"Perencanaan merupakan elemen awal dan penting dalam sirkulasi manajemen, mengingat perencanaan merupakan persyaratan penting bagi keberhasilan program organisasi. Proses perencanan sekaligus berfungsi sebagai kontrol pelaksanaan program pengembangan. Salah satu perencanaan yang sangat krusial bagi rumah sakit adalah perencanaan dalam manajemen logistik khususnya perencanaan alat kesehatan atau alat kedokteran, terutama bisnis jantung yang memerlukan investasi sangat mahal. Proses perencanaan pengadaan alat kesehatan di Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu Rumah Sakit Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (PJT-RSCM) dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemandirian PJT khususnya dan RSCM umumnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses perencanaan pengadaan alat kesehatan di PJT - RSCM, dalam rangka mendapatkan informasi yang berguna bagi pengembangan program PJT. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa kecukupan tenaga, pengalaman serta kompetensi SDM yang terlibat proses perencanaan, dana, data, dokumen, kebijakan, proses dan output perencanaan.
Hasil utama dari penelitian ini, adalah perencanaan pengadaan alat PJT telah berjalan namun bagian perencanaan sebagai sub system perlu dikembangkan adanya kekurangan dari kecukupan dan kompetensi SDM bagian perencanaan perlu diingatkan, sedangkan ketersediaan dana perlu dipikirkan secara komprehensif bagi korporat guna menunjang keselarasan pengembangan PJT antara perencanaan dan realisiasi sesuai kebutuhan organisasi. Prosedur yang panjang dan berbelit - belit dalam persiapan perencanaan ditingkat korporat pentingj untuk diperbaiki, agar unit kerja yang mempunyai prioritas perencanaan dapat merealisasikan sesuai target. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk mengembangkan suatu model sistem perencanaan pengadaan alat di PJT sesuai dengan pendekatan sistem yang baik dan sesuai standart.

Planning is an initial and important element in management circulation, considering the planning is the main prerequisite for the success of organizational programs. Planning process simultaneously serves as a development program implementation control. One of a very crucial planning for hospital is planning in logistics management particularly health equipment or medical equipment planning, particularly cardiac business requiring very costly investment. Planning process of health equipment procurement at Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (PJT - RSCM) conducted with purpose to improve PJT's efficiency and independence in particular and RSCM in general.
This study is aimed at evaluating planning process of health equipment procurement at PJT-RSCM, in order to obtain information beneficial for the development of PJT programs. This study is a case study conducted at Human Resources oracompetence assigned in planning process, finance, data, document, politics, process and output.
Main result of this study is that the planning of equipment procurement at PJT has been running property but planning part as a subsystem needed to be futher developed, there was a lack from adequancy and human resource competence part needed to be improved. while the fund availability needed to be considered comprehensively for corporate in order to support the hannonization of PTJ development between the planning and realization in accordance with the organization need. Long and complicated procedure in planning preparation at corporate level was important to be improved in order that the working unit having planning priority may be realized according to target. Based on this study it is suggested Lo develop a model of equipment procurement planning system at PJT.

"Perawat ICU khusus cardiothoraxic rentan mengalami stres kerja. Kondisi kritis pasien dengan gangguan sistem kardiovaskular memicu terjadinya stres kerja di ruangan ICU PJT RSCM. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan desain deskriptif sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran 60.7% perawat mengalami stres kerja ringan dan 39.3% mengalami stres kerja sedang. Faktor instrinsik pekerjaan berupa beban kerja yang dipersepsikan berat merupakan faktor penyebab terjadinya stres kerja yang dominan. Sehingga diperlukan adanya penilaian kembali beban kerja secara lebih objektif sesuai dengan kompetensi perawat ICU khusus cardiothoraxic.

Cardiothoraxic critical care nurses are susceptible to occupational distress. Critical patient with cardiovascular disorders in ICU PJT RSCM can create occupational disstress to their nurse. This study used simple descriptive design with total sampling as their sampling method. The result was described 60.7% nurses had mild occupational distress and 39.3% had moderate occupational distress with the instrinsic job stress factor's as a dominan factor's. So with that result needed workload reappraisal more objectively according to the cardiothoraxic critical care nurses competences."

"ABSTRAK
Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan komponen dalam praktik keperawatan. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kelengkapan pendokumentasaian
asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu (PJT) RSUPN dr. Cipto
Mangunkusumo (RSCM). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain
deskriptif sederhana yang melibatkan 35 perawat dan 11 dokumen keperawatan. Uji
statistik menunjukkan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan 100% tidak lengkap.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan untuk melakukan supervisi dari pimpinan ruangan guna
meningkatkan kualitas perawatan di PJT RSCM

ABSTRACT
Nursing documentation is an important component of nursing practice. The purpose of
this study is to identify nursing care documentation completeness in Integrated
Cardiovascular Service Ward Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hopital, Jakarta?. This is a
quantitative study with simple descriptive design that recruited 35 nurses and 118
nursing documents. The result of study showed taht all of nursing document is not
completely documented (100%). The results suggest to supervise and study need to be
done by head nurse to review the quality of nursing care in Integrated Cardiovascular
Service Ward Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hopital."

"ABSTRAK
Ketidak lengkapan data informasi bagi perencanaan di patologi klinik mengakibatkan pengadaan barang reagensia tidak pernah dapat dipenuhi, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut patologi klinik mengadakan pinjaman barang reagensia pada setiap bulannya yang akan dibayarkan pada triwulan berikutnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas perencanaan barang reagensia di laboratorium patologi klinik serta mengetahui gambaran tentang perencanaan, sistem informasi yang dikehendaki bagi perencana, dan membuat suatu sistem informasi dalam perencanaan barang reagensia.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengarah sample diambil pinjaman dari kwartal II, karena pada kwartal ini jumlah pinjaman dan jenisnya sangat besar, yaitu jenis pinjaman 103 item penyebabnya dikarenakan faktor perencanaan tidak akurat.
Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perencanaan barang reagensia di patologi klinik dilaksanakan oleh urusan perencanaan yang dalam struktur organisasinya di bawah koordinator administrasi dan keuangan patologi klinik. Perencanaan yang dibuat berdasarkan data pembelian triwulan lalu dan rencana permintaan triwulan sebelumnya ditambah 10% untuk cadangan.
Instalasi patologi klinik pada setiap bulannya melakukan permintaan langsung ke pihak ke-3 (luar) sebagai pinjaman yang akan dikembalikan pada rencana triwulan berikutnya.
Perencanaan dari patologi klinik haruslah dibuat berdasarkan data-data yang akurat seperti, data pemakaian, jumlah pasien, jumlah tindakan dan jumlah pemeriksaan pada pasien, jumlah tindakan dan jumlah persetujuan pada triwulan sebelumnya, dan jumlah alokasi anggaran yang telah ditetapkan oleh pengelola anggaran. Informasi data ini didapat dari patologi sendiri dan dari instalasi farmasi sebagai perencana, sehingga rencana kebutuhan yang dibuat dani patologi klinik dapat disetujui.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan informasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh patologi klinik dalam membuat suatu perencanaan, karena dengan diperoleh informasi yang akurat maka dapat diambil suatu keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat untuk membuat suatu perencanaan.
Diperlukan adanya SOP (Standart Operating Procedure) yang jelas dalam perencanaan, agar alur informasi dapat berjalan secara terpadu, disamping itu perlu dibuat suatu sistem informasi yang terpadu antara pemakai dan perencana. Dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi.

Due to incomplete information file for fore-cast in the Clinical Pathology, the source supply for Reagensia can not be made, so to carry out this need Clinical Phatology has to berson for the Reagensia into they and will he paid by nextquarter.
This information is to affect the dance supply of Reagensia in the Clinical Phatology Laboratory and get the idea of the source supply, the information system that needed for the supply and to make out an information system in the source supply of Reagensia.
The source file is base on samples from quarter II, because in this quarter the dont of and the load was very big, that is evan of 103 item and the usult of it is the in accurate faktur.
From the cheched resultd we know that Reagensias ine-cast of supply in the Clinical Phatology was done by supply sources which organization structur is uder the administration and finance of Clinical Phatology.
Fore-cast that base on purchases of last quarter and demand quarter befor plus 10% form sources.
Clinical Phatology instalation make a mointhey direct demand to a third person as a load which will be paid by the next quarter.
Fore-cast (supply air) of Clinical Phatology must be base on accurate file like used file (spending file) what of patients, total of agreement and ains in quarter before, total amount of of fire-cast which was first agreed by the main incharge. File of this information is form Clinical Phatology and from medical instalation as a fore-cast, so that the needed fire-cast that was made by Clinical Phatology.
The conclusive is that the needed information is indeed need badly by clinical Phatology in preparing a fire-cast, because by gaining an accurate information, a quick and night decision can be made for preparing a fore-cast.
A Clear Standard Operating Procedure is needed in preparing a fire-cash, to that the flow of information can be realised, beside an information system between the user and supplier needed to by made with computerize.

"Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang penting bagi rumah sakit. Untuk menilai kinerja karyawan dan memotivasi agar karyawan semangat dalam bekerja.Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggunakan wawancara dengan coordinator dan karyawan RSCM. Dari penelitian bahwa unsur objektivitas perlu ditingkatkan dan perlu ada pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh bagian SDM supaya maksud tujuan dan yang diinginkan tercapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja menggunakan rating scale. Menggunakan formulir yang di sediakan oleh bagian SDM di unit masing-masing. Presepsi karyawan tentang penilaian kinerja yang sudah berjalan sudah sangat baik. Dengan hasil penilitian untuk penilaian kinerja kriteria istimewa 4 orang, sangat baik 40 orang, baik 2 orang.

Performance assessment is essential for hospital to assess the performance of employees.and to motivate in work. The studies using qualitative research by interviewing manager and employee of RSCM directly.Assessment using rating scale methode. Using the form provided by HRD in each unit. the employee perception about assessment is good. Result for very excellent 4, excellent 40 and average 2, Primary data obtained by direct observation and the secondary obtained by document review related to the research."

Dalam UUD 1945 menyebutkan bahwa setiap orang berhak memperoleh
pelayanan kesehatan dan Negara bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan fasiltas
kesehatan dan fasilitas umum yang layak. Untuk memenuhi dan mewujudkan hak
bagi setiap warga negara dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang layak dan
kewajiban pemerintah penyediaan fasilitas kesehatan sebagai amanat UUD 1945
maka pemerintah pusat menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan nasional
(JKN) dan untuk pemerintahan daerah khusus Ibukota (DKI Jakarta)
menyelenggarakan jaminan kesehatan daerah yang dikenal dengan nama Kartu
Jakarta Sehat (KJS). RSCM adalah rumah sakit milik pemerintah pusat yang salah
satu visinya adalah menjadi rumah sakit pusat rujukan nasonal terkemuka di Asia
Pasifik tahun 2014. RSCM diharapkan dapat melayani masyarakat dari seluruh
penjuru Indonesia dengan sistem rujukan berjenjang dengan optimal sesuai
dengan standar pelayanan kesehatan dan peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini
membahas mengenai indeks kepuasan masyarakat miskin terhadap pelayanan di
RSCM dalam program JKN dan KJS. Program kesehatan JKN dan KJS ini tidak
lepas dari permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya, salah satunya adalah mengenai
pelayanan di rumah sakit dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut. Tujuan dalam
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat miskin di
RSCM dalam pelaksanaan program JKN dan KJS serta untuk mengetahui unsurunsur
yang sudah baik dan yang masih membutuhkan peningkatan kualitas
pelayanannya. Hasil dari penelitian kuantiatif menilai bahwa indeks kepuasan
masyarakat miskin di RSCM adalah sangat baik, tetapi ada beberapa pelayanan
yang perlu menjadi perhatian dan atau perbaikan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian
kualitatif.

adequate public facilities. In order to satisfy and fulfil the right of every citizen in
getting proper health care as mandated by the Constitution, The central
government has issued the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) whereas the
Jakarta Provincial Government has issued a Regional-based Health Insurance
Program known as the Jakarta Health Card (KJS). National General Hospital Dr.
Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) is one of the hospitals owned by the central
government and one of its visions is to become regional referral hospitals in Asia
Pacific in 2014. RSCM is expected to serve people from all over Indonesia
accordance with the standard of health services and regulations. This study
discusses the satisfaction index of the poor with regard to services in RSCM
especially on the implementation of the JKN and KJS. The problem of the
implementation of JKN and KJS are still occurred, one of the problems is the
hospital services in the implementation of the programs. The purpose of this
research is to measure the value of the satisfaction index of the poor in RSCM on
the implementation of JKN and KJS as well as to determine the factors that are
good and which are still in need of improvement of service quality. The results of
the quantitative study is conclude that the satisfaction index of the poor in RSCM

"Latar Belakang Artritis reumatoid merupakan penyakit reumatik yang sering menyebabkan gangguan fungsional dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Faktor-faktor yang berbeda telah dilaporkan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien AR. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui rerata kualitas hidup pasien AR dan faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam kualitas hidup pasien AR.
Metode Penelitian Sebanyak 152 subjek direkrut dari Poliklinik Reumatologi RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Data mengenai sosiodemografi, kondisi klinis dan laboratorium yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas penyakit, status fungsional, masalah psikologis, dan jumlah komorbiditas diambil dalam penelitian ini. Kualitas hidup diukur menggunakan kuesioner EuroQol five demensional (EQ-5D) and EQ global health visual analogue (VAS). Analisis dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat.
Hasil Penelitian Sebayak 90,8% perempuan dengan rerata usia 49,41 ± 12,31 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah serta tidak bekerja. Mayoritas subjek memiliki derajat aktivitas penyakit sedang (median 3.26 (1,03 – 6,89) dan status fungsional mandiri. Median durasi penyakit penyakit 3 (0 – 34) tahun. Gangguan psikologis seperti ansietas (11,2%) dan depresi (20,4%) juga ditemukan. Median nilai indeks 0,84 (0,170 – 1,000) dan median nilai EQ VAS 70 40 – 100). Faktor-faktor yang secara independen berperan dalam nilai indeks adalah disabilitas fungsional, aktivitas penyakit, dan depresi, sedangkan untuk EQ VAS disabilitas fungsional, aktivitas penyakit, depresi, ansietas dan komorbiditas untuk EQ VAS.
Kesimpulan Disabilitas fungsional, aktivitas penyakit, gangguan psikologis dan jumlah komorbiditas memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas hidup pasien AR. Sehingga evaluasi terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut harus dipertimbangkan dalam standar pelayanan pasien AR dan tatalaksana yang sesuai harus dioptimalkan.

Background. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a rheumatic disease that often causes functional disorders and decreased health related quality of life (HRQoL). Different factors have been reported affecting HRQoL of RA patients. This study aims to evaluate the HRQoL and related factors in patients with RA.
Methods. One hundred and fifty-two patients from Reumatology polyclinic at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta were enrolled. Data about sosiodemographic, clinical and laboratory data related to disease activity, functional status, psyological problem, and number of comorbidities were collected. HRQoL was assessed using the Indonesian EuroQol five demensional questionnaire (EQ-5D) and EQ global health visual analogue (VAS). Univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis were employed to identify factors related to HRQoL.
Results. Ninety percent were female with a mean age ± Sof 49.41 ± 12.31 years with a secondary education level and unemployed. Majority of subjects had moderate disease activity (median 3.26 (1.03 – 6.89) and independent functional status. Median duration of illness was 3 (0 – 34) years. Psychological disorders such as anxiety (11.2%) and depression (20 .4%) were also found, the median index value 0.84 (0.170 – 1,000) and the median EQ VAS 70 40 – 100). The factors that independently played a role in the index score were functional disability, disease activity, and depression, while for the EQ VAS were functional disability, disease activity, depression, anxiety, and number of comorbidities.
Conclusion. Functional disability, disease activity, psychological disorders and the number of comorbidities have a negative influence on the HRQoL of RA patients. So, the evaluation of these factors must be considered in the standard of care for RA patients and the appropriate management must be optimized

"Penelitian Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Layanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2009. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan kesehatan di Gedung A Rawat Inap Terpadu RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Tidak semua pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Gedung A Rawat Inap Terpadu RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo diteliti, dibatasi pada Ruang Rawat Inap Kebidanan, Bedah dan Penyakit Dalam Lantai-6 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 92 orang. Pengukuran kualitas layanan dengan model SERVQUAL, yang dikembangkan oleh (Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Berry) terdiri dari lima dimensi Tangibility (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kesesuaian), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan), Emphaty (empati). Berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas layanan tersebut disusun menjadi 32 (tigapuluh dua) pertanyaan dan disusun berdasarkan Skala Likert untuk mengetahui harapan dan persepsi pasien terhadap suatu layanan.
Setelah data hasil penelitian terkumpul, untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan yang diterima pasien pada setiap dimensi dilakukan dengan cara skor persepsi (skor terhadap layanan yang dialami/diterima/dirasakan pasien) dikurangi skor harapan (skor terhadap layanan yang diharapkan).Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien dilakukan dengan membandingkan skor persepsi dengan skor harapan dikalikan seratus persen (Lovelock, 1994). Dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas terhadap instrumen penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi dan regresi linear sederhana untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan linear antara variabel dependen dan independent, sedangkan ?uji T? untuk mengidentifikasi arah dan hubungan independensi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15.0.
Hasil analisis data, simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini bahwa kualitas layanan yang diberikan di Gedung A Rawat Inap Terpadu RSUPN Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo Jakarta, Bagian (Bedah, Kebidanan dan Penyakit Dalam Lantai-6) ada hubungan yang erat antara kualitas layanan yang diberikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien, semakin baik kualitas layanan, maka semakin puas pasien, juga terlihat bahwa layanan yang diberikan belum sesuai harapan pasien, ini terlihat dari semua dimensi harapan lebih tinggi nilai perolehannya dibandingkan dengan dimensi persepsi pasien.

Customer Satisfaction Research Analysis in Health Services General Hospital Center for National Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo was held in June 2009. This study is a descriptive study conducted to analyze the level of customer satisfaction to quality health services in the Building ?A? Inpatient Integrated RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Not all health services in the Building ?A? Inpatient Integrated RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo examined, limited in space Inpatient Obstetric, Surgery and Internal In 6th Floor with the number of respondents was 92 people. Measuring the quality of service with the SERVQUAL model, developed by (Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry) consists of five dimensions Tangibility (Physical Evidence), Reliability (Declaration), Responsiveness (Power Response), Assurance (Assurance), Emphaty (empathy). Based on the five dimensions of service quality is organized into 32 (thirty two) are developed based on questions and Likert scale to determine patient expectations and perceptions of a service.
After the results of research data collected, for the quality of services received by patients in each dimension is done with the perception scores (score on the services of experienced / received / felt by the patient) was reduced expectation score (a score of service that is expected). To know the level of patient satisfaction is done with the perception scores with the score multiplied by one hundred percent expectation (Lovelock, 1994). Conducted test validity, reliability of research instruments. Data analyzed with correlation and linear regression to demonstrate the existence of a simple linear relationship between dependent and independent variables, while the ?T test? to identify the direction of independence and the relationship with the program SPSS 15.0
The results of the analysis data, the knot that can be drawn from this research that the quality of services provided in Building "A" Inpatient Integrated RSUPN Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo Jakarta, Section (Surgery, Obstetric and Internal In 6th Floor) have a close relationship between the quality of services provided to the level of patient satisfaction, the better the quality of service, the more satisfied the patient, is also seen that the services provided have not been appropriate patient expectations, this is seen expectations of all dimensions higher than the value dimensional acquisition perception of the patient.

"Latar Belakang. Lama rawat intensif pasien pascabedah jantung yang memanjang mempengaruhi alur pasien bedah jantung berikutnya. Pengaturan pasien berdasarkan lama rawat diperlukan agar alur pasien lancar.
Tujuan. Membuat prediksi lama rawat intensif 48 jam berdasarkan nilai skor dari model EuroSCORE dan model yang dimodifikasi dari faktor-faktor EuroSCORE.
Metode. Penelitian restrospektif dilakukan pada Januari 2012 - Desember 2013 pada 249 pasien yang menjalani bedah jantung di Unit Pelayanan Jantung RSUPN Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Analisis survival dan regresi Cox dilakukan untuk membuat prediksi lama rawat intensif 48 jam.
Hasil. Median kesintasan lama rawat intensif 43 jam. Nilai skor EuroSCORE tidak memenuhi asumsi hazard proporsional. Model baru telah dibuat dari 7 variabel EuroSCORE yang secara substansi berhubungan dengan lama rawat intensif (AUC 0,67).
Kesimpulan. Model baru dari tujuh faktor EuroSCORE cukup dapat memprediksi lama rawat intensif 48 jam.

Background. Prolonged intensive care unit length of stay (ICU-LOS) in a postcardiac surgery may shortage of ICU beds due to clog of patient flow. Improving ICU-LOS may lead to better patient flow.
Objectives. To predict 48-hour ICU-LOS based on EuroSCORE model and to create a modified EuroSCORE factors model.
Methods. A retrospective study was conducted from January 2012 to December 2013 among 249 patients who underwent cardiac surgery at Integrated Cardiac Services, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta. Survival analysis and Cox?s regression were performed to make a prediction model for 48-hour ICU-LOS.
Results. Median survival of ICU-LOS was 43-hour. The EuroSCORE model did not meet the proporsional hazard assumption. A new substantial model from 7- EuroSCORE factors was created to predict 48 hours ICU-LOS (AUC 0.67).
Conclusions. Seven EuroSCORE factors was sufficient as a new model to predict the 48-hour ICU-LOS.
