"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dimulai dari tanggal 18 Juli sampai dengan 29 Juli 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah pemantauan terapi obat dan pelaporan efek samping obat.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 13 September 2016 sampai dengan 30 September 2016. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di puskesmas. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai yang dilakukan di puskesmas meliputi perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan, pengarsipan pemantauan dan evaluasi pengelolaan. Adapun kegiatan farmasi klinik yang dilakukan di puskesmas adalah pengkajian, pelayanan resep, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, dan evaluasi penggunaan obat. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng adalah kurangnya jumlah Apoteker dan belum tersedia ruangan konseling khusus.

Based on the activities, pharmacist have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management of pharmacy related management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical consumable materials, and clinical pharmacy. Management activities include planning, procurement, reception, storage, distribution, destruction, control, reporting, archiving, monitoring and evaluation of management. The clinical pharmacy activities include prescription, drugs information service, counseling, and evaluation of drug use.A number of pharmacies in that Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng are less and not available counseling room. Both of them are problems that occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng."
