"ABSTRAK
Budaya organisasi yang kuat akan memberikan stabilitas pada organisasi dan dapat
mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan
hubungan Budaya organisasi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Sumedang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan rancangan Cross
Sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi, perawat
pelaksana yang bekerja di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Sumedang Tahun 2009
berjumlah 109 perawat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner budaya organisasi
(tuntutan kerja, hubungan interpersonal, dukungan kerja serta lingkungan fisik) dan
kinerja. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas di dapatkan hasil seluruh pernyataan dalam
Kuesioner dalah valid (0,364-0,771) dan Reliabel (0.959). Analisis data menggunakan
analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian adalah Perawat
mempersepsikan baik tentang budaya organisasi 49,5% dan lingkungan kerja fisik
(71,6%). Perawat mempersepsikan kurang tentang tuntutan kerja (60,6%), dukungan
kerja (53,2%) dan hubungan interpersonal (52,3%). Sedangkan 49,5% kinerja
dipersepsikan baik (50%). Analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara budaya
organisasi meliputi sub variabel tuntutan kerja, dukungan kerja, dan hubungan
interpersonal dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana (p value<0,05), sedangkan lingkungan
kerja fisik tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana (p value=0,225). Hasil
multivariat didapatkan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan
dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana setelah di kendalikan umur dan jenis kelamin. Saran:
hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak manajer rumah sakit mempertahankan dan
meningkatkan budaya organisasi dengan cara membuat surat keputusan tentang uraian
tugas bagi perawat pelaksana, pembuatan daftar urutan kesempatan mengikuti
pendidikan dan latihan serta kebijakan pengembangan lingkungan yang baik.

increase good organization culture with upon policy make standardized performance
appraisal, to give selection for education and training for nurse provider and policy to
work conditioning for increase work nurse performance."

Hasil multivariat didapatkan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana seteJah di kenda!ikan umur dan jenis ketamin. Saran: basil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak manajer rumah sakit mempertahankan dan meningkatkan budaya organisasi dengan cara membuat surat keputusan tentang uraian tugas bagi perawat pelaksana, pembuatan daftar urutan kesempatan mengikuti pendidikan dan latihan serta kebijakan pengembangan lingkungan yang baik.

"Serah terima antar shift yang dilaksanakan belum konsisten mencakup tanggung jawab asuhan keperawatan. Serah terima antar shift yang kurang baik berpotensi mengganggu pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat serta munculnya insiden keselamatan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan serah terima antar shift dengan pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan rancangan analitic-correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 152 perawat pelaksana diambil secara non probality sampling dengan convinience. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara serah terima antar shift dengan pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat p < 0.001. Faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah pendidikan terakhir dan komunikasi yang obyektif antar perawat. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan manajer keperawatan adalah penilaian manajemen risiko terkait serah terima antar shift dan pengelolaan pemberian obat serta pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat.

Nursing shifts handover carried out has not consistently covered the responsibilities of nursing care. Poor nursing shift handover has the potential to interfere with nursing drug administration by nurses and the emergence of patient safety incidents. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nursing shift handover with nursing drug administration. This quantitative study used an analytic-correlational design with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 152 nurses was taken by non-probability sampling with convenience. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between nursing shift handover and nursing drug administration p <0.001. Factors that have a significant effect are recent education and objective communication between nurses. Strategies that can be carried out by nursing managers are risk management assessments related to handover between shifts and management of drug administration as well as continuing education for nurses."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan validitas antara persepsi beban kerja ( beban kerja subjektif) dengan beban kerja objektif yang diukur dengan teknik work sampling sebelum dan sesudah dikontrol menggunakan variabel umur, jenis kelamin, dan masa kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak pada bulan Maret sampai April 2015 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 10 orang tenaga perawat selama 10 hari dan meliputi 320 kegiatanyang dipilih secara sistematik. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji korelasi untuk melihat kekuatan hubungan variabel persepsi beban kerja harian dengan beban kerja objektif harian dengan nilai r = 0,337.
Hasil uji statistik mendapatkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,001. Uji stratifikasi yang dilakukan untuk mencari variabel perancu memperlihatkan bahwa hubungan antara persepsi beban kerja dengan beban kerja objektif dipengaruhi oleh perawat dengan umur ≥ 33 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, dan dengan masa kerja ≥ 4 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak dapat menggunakan persepsi beban kerja sebagai standar pengukuran beban kerja yang lebih mudah dan tidak memakan waktu, merevisi job description perawat, dan menjadwalkan pelatihan keperawatan.

The purpose of this study was to prove the validity of the perception of workload (subjective workload) with the objective workload as measured by work sampling technique before and after the controlled use of several variables such as age, gender, and tenure. The study was conducted in Cilandak sub-district health center in March and April 2015 by taking a sample of 10 nurses for 10 days and covers 320 selected activities systematically. The method used in this research was descriptive analytic method with cross sectional design. Analysis was conducted by using correlation tests to see the strength of the relationship variable between daily workload perception with daily objective workload with r = 0.337.
Statistical tests resulted a significant correlation with the value of p = 0.001. Stratification test was carried out to look for confounding variables showed that the relationship between the perception of workload with objective workload is affected by nurses with age of ≥ 33 years old, female, and with tenure of ≥ 4 years. Results of this study suggest that Cilandak sub-district health centers could use subjective workload as an easier and less time-consuming standard workload measurement, to revise the job description of nurses, and to conduct scheduled nurse training."

"Tenaga keperawatan merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan di baris terdepan dalam menangani pasien Covid-19, di mana meningkatnya jumlah kasus mempengaruhi beban kerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi beban kerja perawat di ruang ICU Covid-19 RSUD Cengkareng yang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan observasi, data penelitian diambil melalui pengamatan langsung yang dilakukan selama kurun waktu 3 hari di ruang ICU Covid-19. Perhitungan beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga perawat menggunakan metode Ilyas dan Douglas. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan beban kerja perawat ICU Covid-19 sebesar 370,5159 jam dengan perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga perawat mencapai 68 orang yang menggunakan metode Ilyas, sedangkan dengan metode Douglas didapatkan kebutuhan perawat sebesar 48 orang. Dengan menghitung beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dapat digunakan dalam merencanakan sumber daya manusia.

Nurses are among health workers who are fighting on the front lines against the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic. The growing number of Covid-19 patients have undeniably affected their workload. This research aims to describe and identify nurses’ workload at ICU rooms for Covid-19 patients at Cengkareng Regional General Hospital (RSUD Cengkareng) in West Jakarta, which is one of Covid-19 referral hospitals. This is a quantitative observation research. The data was obtained through direct observation that were conducted for three days at the hospital’s ICU rooms for Covid-19 patients. The workload quantification uses the Ilyas method and Douglas method. In this study, the workload of Covid-19 ICU nurses was 370,5159 hours with the calculation of the need for nurses reaching 68 people using the Ilyas method, while with the Douglas method, the need for nurses was 48 people. By calculating the workload and the need for nurses can be used in planning human resources."

"Tesis ini membahas analisis beban kerja perawat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Hermina Bogor untuk mengetahui kebutuhan staf pelaksana perawat dengan berbagai metode perhitungan. Pasien anak adalah pengunjung terbanyak yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Hermina Bogor. Perlunya menerapkan perawat, terutama dalam perawatan rawat inap anak-anak, harus benar-benar dipertimbangkan untuk mendapatkan kualitas layanan yang baik di Rumah Sakit Hermina Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode work sampling pada bulan April 2019 untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang beban kerja perawat yang dapat digunakan untuk perhitungan WISN (kebutuhan staf indikator beban kerja). Perhitungan juga dilakukan dengan formula Ilyas, formula untuk lokakarya PPNI dan formula Gillies. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat pada kegiatan produktif adalah 86,71%. Pergeseran pagi adalah beban kerja tertinggi 94,79%. Untuk hasil perhitungan kebutuhan perawat dengan metode WISN adalah 17. Perhitungan dengan rumus Ilyas diperoleh hasil 18, hasil rumus PPNI adalah 26 dan rumus Gillies yaitu 17. Jumlah perawat saat ini adalah 15 , jadi masih ada kekurangan 2 dengan perhitungan WISN dan Gillies, 3, dengan formula Ilyas dan 11 untuk perhitungan formula PPNI. Dalam kondisi saat ini perawat harus dapat menggunakan waktu terbaik untuk melakukan kegiatan administrasi karena merupakan kegiatan dengan jumlah waktu tertinggi dan memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut terkait dengan deskripsi posisi eksekutif perawat sehingga perawat tidak perlu melakukan kegiatan di luar tanggung jawab perawat dan fokus pada kegiatan perawatan pasien.

This thesis discusses the analysis of the workload of nurses in the inpatient installation of the Hermina Hospital in Bogor to determine the needs of nurses implementing staff with various calculation methods. Pediatric patients are the most visitors treated at Hermina Hospital Bogor. The need to apply nurses, especially in children's inpatient care, must be seriously considered in order to get good quality services at Hermina Hospital, Bogor. This type of research is a descriptive study with quantitative analysis. This research was conducted with a work sampling method in April 2019 to obtain an overview of nurses' workloads that can be used for WISN calculations (staff workload indicator staff needs). Calculations are also made with the Ilyas formula, the formula for the PPNI workshop and the Gillies formula. The results showed that the nurses workload on productive activities was 86.71%. Morning shift is the highest workload of 94.79%. For the calculation of the need for nurses using the WISN method is 17. The calculation with the Ilyas formula obtained 18 results, the result of the PPNI formula is 26 and the Gillies formula is 17. The number of nurses at present is 15, so there is still a shortage of 2 with the calculation of WISN and Gillies, 3, with the Ilyas formula and 11 for the calculation of the PPNI formula. In the current condition nurses must be able to use the best time to carry out administrative activities because it is an activity with the highest amount of time and requires further evaluation related to the description of the executive executive position so that nurses do not need to carry out activities outside the nurses responsibilities and focus on patient care activities."

"[ABSTRAK
Keselamatan Pasien ( Patient Safety ) telah menjadi issue yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Setiap orang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang aman dan bebas dari cedera yang tidak diinginkan.
Melalui penelitian ini, dianalisis kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga perawat terhadap persepsi insiden keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit X. Studi dilakukan pada 44 orang perawat dan bidan dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan, pendidikan, kemudahan penggunaan alat,kerjasama tim,pengalaman bekerja, disiplin dan jumlah tenaga perawat terhadap insiden keselamatan pasien.

"Keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan sangat berhubungan dengan terpenuhi atau tidaknya rangkaian kegiatan pelayanan keperawatan yang merupakan beban kerja perawat. Beban kerja perawat tersebut adalah jumlah seluruh kegiatan yang dilaksanakan perawat dalam waktu dan satuan hasil. Tesis ini bertujuan menganalisis beban kerja untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dan mendapatkan gambaran strategi bagi manajemen dalam memenuhi kesenjangan beban kerja yang ada di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif secara cross-sectional pada perawat ruang rawat inap kelas III Flamboyan. Observasi kegiatan perawat dilakukan dengan metode work sampling dan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Workload Indicators Of Staffing Need (WISN).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kegiatan produktif langsung perawat adalah sebesar 29,34% dan kegiatan produktif tidak langsung perawat mencapai 54,86%. Perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga perawat berdasarkan beban kerja diperoleh 24,43 tenaga perawat dengan rasio WISN 0,82. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bagi manajemen Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu untuk mempertimbangkan beban kerja perawat sebagai acuan dalam menentukan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dan diperlukan evaluasi terhadap uraian tugas perawat agar waktu kerja yang ada lebih efektif pemanfaatannya sesuai dengan fungsi utama perawat.

The success of nursing service quality has high correlation with the adequacy of nursing service activities which is the nurse workload. The nurse workload is the total of all conducted activities in certain time with the result as unit of measure. This thesis is aimed to analyse the workload to determine the needs of nursing staff and to obtain the strategy which is required by the management to fulfill the workload gaps at Tugu Ibu Hospital. The research method used was cross-sectional quantitative to the nurses at Class III Flamboyan Ward. Observation of the nurses activities were done by work sampling method and the needs to nursing staff was calculated with Workload Indicators Of Staffing Need (WISN) method.
Based on the research, it was known that the nurses direct productive activities is 29,34% and nurses indirect productive activities is as high as 54,86%. Calculation of the needs on nursing staff based on workload resulted of 24,34 nurses with WISN ration of 0,82. From the research, it is recommended that TuguIbu Hospital management to consider nurse workload as reference in determining the needs of nursing staff, and evaluation is needed to the nurse job description, to be effective in time management according to the main function of a nurse.
