"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki transfer of training di PT X dengan melihat faktor apa yang menyebabkan tidak terjadinya transfer of training. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 51 karyawan operasional yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur transfer of training, faktor peserta pelatihan dan faktor lingkungan kerja mengacu pada teori Broad dan Newstrom (1992). Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor peserta pelatihan dan faktor lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap transfer of training, yaitu 17,3% faktor peserta pelatihan dan 82,4% faktor lingkungan kerja. dengan demikian, faktor lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap transfer of training. Dari faktor lingkungan kerja, dimensi dukungan atasan memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan dan memiliki mean paling kecil yang menyebabkan tidak terjadinya transfer of training di PT X.. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dirancang program intervensi untuk memperbaiki transfer of training yaitu meningkatkan dukungan atasan melalui coaching.

This study aims to improve transfer of training in PT X by looking at what factors cause the transfer of training. The study was conducted at 51 operational employees have been trained using quantitative methods. Measuring instrument of transfer of training, trainees factors and environmental factors work refers to the theory of Broad and Newstrom (1992). By using regression analysis, the results showed factor trainee and work environment factors have a significant influence on the transfer of training, 17.3% for trainee factor and 82.4% work environment factors. Thus, work environment factors have a greater influence on the transfer of training. On work environment factors, the dimensions of supervisor support had the most significant effect and has the smallest mean that lead no transfer of training in PT X.. Based on these conditions, an intervention program designed to improve transfer of training is to increase supervisor support through coaching."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh peningkatan kualitas leadermember exchange terhadap perilaku inovatif pada karyawan kantor pusat PT BB melalui pemberian pelatihan coaching pada atasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT BB, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri mining. Responden penelitian ini adalah 46 orang karyawan level staf. Pengukuran perilaku inovatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Innovative Work Behaviour dari Janssen (2000), sedangkan leader-member exchange diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur LMX-M dari Wu (2009). Pengolahan data awal menjelaskan bahwa leader-member exchange secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif (r2 = 0.422) dengan dimensi affect dan exchange sebagai dua dimensi yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar.
Berdasarkan pengolahan data awal, ditentukan intervensi yang dilakukan adalah intervensi pelatihan coaching pada atasan. Responden intervensi adalah 4 orang atasan langsung dari karyawan yang memiliki skor leader-member exchange dan perilaku inovatif dalam kategori rendah. Efektifitas intervensi diukur melalui evaluasi reaksi, pembelajaran, dan tingkah laku. Pengukuran posttest dilakukan 8 hari setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan kepada 6 orang bawahan dari atasan yang mengikuti pelatihan. Hasilnya terdapat peningkatan skor leadermember exchange yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan (Z= -2,041, p =0.041). Namun demikian, tidak terdapat peningkatan skor perilaku inovatif yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah atasan diberikan pelatihan (Z= -1,095, p = 0.273).

This research aims to determine the influence of leader-member exchange enhancement on innovative behavior in PT BB's employee by providing coaching training for supervisor. This research was conducted at PT BB, a mining company. Respondents were 46 employees from staff level. Innovative behavior was measured using innovative work behavior scale by Janssen (2000), whereas leader-member exchange was measured using LMX-M scale by Wu (2009). Pretest data showed that leader-member exchange influences innovative behavior significantly (r2=0.422), furthermore affect and exchange found to have the biggest contribution.
Based on the result, researcher design a coaching training for supervisor as an intervention to enhance leader-member exchange so it predicts to enhace innovative behavior too. Intervention gived to 4 supervisor whom their subordinate had low score on leader-member exchange and innovative behavior. Effectivity of coaching training was measured by evaluate the reaction, learning, and behavior changing. Post-test was measured to 6 subordinates, 8 days after the intervention. The result showed there was significant improvement on leadermember exchange score after the intervention (Z = -2,041, p =0.041). For instance, there was not significant improvement on innovative behavior (Z = -1,095, p = 0.273).

"ABSTRAK
Fokus pada tugas akhir ini adalah membuat desain evaluasi perilaku pelatihan Coaching dan Counselling untuk Penyelia di PT.ITP. Desain evaluasi perilaku yang dibuat terdiri dari tahapan pembuatan dan bentuk evaluasi perilaku yang dapat menjadi blue print untuk pelatihan soft skill lainnya di PT.ITP. Dalam mendesain evaluasi perilaku, penulis menentukan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, menurunkan indikator perilaku dengan menganalisa tujuan pelatihan dan isi materi pelatihan, meninjau studi pustaka yang berkaitan dengan Coaching dan Counselling, dan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak SDM, peserta pelatihan, atasan, bawahan, dan rekan kerja dari peserta pelatihan.
Penilaian mengenai perubahan perilaku peserta dilakukan dengan meminta penilai untuk memberikan penilaian seberapa sering peserta pelatihan menampilkan perilaku-perilaku Coaching dan Counselling di tempat kerja. Yang memberikan penilaian pada kusioner ini adalah peserta pelatihan, atusan, dan bawahan dari peserta pelatihan yang sering bekerja sama dan mengamati perilaku peserta pelatihan di tempat kerja. Untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai ada atau tidaknya perubahan atau peningkatan perilaku peserta pelatihan di tempat kerja maka evaluasi perilaku dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this final assignment is making design of behavior evaluation of Coaching and Counselling Training For Supervisor at PT.ITP. The design of behavior evaluation consists of behavior evaluation form and design stages, which can be blue print for other soft skill trainings in PT. ITP. In order to design training behavior evaluation, writer determines questionnaire as data collecting method, generate behavior indicator by analyzing training objective and subject delivered during training conducted, review theories of reference about Coaching and Counselling, and interviewing HRD, trainee, trainee's supervisor, subordinate, and co-workers.
The feedback about trainee behavior changes conducted with asking rater to evaluate frequency of trainee's Coaching and Counselling behavior appearance at work place. The parties who deserve to give evaluation are trainee, trainee's supervisor and subordinate. In this case, trainee's co-workers rarely observe trainee's behavior in work place so that can't give objective evaluation. In order to gain information about trainee behavior changes or enhancement, the evaluation conducted before and after training is held."

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan kepuasan kerja dan leader-member exchange (LMX) pada perawat di Rumah Sakit K. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 perawat. Kepuasan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan alat Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1997) dan LMX diukur dengan menggunakan alat Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensional (LMX-MDM) (Liden & Maslyn, 1998). Pada penelitian ini tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan LMX, namun ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan satu dimensi LMX yaitu professional respect (r = .35, LOS = .05). Sebanyak 53.2% dari sampel penelitian juga memiliki nilai professional respect yang tergolong di bawah rata-rata. Untuk itu, intervensi yang diusulkan adalah pelatihan mengenai coaching pada penanggung jawab shift dan kepala ruangan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan professional respect, LMX, dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Hasil evaluasi intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada perawat.

The aim of study was finding relationship between job satisfaction and leader-member exchange (LMX) of nurses at K Hospital. This study used quantitative method which has 47 samples of nurse. Job satisfaction was measured by Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1997) and LMX was measured by Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensional (LMXMDM) (Liden & Maslyn, 1998). This study found there was no relationship between job satisfaction and LMX, but there was significant relationship between job satisfaction and one of LMX dimension, professional respect (r = .35, LOS = .05). The samples who had low professional respect (below the mean) was 53.2% of samples. To improve professional respect, LMX, and job satisfaction, researcher suggested to give coaching skill training to shift and room supervisors. The training evaluation showed increased knowledge significantly of nurses.

"Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua studi, yaitu studi 1 (studi korelasional) dan studi 2 (program intervensi). Studi 1 bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan persepsi peluang karier dengan intensi mengundurkan diri. Sedangkan studi 2 bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan career coaching dalam meningkatkan persepsi peluang karier dan menurunkan intensi mengundurkan diri. Terdapat 63 karyawan dari Divisi Rooms (Health Club & Spa) Hotel XYZ yang berpartisipasi dalam studi 1. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk studi 1 adalah alat ukur Turnover Intentions (2018) dan Perceived Career Opportunity (2011). Hasil analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson pada studi 1 menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara persepsi peluang karier dengan intensi mengundurkan diri (r = -0.35, p < 0.01). Selanjutnya, terdapat delapan karyawan dari Divisi Rooms (Health Club & Spa) Hotel XYZ yang berpartisipasi dalam studi 2. Hasil analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon pada studi 2 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan skor intensi mengundurkan diri (Z = -2.02, p < 0.05) dan persepsi peluang karier (Z = -2.03, p < 0.05) sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi.

This research divided into two studies, namely study 1 (correlational study) and study 2 (intervention program). Study 1 aims to examine the relationship between perceived career opportunity and turnover intentions. Study 2 aims to determine the effectiveness of career coaching training in increasing perceived career opportunity and reducing turnover intentions. There were 63 employees from the Rooms Division (Health Club & Spa) of Hotel XYZ participating in Study 1. Measuring instruments used for Study 1 are Turnover Intentions (2018) and Perceived Career Opportunity (2011) measuring tools. The results of the correlation analysis using Pearson in Study 1 showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between perceived career opportunity and turnover intentions (r = -0.35, p < 0.01). Furthermore, there were eight employees from the Rooms Division (Health Club & Spa) of Hotel XYZ participating in Study 2. The results of the analysis using Wilcoxon in Study 2 showed that there were differences in the scores of turnover intentions (Z = -2.02, p < 0.05) and perceived career opportunity (Z = -2.03, p < 0.05) before and after the intervention."
