"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan tetap PT. XYZ. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dapat dilihat dari tiga dimensi utama yaitu job and working environment, human relation dan industrial relation. Sedangkan dimensi yang digunakan dalam variabel employee engagement yaitu vigor, dedication dan absorption. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan korelasi pearson sebagai alat uji validitas, alpha cronbach untuk menguji reabilitas penelitian, dan analisis regresi sederhana untuk mendefinisikan hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap employee engagement.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the quality of work life on employee engagement at permanent employees of PT. XYZ. In this study, the variable quality of work life can be seen from the three main dimensions, namely job and working environment, human relations and industrial relations. While the dimensions used in the variable employee engagement that vigor, dedication and absorption. The research data was taken from 100 respondents who are employees and managerial staff of PT. This research is a quantitative research using Pearson correlation as a test of validity, Cronbach's alpha reliability test research, and a simple regression analysis to define the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between quality of work life on employee engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Quality of Worklife terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan tetap PT XYZ di kantor pusat. Quality of Worklife sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan sembilan dimensi yaitu kompensasi yang adil, rasa bangga, partisipasi karyawan, pengembangan karir, penyelesaian konflik, komunikasi, keamanan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan keselamatan kerja (Cascio, 2006); dan Turnover Intention sebagai variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan tiga indikator yaitu thinking of quiting, intention to search for alternatives, dan intention to quit (Mobley et. al, 1978). Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT XYZ yang berada di kantor pusat dengan total karyawan berjumlah 73 orang dan Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dengan jumlah responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah sebanyak 51 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Quality of Worklife memiliki hubungan yang negatif terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Quality of Worklife terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan tetap PT XYZ lemah dan tidak signifikan. Kemudian hasil analisis variabel Quality of Worklife menunjukan dua dimensi Quality of Worklife yaitu kompensasi yang adil dan kesehatan kerja kurang dianggap baik oleh karyawan dan untuk analisis variabel Turnover Intention menunjukan hasil yang cukup tinggi.

This study aims to examine the Impact of quality of worklife on employee turnover intention of permanent workers of PT XYZ at head office. Quality of worklife as independent variable of this research measured by nine dimensions, such as equitable compensation, pride, employee participation, career development, conflict resolution, communication, job security, wellness, and a safe environment (Cascio, 2006); and Turnover Intention as dependent variabel of this research measured by three indicators, such as thinking of quitting, intention to search for alternatives, dan intention to quit (Mobley et. al, 1978). The population that became the object if this study is 73 permanent employees in the head office of PT XYZ and this study used total sampling method. The approach of this study is quantitative with the distribution of questionnaires as s data collection technique with 51 respondents were collected.
The result of this study showed that quality of worklife has a negative relationship on PT XYZ employee turnover intention. The result also showed that the impact of quality of worklife on employee turnover intention on the permanent employees of PT XYZ weak and insignificant. Then the analysis result of the quality of worklife showed that there are two dimensions of quality of worklife which is equitable compensation, and wellness is less well considered by employees and the analysis of turnover intention showed a fairly high result."

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward terhadap employee
engagement karyawan tetap PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Depok.
Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu reward yang akan diukur
berdasarkan dimensi dari Ivancevich, Konoppaske, dan Matteson (2006),
sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini yaitu reward akan diukur
menggunakan 3 dimensi dari Schaufelli (2006) yaitu vigor, dedication, and
Absorption. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner
sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 31 karyawan
yang memiliki status karyawan tetap pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor
Cabang Depok. Data penelitian ini akan dianalisa menggunakan analisis deskriptif
dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan kepuasan kerja tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).
Penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi para manajer untuk melihat tingkat employee
engagement namun tidak dipengaruhi oleh presepsi karyawan terhadap reward
dikalangan anak buahnya. Sehingga para manajer dapat mencari apa saja yang
membuat karyawannya engage. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan untuk melakukan
penelitian selanjutnya dengan variabel lain, selain reward yang dapat
mempengaruhi employee engagement. Seperti misalnya Karakteristik Pekerjaan,
dukungan organisasi yang diterima, dukungan atasan yang diterima keadilan
Prosedural, keadilan Distributif, kepemimpinan, strategic attention, physical
work condition, dan supervision (Kahn, 2006; Margaretha, 2013; Kahn, 1990).

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada PT XYZ Televisi yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan stasiun televisi di Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel employee engagement adalah UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale), variabel job satisfaction diukur dengan JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) yang dikembangkan oleh spector (1994), dan variabel turnover intention diukur dengan menggunakan Turnover Intention Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Mobley (1978), Colarelli (1984), dan Cammann (1979). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 dengan metode statistik multiple linier regression. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan job satisfaction secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan R2 sebesar 0.414, sedangkan apabila ditelaah lebih lanjut employee engagement secara negatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan job satisfaction secara negatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT XYZ television which is one of the television stations in Indonesia. Instruments used to measure variable employee engagement was UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale), Job satisfaction was measured using JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) developed by spector (1994), and turnover intention was measured using Turnover Intention Scale developed by Mobley (1978), Colarelli (1984), and Cammann (1979). Multiple linear regression method was use to analysed data. Results obtained from the research shows that employee engagement and job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with R2 = .414, furthermore employee engagement has no significant effect to turnover intention, while job satisfaction has negatively significant effect to turnover intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Work-life Balance dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement atau keterikatan karyawan yang merupakan sebuah evolusi baru dalam penelitian-penelitian terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia dan kepuasan serta komitmen karyawan. Melalui engaging employee maka perusahaan dapat menjaga retensi karyawan, meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, dan meningkatkan produktivitas yang dapat melebihi ekspektasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement, sementara Work-life Balance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement, namun, secara simultan Work-life Balance dan Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement.

This study aims to determine the influence of Work life Balance and Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement that is new evolution of the previous studies related to human resources management, employee satisfaction and commitment. Through engaging employees, the company can keep employee retention, enhancing competitive advantage, and enhancing productivity above the expectation. The approach of this study is a quantitative approach through data collection technique with questionnaires distribution. Data analysis technique used in this study are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of hypothesis tests indicates there is influence of Transformational Leadership to Employee Engagement, but there is no influence of Work life Balance to Employee Engagement, however there is simultaneous influence of Work life Balance and Transformational Leadership to Employee Engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Employee Engagement karyawan tetap non-manajerial pada PT Metrocom Global Solusi. Variabel kepuasan kerja diukur dengan Job Description Index (JDI) sedangkan variabel Employee Engagement diukur dengan Gallup?s Q12. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variabel menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Employee Engagement, artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan, maka semakin tinggi Employee Engagement.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement among Permanent Employee (Non-Managerial) In PT Metrocom Global Solusi. The Job Satisfaction was measured using an instrument named Job Description Index and The Employee Engagement was measured using an instrument name Gallup?s Q12. This research used quantitative method and to collected datas by questionnaire. The respondents of this research are non managerial permanent employees, taken by total sampling technique. To analyzed the relationship between variables would be test using Pearson Product Moment, and To test the hypothesis would be test using t-test. The result of this research found that the job satisfaction positively related significantly with employee engagement. The implication of this study is the higher job satisfaction leads to the higher employee engagement."

Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 135 karyawan di kantor pusat PT. XYZ.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier
sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini adalah Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) yang dikembangkan
oleh Heneman dan Schwab (1985), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support
(SPOS) yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison dan Sowa
(1986) dan disederhanakan oleh Holt, Bartczak, Clark da Trent (2007), dan
Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan
Bakker (2003) dan disederhanakan oleh Seppala, Mauno, Fedlt, Hakanen,
Kinnunen, Tolvanen, dan Schaufeli (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pay satisfaction dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat employee engagement di PT XYZ, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan para pemimpinnya serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (transformasional, transaksional, laissez faire) terhadap employee engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption). Data penelitian ini diambil dari 250 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan teknik multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT XYZ memiliki employee engagement yang tinggi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement di PT XYZ adalah kepemimpinan transaksional. Kepemimpinan transaksional juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap dimensi-dimensi employee engagement yaitu vigor, dedication dan absorption. Penelitian ini juga memberikan saran dan masukan terhadap sistem manajemen kinerja serta manajemen karir di perusahaan untuk efektivitas implementasi kepemimpinan transaksional yang dapat meningkatkan employee engagement di PT XYZ.

This study aims to analyze the level of employee engagement and leadership style in PT XYZ and the influence of leadership styles (transformational, transactional, laissez faire) on employee engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption). "Employee engagement menjadi poin penting dalam melihat bagaimana pegawai merasakan keterikatan terhadap pekerjaannya dan begitupun dengan pihak perusahaan yang dapat berupaya untuk membuat pegawainya merasakan keterikatan dengan pekerjaannya dan juga perusahaan. Employee engagement dapat meningkatkan budaya kerja, mengurangi rotasi pegawai, meningkatkan produktivitas, hingga membangun hubungan kerja yang lebih baik. Employee engagement merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus menjadi perhatian bagi para perusahaan maupun organisasi. Terdapat berbagai macam aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi employee engagement, salah satunya adalah authentic leadership. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap employee engagement menunjukan bahwa authentic leadership memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement pada pegawai Hotel “X” di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan instrumen kuesioner. Penelitian ini memperoleh 75 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik total sampling pada satu hotel di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode olah data kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif uji mean, dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa authentic leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa authentic leadership mampu memberikan pengaruh positif kepada employee engagement.

Employee engagement is an important point in seeing how employees feel attached to their work and the same goes for companies that can try to make their employees feel attached to their work and the company. Employee engagement can improve work culture, reduce employee rotation, increase productivity, and build better work relationships. Employee engagement is an important aspect that must be a concern for companies and organizations. There are various aspects that can affect employee engagement, one of which is authentic leadership. Previous studies regarding the effect of authentic leadership on employee engagement show that authentic leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement. This study aims to analyze the effect of Authentic Leadership on Employee Engagement among "X" Hotel employees in Bali. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires as instruments. This study obtained 75 respondents who were obtained using a total sampling technique at one hotel in Bali. This study uses quantitative data processing methods, namely descriptive analysis of the mean test, and simple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that authentic leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement. This study proves that authentic leadership can have a positive influence on employee engagement."
