"ABSTRACTPelabelan graf merupakan salah satu topik yang menarik dalam teori graf. Adabeberapa cara untuk melabeli sebuah graf, dan salah satunya yaitu pelabelan graceful.Misalkan G(V,E) adalah sebuah graf. Pemetaan injektif f : V → {0,1,...,|E|}disebut graceful jika label dari busurnya w(uv) = | f(u) − f(v)| semuanya memilikinilai yang berbeda untuk setiap busur uv. Ada sebuah konjektur terkenal yangbelum terbukti dalam pelabelan graceful. Konjektur tersebut mengatakan bahwasemua graf pohon adalah graceful. Untuk membuktikan konjektur ini, maka harusditunjukan bahwa setiap graf pohon adalah graceful. Terdapat banyak paper penelitianyang membahas tentang pelabelan graceful untuk kelas-kelas graf pohon yangberstruktur tinggi atau kelas-kelas graf pohon yang bersyarat. Banyak kelas graf pohonpun telah dibuktikan adalah graceful dan salah satunya adalah graf Supercaterpillar.Adapun penelitian sebelumnya telah membuktikan bahwa graf Supercaterpillaryang memenuhi syarat tertentu adalah graceful. Dalam tesis ini, konsep darigraf Supercaterpillar diperumum dan ditunjukkan sub-kelas dari graf Supercaterpillaryang belum dibahas pada penelitian sebelumnya juga merupakan graceful.

ABSTRACTGraph labeling is one of the interesting topic in graph theory. There are manyway to labeling a graph, and one of them is graceful labeling. Let G(V,E) is agraph. The injective mapping f : V → {0,1,...,|E|} is called graceful if the weightof edge w(uv) = | f(u) − f(v)| are all defferent for every edge uv. There is a famousconjecture in graceful labeling. It said that all trees are graceful. To provethis conjecture, then we must showing that every trees are graceful. There are numerousresearch papers dealing with special cases of highly structured or otherwiserestricted classes. Many classes of trees have been proven are graceful, and one ofthem is Supercaterpillar. Previous research had proved that supercaterpillar satisfyingcertain conditions are also graceful. In this paper, we generalized the conceptof supercaterpillar and show subclass of supercaterpillar graph that has not beendiscussed earlier is also graceful."

"Misalkan 𝐺 adalah graf dengan himpunan simpul 𝑉=𝑉(𝐺) dan himpunan busur 𝐸=𝐸(𝐺). Suatu pemetaan 𝜆 dari 𝑉 ke 𝑍|𝐸| dimana 𝐸(𝐺) ≥ 𝑉(𝐺) disebut pelabelan harmonis jika 𝜆 merupakan pemetaan injektif sedemikian sehingga ketika setiap busur 𝑥𝑦 diberi label dengan 𝑤 𝑥𝑦 =𝜆 𝑥 +𝜆(𝑦) mod 𝐸(𝐺) menghasilkan label yang berbeda. Pada tesis ini, diberikan konstruksi pelabelan harmonis pada kombinasi gabungan graf caterpillar dan graf firecracker teratur. Pertama dibuktikan pelabelan harmonis untuk sembarang graf caterpillar dan gabungan beberapa graf caterpillar. Selanjutnya dibuktikan pelabelan harmonis untuk graf firecracker teratur dan gabungan beberapa graf firecracker teratur. Dengan menggunakan pelabelan yang telah diberikan, ditunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing graf caterpillar atau firecracker teratur boleh terdapat dua simpul (sepasang simpul) dengan label yang sama. Selanjutnya ditunjukkan konstruksi pelabelan harmonis pada kombinasi gabungan graf caterpillar dan graf firecracker teratur. Dengan menggunakan pelabelan yang telah diberikan, ditunjukkan boleh terdapat 𝑛 pasang label simpul yang sama untuk kombinasi gabungan dari n graf caterpillar teratur dan graf firecracker teratur.

Let G be a graph with component of vertice V = V (G) and edge E = E (G). A mapping of 𝜆 from the V to the 𝑍|𝐸|, where 𝐸(𝐺) ≥ 𝑉(𝐺) , is called a harmonious labeling if 𝜆 is an injection such that, when each edge 𝑥𝑦 is assigned the label 𝑤 𝑥𝑦 =𝜆 𝑥 +𝜆(𝑦) mod 𝐸(𝐺) , the resulting edges are distinct. In this research, we study how to construct a harmonious labeling to union combination of caterpillar graph and regular firecracker graph. First, construction ways of a harmonious labelling will be presented for caterpillar graphs and combination of some caterpillar graphs. A construction of harmonious labeling will also be presented for firecracker graphs and union of some firecracker graphs. By using the labelling that is assigned, it will be shown that for each caterpillar graph or firecraker can have two edges (a paired of edge) with a same labeling. And a construction ways of harmonious labeling of union combination of caterpillar graph and regular firecrcaker graph will be presented. By using the assigned label, it will be proved that for combination of caterpillar graphs and firecracker graph there are n edges that has the same labeling."

"Tesis ini membahas implementasi kebijakan penandaan pacta label obat bebas dan obat bebas terbatas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang menemui banyak kendala, dengan pendekatan model sistem. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendeka!an kualitatif untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam. Untuk meningkntkan validitas data, dignnakan data primer dan data seknnder.Hasil penelitian menyarankan implementasi kebijakan penandaan pada label obat bebas dan obat bebas terbatas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta perlu mempethatikan beberapa faktor antara lain komunikasi tepat sasaran surnber daya meliputi staf yang kompeten dan kebijakan dibuat oleh stakeholder berwenang berdasarkan evidencedisposisi meliputi komitmenpenegakan sanksi rlan pemberian penghargaan, serta struktur birokrasi yang baik.

This thesis is focused on scrutinizing the obstacles found during the implementation of labeling policy on over the counter drugs in DKI Jakarta Province using model system. The design Qf the research is a qualitative approach. It is aimed to explore deeper explanation on how the policy is implemented. Data validation is gained by using the primary and secondary data.Result: It is suggested that there are several factors effects the implementation of labeling policy on over the counter drugs .in DKI Jakarta province. Those factors are targeted communication; human resources including competent human resources and policy making actors, supporting scientific evidence; disposition including commitment, sanction enforcement, and stewardship program; excellent bureaucratic organization."

"Menggunakan label pangan merupakan salah satu cara memperoleh pola makan yang lebih sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan membaca label informasi nilai gizi, komposisi, dan kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan membaca label informasi nilai gizi, komposisi, dan kedaluwarsa adalah 72,2%. Uji statistik menujukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kepatuhan membaca label informasi nilai gizi, komposisi, dan kedaluwarsa adalah pengetahuan terkait gizi dan label pangan, sikap terhadap kesehatan dan label pangan, pendidikan, dan paparan sumber informasi tentang label pangan. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kepatuhan membaca label pangan disarankan perlu adanya program pendidikan mengenai label pangan yang nantinya diharapkan dapat mengubah sikap dan pandangan masyarakat akan pentingnya membaca label pangan.

Using food labels is one of method to achieve a more healthful diet. This study were to determine factors associated with the complience of reading the label information of the nutritional value, composition, and expired label. This study is quantitative research with cross sectional design. The result of research showed 72,2% of the respondents comply in reading the label information of the nutritional value, composition, and expired label. The significant pointed out by nutrition and food labels knowledge, perception of health and food labels, education, and explanation source of food labels information. To improve the complience in using food labels, it is recommended to held an education program about food labels that expected can change the attitudes and perception of the importance of using food labels."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Gambaran Proses Labeling PadaPeserta Didik Yang Berasal Dari Panti Asuhan Putra Utama 01 Jakarta Di SDN Klender 14 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan penedekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan proses terjadinya labeling, faktor pendorong labeling, dan dampak labeling pada peserta didik yang berasal dari panti asuhan . Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa permasalahan labeling yang terjadi di SDN Klender 14 Pagi Jakarta Timur berawal dari interaksi antara guru dengan peserta didik dan berdampak pada peserta didik yang berasal dari panti asuhan.

This thesis discuss about labeling process of student from Putra Utama 01 Jakarta orphanage in SDN Klender 14 Pagi Jakarta Timur. This research uses qualitative with the kind descriptive case studies types. The purpose of this research is to describe process of labeling, reinforcing factors, and impacts of labeling. The result of this research shows that labeling in SDN Klender 14 Pagi Jakarta Timur was starting from interaction between teacher and students and impacts to students from the orphanage."

The modular weight is defined by wtφ(u) = v∈N(u) φ(uv). The minimum number k such that a graph G has modular irregular labeling with largest label k is called modular irregularity strength of G. The friendship graph is constructed by a set of cycle graphs C3 with a common central vertex. In this research, we construct the modular irregular labeling for friendship graph and determine its modular irregularity strength."

The rapid escalating of significance environment conservation in the world meddles in economic issue. People's lifestyle changes into green consumerism, which makes them to use environmentally product especially for wood. For example, international market appeal boycott for tropical timber. Ecolabelling certification for wood product get primary priority in their consuming style. Consumer preference is become serious threat to wood base company, which is not environmentally friendly. This is also given such a pressure to the government.

The research use correlation method to evaluate the influence of ecolabelling certification to competitiveness of Indonesia wood product in international market and also to know the motivation of the company to get ecolabelling certification. The variables of the research are bargaining power of supply, bargaining power of demand, market equilibrium of wood product and business stability.

Ecolabelling is a label, which is marked on the wood product so the consumer could know that the product is process from the forest, which is sustainable managed. The purpose of ecolabelling for consumers and supplier so they can define the product they used and sell. Ecolabelling is also a strategy for a company to get incentives such as premium price and market access. Ecolabelling is also a standard for the company if they want to compete in larger market.

The result of this research is ecolabelling certification give significant influence for bargaining power of demand so the company could compete with other company from another country. Supply of ecolabelling certification product is to fulfill international market demand. It is not necessary to achieve ecolabelling certification for local & region market.

Ecolabelling product competition is high in international market due to most company in develop country such as USA and Europe has this program before. Ecolabelling become a standard to enter and get access to their market and make a non-tariff barrier for company from developing country to compete in their market.

Since only a few forest product company in Indonesia has ecolabelling certification but the effort to get the certification is one of company contribution to be included in sustainability of our forest. The effort is also to keep continuity of wood supply so they can get long-term benefit and competitiveness in larger market."
