"[Penelitian ini menganalisa keberlanjutan dari program pendidikan Amerika Serikat yaitu DBE menjadi PRIORITAS di Indonesia. Program Pendidikan yang muncul pada era Global War on Terror, yang kemudian menjadi program pendidikan lima tahunan yang berlanjut hingga tahun 2017. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengapa inisiatif-inisiatif program pendidikan dari Amerika Serikat selalu ditunjukkan sebagai program yang positif dan tidak pernah mengalami penolakkan dari Pemerintah Indonesia.Dalam penelitian ini, data didapatkan dari dokumen resmi pemerintahan, studi literature dan interview terhadap pemerintah Indoensia.Dalam menganalisa Program Pendidikan tersebut tulisan ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Gramscian yang pada akhirnya penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana rezim akumulasi Amerika Serikat telah diterima dengan baik oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Hal tersebut yang membuat Amerika Serikat mampu untuk bertindak sesuai dengan kehendaknya tanpa mendapatkan penolakkan dari Pemerintah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar generasi muda Indonesia, untuk selalu bersikap tegas dan menegakkan nilai-nilai Pancasila.;This research analyzes the sustainability of United States Education Program namely DBE that continues to become the PRIORITAS in Indonesia. "ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan Program Guru Pembelajar telah berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang mengikuti program tersebut. Namun, sejauh ini belum ada kajian secara mendalam dan rinci mengenai sejauh mana tingkat efektivitas program tersebut pada masing-masing mata pelajaran termasuk mata pelajaran IPS SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap apakah program guru pembelajar yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan moda daring murni dan daring kombinasi berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru IPS SMP. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan efektivitas kedua moda yang digunakan. Selain itu, persepsi dan pendapat peserta mengenai pelatihan dengan moda daring murni dan daring kombinasi juga akan diungkap. Pendekatan campuran untuk menganalisis data baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji beda digunakan untuk aspek kuantitatif, sedangkan aspek kualitatif dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan analisis tema dan pola respon peserta. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa baik pelatihan moda daring murni maupun daring kombinasi berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi peserta. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara moda daring murni dan daring kombinas yang disebabkan oleh input awal yang berbeda. Peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dengan tugas-tugas mengajar mereka dan efektif meningkatkan kompetensi mereka. Dengan demikian, Pelaksanaan Program Guru Pembelajar efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, baik dilakukan dengan moda daring murni maupun moda daring kombinasi."

"ABSTRACT
Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu (1) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menulis puisi mahasiswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kreatif dan produktif melalui kegiatan lesson study; dan (2) untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran ekspresi tulis puisi melalui kegiatan lesson study.Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan lesson study sebagai metode/kajian sederhana, melalui tahapan plan, do, dan see. Ketiga tahapan ini dilaksanakan dalam 4 150 kali/siklus perkuliahan LS. Pelaksanaan perkuliahan di setiap siklus (1 sampai dengan 4), difokuskan pada kegiatan ekspresi tulis puisi modern berbasis nama pribadi, peristiwa bencana alam, objek keindahan alam, dan peristiwa/masalah sosial dan masalah politik. Pembelajaran setiap siklus dikemas dalam model pembelaran kreatif dan produktif dengan berpegang pada hakikat setiap langkah pembelajaran kreatif dan produktif, yakni orientasi, eksplorasi, interpretasi, dan rekreasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kreatif dan produktif berbasis masalah-masalah kontektual melalui kegiatan lesson study di dalam pembelaran penulisan kreatif sastra, khususnya pada masalah ekspresi tulis puisi modern dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa. (2) Model pembelajaran kreatif dan produktif melalui kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran penulisan kreatif sastra. Hal ini tampak pada meningkatnya keaktifan, kemandirian, kerja sama, dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dalam pembelajaran. Perlu juga digarisbawahi, mahasiswa menganggap pembelajaran ini menarik dan menyenangkan."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan program pendidikan di ISCO Foundation yaitu program beasiswa pendidikan dan program sanggar kegiatan anak. Penelitian ini juga membahas program yang mendukung program pendidikan yaitu program nutrisi dan tambahan kesehatan dan program perlindungan dan advokasi hak anak. Program ini memberdayakan anak-anak dari kelompok marjinal dengan melakukan pemenuhan hak dasar anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program pendidikan sebagai upaya pemenuhan hak anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif melalui studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara luring. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 orang informan yang terdiri dari staf ISCO Foundation, anak dampingan ISCO Foundation, dan alumni anak dampingan ISCO Foundation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam program pendidikan, ISCO Foundation berhasil memenuhi hak anak atas pendidikan. Dalam program nutrisi dan tambahan kesehatan, program ini melakukan pemenuhan hak anak atas gizi. Dalam program perlindungan dan advokasi hak anak, ISCO Foundation berhasil melakukan pemenuhan hak atas perlindungan dan hak atas identitas. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program adalah lokasi yang strategis, kedekatan dengan anak dampingan, adanya program pendukung dari donor, kesadaran orang tua yang tinggi, dan staf lapangan yang handal. Sedangkan, faktor penghambatnya adalah pergaulan bebas, lingkungan yang berpengaruh buruk, dan penolakan dari anak dampingan.

This study discusses the implementation of educational programs at ISCO Foundation, namely educational scholarship programs and children's activity studio programs. This research also discusses programs that support educational programs, namely nutritional and supplementary health programs and programs for the protection and advocacy of children's rights. This program empowers children from marginalized groups by fulfilling children's basic rights. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the program and explain what factors influence the implementation of educational programs as an effort to fulfill children's rights. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive study through literature studies, observations, and interviews conducted offline. This research involved 10 informants consisting of ISCO Foundation staff, ISCO Foundation assisted children, and ISCO Foundation assisted alumni. The results of the research show that in terms of educational programs, ISCO Foundation has succeeded in fulfilling children's right to education. In the nutritional and additional health program, this program fulfills children's right to nutrition. In the protection and advocacy program for children's rights, ISCO Foundation has succeeded in fulfilling the right to protection and the right to identity. Supporting factors that influence program implementation are strategic location, proximity to assisted children, existence of donor support programs, high parental awareness, and reliable field staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are promiscuity, an environment that has a bad influence, and rejection from assisted children."

"The objectives of this research are to 1) find out the profile of student’s learningmotivation in Physics class measured by aspects such as Attention, Relevation, Confidence,and Satisfaction; and 2) measure the percentage of each learning motivation aspect suchas Attention, Relevation, Confidence, and Satisfaction contributed to students’ learningmotivation in Physics class. The sample of this research is 90 students from XI class ofScience Program. The data was collected through questionnaire and observation. Thequestionnaire was analyzed using descriptive quantitatively while the observation sheetwas analyzed qualitatively. The results show that: 1) the student’s learning motivationcan be categorized into high, average, and low; and 2) the percentage of each learningmotivation aspects are Attention (59,86%), Relevance (57,08%), Confidence (55,28%),and Satisfaction (60,14%). To conclude, the average level of students’ learning motivationfor Physics is in the medium and low category caused by the lack of students’ interest inlearning Physics."

"Tantangan ekonomi dan surplus demografi mendorong Indonesia untuk melakukan terobosan dalam menyiapkan angkatan kerja yang produktif dan berdaya saing. Program Kartu Prakerja dihadirkan oleh pemerintah sejak tahun 2020, tepat pada saat pandemi Covid-19 menghantam seluruh belahan dunia. Pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi kerja menjadi aktivitas kunci dalam program yang mendapat misi ganda dalam menghadapi kejutan ekonomi akibat pandemi ini. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses pelaksanaan pelatihan serta memahami faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pelatihan yang telah berhasil memberikan manfaat program kepada lebih dari 12 juta peserta dalam 2 tahun. Diharapkan, penelitian ini dapat memberi manfaat dalam pengembangan program Kartu Prakerja ke depannya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pelatihan pada program Kartu Prakerja yang merujuk pada pencapaian kompetensi atau okupasi tertentu dijalankan dengan standar operasi yang detil, melibatkan beragam pihak swasta dalam pelaksanaannya, serta tetap menjalankan fungsi pemberdayaan dalam situasi pandemi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan yakni adanya standar kualitas pelatihan yang detil, pelaksanaan SOP yang ketat, dukungan platform digital, serta pengalaman lembaga pelatihan yang terlibat. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pelatihan antara lain ialah beban program sebagai misi ganda program Kartu Prakerja, referensi okupasi yang terbatas, serta literasi pelatihan dari peserta yang masih terbatas. Saran perbaikan program antara lain mencakup upaya penguatan kolaborasi di antara para mitra program yang terlibat, mendorong dibukanya program Kartu Prakerja tanpa misi ganda bantuan sosial dengan pagu pelatihan yang lebih besar, penambahan referensi okupasi untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan spesifik, serta membuka kesempatan kepada alumni program yang sudah bekerja untuk mendapatkan kesempatan belajar kembali dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi saat sudah bekerja.

Economic challenges and a demographic surplus have pushed Indonesia to innovate in developing a productive and competitive workforce. The Pre-Employment Card Program has been presented by the government since 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic spread throughout the world. Job training is a key activity in the pre-employment card program which also carries out a mission in providing social safety net due to the economic shock caused by the pandemic. This qualitative research aims to evaluate the implementation process of the training and to understand the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the training. The program has impacted more than 12 million participants in 2 years. This research is expected to provide input in the improvement of the Pre-Employment Card program. The study found that training in the Pre-Employment Card program that refers to certain competencies or occupations is carried out with detailed operating standards, involving various private parties in its implementation, while still carrying out the empowerment function in a pandemic situation. Supporting factors of the implementation of the training includes detailed training quality standards, strict SOP implementation, supports from digital platforms, and the capacity of training institutions in the ecosystem. Inhibiting factors include program obligations as social assistance, limited competency references, and limited participant literacy related to training. Suggestions for program improvement include the strengthening of collaboration among the program partners involved, encouraging the normal scheme implementation of the Pre-Employment Card program without the dual mission of social assistance, adding occupational references to accommodate specific needs, and providing second opportunities to program alumni who are already working to become participant."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi capaian program PKHP oleh lembaga kursus tata rias pengantin dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi capaian program PKHP oleh lembaga kursus tata rias pengantin di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-desember 2015 di Kecamatan Serpong Utara dan Pamulang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Pendekatan penelitian adalah Kuantitatif dengan mengunakan metode Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan capaian berhasil dengan menunjukkan nilai 95% untuk Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sedangkan keberhasilan TRP berdasarkan SKL mencapai 73.3% Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi capaian program PKHP oleh lembaga kursus tata rias pengantin di Kota Tangerang Selatan antara lain meliputi SKL (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan) Tata Rias Pengantin Yunior dan proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Nonformal oleh PKH yang meliputi: teori, praktik dan pendidikan karakter.

This study aimed to evaluate the achievements of the Urban Life Skills Education program by course institutions bridal makeup and analyze the factors that affect achievement Urban Life Skills Education program by institutions bridal makeup courses in South Tangerang city administration. This research was conducted in October-December 2015 in the District of North Serpong and Pamulang with a total sample of 60 respondents. Quantitative research approach is by using chi-square method.
Results showed successful achievement by demonstrating the value of 95% for South Tangerang City. While the success of Makeup Bridal based Graduates Competency Standards reached 73.3% Factors that affect the achievement of program Life Skills Education Urban by course institutions bridal makeup in South Tangerang City among others Competency Standards Graduates Makeup Bride Junior and teaching and learning Non-formal Education by Life Kecakapn education that includes: theory, practice and education of characte.
