Penelitian dalam tesis ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 143 data responden penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa implementasi praktik sumber daya manusia akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara tidak langsung melalui employee engagement. Oleh karena itu, praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tepat diperlukan untuk mendorong employee engagement sehingga pegawai dapat berkinerja secara lebih optimal.

This thesis discusses the influence of the implementation of human resource management practices with employee engagement as a mediator on the performance of expert auditors and significant factors that influence it. The research in this thesis include quantitative descriptive research using the data 143 respondent.
The study found that the implementation of human resource practices will affect the performance of employees indirectly through employee engagement. Therefore, human resource management practices required proper to encourage employee engagement so that employees can perform optimally.

"ABSTRAK
Turnover karyawan merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di industri jasa keuangan, khususnya sektor perbankan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat turnover karyawan adalah praktik manajemen SDM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktik-praktik manajemen SDM terhadap retensi karyawan perbankan generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik-praktik manajemen SDM remunerasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, peluang pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan dan kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi. Kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

ABSTRACT
Employee turnover is a frequent phenomenon in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector. One of the factors that can affect employee turnover is HRM practices. Based on this background, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of HRM Practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance towards employee retention mediated by employee organization value fit on millennial generation banking employees in Jabodetabek. This research is quantitative research using structural equation modelling SEM method. The results of this study indicate that HRM practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance have a significant positive effect on employee retention and employee organization value fit. Employee organization value fit also has a significant positive effect on employee retention. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation."

"Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap job performance karyawan tetap PT PLN Kota Depok. Variabel employee engagement diukur berdasarkan teori dari Shcaufeli and Bakker, sedangkan job performance diukur berdasarkan teori Aguinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT PLN Kota Depok yang telah bekerja minimal selama 1 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employee engagement secara signifikan memengaruhi job performance. Dimensi dedication memiliki nilai tertinggi didalam variabel keterikatan karyawan.

This research analyzed the influence of employee engagement on job performance of PT PLN Kota Depok. Employee engagement variable is measured based on the theory from Shcaufeli and Bakker, while job performance is measured based on the theory of Aguinis. This research used a quantitative approach, and a questionnaire is used as a research instrument. The subject of this research are employees of PT PLN Kota Depok who have worked for at least a year. In this research, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, evaluation analysis and simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that employee engagement significantly affected job performance. The dimension of dedication is the highest value in the employee engagement variable.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh keterikatan karyawan terhadap knowledge transfer sebagai faktor identifikasi dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan mengembangkan prinsip-prinsip knowledge management dalam penyusunan program pengembangan intervensi di PT. GYI.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara variabel penelitian dengan hasil kategorisasi responden dari kowledge transfer berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil uji konstruk yang dihasilkan menunjukan knowledge codification dengan nilai rata-rata terendah.
Bentuk rekomendasi yang diusulkan adalah perubahan struktur organisasi guna memfasilitasi komunikasi horizontal yang dibantu dengan KM-Tools PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) dalam meningkatkan knowledge transfer dan knowledge codification di divisi manufaktur PT. GYI guna meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan berfokus pada intervensi Human Resources Management Practice.

This thesis focused on the influence of employee engagement on knowledge transfer as the identification factor of this research. Quantitative and qualitative study used to develop intervension program at PT. GYI with knowledge management principles.
Result of this research showed a positive relationship between variables with the categorization of the respondents on knowledge transfer in medium rate and constructs analysis shown knowledge codification in the lowest mean.
Proposed recommendations is change in organization structure to facilitate horizontal communication and using KM-Tools PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) method to improve knowledge transfer and knowledge codification in manufacturing division PT. GYI to improve it's performance by focusing on interventions in Human Resources Management Practice.
