"ABSTRAKJepang merupakan negara dengan penderita gangguan mental yang tinggi. Penderita gangguan mental di Jepangtercatat sebagai yang tertinggi di antara negara OECD berdasarkan indikator angka ranjang rawat inap. Angkaranjang rawat inap tersebut bisa dijadikan indikator tingginya angka penderita gangguan mental berdasarkanpenanganan terhadap penderita gangguan mental di Jepang yang masih terfokus pada penanganan di dalaminstitusi kesahatan dan bukan penanganan berbasis masyarakat. Masalah kesehatan mental yang semakinberkembang di Jepang tidak diiringi dengan pemahaman masyarakat umum mengenai hal tersebut sehinggamuncul stigma negatif terhadapnya. Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan stigma negatif terhadap penderitagangguan mental di Jepang. Corrigan Watson menjelaskan teori stigma yang terdiri dari stereotip, prasangka,dan diskriminasi. Teori tersebut dapat menunjukkan bentuk stigma terhadap penderita gangguan mental. Hasilanalisis menunjukkan bahwa stigma negatif terhadap penderita gangguan mental di Jepang muncul akibatadanya penolakan terhadap perbedaan, minimnya peran keluarga dalam perawatan anggota keluarga penderitagangguan mental dan keinginan keluarga untuk membentuk jarak, serta rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakatmengenai kesehatan mental sehingga menimbulkan banyak asumsi dan membentuk sikap tergeneralisasiterhadap penderita gangguan mental sehingga membentuk jarak sosial.

ABSTRACTJapan is a country with high number of mental disorder patients. The number of patients with mental disorder inJapan is the highest among OECD countries based on the inpatient bed numbers indicator. The inpatient bednumbers can be used as the indicator to show the high number of mental disorder patient based on the treatment that is still focused on institutionalization of the patients with mental disorder and not by a community-based treatment. The growing problem concerning mental health in Japan is not in accordance to the general public rsquo;s understanding thus creating a negative stigma about it. This paper attempts to explain the negative stigma towards mental disorder patients in Japan. Corrigan Watson describe the theory of stigma that includesstereotype, assumption, and discrimination. This theory can explain the stigma towards mental disorder patients. The result shows that the negative stigma towards mental disorder patients in Japan is caused by rejection towards difference, lack of family involvement to attend family member with mental disorder and desire tomake a distance, and also the lack of general public rsquo;s knowledge about mental health that arouses assumptionand form a generalized attitude towards people with mental disorder so as to form a social distance."

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum diketahuinya gambaranperilaku dokter dan perawat dalam menerapkan PBP di RSU Ganesha, Gianyar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku PBP pada dokterdan perawat serta menganalisis hubungan status kepegawaian, motivasi, dankarakteristik organisasi terhadap penerapan PBP. Penelitian ini memiliki desaincross sectional dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruhdokter dan perawat. Total sampel penelitian sebanyak 141 responden. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden 80,1 memiliki perilaku PBPyang baik. Pada komponen perilaku PBP yang diteliti yaitu komponen melibatkanpasien dan keluarga, berbagi informasi, memberi dukungan fisik, dukunganemosional, dan pelayanan yang berkelanjutan juga menunjukkan lebih banyakproporsi perilaku yang baik dengan persentase masing-masing sebanyak 68,1 ;84,4 ; 96,5 ; 94,3 ; dan 91,5 . The aimsof this study are to find out the PCC behavior in doctors and nurses as well asanalyze the relationship of individual, psychological, and organizationalcharacteristics to the implementation of PCC. This study has a cross sectionaldesign using a questionnaire distributed to all doctors and nurses. The total sampleis 141 respondents. The results showed that most respondents 80,1 had goodPCC behavior. "ABSTRAKPerlakuan salah dan kekerasan merupakan permasalah sosial yang berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikososial lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi penanganan trauma program Pusat Penanganan Trauma Lanjut Usia PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam evaluasi formatif untuk dapat melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan program tersebut. Kekuatan yang ada pada program ini adalah: pencatatan identitas klien, intervensi kedaruratan, peran pendamping, program Kementerian Sosial dan program sudah tersosialisasi. Kelemahannya adalah: klien kurang tepat, pemahaman petugas terhadap klien dan program, lemahnya pengawasan dan supervisi, dan penarapan penghargaan dan hukuman.

ABSTRACTAbuse and mistreatment are social problem that affect to phsycial and psychosocial elderlies condition. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of traumatic treatment in adult traumatic centre program PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi. Using qualitative approach in formative evaluation to identify strength and weaknesses of the program. The strength are: records of client?s identity, emergency intervention, role of cargiver, social ministries affair program and program was published. The weaknesses are: clients isn?t appropriate, staff?s comprehension of client and program, lack of control and supervision, and reward & punishment."
