperatives and Small & Medium Enterprises on 2011. Besides that, this research is also to analyze internal control and conformity of project implementation scheme with defined procedure and relevance theories referred as theoritical foundation. The result of this research is that Micro Hydro power Electrification Generator Project in State Minister of Cooperatives and Small & Medium Enterprises on 2011 already implemented properly as defined in implementation procedures. However, there are some suggestions for State Minister of Cooperatives and Small&Medium Enterprises, the first is actively identified the region which really needs project aid fund. Second, identified adequate technical assistant. Third, send representative in tender process or direct assignment. And the last is, develop a thoughtful discussion about additional fund requesting process to provincial government."

"Keberadaan Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak negatif terhadap keberlangsungan Usaha Mikro di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pemberlakuan kebijakan pembatasan pada akhirnya turut memengaruhi perilaku dan daya beli masyarakat. Guna mengatasi persoalan tersebut, Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM mengeluarkan kebijakan bantuan permodalan melalui Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 02 Tahun 2021 Tentang Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM). Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 02 Tahun 2021 tentang Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM) di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan teori Model Rasional Implementasi Kebijakan yang dikemukakan oleh Khandaker & Khan (2016). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivist dengan metode wawancara mendalam sebagai sumber data primer dan studi kepustakaan sebagai sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan BPUM di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sebagaimana yang diuraikan oleh Khandaker & Khan dalam teori Model Rasional Implementasi Kebijakan, meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan yang ditemukan, seperti proses cleansing data yang masih dilakukan secara manual, validitas dan kualitas data yang kurang memadai, kekurangan pada petunjuk pelaksanaan yang belum mengatur mengenai mekanisme validasi data antar lembaga, serta tumpang tindih dalam pembagian tugas antar aktor pelaksana kebijakan.

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the sustainability of Micro Enterprises throughout Indonesia, including the DKI Jakarta Province. The enactment of restrictive policies ultimately affects people's behavior and purchasing power. To overcome this problem, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs issued a capital assistance policy through the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulation Number 02 of 2021 concerning Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM). This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 02 of 2021 concerning Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) in DKI Jakarta Province using the theory of the Rational Model of Policy Implementation proposed by Khandaker & Khan (2016 ). This study uses a post-positivist approach with in-depth interviews as the primary data source and literature study as a secondary data source. The results show that the implementation of BPUM policies in DKI Jakarta Province is influenced by factors as described by Khandaker & Khan in the theory of the Rational Model of Policy Implementation, although there are some obstacles found, such as the data cleansing process which is still done manually, validity and quality. Inadequate data, lack of implementation guidelines that have not regulated the mechanism for data validation between institutions, and overlapping in the division of tasks between actors implementing policies."

"Skripsi ini membahas aspek kelembagaan koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan dalam melaksanakan program one village one product (OVOP) yang dibina oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kelembagaan koperasi yang terpilih sebagai pelaksana program OVOP dengan melihat aspek kultural dan aspek struktural sebagai acuan analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positivis dengan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan sejumlah data dan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kultural dan aspek struktural koperasi ada dalam kategori buruk, sehingga simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Mitra Tani Parahyangan memiliki kelembagaan yang buruk dalam melaksanakan program OVOP.

This thesis discusses the institutional aspects of cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan. in implementing the program one village one product (OVOP) is fostered by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of this Thesis is to describe the institutional cooperative that was selected as the implementing OVOP program by looking at aspects of the cultural and structural aspects as a guidance to analyze. This research uses a positivist approach with qualitative research methods to get some data and information.

The results suggest that the cultural aspects and structural aspects of the cooperative is in the bad category, so the conclusions of this study states that Mitra Tani Parahyangan have poor institutional OVOP in implementing the program."

"UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Oleh karena itu perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis dalam UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh skema, efikasi diri, ikatan sosial yang lemah, ikatan sosial yang kuat, mentor, dinamisme pasar, heterogenitas pasar, dukungan pasar terhadap Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition UMKM binaan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan single cross-sectional. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dalam skala Likert yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa skema, mentor, heterogenitas pasar dan akses pasar secara signifikan berpengaruh positf terhadap Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition.

SME play an important role in the growth of the Indonesian economy. Therefore SME industry is needed to be addressed in order to have more understanding about the factors that are contributing towards its business growth. This study investigates the perceived importance of schema, self efficacy, weak ties, strong ties, mentor, market dynamism, market heterogeneity and market munificence to Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition in SME under State Minister For Cooperatives Small And Medium Enterprises. An empirical survey was conducted through a structured questionnaire in Likert scale which were analyzed by regression. The results of the analysis prove that schema, mentor, market heterogeneity and market munificence is positively related to Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition for SME's. "

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Keabsahan Akta Pendirian Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dana Cepat Cair Yang Dihadiri Oleh Kuasa Yang Tidak Sesuai Menurut Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor 09 Tahun 2018. Tujuan mengetahui keabsahan dari akta pendirian Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dana Cepat Cair ini guna mengetahui kedudukan Akta Pendirian Koperasi oleh Notaris yang dihadiri oleh kuasa yang tidak berwenang. Akta Pendirian dalam suatu badan hukum merupakan pedoman berdirinya sebuah badan hukum agar mendapat pengesahan pemerintah dan menjadi acuan kerja, maka dari itu keabsahan akta pendirian sangat penting diketahui kebenarannya. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana keabsahan akta pendirian koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dana Cepat Cair jika dihadiri oleh kuasa yang tidak sesuai dalam Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor 09 Tahun 2018; dan, bagaimana tanggungjawab notaris terhadap akta pendirian koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dana Cepat Cair jika dihadiri oleh kuasa yang tidak sesuai dalam Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor 09 Tahun 2018. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut digunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menitikberatkan pada segi-segi hukum positif dan sumber kepustakaan lain. Adapun analisa data dilakukan secara preskriptif. Analisis guna mencari relevansi terhadap kasus keabsahan akta pendirian koperasi dengan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa akta pendirian Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dana Cepat Cair berstatus batal demi hukum karena melanggar ketentuan mengenai kewenangan bertindak sebagai penghadap notaris. Akta tersebut dianggap tidak pernah ada dan mengenai tanggungjawab notaris dalam kasus ini notaris bertanggungjawab atas kecacatan aktanya hingga berstatus batal demi hukum sesuai dengan sanksi-sanksi yang telah ditetapkan dalam Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris.

This study discusses the validity of the Deed of Establishment of the Dana Cepat Cair Savings and Loans Cooperative Attended by an Inappropriate Proxy according to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 09 of 2018. The purpose of knowing the validity of the deed of establishment of the Dana Cepat Cair Savings and Loans Cooperative is to determine the position Deed of Establishment of Cooperatives by a Notary who is attended by an unauthorized proxy. The Deed of Establishment in a legal entity is a guideline for the establishment of a legal entity in order to obtain government approval and become a work reference, therefore the validity of the deed of establishment is very important to know the truth. The problems raised in this study are how the validity of the deed of establishment of the Dana Cepat Cair Savings and Loans cooperative if it is attended by a proxy who is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 09 of 2018; and, what is the notary's responsibility for the deed of establishment of the Dana Cepat Cair Savings and Loans cooperative if it is attended by a proxy who is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 09 of 2018. To answer this problem, a normative juridical research method is used with an emphasis on aspects positive law and other bibliographical sources. The data analysis was done prescriptively. Analysis in order to find relevance to the case of the validity of the deed of establishment of cooperatives with the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. The results of this study indicate that the deed of establishment of the Dana Cepat Cair Savings and Loans Cooperative is null and void because it violates the provisions regarding the authority to act as a notary public. The deed is considered to never exist and regarding the responsibility of the notary in this case the notary is responsible for the defect of the deed until the status is null and void in accordance with the sanctions that have been stipulated in the Law on Notary Positions and the Notary Code of Ethics.

Dalam hal ini dianalisis Akta Pendirian dan Anggaran Dasar Koperasi Pemuda Tri Karya yang didirikan pada tanggal 7 April Tahun 1997 dengan Akta Pendirian Nomor 108/BH/KWK.25/IV/1997, maka diteliti bagaimanakah peranan Notaris Pembuat Akta Koperasi terhadap penerapan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 dalam pembuatan akta perkoperasian, akibat hukum bagi Koperasi Pemuda Tri Karya yang tidak mematuhi ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 dan pertanggungjawaban hukum Koperasi Pemuda Tri Karya terhadap pelaksanaan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 tentang Kelembagaan Koperasi. Diteliti dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Yuridis Normatif dan Tipologi Penelitian Eksplanatoris dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil analisis terkait peranan Notaris Pembuat Akta Koperasi yaitu dibuatkan akta pendirian, akta perubahan anggaran dasar, dan akta-akta lain yang terkait dengan kegiatan koperasi, akibat hukumnya yaitu jika tidak dilakukan penyesuaian akta pendirian dan perubahan anggaran dasar oleh Koperasi Pemuda Tri Karya, maka segala perbuatan hukum atas koperasi tersebut tidak sah. Mengenai pertanggungjawaban hukumnya ialah, Koperasi wajib mempertanggungjawabkan dengan melakukan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar dalam bentuk melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan Luar Biasa dan dihadiri oleh Notaris Pembuat Akta Koperasi dengan agenda yang diatur secara khusus menyangkut Perubahan Anggaran Dasar pada Bidang Usaha, dan perubahan alamat (tempat kedudukan) Koperasi Pemuda Tri Karya. Kemudian dibuat Notulen Rapat Anggota Tahunan Luar Biasa, yang selanjutnya disampaikan permohonan kepada Menteri.

In this case, the Deed of Establishment and the Articles of Association of the Pemuda Tri Karya Cooperative which was established on April 7, 1997 with the Deed of Establishment No. 108/BH/KWK.25/IV/1997 were analyzed, then examined how the role of the Notary Making the Cooperative Deed was in the application of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and UKM RI Number: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 in making the cooperative deed, the legal consequences for the Youth Tri Karya Cooperative that do not comply with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and UKM RI Number: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/ 2015 and the legal responsibility of the Youth Tri Karya Cooperative for the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 10/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 concerning Cooperative Institutions. Researched using normative juridical research methods and explanatory research typology using secondary data. The results of the analysis related to the role of the Cooperative Notary Deed Maker are made a deed of establishment, a deed of amendment to the articles of association, and other deeds related to cooperative activities, the legal consequence is that if there is no adjustment to the deed of establishment and amendments to the articles of association by the Pemuda Tri Karya Cooperative, then all legal action against the cooperative is not valid. Regarding its legal responsibility, Cooperatives are required to be accountable by making Amendments to the Articles of Association in the form of holding an Extraordinary Annual Member Meeting and attended by the Notary of the Cooperative Deed Maker with an agenda specifically regulated regarding Amendments to the Articles of Association in the Field of Business, and changes in the address (place of domicile) of the Cooperative. Tri Karya Youth. Then the Minutes of the Extraordinary Annual Meeting of Members are made, which will then be submitted to the Minister."

"Penelitian ini mencoba menilai pengaruh penerapan tarif tunggal (penurunan tarif pajak) terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2013. Menggunakan metode probit unbalanced panel data, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan peraturan tersebut terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2013 mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Indonesia.

This study attempts to estimate the effect of applying a single rate (reducing tax rate) on increasing tax compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) through the implementation of Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013. Using probit unbalanced panel data, this study analyzes the effect of reducing tax rate in Indonesia. The results indicate that adoption of Government Regulation No. 46 0f 2013 (reducing tax tariff) is able to improve taxpayer compliance of MSME in Indonesia."
