"Tulisan ini mencoba menduga efek Pemilu legislative, Pilpres I dan II 2004 pada perdagangan saham dan index LQ-45, apakah terjadi perolahan imbal hasil di luar kebiasaanltidak normal, sehingga nantinya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan salah satu referensi bagi para investor untuk mengarnbil keputusan investasi terutama disaat terjadinya peristiwa politik yang hampir mirip. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode event study.Data yang digunakan adalah data perdagangan saham dan index LQ-45 dari tanggal 2 Januari 2004 sampai dengan 24 September 2004 secara periodik. Data yang telah diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan formula yang dikembangkan oleh Ball dan Brown (1968), Fama, Fisher, Jensen, dan Roll (1969), Peterson (1989) dan MacKinlay (1997). Kemudian data yang telah diolah diuji dengan menggunakan hipotesis statistik uji-t untuk tiap-tiap perolehan AAR (Average Abnormal Return) baik itu sesudah maupun sebelum exdate periode jendela masing-masing event.Hasil yang diperoleh dan penghitungan menunjukkan ada pengaruh dari tiap-tiap peristiwa politik terhadap perolehan abnormal return dari perdagangan saham dan index LQ-45. Secara umum hasil yang dicapai adalah beragam baik itu berpengaruh secara signifikan maupun tidak signifikan.

The thesis tries to explore the effect of Legislative election, President selection I and II 2004 on the stock market and LQ-45 Index, whether or not there is abnormal return, so that investors can use this research results as one of the references in investment decision making, especially in similar political situation. This research uses event study method.

Sources of data used in this research are stock market and LQ-45 Indexes from 2 January 2004 until 24 September 2004 periodically. The data, will be processed using formula developed by Ball and Brown (1968), Fama, Fisher, Jensen, and Roll (1969), Peterson (1989) & MacKinlay (1997). The process and data testing also use t-test for each results of AAR (Average Abnormal Return) after or before the exdate of the period of every event.

The results show that every political event influences the abnormal return of the stock market and LQ-45 Indexes. The results vary from those with significant effect to those with insignificant effect."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti atas adanya reaksi pasar modal di Indonesia terhadap peristiwa yang terkait dengan Pemilihan Umum Presiden RI tahun 2014, yakni debat capres dan cawapres, dan pengumuman hasil (QC). Untuk membuktikan adanya reaksi pasar terhadap peristiwa tersebut, digunakan metode Event Study yang sudah lazim digunakan dalam penelitian yang serupa. Dengan menggunakan data sampel dari saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ45, dilakukan analisis terhadap pergerakan Cumulative Average Abnormal Return(CAAR), dan Average Trading Volume Activity(ATVA) dari data sampel tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada peristiwa pengumuman hasil QC terjadi peningkatan CAAR, dan ATVA secara signifikan. Jika dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut terhadap perubahan CAAR, dan ATVA dari saham-saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ45 berdasarkan kelompok industri sejenis, maka hasilnya menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan dengan arah yang berbeda-beda.

This study aims to find evidence of the reaction of the capital markets in Indonesia related to the 2014 General Election of the President of the Republic of Indonesia with Presidential and vice-Presidential debates and announce the results of the Quick Count (QC). To prove the market reaction to these events, the Event Study method was used which is commonly used in related studies. By using a sample of data from company shares included in the LQ45 index, an analysis of the movements of Cumulative Average Abnormal Return (CAAR), and the Average Volume Trading Activity (ATVA) of the sample data was analyzed. The results of this study indicate that in the event of the announcement of QC results a significant increase in CAAR and ATVA. If further analysis is made in the changes of CAAR, and ATVA from company shares included in the LQ45 based on similar industry groups, the results indicate a significant change in different directions."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak stock split announcement terhadap abnormal return ditinjau pada kondisi pasar yang bullish dan bearish serta kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang rendah tahun 2010 - 2016 pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode event study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya perusahaan cenderung mendapatkan abnormal return positif pada kondisi pasar yang bullish dan cenderung mendapatkan abnormal return yang negatif pada kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi.

The research focuses on the stock split announcement effect to abnormal return reviewed on bullish and bearish market condition and high economic growth and low economic growth condition in 2010-2016 on listed companies in Indoneisa Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative research by using event study method. The results of this research show that companies tend to gain positive abnormal return on bull market condition and tend to gain negative abnormal return on high economic growth condition."

"Bantuan sosial memungkinkan untuk memperkuat kontrak sosial antara warga negara dan pemerintah. Bantuan sosial dapat memengaruhi keputusan individu dalam partisipasi memilih melalui faktor ekonomi, persepsi terhadap pemerintah, dan modal sosial. Pengalaman berpartisipasi dalam bantuan sosial memengaruhi persepsi terhadap kemampuan pemerintah dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini melihat dampak bantuan sosial pada partisipasi memilih dalam pemilihan presiden. Estimasi dengan menggunakan dataset IFLS, menumakan bahwa kesalahan penargetan maupun komplementaritas bantuan sosial memiliki hubungan positif dengan partisipasi seseorang dalam pemilihan presiden. Berdasarkan estimasi dengan model logistic random effect,ditemukan bahwa efek marginal rata-rata bantuan sosial terhadap peluang partisipasi seseorang dalam pemilihan adalah 0.1-0.2 %.

Social protection can strengthen the social contract between citizens and government. Social protection can influence individual decisions on voting participation through the economy, social capital, and their perception of government. The experience of participation in poverty targeting can influence people‘s perceptions of their leaders and trust in the government‘s ability to provide for the welfare of its citizen. This paper assesses the impacts of social protection on voting participation in the presidential election. Estimates with the

IFLS dataset show that both of mistargeting and complementarity of social protection have a positive relationship with voting participation in the presidential election. Using a logistic random effect model we find that the average marginal

effect of social protection on the voting participation ranges from 0.1-0.2 %."

"Asas persamaan dan kesetaraan (taswiyah) merupakan salah satu asas yang harus diterapkan dalam akad ju’alah pada transaksi saham di Pasar Modal Syariah Indonesia. Dimana, para pihak yang melakukan akad harus mempunyai kedudukan yang sama/setara untuk menentukan hak dan kewajiban secara seimbang. Asas ini penting untuk diterapkan dalam setiap tahapan akad, baik pada tahap pra kontraktual, kontraktual maupun pasca kontraktual. Sehingga, daya kerja asas kesetaraan dapat diuji dari faktor perbuatan para pihak, isi dari akad dan pelaksanaan akad. Metode penelitian yuridis empiris digunakan untuk meneliti akad ju’alah dalam transaksi saham syariah melalui aplikasi IPOT dari Indo Premier. Kemudian, akad ju’alah pada Indo Premier tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan ketentuan tentang penerapan asas kesetaraan dan akad ju’alah dalam hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Indo Premier pempunyai kedudukan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Nasabahnya, untuk menentukan hak dan kewajiban dalam akad serta menentukan imbalan ju’alah dalam pelaksanaan akad tersebut. Dengan demikian, akad ju’alah pada Indo Premier belum sepenuhnya menerapkan asas kesetaraan dan bertentangan dengan ketentuan akad ju’alah dalam hukum Islam, dimana imbalan ju’alah ditentukan oleh Nasabah.

The principle of equality and equality (taswiyah) is one of the principles that must be applied in the ju'alah in stock transactions in the Indonesian Islamic Capital Market. Where, the parties who make the contract must have the same/equal position to determine the rights and obligations in a balanced way. This principle is important to be applied in every stage of the contract, both at the pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual stages. Thus, the working power of the principle of equality can be tested from the factors of the actions of the parties, the content of the contract and the implementation of the contract. The empirical juridical research method is used to examine ju'alah in sharia stock transactions through the IPOT application from Indo Premier. Then, ju'alah at Indo Premier is analyzed based on the provisions regarding the application of the principle of equality and ju'alah in Islamic law. The results show that Indo Premier has a higher position than its customers, to determine the rights and obligations in the contract and determine ju'alah in the implementation of the contract. Thus, ju'alah at Indo Premier has not fully implemented the principle of equality and is contrary to the provisions of the ju'alah in Islamic law, where the ju'alah is determined by the Customer."
