"Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat RSUP Fatmawati dilaksanakan selama enam minggu sejak tanggal 3 September sampai 13 Oktober 2017. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar mahasiswa memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 tahun 2016 dan etika pelayanan farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan pelayanan klinis yang belum dilakukan RSUP Fatmawati yaitu Pemantauan Kadar Obat dalam Darah PKOD . Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pada Pasien Paska Operasi Pengangkatan Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt di Ruang High Care Unit Anak Gedung Bougenville RSUP Fatmawati.
Pharmacists Profession Internship at Fatmawati Central General Hospital held for six weeks from September 3rd to October 13th 2017. The internship was intended to make pharmacist students understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospital that appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 72 in 2016 and the ethics of pharmaceutical care, have insight, knowledge, skills, practical experience to do pharmaceutical practice in the hospital, and have a real pictures of the pharmaceutical practice rsquo;s problems and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop the pharmaceutical practice in hospital. Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat.Apoteker di Rumah Sakit memiliki peran untuk mengelola perbekalan farmasi dan melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik.Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di Rumah Sakit, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasi di Rumah Sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka perkembangan praktik kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya mempelajari sistem pengelolaan perbekalan kefarmasian di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad , praktek pelayanan farmasi klinik, dan melakukan pengkajian masalah terkait obat pada salah satu pasien dengan penyakit tertentu. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad baik di rawat inap maupun rawat jalan perlu dilakukan penambahan sumber daya manusia yakni apoteker sehingga pekerjaan kefarmasian dapat dilakukan secara maksimal dan perlu dilakukan peningkatan kerjasama antara tenaga kefarmasian terutama apoteker dengan tenaga medis lainnya ABSTRACT Hospital is a health care institution that organizes personal health services in plenary that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency. "ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit yang berorientasi pada pelayanan pasien, penyediaan sediaan farmasi, alat
kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai yang bermutu dan terjangkau termasuk pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di rumah sakit dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita. PKP di rumah sakit bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker di rumah sakit, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama enam minggu dari tanggal 6 Juli sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2015 dengan tugas khusus yaitu evaluasi interaksi obat dan kesesuaian dosis pada resep depo farmasi unit gawat darurat bulan Juli 2015. Masalah yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita
adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan pelayanan farmasi klinik mulai dari jumlah tenaga apoteker dan sarana pra sarana yang mendukung.ABSTRACT Hospital pharmacy services are an integral part of the health care system in the Hospital which focused on patient care, the provision of pharmaceutical, medical devices and medical consumable material quality and affordable including clinical pharmacy services. Melalui praktik kerja profesi ini, calon apoteker dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan pendistribusian, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, pelayanan informasi obat, visite, serta pemantauan terapi obat. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat melakukan identifikasi ada atau tidaknya masalah terkait obat yang terjadi serta menganalisis penggunaan antibiotik pada pengobatan pasien.

This internship was conducted for six weeks with special assignment "Monitoring of Drug Therapy and Gyssens Analysis in Bronkopneumonia Patient in PICU of Fatmawati General Hospital Period April 2018". The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist can identify the presence or absence of drug-related problems that occur and analyze the use of antibiotics in the treatment of patient."
