"Skripsi ini membahas fungsi belahan otak kanan serta pemanfaatannya dalam pengajaran bahasa Cina untuk remaja. Melalui pengaplikasian pendayagunaan fungsi otak kanan yang berkaitan dengan kreativitas, warna, imajinasi dan dimensi ke dalam latihan empat unsur bahasa pada pengajaran keterampilan berbahasa Cina, skripsi ini telah menghasilkan contoh rancangan kegiatan pengajaran bahasa Cina yang menyenangkan dan menarik untuk remaja. Penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka yang berdasarkan pada analisis deskriptif. Hasil penulisan skripsi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa Cina dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi otak kanan, tepat bila diterapkan untuk remaja karena pengajaran tersebut

Abstract
This thesis discusses the function of right brain and its utilization in the teaching of Chinese language for teenager. By applying the utilization of right brain which related with creativity, color, imagination, and dimension into the four skill of Chinese language learning, this thesis has produced an example of Mandarin teaching activity scheme that is fun and interesting. This thesis uses the literature research method based on descriptive analysis. The result from this thesis_ research concludes that Chinese language teaching method, which maximizes the right brain function, is appropriate to be applied for teenager because such method of teaching will be able to cope with the students_ shortcomings and highlights their capacity;This thesis discusses the function of right brain and its utilization in the teaching of Chinese language for teenager. "Tentara merupakan bagian intergral dalam suatu negara yang berfungsi mempertahankan eksistensi negara tersebut dari agresi militer negara lain. Namun, pembentukan organisasi tentara pada suatu negara yang baru berdiri bukanlah pekerjaan yang ringan, apalagi harus menghadapi seangan negara lain pada saat yang bersamaan. Situasi seperti inilah yang dihadapi oleh Negara Republik Indonesia pada masa awal kemerdekaannya. Pada awalnya pemerintah Republik Indonesia hanya mendirikan BKR yang mempunyai fungsi berbeda dengan tentara. Kedatangan tentara Sekutu di Indonesia dengan tentara Belanda yang ikut di dalamnya menimbulkan respons dari para pemuda dengan membentuk laskar-laskar dan merebut senjata-senjata dari tangan tentara Jepang guna mempertahankan kemerdekaan. Walaupun pada tanggal 5 Oktober 1945 pemerintah membentuk TKR sebagai wadah resmi tentara pemerintah, tetapi kendali militer tidak sepenuhnya berada di tangan pemerintah mengingat keberadaan laskar-laskar yang juga berjuang dengan gigih di luar koordinasi tentara resmi. Didaerah Sumatra Timur, jumlah laskar justru lebih banyak dibandingkan jumlah tentara. Mereka berhimpun di sekitar Medan yang dikuasai oleh tentara Sekutu. Upaya menyatukan pasukan-pasukan laskar dan tentara yang umumnya berasal dari Sumatra Timur dan Tapanuli in dilakukan lewat pembentukan LRMA yang kemudian berubah menjadi KMA. Namun, koordinasi pasukan tetap menjadi masalah penting bagi perjuangan di daerah ini. Konflik-konflik antar pasukan kerap terjadi, begitu pula penyimpangan-penyimpangan pasukan berupa perampokan dan pembentukan atas masyarakat sebangsa yang tidak berdosa"

"Tax insetif merupakan satu dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi investor untuk berinvestasi di suatu Negara. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan tax insentif yang ditawarkan suatu Negara menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan menarik calon investor untuk berinvestasi di negara tersebut.
Thesis ini menganalisa kebijakan tax insentif yang diberikan pemerintah Indonesia kepada investor. Apakah tax insentif yang diterapkan Indonesia cukup kompetitif untuk menarik investor berinvestasi di Indonesia?
Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, thesis ini melakukan analisa perbandingan terhadap beberapa negara di Asia, yaitu Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Filipina dan China. Dengan memakai data Iaporan keuangan PT. Century Textile lndustry Tbk periode 1997 sampai dengan 2002 sebagai studi kasus, thesis ini melakukan simulasi pengaruh tax insentif terhadap besarnya pajak yang dibayar perusahaan (prosentase total pajak terhadap Iaba sebelum pajak perusahaan) di negara-negara observasi.
Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa tax insentif yang diberikan Indonesia memberikan return terendah kepada perusahaan dibandingkan dengan ke lima negara observasi lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, thesis ini merekomendasikan agar Indonesia mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan tax insentif yang dilakukan oleh negara-negara observasi khususnya Malaysia agar mampu berkompetitif dalam menarik investor berinvestasi di Indonesia.

Tax incentive is one of the factors that influences investors to invest in a
country. Therefore, a country policy to offer such incentive becomes one of important factors to successfully attract the would-be investors to invest.
This thesis analysed tax incentive poicy awarded by the government of indonesia to the investors as to whether it was relatively competitive to attract investors to invest in Indonesia or not.
To answer that question, this thesis employed comparative analysis towards several countries in Asia such as Thailand. Wetnam, The Philipines, Malaysia, and China. Through the use of financial data of PT. Century Textile lndustry Tbk incorporation from fiscal years 1997 to 2002 as a case study, the thesis conducted a simulation of the tax incentive influence towards the amount of tax paid by the company (percentage of total tax towards profit prior to company tax deduction) in the observed countries.
The results of the simulation showed that tax incentive applied in indonesia provided the lowest retum to a company compared with those of the five observed countries. Thus the thesis recommended that Indonesia should consider to apply the tax incentive like those of the observed countries particularly Malaysia in order to be more competitive in attracting investors to invest in indonesia.
