"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas Pencerita dan Teknik Penceritaan dalam Novel Al-Karnakkarya Naguib Mahfudz. Metode yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metodekualitatif dengan pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra dan struktural melalui unsur-unsurintrinsik seperti, tema, tokoh, penokohan, alur, sudut pandang, latar, dan amanatyang terdapat dalam novel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan unsurintrinsik dalam novel Al-Karnak, kemudian menjabarkan pencerita dan teknikpenceritaan dalam novel Al-Karnak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapencerita yang terdapat dalam novel adalah tokoh ?Aku?, Pencerita berkaitan eratdengan pengarang. Kemudian penceritaan pada empat tokoh utama yangmendominasi diceritakan secara dramatik atau tidak langsung dan hampir semuapenceritaan tokoh utamanya menggunakan teknik pemandangan dan adegan

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study are the narrator and storytelling techniques in a novel Al-Karnak written by Naguib Mahfouz.The method which is used in this study is aqualitative method with a structural approach and the Sociology of Literaturethrough intrinsic elements such as, themes, characters, characterizations, plot,point of view, background, and the mandate contained in the novel. The purposeof this study is to explain an intrinsic element in the novel Al-Karnak, thendescribe the narrator and storytelling techniques in a novel Al-Karnak. Theseresults indicate that the narrator of the novel is the figure contained in the "I"narrator is closely related to the author. Last but not least, telling in the four maincharacters narrated dramatically or indirectly. Storytelling sights and scenestechnique are used by all the main characters."

"Children with autism have three clear characteristic, that is social problems, poor in two way interactions, communication problems and lack of imagination. Autism includes asperger's syndrome. It peeled with the statement taht there are many categories of autism, that were namely as austistic disorder, asperger's syndrome (Atypical austisme) and pervasive disorder. This study was conducted by using a concept paper to examine previous studies that have been undertaken in respect of children with asperger's syndrome. The objective of this study is to discuss the elements of storytelling include oral and written aspects that were used as learning techniques among asperger's syndrome. Studies were carried out by selecting the corresponding reference material to study as an objective assessment tool. The result showed that this learning techniques gaved a positive impact for children with asperger's syndrome and were able to act as a lifelong learning. This study would be beneficial to the further researcher in order to analyze the appropriate method to be applied to the children with asperger's syndrome in everyday life, as well as a catalyst for the reduction of communication disorders and language disorders that were face by those children. "

"Storytelling merupakan strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam menyebarkan informasi, terutama dalam dunia kesehatan. Storytelling dalam kesehatan digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memberdayakan atau memberikan motivasi kepada seseorang, membujuk, dan juga memberikan pelajaran mengenai kesehatan. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk membahas mengenai teknik penerapan storytelling sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya imunisasi dalam kampanye kesehatan kanker serviks. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori rasionalitas naratif oleh Walter Fisher yang terdiri atas prinsip koherensi dan kebenaran. Konsepkedua yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah unsur dalam elemen storytelling oleh Joe Lambert yang terdiri atas insight, emotions, finding moment, visual, sounds, editing, dan sharing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset evaluasi. Objek yang dievaluasi adalah 28 video yang dijadikan teaser dalam kampanye I am Truly Woman yang dilakukan oleh Koalisi Indonesia Cegah Kanker Serviks (KICKS). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, secara keseluruhan, teaser I am Truly Woman telah memenuhi prinsip dan unsur storytelling dengan baik.

Storytelling is a strategy that can be used to spread information, especially in health. Storytelling in health is used as a medium to empower or give motivation to someone, to persuade, as well as to give insights about health. This paper aims to discuss the application of storytelling as a means to raise awareness towards the importance of vaccines in health campaigns about cervical cancer. The first concept used in this study is the theory of narrative rationality by Walter Fisher, which consists of the principle of coherence and truth. The second concept used in this study is the theory about storytelling elements by Joe Lambert, which consists of insight, emotions, finding moment, visual, sounds, editing, and sharing. The method of this study is evaluation research. The objects evaluated are 28 teaser videos in the campaign I am Truly Woman by Koalisi Indonesia Cegah Kanker Serviks (KICKS). The result of the study shows that, overall, the teasers for the campaign I am Truly Woman complies the principles and elements of storytelling well."

"Kebutuhan untuk menyampaikan dan mendengar sebuah cerita adalah sebuah kebutuhan alamiah dan memiliki nilai yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Sebuah cerita diyakini mampu menambah suatu nilai kepada sebuah objek dan membuat orang lain tertarik. Pembahasan dalam skripsi ini bermula dari pencarian terhadap sebuah upaya untuk mencapai arsitektur yang bermakna. Arsitektur yang bermakna disini dapat dicapai melalui apresiasi manusia sebagai pengguna dari arsitektur tersebut. Saat berusaha untuk mencapai apresiasi inilah dimana sebuah cerita kemudian memegang peran, sehingga munculah ruang yang bercerita. Pembahasan terhadap ruang bercerita ini akan menggunakan pendekatan ruang puitis seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Gaston Bachelard, dan pendekatan cerita sebagai panduan melalui keberadaan maps dan tours yang dijelaskan oleh Michel de Certeau. Kedua pendekatan ini menegaskan faktor manusia sebagai pengguna ruang yang menjadi aktor dalam cerita. Sebuah peranan yang turut menentukan apakah ruang tersebut mampu dinikmati layaknya manusia menikmati sebuah cerita. Dalam proses analisis terhadap ruang yang kemudian dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kedua aspek pendekatan tersebut hadir di dalam ruang dan menjadikannya memiliki identitas serta lebih dimengerti oleh penggunanya. Saat pengguna memahami sesuatu yang hadir melebihi sebuah bentuk fisik atau yang terlihat di permukaan, maka saat itulah tercapai arsitektur yang lebih bermakna.

The necessity to tell and hear stories is a natural need and essential to human life. A story was believed could add a value to a certain object and made it more appealing. This writing was inspired by the search for a means toward meaningful architecture. A state of architecture that can be achieved with the appreciation from human as the user of the product of architecture.

This is when a story has an advantage to create storytelling space, the kind of space that we require when there is a need for human appreciation. The course to discuss about this storytelling space, will divide into two approaches. The first is Gaston Bachelard?s poetic space and the second will be using maps and tours as explains by Michel De Certeau. These two approaches signify the importance of human as a user of the space which also made us an actor of the story. A role that plays part whether that space can be enjoyed as humankind enjoys a story or not.

Within the analyzing process afterwards, i discover that the two approaches happen inside the space. Moreover they identify it and made it more understandable for its user. When the user understands what is present beyond physical aspect or what appear on the surface, is when architecture develops into something more meaningful."
