"Persaingan antar perusahaan yang semakin meningkat mengharuskan setiap organisasi/perusahaan untuk memiliki anggota dengan kinerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kedua dimensi orientasi karier protean yaitu self-directed dan values-driven terhadap kinerja in-role karyawan di organisasi.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Protean Career Attitudes Scale untuk mengukur orientasi karier protean dan Job Performance Scale in-role performance untuk mengukur kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 172 partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai sektor kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-directed pada orientasi karier protean berkontribusi sebesar 16 dan dimensi values-driven berkontribusi sebesar 3 dalam menjelaskan kinerja individu.

The increase of competitiveness among companies forces orgnization to have employees with high performance. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of self directed and values driven as dimensions of protean career orientation toward employees rsquo in role performance in organization.
This quantitative study using Protean Career Attitudes Scale to measure self directed and values driven and also Job Performance Scale to measure in role performance. This study was conducted on 172 participants from various organizations and companies.
Results indicate that both dimensions have significant influence. Self directed contributes 16 while values driven only contributes 3 of in role performance.

penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan Mahkamah Konstitusi sudah dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi peneliti hakim. Layanan yang dimiliki perpustakaan Mahkamah Konstitusi sudah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi peneliti hakim, walaupun ada beberapa koleksi yang harus ditambah untuk meningkatkan peran perpustakaan yang lebih baik lagi.

"Penggunaan media sosial meningkat signifikan beberapa tahun terakhir di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia, khususnya Jabodetabek. Peningkatan ini didominasi oleh mahasiswa sebagai pengguna terbesar dengan jumlah 89,7%. Sebanyak 56,7% mahasiswa menggunakan media sosial untuk berinteraksi sosial. Salah satu bentuk interaksi ini adalah hubungan dengan idola. Sebanyak 18,7% mahasiswa yang menggunakan fangirling sebagai strategi koping masuk dalam kategori intensitas tinggi dan 63,2% mahasiswa masuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Fenomena ini membawa dampak positif seperti dukungan emosional, tetapi juga dampak negatif seperti kecandua. Dukungan emosional yang diberikan dapat membawa penggemar ke dalam suatu hubungan yaitu hubungan parasosial. Dalam hal ini, hubungan parasosial merupakan hubungan antara penggemar dan tokoh media yang dipersepsikan oleh suatu media sehingga menciptakan ilusi kedekatan dan terjalinnya suatu hubungan antara idola dan penggemar, Terkait hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan hubungan parasosial pada mahasiswa di Jabodetabek serta perannya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan akan cinta dan kepemilikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi dengan metode purposive sampling. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlahkan 11 informan yang terdiri dari 4 informan utama dan 7 informan pendukung berupa teman dan keluarga dari informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan parasosial pada penelitian ini merupakan interaksi antar penggemar dan idola yang di mediasi oleh media sosial seperti Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Bubble, Weverse, dan Website. Gambaran hubungan parasosial yang dijalani para informan memberikan perasaan positif seperti bahagia dan termotivasi. Namun secara pemenuhan kebtuhan akan cinta dan kepemilikan, masih terdapat kekosongan dalam komponen hubungan tertentu di kehidupan informan. Berdasarkan analisis, diketahui bahwa hubungan parasosial yang dimiliki informan dengan idola termasuk ke dalam kategori hubungan parasosial positif. Kemudian dalam hal memenuhi kebutuhan akan cinta dan kepemilikan, hubungan parasosial berperan sebagai pengganti hubungan yang kurang didapatkan informan serta membantu mempererat hubungan sosial informan. Meski begitu, hubungan parasosial yang dijalani para informan tetap tidak bisa menggantikan hubungan yang nyata dan hanya bersifat sementara sebab hubungan ini hanya bersifat satu arah dan tidak ada timbal balik sebagaimana seharusnya hubungan nyata yang ideal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, meskipun hubungan parasosial yang dijalani para informan bersifat positif dan berperan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan akan cinta dan kepemilikan, hubungan ini tetap tidak akan menggantikan hubungan nyata dan hanya sebatas menjadi komponen pengganti maupun komponen pendukung hubungan sosial para informan sebab kurangnya komponen yang bersifat dua arah.

The use of social media has increased significantly in recent years worldwide, including in Indonesia, particularly in the Jabodetabek area. This increase is dominated by university students as the largest user group, accounting for 89.7%. Approximately 56.7% of students use social media for social interaction. One form of such interaction is the relationship with idols. Among these students, 18.7% who use fangirling as a coping strategy fall into the high-intensity category, while 63.2% are in the medium category. This phenomenon brings both positive impacts, such as emotional support, and negative impacts, such as addiction. The emotional support provided can lead fans into a relationship known as a parasocial relationship. In this context, parasocial relationships refer to the perceived interaction between fans and media figures mediated through certain media, creating the illusion of closeness and a formed relationship between idols and fans. This study aims to describe parasocial relationships among university students in Jabodetabek and their role in fulfilling the need for love and belonging. The approach used in this study is qualitative, collecting data through in-depth interviews and document studies using the purposive sampling method. The study involved 11 informants, consisting of 4 main informants and 7 supporting informants in the form of friends and family of the main informants. The results of the study show that parasocial relationships in this context are interactions between fans and idols mediated by social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Bubble, Weverse, and websites. The depiction of parasocial relationships experienced by the informants provides positive feelings such as happiness and motivation. However, in terms of fulfilling the need for love and belonging, there remains a void in certain components of relationships in the informants' lives. Based on the analysis, it is known that the parasocial relationships maintained by the informants with their idols fall into the category of positive parasocial relationships. Furthermore, in fulfilling the need for love and belonging, parasocial relationships serve as a substitute for relationships that are less accessible to the informants and help strengthen their social relationships. However, the parasocial relationships experienced by the informants still cannot replace real relationships and are only temporary since these relationships are one-sided and lack the reciprocity found in ideal, real relationships. It can be concluded that, although the parasocial relationships experienced by the informants are positive and play a role in fulfilling the need for love and belonging, they still cannot replace real relationships and only serve as a substitute or a supporting component of the informants' social relationships due to the lack of reciprocity inherent in two-way relationships. "
