"ABSTRAK
Pemenuhan order customer pada industri manufaktur ditentukan oleh ketepatan penyelesaian order produksi. Order produksi mengalami keterlambatan karena keterlambatan kedatangan material kanban. Terlambatnya kedatangan material kanban disebabkan oleh keterlambatan replenishment kartu kanban dan lamanya monitoring terkait material kanban. Data material kanban yang tidak real time juga mengakibatkan manajemen puncak tidak bisa memberikan keputusan yang real time. Saat ini pengelolaan material kanban masih bersifat manual, belum terintegrasi dengan ERP. Penelitian mengusulkan perubahan proses untuk mempercepat aliran informasi di area produksi dan warehouse dengan cara mengintegrasikan kanban supplier dengan ERP. Perubahan proses ini membutuhkan metodologi rekayasa ulang proses bisnis melalui metode Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Penelitian ini memetakan aliran informasi proses produksi kondisi saat ini menggunakan flowchart dan IDEF0. Kondisi saat ini di area produksi dan warehouse meliputi enam sub-process yaitu production planning, BPA master, requisition, issuing dan supplier performance reporting. To-be yang diusulkan meliputi eliminasi aktivitas berulang, eliminasi aktivitas mengunggah dan mengunduh, mengintegrasikan database ERP dengan kanban dan dashboard untuk supplier performance reporting. Usulan perbaikan dapat mengurangi waktu proses aliran informasi selama 136.24 jam dari 198.8 jam yaitu 69% dari waktu proses pada proses saat ini.

ABSTRACT
Fulfillment of customer orders in the manufacturing industry is determined by the accuracy of completion of production orders. Order production has been delayed due to late arrival of materials kanban. Delayed arrival kanban material caused by delays card kanban replenishment and kanban material related monitoring duration. Data kanban material that is not real time also resulted in top management can not provide real-time decisions. Currently kanban material management is still manual, yet integrated with ERP. Research proposed to change the process to speed up the flow of information in the area of production and warehouse by integrating with ERP supplier kanban. This process changes require business process reengineering methodology through methods Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is mapped. Research production process information flow current conditions using the flowchart and IDEF0. Current conditions in the production area and warehouse covering six sub process ie production planning, master BPA, requisition, issuing and reporting supplier performance.To-be proposed include the elimination of repetitive activities, elimination upload and download activity, integrating the ERP database with kanban and dashboard for supplier performance reporting. Proposed improvements can reduce processing time information flow for 136.24 hours of 198.8 hours being 69% of the processing time in the current process.

"Genotoxic impurities adalah senyawa kimia yang membahayakan organisme dengan merusak materi genetik (DNA) yang dapat ditemukan dalam senyawa obat. Sebagai instansi pembuatan obat, industri farmasi memiliki izin dari menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat, sehingga perlu mengetahui lebih dalam terkait Genotoxic impurities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui definisi, jenis senyawa yang rentan, metode analisa dan perhitungan batas deteksi, serta upaya yang perlu dilakukan oleh PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories sebagai salah satu industri farmasi dalam menangani temuan genotoxic imutirities. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode literature review untuk pelaksanaan penelitiannya. Pencarian database berupa Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Pubmed, acs.org. Hasil dari penilaian kualitas studi selanjutnya akan mengumpulkan dan menggali informasi berdasarkan analisa PICO (Problem, Purpose, Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika genotoxic impurities bersifat karsinogenik dan dapat ditemukan dalam senyawa obatmelalui bahan awal dalam sintesis obat, zat antara dan produk sampingan yang terbentuk dalam proses sintesis, pelarut, katalis dan reagen yang digunakan dalam proses sintesis, serta produk degradasi yang dihasilkan pada penyimpanan dan pengiriman atau karena paparan cahaya, udara, oksidasi atau hidrolisis. Metode analisis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan genotoxic impurities adalah dengan metode HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), TLC/HPTLC (Thin Layer Chromatography), dan elektroforesis kapiler dengan perhitungan batas deteksi menggunakan nilai TTC (threshold of toxicological concern) dan staged TTC.

Genotoxic impurities are chemical compounds that harm organisms by damaging genetic material (DNA) which can be found in drug compounds. As a drug manufacturing agency, the pharmaceutical industry has permission from the Minister of Health to carry out drug or medicinal ingredient manufacturing activities, so it is necessary to know more about Genotoxic impurities. This research aims to determine the definition, types of susceptible compounds, analysis methods and detection limit calculations, as well as the efforts that need to be made by PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories as one of the pharmaceutical industries in handling findings of genotoxic cuteirities. This study is qualitative research with a literature review method for conducting the research. Database searches include Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Pubmed, acs.org. The results of the study quality assessment will then collect and explore information based on PICO analysis (Problem, Purpose, Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). The research results show that genotoxic impurities are carcinogenic and can be found in drug compounds through starting materials in drug synthesis, intermediates and by-products formed in the synthesis process, solvents, catalysts and reagents used in the synthesis process, as well as degradation products produced during storage. and shipping or due to exposure to light, air, oxidation or hydrolysis. "Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pemasaran brand alliance dan pengaruhnya terhadap brand equity, brand preference, dan purchase intention dalam industri laptop. Dengan melakukan eksperimen terhadap 2 buah merek laptop dan 2 buah merek audio system yang merupakan high equity brand dan low equity brand ke dalam 4 pasang brand alliance fiksional yaitu ASUS/PIONEER, ASUS/PLANTRONICS, CLEVO/PIONEER dan CLEVO/PLANTRONICS.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 162 responden yang termasuk dalam generasi Y yang lahir pada tahun 1980-2000 dan berada di sekitar lingkungan kampus baru Universitas Indonesia sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik convenience sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paired t test dan linear regression.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa post alliance host brand equity pasangan pertama tetap stabil dengan perubahan sebesar (0,047). Pada pasangan kedua host brand equity juga tetap stabil dengan perubahan sebesar (0,098). Pasangan ketiga meningkatkan host brand equity sebesar (0,375). Kemudian pasangan terakhir meningkatkan host brand equity sebesar (0,357).
Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa post alliance brand equity ternyata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand preference dan purchase intention. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand alliance dapat meningkatkan brand equity dari merek laptop yang menjalankan strategi tersebut.

This research will discuss about the brand alliance marketing strategy and its effects on brand equity, brand preference, and purchase intention in the laptop industry. By conducting experiments on 2 laptop brands and 2 audio system brand that is considered high equity brands and low equity brands into 4 pairs of fictional brand alliance that ASUS / PIONEER, ASUS / PLANTRONICS, CLEVO / PIONEER and CLEVO / PLANTRONICS.
This study is using 162 participants that are a member of generation Y whose date of birth is between 1980 and 2000 within the new campus of the University of Indonesia as a research subject. Sampling technique that is used in this research is convenience sampling technique. Data analysis technique that is used in this research is paired t test and linear regression methods.
Analysis result shows that post alliance hosts brand equity of the first pair of brand remained stable with the change of (0,047). In the second pair, host brand equity also remains stable with changes of (0,098). The third pair increases the host brand equity by (0,375). Then the last pair increases the host brand equity by (0,357).
Regression results indicate that post-alliance brand equity have a positive effect on brand preference and purchase intention. These results shows that brand alliance can increase brand equity of laptop brands who implement this strategy.

"Tingkat keberhasilan implementasi dan pengembangan manajemen proyek infrastruktur TI di area industri farmasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan pengelolaan proyek. Salah satu aspek yang kurang mendapat perhatian dalam pelaksanaan proyek adalah pengendalian keamanan informasi. Aspek ini merupakan poin critical yang harus dikelola organisasi untuk menjaga confidentiality (C), integrity (I), dan availability (A). Dari data tim keamanan TI farmasi pada 2021 juga menunjukkan bahwa ada potensi insiden yang disebabkan oleh ancaman internal dan eksternal sebanyak 2928 setiap bulan serta 35.04% memiliki korelasi erat dengan proyek Infrastruktur TI dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perencanaan dan tata kelola penerapan kontrol keamanan informasi pada salah satu proyek infrastruktur TI yaitu “Teknologi Agile Networking SD-WAN” dengan pendekatan ITIL V4 dan ISO 27001:2013. Dengan melakukan analisis risiko berbasis ITIL V4 diharapkan dapat menerapkan kontrol keamanan yang tepat dari ISO 27001 : 2013 sehingga dapat mengurangi atau menurunkan potensi insiden dari ancaman yang ada. Dari analisis dan pengujian dengan pendekatan ITIL V4 dan ISO 27001:2013 melalui metode kualitatif didapatkan tingkat kesenjangan dengan gap sebesar 34.2% dan 32.3% terhadap prasyarat yang telah diajukan. Untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan diperlukan pemetaan keterlibatan pelaku proyek dan penambahan kontrol keamanan di fase manajemen proyek SD-WAN. Kerangka kerja yang telah disusun juga dapat menjadi rekomendasi dan referensi organisasi untuk menyusun keamanan informasi dari setiap manajemen proyek khususnya infrastruktur TI sehingga dapat mengatasi kerentanan terhadap ancaman keamanan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses bisnis di masa depan.

The success rate of implementation and development of IT infrastructure project management in the pharmaceutical industry area is greatly influenced by project management readiness. One aspect that received little attention in implementing the project was information security control. This aspect is a critical point that the instance must manage to maintain confidentiality (C), integrity (I), and availability (A). From the data of the pharmaceutical IT security team in 2021 it also shows that there are potential incidents caused by internal and external threats of 2928 each month and 35.04% have a close correlation with the IT Infrastructure project in the last 3 years. In this study, planning and managing the implementation of information security controls on one of the IT infrastructure projects “SD-WAN Agile Networking Technology” with the approach of ITIL V4 and ISO 27001:2013. By conducting ITIL V4 based risk analysis it is expected to implement appropriate security controls from ISO 27001: 2013 so that it is predicted to reduce or decrease potential incidents from existing threats. From analysis and testing with the approaches of ITIL V4 and ISO 27001:2013 through qualitative methods, a gap of 34.2% and 32.3% was obtained with respect to the proposed requirements. To achieve the desired target requires mapping the involvement of project participants and additional security controls in the SD-WAN project management phase. A structured framework can also serve as an agency recommendation and reference for compiling the information security of any project management in particular IT infrastructure so that it can address vulnerabilities to security threats that may affect future business processes.
