"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan peran nilai-nilai budaya multikultural dalam proses pembentukan budaya organisasi yang khas di lingkungan sekolah internasional, dan menjelaskan bahwa budaya organisasi dibentuk melalui beberapa elemen pembentuknya, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, asimilasi budaya asing, hubungan antara karyawan lokal dan asing, dan juga melalui perbedaan budaya yang ada, termasuk perbedaan bahasa, etos kerja, kebiasaan, dan tradisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi berperan serta dan wawancara terhadap narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan (1) Nilai-nilai budaya masuk melalui berbagai strategi komunikasi yang diprakarsai oleh pemimpin organisasi, dan diadopsi oleh unit-unit organiasasi di bawahnya, serta dominasi peran nilai budaya Indonesia sebagai jembatan yang menghubungkan unit-unit organisasi yang berbeda budaya. (2) Pemimpin memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk budaya organisasi. (3) Budaya asing dan budaya Indonesia memiliki peran yang sama besar dan sama penting dalam membentuk budaya organisasi. (4) Ada hubungan timbal balik yang positif yang terjadi antar karyawan yang berbeda budaya di dalam organisasi, dan budaya organisasi yang ada di Jakarta Nanyang School merupakan budaya yang spesifik dan merupakan perpaduan antara budaya asing dan budaya Indonesia.

This study describes the contributions of multicultural values in the process of specific organization culture constructing in an international school, and describes that the organizational culture in Jakarta Nanyang School is constructed through some elements, such as leadership style, foreign culture assimilation, relationship between local and foreign employees, and through the culture differences, including language, work ethics, habits, and traditions. "Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis peran budaya sekolah dalam mendukung prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Swasta Sugar Group, Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis peran budaya sekolah di SMA Sugar Group sebagai pendukung prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melihat aspek-aspek di luar budaya sekolah yang menunjang prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif agar didapatkan kedalaman data terhadap topik mengenai peran budaya sekolah dalam mendukung prestasi belajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa budaya sekolah di SMA Sugar Group, yaitu private study time (PST) dan budaya berbahasa Inggris memang mendukung prestasi belajar siswa. Namun, kedua budaya sekolah tersebut memiliki daya dukung yang lemah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hal tersebut terlihat dari ketidakstabilan nilai yang diperoleh para siswa. Aspek-aspek lain yang mewarnai perolehan prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu tingkat penghasilan dan pola asuh orangtua.

The focus of this study is explaining an analysis the role of school culture in supporting the student's achievement, case study in Private Senior High School of Sugar Group Lampung. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of school culture in Senior High School of Sugar Group as a supporting factor of student's study achievement. This research is according to qualitative method so the researcher will get comprehensive data about the role of school culture as a supporting factor of student's study achievement.
The results of this research show that Private Study Time (PST) and English usage for daily activities are culture that supporting student's achievement in Private Senior High School of Sugar Group. Beside both of that, the other school culture gives weak supporting only. This fact was seen by unstable mark of the students. The other aspects which affect the student's achievement are the grate of parent's income and their parenting style.

"Implementasi nilai dan budaya kerja INSAN OKE merupakan upaya perubahan yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian untuk mendukung  Reformasi Birokrasi. Nilai dan budaya kerja INSAN OKE yang merupakan akronim dari integritas, profesional, inovatif, serta produktif diharapkan mampu mengembalikan kepercayaan masyarakat akan organisasi pemerintah yang dapat memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik. Kementerian Perindustrian pada tahun 2018 diberi penghargaan sebagai pemimpin perubahan atas pencapaiannya dalam berbagai bidang pelayana publik. Pencapaian tersebut menurut LAKIP (Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah) Kementerian Perindustrian merupakan hasil dari implementasi nilai dan budaya kerja INSAN OKE.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana reputasi yang terbentuk melalui pengimplementasian nilai dan budaya kerja INSAN OKE. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal, metode penelitan secara kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan serta menganalisa data hasil observasi, studi dokumen serta wawancara mendalam.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa nilai dan budaya kerja INSAN OKE yang diimplementasikan melalui peran komunikasi internal kepada pegawai Kementerian Perindustrian tidak terimplementasi dengan baik, sehingga tidak cukup efektif untuk dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan citra organisasi kepada stakeholder internal terlebih kepada stakeholder eksternal organisasi. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa  terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara aktualisasi kegiatan  Kementerian Perindustrian dengan nilai yang dicanangkan INSAN OKE.

The impelementation of the values and work culture of INSAN OKE is an attemption that is held by Ministry of Industri in order to support bureucracy reform. The INSAN OKE values and work culture that is acronym of integrity, professionl, innovative, and productive are expected giving back publik confidence for government organization by providing better public services. In 2018, Ministry of Industri accepted award as the leader of changement for its achievement in various public services aspect. According to Ministry of Industry’s performance report the award is claimed as the result of implementing INSAN OKE value and work culture.
This studi is conducted to analyzed how the reputation of Ministry of Industry is built by implementing INSAN OKE value and work culture. This studi is conducted by using single case approaching, the kualitatif method is conducted by collecting and analyzing the datas that are collected by observation, documents study, and indepth interview.
The result of this study show that the INSAN OKE value and work culture has not been well implemented. Tthis result shows that it has no enough effect of the building of corporate identity and corporate image of Ministry of Industri to the internal stakeholder, moreover to the eksternal stakeholders. Furthermore, there is not associaton between the actualitation of the activity of Ministry of Industri with the value of INSAN OKE.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai struktur organisasi perpustakaan sekolah di Singapore International School Pantai Indah Kapuk. Perpustakaan tidak memiliki struktur organisasi mikro dan tidak ada dalam struktur makro organisasi induk (sekolah) walau fungsi perpustakaan dapat dilihat jelas berjalan sesuai dengan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Perpustakaan tersebut dikelola oleh 2 (dua) orang staf yang melakukan pengolahan koleksi dan layanan sirkulasi terhadap kebutuhan 713 siswa dan 20 orang lebih guru dan staf. Fungsi perpustakaan dan petugas perpustakaan dalam kondisi tidak menentu dalam usaha rnengembangkan unit kerja tersebut karena tidak memiliki kewenangan apapun atau status apapun. Penelitian dengan desain deskriptif menggunakan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang diinginkan melalui intepretasi terhadap kasus struktur organisasi.
Hasil penelitian adalah idealnya perpustakaan memiliki kepala perpustakaan, tetapi kenyataannya adalah fungsi kepala perpustakaan dijalankan oleh pejabat yang berada diluar unit perpustakaan. Kesimpulannya adalah perpustakaan Singapore International School Pantai Indah Kapuk jauh dari ideal struktur organisasi perpustakaan, baik dalam kerangka organisasi induk maupun internal perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untr:k mendalami pertimbangan-pertimbangan kebijakan atas keberadaan perpustakaan secara struktural dan ketiadaan kepala perpustakaan sebagai penanggung jawab perpustakaan untuk memperjuangkan kejelasan posisi strukturalnya."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis penerapan melalui sosialisasi dan internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya organisasi Fly Hi di Garuda Indonesia. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana proses sosialisasi dan internalisasai Nilai Budaya Fly Hi di Garuda Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan semua data dan informasi, peneliti menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa narasumber, observasi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan internalisasi yang dilakukan oleh Garuda Indonesia telah berhasil, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pemahaman para pegawai yang sangat baik mengenai nilai-nilai budaya organisasi Fly Hi dan penerapan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi Fly Hi didalam setiap pekerjaan.

ABSTRACT
This Research aims to look the implementation of socialization and internalization of Fly Hi, Organization Culture of Garuda Indonesia. The question of this research is how the process of socialization & internalization of Fly Hi can be done in Garuda Indonesia. In this research, the researcher use qualitative approach and descriptive research. To get all the data and information, researcher use deep interview on multiple sources, field observation and librarial study. Reseaercher interviewed several sources. Based on the research result, show that socialization & internalization of Fly Hi in Garuda Indonesia has been successful, it can be seen from good understanding from employee regarding value of organization culture and implementation value of organization culture in their jobs."

"Penelitian sistem komunikasi di dalam organisasi di lingkungan budaya Jawa di PT Gopek Cipta Utama, Slawi, Kabupaten Tegal, Propinsi Jawa Tengah, yang didirikan oleh sebuah keluarga peranakan Cina/Tionghoa, ini dilakukan pada tahun 2001. Penelitian difokuskan pada peran nilai budaya Jawa dan budaya bisnis Cina/Tionghoa peranakan, serta teori organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ilmu komunikasi, serta pendekatan sistem, sosiologi dan antropologi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem komunikasi di dalam organisasi itu memiliki pola-pola: a) komunikasi selalu dilakukan secara tertulis, dan terdokumentasi; b) komunikasi menggunakan media tulis tersebut selalu diikuti dengan konfirmasi lisan; dan c) dalam komunikasi lisan dilakukan dengan sopan santun yang longgar, menurut kacamata budaya Jawa. Di dalam sistem komunikasi informal, nampak adanya d) pola komunikasi horisontal di semua tingkatan, baik manajemen, pelaksana, maupun pekerja, yang mengikuti pola hubungan antar unit dalam proses produksi,. yang mencerminkan nilai kepastian pesan komunikasi, dan nilai kesetaraan antar aktor komunikasi.
Fenomena itu menunjukkan bahwa terbentuknya sistem komunikasi di dalam organisasi PT Gopek Cipta Utama itu diakibatkan oleh interaksi yang panjang dari perilaku para aktor komunikasi yang masing-masing dipandu oleh nilai-nilai yang dipegangnya. interplay antar nilai budaya itu menghasilkan nilai penghindaran konflik sebagai equilibriumnya, berupa budaya organisasi menghindari konflik dan tetap untung, dan diimplementasikan di dalam sistem komunikasi di dalam organisasi tersebut sebagai nilai kepastian pesan komunikasi, dan nilai kesetaraan antar aktor komunikasi. Secara religi, yang membentuk nilai penghindaran konflik itu, adalah ajaran Islam abangan dalam masyarakat Jawa, yaitu Tantularisme yang mengajak manusia untuk hidup bersatu di dalam keanekaragaman (bhineka tunggal ika) meskipun tidak ada kebenaran yang mendua (tan liana dharma rnangrwa), dan pemahaman tentang asal dan tujuan manusia (sangkan paraning durnadi), yang mengarah ke toleransi tanpa batas. Sedangkan dalam ajaran Budhisme, Konfusianisme, dan Taoisme, antara lain penghindaran dari penderitaan (samsara), toleransi, belaskasihan, kejujuran, kesopanan dan kepantasan, serta mengikuti jalan alam (tao) dengan memelihara harmoni dengan alam.
Pada tataran konsep, budaya Jawa dan Cina memiliki dasar yang berbeda, dan tampak bertolak belakang, tetapi menghasilkan nilai/sikap yang sama, yaitu penghindaran konflik. Dalam budaya Jawa konsep kekuasaan didasarkan pada penguasaan sumberdaya politik yang cenderung menggunakan kekerasan, sedangkan dalam budaya Cina didasarkan pada penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan yang cenderung anti kekerasan. Keduanya mengajarkan nilai penghindaran konflik dengan latar belakang yang berbeda. Pada konsep sosial atau hubungan antar manusia, budaya Jawa menempatkan kehidupan sosial masyarakat sebagai acuan utama, sebaliknya dalam budaya Cina acuan utamanya ialah keluarga (familiisme). Konsep kemasyarakatan Jawa mengajarkan nilai penghindaran konflik dalam kerangka memelihara harmoni sosial di masyarakat, sedangkan budaya Cina dalam kerangka memelihara hubungan keluarga dalam arti luas, serta konsep perang Sun Tzu, yang mengajarkan penghindaran. konflik berdasar kehati-hatian dan keseksamaan perencanaan. Teori organisasi memiliki konsep kontingensi konflik untuk mengelola konflik di dalam organisasi. Interaksi dan kedua set nilai dalam organisasi PT Gopek Cipta Utama itu mencapai equilibrium pada mengkristalnya nilai penghindaran konflik, dan diimplementasikan dalam sistem komunikasinya dalam bentuk kepastian pesan komunikasi, dan kesetaraan aktor komunikasi. Kepastian pesan banyak diilhami oleh nilai perbaikan nama-nama dalam Konfusianisme, sedang nilai kesetaraan antar aktor komunikasi cenderung dibentuk oleh nilai-nilai yang ada pada konsep kekuasaan, baik dari budaya Jawa, Budaya Cina, maupun teori organisasi.
Dari penelitian ini nampak bahwa aktor-aktor komunikasi memang bagian dari komunikasi itu sendiri, yang partisipasinya memiliki peran yang besar dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai bersama. Dalam penelitian komunikasi di dalam organisasi, kernungkinan kits bisa melakukan penelitian percobaan dalam usaha meningkatkan sinergi organisasi, melalui rekayasa budaya komunikasi tertentu. Pada perencana organisasi dianjurkan agar jangan terlalu sering merubah struktur organisasi dengan maksud agar energi pemeliharaan kelompok (instrinsic energy) dapat diminimalkan dan sinergi yang optimum bisa dicapai. organisasi atau kelompok memerlukan waktu panjang untuk membentuk nilai-nilai bersamanya.

Communication System in Organization in Javanese Cultural Environment. (The Role of Values in Javanese Culture, Chinese Descendant Business Culture, and Modem Organization on the Shaping of Communication System in the Organization of PT Gopek Cipta Utama in Slawi, Central Java, Indonesia)Research on communication system in an organization in Javanese cultural environment was carried out in PT Gopek Cipta Utama in Slawi, Tegal district, Central Java Province, Indonesia in the year of 2001. Since the organization is managed by a family of Chinese descendant, the research focused on the roles of values in Javanese culture and Chinese business culture, and modem organization. The research conducted in communication science approach and supported by system, sociology and anthropology perspectives.
The results of the research showing that the communication system of the organization have certain patterns, i.e.: a) the communications always practiced by written materials and be documented, b) the communication practiced by written materials are followed by spoken confirmations, and c) in the spoken communications conducted in the loosely manner in the view of Javanese culture. In the informal communication system, there is a d) horizontal communication pattern in all levels, both of management, supervisor, and employee, following the pattern of inter-unit connection in the production process. The patterns projecting the value of communication message assurance and communication actors equality.
The phenomena showing that the shaping of communication system in the organization was the consequences of the long interaction of behavior of the communication actors in the. frame of the their values, respectively. The interplay of the cultures resulting the value of conflict avoidance and profit making in the organization culture, and implemented in its communication system as the value of communication message assurance and communication actors equality_ Discussion on the values playing in the shaping conflict avoidance value, start with value in the highest level, of religions and theory. Religion shaping the basic values in Javanese culture is the abangan Islamic tenet of Tantularism, directing human being to life in unity in differsity (bhineka tunggal ike) although the truth is one (tan hang dharma mangrwa), and comprehension of origin and destination of man (sangkan paraning manungsa),--having a- trend to be infinite tolerant-to the differentiations. in the Chinese culture, the basic values are from Budhism, Confucianism, and Taoism tenets, i.e. avoidance from anguish (samsara), tolerance, mercy, honesty, good manner and properness, and following the way of nature (tao) by harmony with the nature maintenance.
In the concept level, Javanese and Chinese cultures having the different base, and seem opposite each other, but resulting the same attitude/value of conflict avoidance. In the Javanese culture power concept based on authorizing of political resources that tend to apply violence, while in Chinese culture based on knowledge mastering that tend to prevent violence. The two concepts tenet conflict avoidance value with different background. In the social or human relationship concept, the Javanese culture placed social life in the prime reference, oppositely the Chinese culture placed family in the prime reference. The Javanese social concept tenet conflict avoidance in the frame of social harmony maintenance, while the Chinese culture in the frame of good relationship maintenance of family widely views, and Sun Tzu war concept tenet for conflict avoidance based on carefulness and accuracy of planning. The organization theory it self, have a conflict contingency concept for managing conflict in organization. The interaction of the two sets of value in PT Gopek Cipta Utama organization, gaining equilibrium in the crystallization on conflict avoidance value, and implemented in the communication system by the values of communication message assurance, and communication actors equality. Communication message assurance seem inspired by the value of names accuracy for everything for accuracy in it's handling. While value of communication actors equality rather to be shaped by values in power concept, both from Javanese and Chinese cultures, and theory of organization.
The research uncover phenomena that individuals, as communication actors is a part of the communication it self, and his or her participation shaping an equilibrium, the values shared together, by a long time process. The research result may be used as a reference for other research in the attempt for increasing the organization synergy, such as by a certain cultural engineering. To the organization planner, the research results propose for not too frequent altering organization structure in order to minimizing the allocation of intrinsic energy for optimizing synergy of organization."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat kepuasan kerja dan tingkat penerapan budaya organisasi terhadap tingkat komitmen profesi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran concurrent nested strategy, dengan metode kuantitatif sebagai metode primer. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri X Jakarta dan SMA Swasta Y Jakarta. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang guru yang terdiri dari 47 guru SMA Negeri X dan 31 guru dari SMA Swasta Y. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling karena jumlah populasi sedikit. Selain itu, juga dilakukan wawancara mendalam pada 5 orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel tingkat kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat komitmen profesi pada guru SMA Negeri X Jakarta berada pada kategori cukup kuat dan positif. Sementara itu, pola hubungan kedua variabel tersebut pada guru di SMA Swasta Y Jakarta berada pada kategori lemah dan negatif. Selain itu, hubungan antara variabel tingkat penerapan budaya organisasi dengan tingkat komitmen profesi guru di SMA Negeri X Jakarta dan SMA Swasta Y Jakarta sama-sama berada pada kategori yang cukup kuat.

This undergraduate thesis talks over the influence of working satisfaction and the implementation of organizational culture on teachers’ profession commitment. This study used mixed method and concurrent nested strategy which used quantitative as primary method. Survey was used as the technique in collecting data from X Public Senior High School and Y Private Senior High School. The sample of this study were 78 teachers that consist of 47 teachers from X Public Senior High School and 31 teachers from Y Private Senior High School. Total sampling was used as the technique to get the sample because of the small amount of population. In addition, in depth interviews were also conducted with 5 informants. The result of this study shows the relationship between working satisfaction and teachers' profession commitment in X Public Senior High School is strong enough and positive. Meanwhile, the relationship between those two variables among teachers in Y Private Senior High School is weak and negative. Whereas, the relationship between implementation of organizational culture and teachers' profession commitment in X Public Senior High School and Y Private Senior High School are strong enough.

online; perlu untuk memberikan proporsi tefientu bagi calon peserta didik dari kalangan
menengah-bawah; Dikdasmen juga diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kepada publik
tentang status RSBI.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to traverse the social exclusion process happened in the implementation of international standard school policy. This is a qualitative descriptiveinterpretive research. The result of this research suggests to The Lower and Middle Education Official of DKI Jakarla to added more capacity of the PPDB server so every single students whowant to have online registration will have same opportunity; it is need to give certain proportionfor students from middle-lower economic group; The Lower and Middle Education Official of DKI Jakarta is axpected to give equal information about the international standard school to public.
