"Industri farmasi dalam melakukan seluruh aktivitas pembuatan obat atau bahan obat wajib menerapkan pedoman terbaru Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). CPOB juga menyatakan bahwa apoteker merupakan personil kunci di industri farmasi yakni sebagai kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala pengawasan mutu. PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories yang merupakan salah satu industri farmasi di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan CPOB. memberikan kesempatan kepada calon apoteker untuk dapat melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. In conducting all of drug manufacturing activities, pharmaceutical industries are required to apply the latest guideline of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). GMP states that pharmacists are the key pesonnel in pharmaceutical industry as head of production, head of quality control, and head of quality assurance. PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories which is one of pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia that have implemented GMP, provide the opportunity for pharmacist student to have internship as pharmacist. Internship as pharmacist intended that pharmacist student can increase knowledge, skills, and experience in applying GMP in pharmaceutical industry, therefore help pharmacist student to have practical experience in pharmaceutical industry for the future."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Jalan Pos Pengumben Raya No.8 Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, peran serta tanggung jawab pengembangan produk obat di Departemen Business Development PT Novell, serta memahami proses pengembangan produk obat di industri farmasi sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penelusuran dan Kajian Paten Senyawa Desloratadin. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami prosedur penelusuran dan pengkajian paten senyawa Desloratadin berdasarkan Standard Operating Procedure di PT Novell serta mengetahui manfaat penelusuran paten sebelum dilakukan pengembangan produk.

Special task given entitled ldquo Finding Searching and Assessment of Patent Study of Desloratadine rdquo . The purpose of the main task is to understand the search and assessment procedures of Desloratadine patents compounds based on Standard Operating Procedure at PT. Novell and knowing the benefits of patent searching prior to product development. "

"Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh industri farmasi untuk menjamin mutu, khasiat, dan keamanan obat adalah dengan menerapkan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Industri Farmasi memiliki tiga personil kunci, yaitu kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala bagian pemastian mutu yang harus dijabat oleh Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di PT Konimex bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, serta memahami penerapan CPOB di PT Konimex. PT Konimex secara keseluruhan telah menerapkan prinsip CPOB dengan baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa penyusunan protokol validasi proses produk Heltiskin dan Konigen Cream. Secara keseluruhan, protokol validasi proses telah seseuai dengan ketentuan yang direkomendasikan dalam POP CPOB dan Guidance for Industry Process Validation: General Principles and Practices FDA.
