"Skripsi ini membahas tentang cara-cara yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia dalam memperkuat budaya organisasi KITA-K.Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa budaya KITA-K belum berjalan maksimal walaupun telah dilakukan beberapa program sebagai berikut : ujian tentang KITA-K kepada calon pegawai baru, sosialisasi KITA-K, penerbitan majalah KITA-K, program penyelarasan kultur wajib dan program penyelarasan kultur pilihan. Masalah krusial dalam proses penguatan KITA-K, di antaranya (1) keterbatasan kuantitas sumber daya manusia di Tim Kultur; (2) pimpinan Satuan Kerja belum sepenuhnya mendukung program dari mitra perubahan; dan (3) mitra perubahan tiap Satuan Kerja belum melakukan tugasnya secara maksimal.

This research discuss about the empowering organization culture of KITAK made in Bank Indonesia. This research is done by qualitative approach with descriptive type. The results showed that empowering organization culture KITAK at Bank Indonesia still not optimal although several program has been done such as : the exam about KITA-K for new employees candidates, socialization about KITA-K, publishing the KITA-K cultural organization magazine, mandatory culture harmonization program and optional culture harmonization program. In fact, there are some crucial problems in the process of empowering organization culture which is (1) the limited quantity of human resources in the Culture Team; (2) the leaders have not fully support the programs of agent change; and (3) agent of changes are not doing their job well.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruhbudaya organisasiterhadap kinerja karyawan kantor area PT. Bank X, Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah31 karyawan kantor area PT. Bank X, Tangerangdengan menggunakan metodeTotal Sampling.Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan linear regression.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan hubungan antar variabel pada penelitian ini adalah sedang menujukuat, dengan angka koefisien sebesar 0.452. Budaya organisasi yang dimiliki PT. Bank X mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 20.5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture toward employee preformance in PT. Bank X, area office, Tangerang Area. This research applied quantitative approach. The samples of this research are31 employees of PT. Bank X’s office, collected using total sampling. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with linear regression.
The result of this research indicates that the correlation between two variables is moderate to strong. Organizational culture effects employee’s performanceis equal to 20.5%, and the residue equal to 79.5% affected by other factor.

"Fenomena terkait budaya organisasi dan efektivitas organisasi sudah beredar di dalam dunia organisasi, dimana ada beberapa penemuan bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja dari organisasi tersebut, dan kemudian dari penelitian yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas organisasi, ada beberapa penelitian yang memiliki kesimpulan bahwa salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi adalah budaya organisasi. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh sucofindo pada saat ini adalah dituntut nya peningkatan kinerja dari sucofindo dan serta adanya permasalahan terhadap budaya regulasi yang dibentuk oleh sucofindo sendiri, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan apakah adanya hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi, dan temuan sementara ini yang dapat dipaparkan adalah penerapan budaya organisasi di sucofindo tinggi, dan efektivitas organisasi sucofindo juga tinggi, tetapi hubungan antara kedua variabel ini tidak ada.

Phenomena related to organizational culture and organizational effectiveness are already circulating in the organizational world, where there are several findings that organizational culture affects the performance of the organization, and then from research related to organizational effectiveness, there are several studies that have concluded that one of the factors influencing an effectiveness organization is organizational culture. The problems experienced by sucofindo at the moment are the demands to improve the performance of sucofindo and the problems with the regulatory culture formed by sucofindo itself, the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an organizational culture relationship to organizational effectiveness, and this interim findings can be explained that the application of organizational culture in sucofindo is high, and the effectiveness of sucofindo organizations is also high, but the relationship between these two variables does not exist. "Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement PNS Non Manajerial di lingkungan Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Teknik Simple Linear Regression digunakan dalam menganalisis data.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian mengenai budaya organisasi dan employee engagement khususnya di sektor publik. Untuk penelitian employee engagement selanjutnya disarankan berkaitan dengan variabel lainnya, guna mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi employee engagement di sektor publik atau pemerintahan.

This thesis discusses the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement non managerial civil cervant at the Head Office of National Civil Services Agency. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire given to respondents. Simple linear Regression method used in analyzing data. The result of this study indicated that organizational culture positive and significant impact on employee engagement. This research is expected to enrich the results of research on organizational culture and employee engagement, especially in the public sector. For further recommended employee engagement research related to other variables, in order to determine the factors that influence employee engagement in the public sector or government."

"Budaya organisasi dalam sebuah perusahaan/institusi/organisasi tak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan/institusi/organisasi, tetapi juga sebagai pedoman dan nilai-nilai berperilaku para anggota perusahaan/institusi/organisasi dalam beraktivitas seharihari. Sebagai fakultas kedokteran nomor satu di Indonesia, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) merumuskan I?Ve Care sebagai budaya organisasinya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pembentukan budaya organisasi I?Ve Care, faktor-faktor yang menghambatnya dan evaluasi yang dibutuhkan FKUI ke depannya. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif, studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam.
Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini, bahwa pembentukan budaya organisasi belum optimal dikarenakan adanya faktor-faktor: pengkisahan, komunikasi, penyelesaian masalah yang positif, pengkisahan mengenai pendiri dan pemimpin, kepemimpinan, contoh role model, norma-norma, pengharapan, nilai-nilai, sistem penghargaan, manajemen karier, rekrutmen dan penempatan staf, sosialisasi kepada staf baru, pelatihan dan pengembangan, kontak anggota organisasi, partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, koordinasi antar grup, dan perubahan personal. Diperlukan evaluasi dan saran yang holistis dalam pembentukan budaya organisasi di FKUI.

Organizational culture is a tool to increasing the qualities of the organization, and further as guidance and values for their daily activities as well. Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) as the leading medical faculty in Indonesia, is required to adapt with its external environment also. FKUI then formulate ?I?Ve Care? as its organizational culture. This study aim to analyze and describe the formation of I?Ve Care as the organizational culture, the factors that holded up, and the evaluation most needed. The research method is qualitative, by case study, through in depth interview.
The results obtained from this study, that the formation of organizational culture is not yet optimal embedded due to these factors: story telling, communication, positive problem solving, story telling about the founder and the leader, leadership, role models, norms, expectation, values, rewards system, career management, recruitment and staff placement, socialization to a new staff, training and workshop, organization contact number, participation in decision making, coordinating between groups, and personal transformation. However, FKUI needs a holistic evaluation regarding the formation of organizational culture.

"Laju perkembangan ekonomi dan teknologi global membuat perubahan tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan organisasi. Menurut Cummings & Worley (2008), kemampuan untuk mengelola perubahan akan terus menjadi sumber utama keunggulan kompetitif di semua jenis organisasi. Selain itu, kinerja dan kemampuan untuk menerapkan perubahan organisasi juga dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, namun tanpa perubahan dalam kompetensi manajerial dalam organisasi, budaya organisasi tidak akan dapat berubah. Penelitian deskriptif ini berfokus pada diagnosis budaya organisasi dan kompetensi manajerial dalam perusahaan Public Relations (PR) Indonesia yang telah melalui berbagai perubahan sebagai akibat dari akuisisi oleh sebuah perusahaan PR global.Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk mendiagnosa budaya organisasi dan kompetensi manajerial berdasarkan Competing Values Framework oleh Cameron dan Quinn (2006). Populasi adalah karyawan non-manajerial di PT. XYZ Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan PR multinasional yang sebagai hasil dari proses merger dan akuisisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) sebagai teknik analisis data untuk mendiagnosa orientasi dominan organisasi berdasarkan jenis budaya dan Managerial Skills Instrument Assessment (MSAI) untuk menggambarkan dan mendapatkan gambaran kompetensi manajemen di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat ini budaya organisasi yang ada di PT. XYZ Indonesia, secara berurutan adalah Market, Clan, Adhocracy dan Hierarchy, sedangkan kompetensi manajerial yang dirasakan oleh para responden adalah Clan, Adhocracy, Market dan Hierarchy. Diagnosa gap antara budaya organisasi dan kompetensi manajerial di PT. XYZ Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa ada kesenjangan diantara keduanya dengan gap terbesar pada kompetensi Managing the Future, Managing the Development of Others dan Managing Teams.

The pace of global, economic, and technological development makes change an inevitable feature of organizational life. According to Cummings & Worley (2008), the ability to manage change continuously will be a key source of competitive advantage in all types of organizations. Moreover, an organization?s performance and ability to implement change are influenced by the organizational culture, but without an alteration in the managerial competencies demonstrated in the organization, the organization?s fundamental culture will not change. This descriptive research focuses on the diagnosis of the organizational culture and managerial competencies profiles in an Indonesian Public Relations (PR) company that had gone through some changes as a result of an acquisition by a global PR company. The purpose of this thesis is to assess the organization culture and managerial competencies based on the Competing Values Framework by Cameron and Quinn (2006). The population is the non-managerial employees of PT. XYZ Indonesia, a multinational Public Relations firm, an organization that is a result of a merger and acquisition. This research used Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) as the instrument to diagnose the dominant orientation of organization based on the core culture types and Management Skill Assessment Instrument (MSAI) to describe and obtain description of the management competencies on the job. The results showed that the organizational cultures that are present in PT. XYZ Indonesia, in particular order are Market, Clan, Adhocracy and Hierarchy culture while the managerial competencies felt by the respondents are Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. For the assessment of the gap between the organizational culture and managerial competencies in PT. XYZ Indonesia shows that there is a discrepancy between the two and largest gap is on the Managing the Future, Managing the Development of Others and Managing Teams."

"Setiap organisasi pasti memiliki budaya organisasi yang menjadi pedoman karyawannya dalam berperilaku dan menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Budaya Organisasi akan terlihat dari hasil kinerja pegawainya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja customer service officer pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)Tbk Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dari PT. BNI dan Kinerja Pegawai dengan dimensi yang diambil dari buku Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009).
Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampelnya adalah 33 orang petugas pelayanan nasabah PT BNI Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas pelayanan nasabah.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Jatinegara. The variables of this study are the Organizational Culture of PT. BNI and the Employee Performance with dimensions taken from the book Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009).
This research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The samples are 33 customer service officers PT BNI Branch Jatinegara. The results showed that there is influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer.

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh yang muncul dari variabel budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, keterlibatan pegawai, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi, perilaku hasil yang terbagi performa kinerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif, serta kepuasan kerja yang terjadi di lingkungan PNS Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat se-Indonesia.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Survei dilakukan terhadap 405 PNS Kementerian PUPR dari berbagai unit dan wilayah. Penyebaran kuesioner melalui email dinas dan ditindaklajuti dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui aplikasi pesan WhatsApp oleh Bagian Kepegawaian masing-masing. Dari sepuluh hipotesis yang diujikan, semua variabel yakni budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, keterlibatan pegawai, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi, perilaku hasil yang terbagi performa kinerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif, serta kepuasan kerja , terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan, kecuali hipotesis ke 10 yang tidak terbukti yakni tentang adanya pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku hasil yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung dalam membentuk perilaku hasil pada instansi tersebut, tanpa harus melibatkan keterlibatan pegawai sebagai faktor perantara, sehingga sosok pemimpin dan perintah secara direktif kepada pegawai merupakan bagian  budaya organisasi penting di dalam instansi tersebut.

Hasil penelitian menyarankan pentingnya komunikasi sebagai dasar dalam membentuk employee engagement, menumbuhkan kepercayaan pada organisasi dan membangun budaya organisasi. Selain itu, komunikasi efektif seorang pemimpin mampu meningkatkan performa kinerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif para pegawai dalam sebuah organisasi.


This thesis discusses the influence that arises from the variables of organizational culture, leadership, employee engagement, trust in the organization, behavioral outcomes which are divided into performance and innovative work behavior, as well as job satisfaction that occurs within the civil service environment of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing throughout Indonesia.

This research is quantitative research with an explanatory design. The survey was conducted on 405 civil servants from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing from various units and regions. Distribute the questionnaire via official email and follow up with the distribution of the questionnaire via the WhatsApp messaging application by the respective Personnel Department. Of the ten hypotheses tested, all variables, namely organizational culture, leadership, employee engagement, trust in the organization, behavioral outcomes which are divided into performance and innovative work behavior, as well as job satisfaction, were proven to have a direct and significant influence, except for the 10th hypothesis which was not proven. namely about the indirect influence of leadership on behavioral outcomes which is mediated by employee involvement. This proves that leadership has a direct influence in shaping behavioral outcomes in the agency, without having to involve employee involvement as an intermediary factor, so that the figure of the leader and directive orders to employees are an important part of the organizational culture in the agency. The research results suggest the importance of communication as a basis for forming employee engagement, fostering trust in the organization and building organizational culture. Apart from that, a leader's effective communication can improve the performance and innovative work behavior of employees in an organization"

"Kompleksitas tugas Pelaksana Harian Badan Narkotika Nasional yaitu Pelaksanaan Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) membutuhkan pengelolaan organisasi yang efektif. Salah satu unsur penting dalam pengelolaan organisasi yang efektif adalah budaya organisasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengembangan budaya organisasi yang mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi organisasi Pelaksana Harian Badan Narkotika Nasional.
Tesis ini berupaya untuk menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan pada Pelaksana Harian Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan kerangka berpikir Competing Values Framework. (Cameron & Quint, 1999) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentitikasi budaya aktual serta menemukan budaya yang ideal. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi budaya aktual dan ideal dilakukan analisis kesenjangan dan kemudian merumuskan langkah-langkah intervensi terhadap perubahan budaya.
Berdasarkan pengolahan data kuesioner dan informasi dan kegiatan Diskusi Kelompok Terarah (Focus Group Discussion), diperoleh temuan bahwa budaya yang dominan berkembang di kelima unit kerja Pelaksana Harian BNN adalah budaya Hierarki yang bertujuan untuk menjaga stabilitas dan bersifat formal, sedangkan budaya yang memiliki nilai fleksibilitas yaitu budaya Clan dan Adhocracy belum banyak dimiliki. Temuan Iainnya adalah bahwa nilai-nilai budaya fleksibilitas dibutuhkan oleh organisasi Pelaksana Harian BNN, sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan nilai-nitat budaya yang mengandung nilai fleksibititas. Nilai budaya Clan perlu ditingkatkan oleh unit kerja Sekretariatn, Pusat Dukungan Pencegahan, Pusat Dukungan Penegakan Hukum dan Pusat Penelitian, Pengembangan dan Informatika. Pengembangan budaya Adhocracy dibutuhkan oleh kelima unit kerja Lakhar BNN. Pengembangan nilai-nilai budaya Market hanya dibutuhkan oleh unit kerja Pusat Penelitian, Pengembangan dan informatika.
Berdasarkan kesimpulan diperlukannya pengembangan ketiga nilai budaya yaitu nilai budaya Clan, Adhocracy dan Market, maka dibutuhkan Iangkah-langkah intervensi perubahan terhadap budaya yang ada saat ini.

Prevention and demolition of the mis-use and dark distribution of Narcotics ((P4GN) have been the main duty of Organization Culture Of Daily Executor Of National Narcotics Board (Lakhar BNN). Realized that this duty is complex, effective organization management is needed. One of the essential component is organizational culture, therefore needs organizational culture development to support duty execution and function.
The objective of this theses is to analyze how the culture of the organization which is expected to support the organization effectiveness using Competing Values Framework (Cameron & Quinn, 1999) which aim to identify actual culture and find expected culture. Based on the identification of the actual culture and expected culture, and then try to formulate intervention steps to conduct changes.
The research found that the dominant culture which is developed ln the five units is Hierarchy culture, which is aimed to develop stability and formality values. The cultures those have flexibility values such as Clan Culture and Adhocracy Culture have not rooted at Lakhar BNN Culture. Research also found that the flexibility value is needed and expected to be developed at Lakhar BNN, there for there is a need to develop this value. The Clan culture needs to be developed by Secretary unit, Center for Prevention Support, Center for Law Enforcement Support, and Center for Research, Development and lnfomtation. The improvement for the Adhocracy culture is needed by all the five unit. The improvement of the Market Culture is needed only by the Center for Research, Development and Infomation.
Based on the conclusion, Lakhar BNN needs to develop the three culture value, those are Clan, Adhocracy, and Market Culture, therefore intervention steps is needed for the changes of the current culture.

"The empirical research confirms that organizational culture has its positive impacts on the performance in business administration. The literature, however, revealed that the impact of organization culture in public administration remains limited, most study has been conducted outside Indonesia, and there is a challenge to public administration community to integrate values into structure, process and system of public organization. This dissertation examines to what extent do the organization cultural values impacts on the taxpayers service quality. By applying instrumental and terminal values theorized by Rockeah and Jones and service quality theorized by Zetihaml et al., Bergman and Kelfsjo, and by using quantitive approach which apply factor analysis, the research reveals 9 factors as dominant organization cultural values on Large Taxpayer Regional Office (LTRO) that is taxpayer Service quality, responsive, intelligent, obey to the superordinate, economy, learning, innovative, efficient and pluralism. Based on focus group discussion, the most dominant value is responsive at first level, follows by intelligent, obey to the superordinate, economy, learning, pluralism and taxpayer service quality at the second level and innovative and efficient at the third level. These level of values is regarded as a value system.
By applying regression analysis, the research reveal that there is a positive impact between efficient, innovative and responsive on the taxpayer service quality, while a negative impact between obey to the superordinate on taxpayer service quality. As in the focus group discussion the informants confirm that the values system has been used in the climate of organization especially in decision making process and reward punishment system on LTRO, this research concluded that LTRO becomes a value driven organization.
Findings of this research is that LTRO as a public organization has integrated values in the system and processes in the organization life, which is a theoretical implication of this research. lt is the advisable that the LTRO will maintain the value system by making it viable, balance, congruence and authenticity."
