"Penelitian ini memaparkan program One Village One Product (OVOP) yang dilaksanakan oleh PKPU selaku lembaga sosial non pemerintah (NGO) secara deskriptif-analitis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan secara mendalam desain dan proses berlangsungnya program OVOP sebagai sebuah program pembangunan komunitas dengan pendekatan social planning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik field trip, dimana peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan pengambilan data sekunder sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program OVOP yang dilakukan PKPU sudah menerapkan secara baik konsep pembangunan komunitas dari aspek tujuan, prinsip, struktur, perencanaan, persiapan, dan implementasi.

This study presents One Village One Product (OVOP) program which was carried out by PKPU as a non government organization (NGO) in descriptive-analytic way. The purpose of this research was to expose in-depth design and process of the OVOP program with social planning approach. This study uses qualitative and field trip method, in which researchers conduct observations, interviews, and secondary data retrieval as a method of data collection. The results of this study showed that the OVOP program performed by PKPU is sufficient according to the concepts of community development such as objectives, principles, structures, planning, preparation, and implementation.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi internasionalisasi produk Industri Kecil dan Menengah IKM Anyaman Ketak di sentra One Village One Product OVOP . Terdapat tiga variabel terkait dengan internasionalisasi yang akan diteliti yaitu: 1 Orientasi Pasar/OP, 2 Keunggulan Bersaing/KB; dan 3 Kebijakan Pemerintah/KP. KB berperan sebagai variabel independen dan juga mediasi antara OP dan KP terhadap internasionalisasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan kuesioner terstruktur yang diisi oleh 50 korensponden di Sentra IKM Anyaman Ketak di Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Terdapat 7 hipotesis yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui analisis jalur dan SEM.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa OP dan KP berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap KB. pengaruh positif juga ditemukan antara OP, KB dan KP terhadap internasionalisasi. KB memiliki nilai tertinggi yang mempengaruhi internasionalisasi. Sementara itu, OP dan KP secara tidak langsung tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap internasionalisasi.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to evaluate internationalization product rsquo s of Small and Medium Industry Anyaman Ketak under the One Village One Product OVOP by study the three Variabelfactors influencing internationalization 1 Market Orientation MO, 2 Competitive Advantage CA and 3 Government Policy GPintercede to model Internationalisation product. Competitive advantage act as independent varabel and a mediator between market orientation and govenrment regulation to internationalization.The data so obtained are analyzed for correlation regression analysis to test Hypotheses 1 7 using a structured questionnaire a total sample of 50 corespondenin West Nusa Tenggara. The statistics used in data analysis is the Path Analysis with SPSS.The study showed that MO and GP have a positive and significant influence to CA. A significant positive relationship is also found between theMO, CA and GP to internationalisarion. CA was the most influential factor to internationalization. Otherwise, MO and GP had not an indirect effect on the internationalization, not being mediated by CA. A detailed discussion of each variable including its roles and importance is provided.

"Studi evaluasi ini bertujuan memberikan model evaluasi program CSR yang lebih komprehensif mengukur capaian fungsi community development dan community relation secara seimbang. Literatur dalam evaluasi program CSR lebih cenderung fokus pada aspek Community Development dan kurang melihat dampak program pada aspek relasi antara perusahaan dengan komunitas. Program pemberdayaan pariwisata berbasis komunitas ini merupakan CSR PT Tirta Investama-Lido di Desa Ciburuy yang mulai dilaksanakan pada 2019 lalu. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan survei sebagai data pelengkap. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi metode Main Analytical Categories, SWOT untuk mengukur capaian fungsi Community Development, dan pengukuran relasi untuk menilai capaian fungsi Community Relation. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa aspek relevansi lebih menonjol dibandingkan aspek lainnya seperti efektivitas, dampak, dan keberlanjutan. Analisis SWOT memperlihatkan kekuatan pada SDA dan SDM yang cukup banyak dan menghimpuni, akan tetapi masih perlu dioptimalkan dari segi kualitas sungai dan SDM yang perlu di kembangkan. Kinerja program yang cukup baik berdampak pada relasi yang cukup harmonis antara perusahaan dengan komunitas. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari komunikasi, kerjasama, dan pengakuan dari masyarakat/komunitas yang berujung positif. Dengan demikian kinerja dan dampak program pada aspek Community Development terlihat sejalan dengan dampak program pada aspek Community Relation.

This evaluation study aims to provide a more comprehensive CSR program evaluation model to measure the achievement of the community development and community relations functions in a balanced way. The literature in the evaluation of CSR programs tends to more focus on aspects of Community Development and less on the impact of programs on aspects of the relationship between the company and the community. This community-based tourism empowerment program is a CSR of PT Tirta Investama-Lido in Ciburuy Village which was started in 2019. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys as complementary data. The evaluation method used is a combination of the Main Analytical Categories, SWOT is to measure the achievement of the Community Development, and relationship measurement is to assess the achievement of the Community Relations. The results of this study indicate that the relevance aspect is more prominent than other aspects such as effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. The SWOT analysis shows that the strength of natural resources and human resources is quite large and adequate, but still needs to be optimized in terms of river quality and human resources that need to be developed. The program's good performance has an impact on quite harmonious relations between the company and the community. This can be seen from the communication, cooperation, and recognition from the community/community that lead to positive results. Thus the performance and impact of the program on the Community Development are seen to be in line with the program's impact on the Community Relations."

"One Village One Product (OVOP) merupakan pendekatan pengembangan potensi daerah di satu wilayah untuk menghasilkan satu produk yang khas dan unik dari sumber daya lokal tetapi dapat bersaing secara global yang diperuntukan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan ekonomi kerakyatan guna meningkatkan taraf kehidupan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Dalam mewujudkan pengembangan ekonomi lokal tersebut diperlukan adanya peran dan komitmen dari pimpinan daerah guna pengembangan komoditas unggulan daerah melalui pendekatan One Village One Product (OVOP). Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan bupati dalam pelaksanaan program One Village One Product (OVOP) berdasarkan teori peran kepemimpinan yang dikemukakan oleh Mintzberg (1973). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positivist. Penelitian ini dikategorikan ke dalam penelitian deskriptif, murni, cross-sectional dan studi lapangan melalui metode wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peran kepemimpinan bupati dalam pelaksanaan OVOP di Wonosobo meliputi figurehead, leader, liaison, monitor, disseminator, spokesperson, disturbance handler, ressource allocator, dan negotiator.

One Village One Product (OVOP) is a regional development approach to produce a distinctive and unique local products but can compete globally which is intended to realize the social economic development and achieve equitable prosperity for its local community. In realizing local economic development, commitment and the role of regional leaders are needed to realize the development of regional’s commodity approach through the One Village One Product (OVOP) program. This study aims to analyze the regent’s leadership role in the implementation of One Village One Product (OVOP) which is based on leadership roles theory by Mintzberg (1973). This research is using a positivist approach. This research is categorized into descriptive study, pure, cross-sectional, and field study through in-depth interviews and literature study. Based on the research results, regent’s leadership role in the implementation of One Village One Product (OVOP) in Wonosobo includes figurehead, leader, liaison, monitor, disseminator, spokesperson, disturbance handler, ressource allocator, and negotiator role.

"Berbagai program pengembangan kapasitas guru telah dilakukan sebelumnya demi pencapaian pemerataan kualitas guru yang ada di Indonesia.  Oleh karena itu, studi ini berfokus pada program Guru Merdeka Belajar oleh Komunitas Guru Belajar Nasional untuk meninjau lebih lanjut keadaan pelatihan berbasis pengembangan kapasitas guru terkini, yang juga ditinjau dari social network dan Pengembangan kapasitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi oleh Reidar Dale yaitu Main Analytical Analysis dengan dengan pengambilan data berupa wawancara mendalam, analisis video serta data sekunder berupa dokumen terkait. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat efektivitas, relevansi dan keberlanjutan yang rendah dan dampak yang cukup. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya perencanaan yang matang pada program sehingga keberhasilan program pun sulit terukur, sehingga dampak program pun bergantung pada seberapa kreatifnya peserta program dalam mereplikasi materi program ke sekolah masing-masing dan juga konsistensi individu dalam menghadiri program. Saran yang diperlukan adalah pengadaan tujuan.

Various teacher capacity building programs have been carried out previously in order to achieve even distribution of teacher quality in Indonesia. A study conducted by Pitoyo (2011) found that the unpreparedness of existing human resources had an effect on the success of the program and also the lack of independence of program participants because they depended on training, indicating a program that was not sustainable as found in Situmorang (2018). Therefore, this study focuses on the Guru Merdeka Belajar program by the Komunitas Guru Belajar Nusantara to further review the state of the latest teacher capacity building-based training, which is also reviewed from social networks and Pengembangan kapasitas. This study uses the evaluation method by Reidar Dale, namely Main Analytical Analysis, by collecting data in the form of in-depth interviews, video analysis and secondary data in the form of related documents. The findings from this study are low levels of effectiveness, relevance and sustainability and moderate impact. This is due to the lack of careful planning in the program, so that the success of the program is difficult to measure, so that the impact of the program depends on how creative the program participants are in replicating program materials to their respective schools and also individual consistency in attending the program. The advice needed is to provide concrete program objectives so that program achievements can be more easily measured."

"Skripsi ini membahas aspek kelembagaan koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan dalam melaksanakan program one village one product (OVOP) yang dibina oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kelembagaan koperasi yang terpilih sebagai pelaksana program OVOP dengan melihat aspek kultural dan aspek struktural sebagai acuan analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positivis dengan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan sejumlah data dan informasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kultural dan aspek struktural koperasi ada dalam kategori buruk, sehingga simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Mitra Tani Parahyangan memiliki kelembagaan yang buruk dalam melaksanakan program OVOP.

This thesis discusses the institutional aspects of cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan. in implementing the program one village one product (OVOP) is fostered by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of this Thesis is to describe the institutional cooperative that was selected as the implementing OVOP program by looking at aspects of the cultural and structural aspects as a guidance to analyze. This research uses a positivist approach with qualitative research methods to get some data and information.
The results suggest that the cultural aspects and structural aspects of the cooperative is in the bad category, so the conclusions of this study states that Mitra Tani Parahyangan have poor institutional OVOP in implementing the program.

"[ABSTRAK
Pembangunan Jaringan Distribusi Gas Bumi untuk Rumah Tangga (JGRT) adalah
salah satu program Pemerintah untuk memperbanyak penggunaan gas bumi.
Program JGRT dilaksanakan di 24 kota di seluruh Indonesia dengan sasaran
sebanyak 80.000 rumah tangga. Salah satu kota yang terpilih adalah Kota Depok.
Pembangunan JGRT Kota Depok diberikan terhadap 4000 rumah tangga di
Kelurahan Beji dan Beji Timur pada tahun 2010. Namun hingga saat ini belum
pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program tersebut.
Penelitian ini mencoba mengevaluasi pencapaian outcomes program
pembangunan JGRT di Kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan
survei dengan jumlah responden 150 rumah tangga yang dipilih dengan metode
proportional random sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif
kuantitatif.
Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jumlah penerima program yang
beralih menggunakan gas bumi dari LPG tabung sebesar 93,45%. Konsumsi gas
bumi dari penerima program dapat menggantikan 11.439 tabung LPG 3kg dan
1.120 LPG 12kg per bulan. Jumlah tersebut hanya 0,85% dari total rumah tangga
dan total konsumsi LPG 3kg dan 12kg per bulan di Kota Depok. Penghematan
subsidi yang telah didapatkan Pemerintah sejak bulan Juni tahun 2011 sampai
dengan Desember tahun 2013 sebesar 8,2 miliar rupiah. Analisis persepsi
responden terhadap penggunaan gas bumi disimpulkan bahwa gas bumi terbukti
lebih murah, lebih aman, dan lebih praktis dibandingkan LPG 3kg dan 12kg.
Hambatan program JGRT Kota Depok adalah belum adanya pengembangan
JGRT ke wilayah lain di Kota Depok.

done by using proportional random sampling method, while the analysis was
conducted by using descriptive quantitative method.
Based on the above analysis, it is concluded that the number of beneficiaries who
previously use the LPG tubes and switch to use the natural gas is 93.45% of all
surveyed beneficiaries. The amount of gas consumption can substitute 11,439
tubes of LPG 3kg and 1,120 tubes of LPG 12kg per month. This figure represents
0.85% of the total households in Depok and total monthly of 3kg and 12kg LPG
consumption in Depok. Government subsidies which have been saved since June
of 2011 until December of 2013 amounted to 8.2 billion Rupiah. Based on the
analysis of respondent?s perceptions of the use of natural gas, it is concluded that
the natural gas is proven to be cheaper, safer and more practical compared to LPG
3kg and 12kg. The barriers of the JGRT program in Depok is the lack of

"Tesis ini menganalisis peranan komunikasi di internal organisasi Kementerian Sosial yaitu Direktorat Jaminan Sosial Keluarga dalam proses melaksanakan perubahan penyaluran PKH Program Keluarga Harapan dari tunai menjadi nontunai.Organisasi yang digambarkan sebagai sebuah sistem yang hidup oleh Katz dan Kahn 1978 dijelaskan terdiri atas unsur input - proses - output.
Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengorganisasian yang terjadi pada organisasi dalam mengumpulkan, mengelola dan menggunakan informasi untuk mencapai tujuan perubahan. Proses pengorganisasian ini dijelaskan oleh Karl E. Weick dengan Teori Informasi Organisasi untuk memahami kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi dalam mengurangi ketidakjelasan informasi atau equivocality melalui tahapan-tahapan enactment, seleksi dan retensi.
Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan mengunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan publik internal Direktorat Jaminan Sosial Keluarga sebagai narasumber yang dipilih dengan menggunakan snowball sampling yang merupakan teknik sampling non-probabilitas serta data dianalisisis menggunakan trianggulasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PKH secara nontunai pada tahap awal perubahan pola penyaluran program bantuan sosial terlaksana meskipun ada beberapa persoalan yang membutuhkan komunikasi untuk mengorganisasikan pekerjaan ke dalam organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan perubahan yang ingin dicapai.

This thesis is analyzing the role of communication in the internal organization on the Ministry of Social Affairs ie Directorate of Family Social Security in the process of implementing the change of implementing the change of the PKH Program Keluarga Sejahtera from cash to non cash distribution.Organization that described as a living system by Katz and Kahn 1978 consists elements of Input ndash Process Output.
The focus of this research is the organizing process. The organizing process described by Karl E. Weick 1979 with Organizational Information Theory to understand the communication activities that undertaken by members of the organization in reducing the uncertaining information or equivocality through the stages of enactment, selection and retention.
The research methods is descriptive qualitative through case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by document studies, Field Observations and in depth interviews with the organization 39 s internal public at The Direktorate Jaminan Sosial Keluarga as interviewees that selected using snowball sampling as non probality sampling technique and data analysis performed through data triangulation.
The results of this study showed that the implementation of PKH non cash in the early stages of changes in the patterd of distribution the social assistance programs was implemented, althought some issues still need communication to organize jobs in the organization in accordance with the objectives of the changes to be achieved.

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan saluran komunikasi antarpribadi sebagai salah satu strategi komunikasi dalam proses adopsi inovasi program pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sementara evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah evaluasi proses dengan menyusun kerangka evaluasi berdasarkan teori difusi inovasi oleh Everett M. Rogers.
Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa saluran komunikasi antarpribadi digunakan sebagai salah satu strategi komunikasi pada tahap menciptakan pengetahuan dan penyebarluasan informasi dalam proses adopsi inovasi. Agen perubahan dan pemimpin (opinion leader) berperan penting dalam tahap menciptakan pengetahuan khalayak terhadap program. Pemimpin digunakan untuk menjembatani perbedaan dan jarak sosial antara agen perubahan dan target sasaran. Dalam tahap persuasi perilaku positif target sasaran dipengaruhi oleh manfaat relatif dari inovasi tersebut. Sementara dalam tahap implementasi penerimaan inovasi oleh target sasaran dilakukan berdasarkan keputusan kolektif/otoritas yang dibuat oleh beberapa individu dalam suatu sistem yang memiliki kekuasaan, status, atau keahlian teknis tertentu.
Selain itu, untuk mempercepat adopsi inovasi oleh target sasaran, lembaga perubahan memberikan insentif negatif dalam bentuk sanksi terhadap target sasaran yang tidak memenuhi kewajibannya. Dalam tahap konfirmasi, umumnya peserta tahu dan menjalankan apa yang menjadi hak dan kewajiban mereka. Hal tersebut terjadi karena PKH sebagai inovasi program penanggulangan kemiskinan relatif lebih mudah dipahami dan dilaksanakan. Meskipun demikian masih ada peserta yang merasa terbebani dengan kewajiban dan menyalahgunakan bantuan yang diterima.

This research is aimed at evaluating the usage of interpersonal channel as one of communication strategies in the process of innovation adoption of government program. Descriptive qualitative methods is used in this research. The evaluation is done using process evaluation by formulating evaluation framework based on diffusion innovation theory by Everett M. Rogers.
This research concludes that interpersonal channel can be used as one of the communication strategies to create knowledge and disseminate information in the process of innovation adoption. Change agent and opinion leader have important roles in creating the adopters? knowledge towards inovation. The opinion leader is utilized to bridge the gap and social distance between the change agent and the adopters. In the persuasion stage, the adopters? attitude is influenced by the relative advantge of the innovation. In the implementation stage, the adoption of innovation is made based on collective/authority decision by some individuals in the social system who have power, status, or certain technical skills.
Furthermore, to enhance the innovation adoption rate, the change agency gives negative incentives in form of sanction to the adopters who do not fulfil their obligation. In the confirmation stage, most adopters have the knowledge about their rights and fulfil their obligation since the conditional cash transfer program, as the innovation of poverty alleviation program, is relatively easy to understand and implement. However, there are some adopters who feel that the obligation is a burden and misuse the aid they receive.

"Permukiman kumuh sudah lama menjadi salah satu permasalahan di perkotaan, salah satunya di Jakarta. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya dengan perbaikan permukiman melalui Program Kampung Deret yang saat ini tengah dilakukan di Jakarta. Salah satu lokasi pembangunan Program Kampung Deret ialah di Kampung Petogogan, Jakarta Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis aspek utama dari Program Kampung Deret serta mengkaji dampak pembangunan Program tersebut bagi warga Kampung Petogogan.
Dari hasil pembangunan Kampung Deret Petogogan, aspek utama yang menjadi tujuan perbaikan dalam Program Kampung Deret, yaitu aspek fisik bangunan dan ketersediaan PSU. Dengan kondisi permukiman yang ada saat ini membuat warga lebih merasa nyaman. Namun beberapa kebiasaan buruk masih dilakukan oleh warga yang kedepannya dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kondisi permukiman saat ini. Sehingga perlu adanya sosialisasi dan pembinaan serta kontrol dari Pemerintah pasca pembangunan, Agar hasil dari pembangunan Program Kampung Deret dapat bertahan hingga kedepannya.

Slums have long been one a problem in urban areas, including Jakarta. Various attempts have been made to overcome this issue, one is through housing improvement called Kampung Deret Program that is currently being conducted in Jakarta. One site that has done this program is Kampung Petogogan, South Jakarta. This research uses qualitative approach as the case study method to analyze the main aspects of the program as well as assessing the impacts of the program on the residents of Kampung Petogogan.
From the results of the Kampung Deret Petogogan development, the main aspect, which is the goal of improvement in Kampung Deret Program, is the physical aspect of the building and the availability of public infrastructure, facilities and utillities. The current settlement conditions make the people feel more comfortable. However, the residents? bad habits could adversely affect the condition of the settlement in the future. Therefore, socialization, supervision and control by the government after the development are much needed so that the results of Kampung Deret development program can last until the future.
