"Kebugaran merupakan kemampuan tubuh untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik. Tingkat kebugaran yang rendah pada remaja berkaitan dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perbedaan tingkat kebugaran pada siswa SMA Budi Mulia Kota Bogor Tahun 2016 yang diukur menggunakan 20-m shuttle run test. Status kebugaran didapatkan dengan mengklasifikasikan nilai estimasi VO2max dengan menggunakan persamaan Matsuzaka, jenis kelamin dengan menggunakan kuesioner, status gizi diukur menggunakan pengukuran antropometri, data asupan menggunakan kuesioner 2x24 food recall, aktivitas fisik didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner Physical Activity Questionnare for Adolescent (PAQ-A), durasi tidur dan kebiasaan sarapan menggunakan angket. Desain studi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 117 siswa kelas X dan XI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 56,4% siswa yang tidak bugar. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan jenis kelamin (p value = 0,015), IMT/U (p value = 0,001), dan aktivitas fisik (p value = 0,017). Faktor dominan terhadap tingkat kebugaran siswa SMA Budi Mulia Bogor adalah aktivitas fisik setelah dikontrol dengan variabel jenis kelamin, IMT/U, lingkar pinggang, asupan protein, asupan karbohidrat dan asupan zat besi. Peneliti menyarankan siswa agar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik.

Physical fitness is a person?s ability to do physical activity. Low level of physical fitness in adolescents associated with high risk of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factor of physical fitness level among students at Budi Mulia High School that were measured using 20-m shuttle run test. Physical fitness level was determined by grouping the value of estimated VO2max using Matsuzaka formula. Gender using questionnaires, nutritional status were measured using anthropometric measurements, nutrition intake were measured using 2x24 hours food recall , physical activity measured using Physical Activity Quistionnaire for Adolescents (PAQ-A), sleep duration and breakfast consumption were measured using questionnaire. This study used cross sectional design which was conducted on 117 students of 10th and 11th grader. The results shows that 56,4% students are unfit. There are significant diffrences between the fitness level based on sex (p value= 0,015), IMTU (pvalue = 0,001) and physical activity (p vaue= 0,017). The dominant factor of physical fitness level of Budi Mulia high School Students is physical activity after being controlled by gender, IMT/U, waist circumference, protein intake, carbohydrate intake and iron intake. The author suggest that students should increase the physical avtivity.

"Tujuan Aktivitas fisik rendah menyebabkan kebugaran jasmani kurang, yang berdampak pada produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas fisik terkait pekerjaan yang rendah dan faktor risiko lainnya terhadap kebugaran jasmani pekerja. Metode Subjek penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan bulan Februari 2008 ini adalah pekerja di 15 departemen yang dipilih secara purposif di PT Semen Padang, Sumatera Barat. Tingkat aktivitas fisik diketahui dari kuesioner Panduan Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan I dan Program Integrasi Hipertensi ? Lansia Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia 2003. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani diukur dengan menggunakan Harvard Step Test. Hasil Subjek penelitian adalah 937 laki-laki berusia 18?56 tahun. Subjek mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani rendah sebesar 15,9%. Faktor risiko dominan terhadap kebugaran jasmani rendah adalah aktivitas fisik pekerjaan yang rendah, kebiasaan merokok, tidak berolahraga, hipertensi, diabetes melitus, dan asma. Subjek dengan aktivitas fisik terkait pekerjaan yang rendah dibandingkan subjek dengan aktivitas fisik tinggi mempunyai risiko 10,71 kali untuk kebugaran jasmani kurang [rasio odds suaian (ORa) = 10,71; interval kepercayaan (CI 95% = 4,71 ? 24,33)]. Subjek yang tidak berolahraga dibandingkan dengan yang berolahraga mempunyai risiko 6,3 kali untuk kebugaran jasmani kurang (ORa = 6,30; CI 95% = 3,69-10,75). Kesimpulan Aktivitas fisik pekerjaan yang rendah, kebiasaan merokok, tidak berolahraga, hipertensi, diabetes melitus, dan asma merupakan faktor dominan terhadap kebugaran jasmani rendah. Oleh karena itu, selain memperlihatkan faktor-faktor berpengaruh tersebut, pekerja dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik rendah perlu melakukan latihan fisik.

Abstract
Aim Low physical activity causes poor physical fitness, which leads to low productivity. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of low work-related physical activity and other risk factors on physical fitness. Methods This study was done in February 2008. Subjects were workers from 15 departments in PT Semen Padang, West Sumatera (Indonesia). Data on physical activities were collected using the questionnaire from the Student Field Work I Guidebook and Hypertension ? Geriatric Integrated Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia 2003. Physical fitness was measured using the Harvard Step Test. Results A number of 937 male workers aged 18 ? 56 years participated in this study. Poor physical fitness was found in 15.9% of the subjects. Low work-related physical activity, smoking, lack of exercise, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and asthma were dominant risk factors related to poor physical fitness. Subjects with low compared to high work-related activity had a ten-fold risk of poor physical fitness [adjusted odds ratio (ORa) = 10.71; 95% confidence interval (CI) = 4.71?24.33]. In term of physical exercise, subjects who had no compared to those who had physical exercise had a six-fold risk of poor physical fitness (ORa = 6.30; 95%CI = 3.69-10.75). Conclussion Low work-related physical activities, smoking, lack of exercise, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and asthma were correlated to poor physical fitness. It is, among others, therefore necessary to implement exercises for workers with poor physical fitness."

"Latihan kekuatan otot preoperasi bertujuan untuk mencegah atropi otot, memelihara kekuatan otot sebelum operasi dan mempersiapkan ambulasi dini pasca operasi. Disain penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan post test only (quasi experiment with control) terhadap 28 responden dengan 14 responden kelompok intervensi dan 14 responden kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi diberikan latihan kekuatan otot sebelum operasi selama ± 1 minggu. Setiap hari pasien dilakukan latihan kekuatan otot 3 kali dalam sehari, selama ± 5 - 10 menit. Penilaian terhadap kemampuan ambulasi dengan alat ukur skala ILOA, dilakukan setelah responden dioperasi, baik terhadap kelompok intervensi maupun kelompok kontrol.
Hasil uji t- test independent, diperoleh ada perbedaan yang bermakna rata - rata kemampuan ambulasi pada kelompok intervensi lebih baik dari pada kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p 0.017 (𝛼 < 0.05). Rekomendasi penelitian ini latihan kekuatan otot preoperasi dapat menjadi standar operasional prosedur tindakan keperawatan di rumah sakit pada pasien pasca operasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah.

Muscle strength preoperative exercise aims to prevent muscle atrophy, maintains muscle strength before surgery and prepare early postoperative ambulation. Is a quasi-experimental research design with post test only (quasi-experiment with control) of 28 respondents with 14 respondents intervention group and 14 control group respondents. The intervention group strength training is given before surgery for ± 1 week. Every day patients do strength training 3 times a day, for ± 5 -10 minutes. Assessment of the ability to ambulate with a measuring instrument ILOA scale, respondents performed after surgery, either to the intervention group and control group.
The results of independent t-test, there were significant differences obtained mean of ability ambulation between the intervention group and control group with p value of 0.017 (α <0.05). Recommendations of this study is an exercise in muscle strength preoperative can become standard operating procedure in a hospital nursing actions in patients post-operative fracture of the lower extremities.

"Kebugaran merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk melakukan pekerjaan seharihari dan masih dapat menikmati waktu luang tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kebugaran pada siswa SDN 03 Pondok Cina, Depok tahun 2015. Kebugaran siswa diukur menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI), status gizi diukur menggunakan pengukuran antropometri, asupan zat gizi diukur menggunakan kuesioner, aktivitas fisik dan kebiasaan sarapan diukur menggunakan angket. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 83 kelas IV dan V.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor TKJI adalah 9,98±2,35. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara rata-rata skor TKJI berdasarkan jenis kelamin (p value=0,046), status gizi (p value=0,021), asupan energi (p value=0,018), asupan protein (p value=0,047), asupan zat besi (p value=0,016), dan kebiasaan sarapan (p value=0,008). Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk meneliti hubungan kausalitas pada faktor-faktor tersebut. Peneliti menyarankan siswa diharapkan mengontrol berat badannya sebulan sekali untuk menjaga status gizi baik, menjaga asupan zat gizinya dengan mengonsumsi makanan sesuai pedoman gizi seimbang, dan aktif berolahraga paling sedikit tiga kali seminggu.

Physical fitness is a person's ability to perform daily work yet still be able to enjoy leisure time without experiencing significant fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine factors associated with the level of fitness of students in SDN 03 Pondok Cina, Depok, 2015. The level of students’ fitness were measured using the Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI), nutritional status were measured using anthropometric measurements, nutrient intakes were measured using 3x24hours food recall, while physical activity and breakfast consumption were measured using self-administered questionnaire. This study used cross-sectional design which was conducted on 83 students of 4th and 5th grader.
The results showed that the TKJI average score was 9.98 ± 2.35. Based on the bivariate analysis, there are significant differences between the TKJI average scores based on sex (p value = 0,046), nutritional status (p value = 0,021), energy intake (p value = 0,018), protein intake (p value = 0,047), iron intake (p value = 0,016), and breakfast consumption (p value = 0.008). Further research is needed to examine causality on these factors. The author suggests that students should control their weight at least once in a month to maintain good nutritional status, keep the intake of nutrients by eating foods according to balanced nutrition guidelines, and exercise at least three times a week.

"Kebugaran kardiorespirasi yang rendah dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kebugaran kardiorespirasi berdasarkan status gizi (IMT), persentase lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi sarapan pagi, asupan gizi dan gizi mikro pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta sebelum dan sesudah dikontrol berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sebanyak 131 responden dari SMAN 39 Jakarta dari kelas 10 dan 11 dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Asupan makanan diukur menggunakan penarikan makanan 1x24 jam, aktivitas fisik menggunakan PAQ-A, status gizi (BMI) diukur menggunakan BIA dan konsumsi sarapan diukur dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 61,8% siswa tidak layak. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara status gizi (BMI), persentase lemak tubuh dan aktivitas fisik berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada status kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta. Sementara itu, ada juga perbedaan dalam status kebugaran kardiorespirasi berdasarkan asupan Vitamin B2 pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. This study aims to examine the differences in cardiorespiratory fitness based on nutritional status (BMI), body fat percentage, physical activity, breakfast consumption, nutrient intake and micronutrients in students of SMAN 39 Jakarta before and after being controlled by sex. This study uses a cross sectional design. A total of 131 respondents from SMAN 39 Jakarta from grades 10 and 11 were included in this study. Food intake was measured using 1x24 hour food withdrawal, physical activity using PAQ-A, nutritional status (BMI) was measured using BIA and breakfast consumption was measured by questionnaire. The results showed that 61.8% of students were not eligible. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between nutritional status (BMI), body fat percentage and physical activity based on sex in cardiorespiratory fitness status in students of SMAN 39 Jakarta. Meanwhile, there were also differences in cardiorespiratory fitness status based on Vitamin B2 intake in Jakarta 39 High School students."

"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori yang rendah dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penurunan performa kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan persen lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik, status merokok, tingkat stres, asupan zat gizi makro, dan asupan zat gizi mikro pada Pamasis STHM Ditkumad tahun 2017. Desain studi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan total sampel 70 responden. Nilai VO2max yang menentukan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori diukur dengan two-mile run test. Dengan menggunakan tes tersebut didapatkan sebanyak 60 Pamasis STHM memiliki status tidak bugar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan adanya perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan persen lemak tubuh p-value < 0,05.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness related to decreased work performance. This study aims to examine the differences of cardiorespiratory fitness based on body fat percentage, physical activity, smoking status, stress level, macronutrients and micronutrients intake among military students of SHTM Ditkumad. This study used cross sectional design and participated in 70 samples. VO2max was used to determine cardiorespiratory fitness using two mile run test. The result of this study shows that 60 military students are unfit. Chi square result is showing that cardiorespiratory fitness statistically different based on body fat percentage p value 0,05.

"Tingkat kebugaran yang rendah merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler. Berbagai penelitian di tingkat dunia maupun Indonesia telah membuktikan rendahnya tingkat kebugaran pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan energi serta zat gizi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Avicenna Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Desain studi penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah status kebugaran, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan zat gizi energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, zat besi, vitamin C, dan kalsium . Pengukuran status kebugaran dilakukan dengan metode 20 m shuttle run. Data status gizi diperoleh dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, sedangkan data asupan zat gizi diperoleh dengan metode food recall 1x24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, dan status gizi. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa aktivitas fisik merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kebugaran. Status kebugaran yang baik dapat diperoleh dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, mempertahankan status gizi normal, dan mengkonsumsi zat gizi secara seimbang.

Low level of fitness is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Various studies at the world and Indonesia have proven the low level of fitness in children. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the difference fitness level based on physical activity, sex, nutritional status, and intake of energy and nutrients in elementary school students Avicenna Jagakarsa South Jakarta. The design of this study is cross sectional. The dependent variable in this study is fitness status, and the independent variable in this study is physical activity, sex, nutritional status, and nutrient intake energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, iron, vitamin C, and calcium . Measurement of fitness status was done by 20 m shuttle run test. Nutritional status data obtained by the measurement of height and weight, while nutrient intake obtained by food recall 24 hours. The result of this study showed that there were differences of fitness level based on physical activity, sex, and nutritional status. Multivariate analysis result show that physical activity is dominant factor that affecting fitness. Good fitness status can be gained by increasing physical activity, maintaining normal nutritional status, and consuming nutrients in balanced way."
