"Supply chain is a system in which an organization transfers products and services to the customers. This chain is actually a network of various entities from downstream to upstream which has different processes and activities, but to serve common purposes to create a value in the form of products or services to final customer.The shift in business landscape, such as market globalization, more demanding custOmers, and shorter product life cycle, has caused supply chain ag ility becom i ng o ne maj o r facto r th at d ete rm î n es corn p a ny? s corn petitive advantage.This report tries to describe the supply chain in Alcatel with focus in Mobile Network Division. it ¡s one among several business divisions inside Alcatel concerned with equipments for mobile network infrastructure as its main product. It will also cover the process along the chain, from headquarter in France, Indonesian? subsidiary and final customer.The supply chain description is concentrated in its main process and activities which are planning and customer?s order fulfillment. It also describes the information system used to support the process and exchange of information between parties involved. These aspects will be seen from the point of view of headquarter and from Indonesia?s subsdiary.The analysis of supply chain performance ¡s based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The first will be based on supply chain drivers which are: transportation, information, inventory, and facilities. The seconnd is done by measuring some common metrics and compare them with targets internally set by Alcatel.From the observation and analysis done, ¡t can be concluded that Alcatel?ssupply chain performance has not reached ¡ts optimum level due to some reasons:-Planning process is becoming a weak point because it can not anticipate change or modificatIon in customer demands which create high inventory-Application of Alcatel?s standard supply chain process which has notreached supply chain?s entities in Indonesian subsidiary-Less concern for development of information system to support supplyChain"

"Peraturan Pemerintah No.74 Tahun 2001 tentang Pengelolaan Bahan Berbahaya dan beracun telah mendorong persaingan industri kimia pertanian semakin kompetitif. Persaingan ini menyebabkan banyak perusahaan yang mendaftarkan formulasi produknya kepada Departemen Pertanian, sehingga banyak bermunculan perusahaan-perusahaan baru. Hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kesadaran serta penerapan sumber daya dan kemampuan agar tetap memiliki sumber keunggulan bersaing. Salah satu cara yang ditempuh adalah melalui rantai pasokan. Rantai pasokan merupakan penghubung antara pemasok, distributor, manufaktur dan pelanggan, sehingga perusahaan harus bisa memaksimalkan apa yang mereka sudah miliki. Hasil penelitian menyarankan kepada PT. NIP agar mengerti dan menyadari bahwa penerapan sistem rantai pasokan merupakan salah satu sumber keunggulan bersaing perusahaan untuk memenangkan kompetisi yang sudah sangat ketat.

Government regulation No.74, 2001 regarding the management of hazardous and poisonous chemical substances has created stiffer competition in the agrochemical industry in Indonesia. The regulation has changed the industry's competitive environment since many existing companies have been encouraged to register new brands to the ministry of agriculture. At the same time, many firms such as the new entrants have also entered the industry and pushed the creation of higher competition. This situation causes the firms in the industry to manage the awareness and understanding to create Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) through the utilization of resources and capabilities. One of the efforts to create SCA is through Supply Chain Management (SCM). The result of this research suggests that PT. NIP must be aware and understand that SCM can be the source of SCA to win the competition."

"Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) banyak digunakan untuk menilai kondisi rantai pasok suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. X yang merupakan salah satu industri pengemasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SCOR sebagai kerangka penilaian, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pendukung untuk memberikan bobot penilaian, dan metode analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis hasil penilaian. Dalam menganalisis hasil penilaian kinerja, penelitian ini dibantu oleh sistem pengelompokkan Traffic Light System dan Prioritization Matrix untuk merancang usulan strategi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok dan memberikan usulan strategi perbaikan untuk indikator-indikator yang kurang baik. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja yang tervalidasi untuk diukur dalam model. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok pada PT. X tahun 2019, nilai yang didapatkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 66,92% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan hanya berada pada kategori rata – rata dengan warna kuning. Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA, didapatkan 4 indikator kinerja rantai pasok yang kurang baik dan memerlukan perbaikan segera. Setelah dianalisis lebih lanjut, terdapat 10 usulan strategi untuk memperbaiki keempat indikator kinerja rantai pasok yang kurang baik. Usulan tersebut kemudian dihitung korelasi dan prioritasnya menggunakan prioritization matrix. Usulan strategi yang berada di peringkat pertama yaitu meningkatkan koordinasi antardepartemen, dan strategi di peringkat akhir yaitu meningkatkan proses quality control terhadap mesin dan bahan baku produksi.

Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model is widely used to determine the condition of a company's supply chain. This research was conducted at PT. X which is one of the packaging industry. The method used in this research is SCOR as the measurement framework, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a supporting method for weighting indicators, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as a method to analyze the calculated results. In analyzing the results, this study was assisted by a Traffic Light System grouping system and Prioritization Matrix to design a proposed strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the supply chain and provide a proposed improvement strategy for indicators that are not good. There are 29 validated performance indicators to be measured in the model. The measurement results of the supply chain performance at PT. X in 2019, the company’s score was 66.92% which shows the company's performance is only in the average category with a yellow color. y using the IPA quadrant, there are 4 indicators of supply chain performance that are not good and require immediate improvement. After further analysis, there are 10 proposed strategies to improve the four indicators of supply chain performance that are not good. The proposed strategy is then calculated by its correlations and priorities using a prioritization matrix. The first rank strategy from the matrix is to improve interdepartmental coordination, and the final rank strategy is to improve the process of quality control of production machinery and raw materials."

"Keberadaan raw material sangat penting bagi Car Manufacture dan suppliernya dalam proses produksi. Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi global dan menyebabkan kenaikan harga material secara global. Hal ini berdampak signifikan pada biaya produksi dan daya saing perusahaan. Dalam upaya mempertahankan daya saing, perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi supply chain management yang tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk 4mengevaluasi kinerja supply chain saat ini serta memberikan rekomendasi proses bisnis supply chain yang tepat dalam menghadapi fenomena kenaikan harga material global. Penelitian ini menggunakan SCOR Framework serta BPMN untuk membantu mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja operasi rantai pasok di perusahaan Car Manufacture. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan SCOR framework dan BPMN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja supply chain masih kurang baik pada area procurement. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan business process improvement dengan mengubah bisnis pembelian raw material yang saat ini dilakukan oleh supplier menjadi self-purchase. Rekomendasi bisnis proses baru adalah Car Manufacture yang melakukan pembelian raw material untuk kebutuhan supplier, sehingga menghilangkan handling fee pada supplier.

The existence of raw materials is crucial for Car Manufacturers and their suppliers in the production process. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the global economy and led to a global increase in material prices. This has had a significant impact on production costs and the competitiveness of companies. In order to maintain competitiveness, companies need to implement the appropriate supply chain management strategies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current supply chain performance and provide recommendations for the appropriate supply chain business processes in addressing the phenomenon of global material price increases. This research utilizes the SCOR Framework and BPMN to evaluate and enhance the supply chain operations performance in Car Manufacturing companies. This research is conducted through qualitative and exploratory quantitative methods using the SCOR framework and BPMN. The research findings indicate that the supply chain performance is still lacking in the procurement area. Therefore, business process improvement needs to be conducted by transforming the current supplier-led raw material purchasing into self-purchase by the Car Manufacturer. The recommendation for the new business process is for the Car Manufacturer to directly purchase the raw materials for the supplier's needs, thereby eliminating the handling fee charged by the supplier."
