"Perilaku kekerasan merupakan respon maladaptif terhadap perasaan marah, sedangkan marah adalah perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan menunjukkan manfaat terapi asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga serta penurunan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan pada lima klien laki-laki dewasa dengan pemberian terapi asertif yang dilakukan dalam tujuh pertemuan dan psikoedukasi keluarga yang dilakukan dalam tiga pertemuan.
Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengendalikan risiko perilaku kekerasan yang berdampak pada penurunan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan baik secara fisik maupun psikis, mampu mengungkapkan keinginan dan kebutuhan secara asertif. Keluarga mampu merawat klien dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Kedua terapi ini dilakukan bersamaan pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan keluarganya yang menghasilkan kemampuan klien dalam mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan, dukungan keluarga memberikan kontribusi pada kemampuan klien mengatasi masalahnya. Penelitian merupakan tindak lanjut dari case series untuk melihat efektivitas terapi asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan.

Violent behavior is a maladaptive response to feelings of anger, while anger is an unpleasant feeling in everyday life. This case report aims to demonstrate the benefits of assertive therapy and family psychoeducation on improving client and family abilities and decreasing signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk in five adult male clients with assertive therapy performed in seven meetings and family psychoeducation conducted in three meetings.
The results show an increase in the ability to control the risk of violent behavior that affects the decrease of signs and symptoms of violent behavior both physically and psychologically, able to express desire and needs assertively. Families are able to care for clients at risk of violent behavior. Both of these therapies are performed simultaneously on the client's risk of violent behavior with his family that results in the client's ability to control violent behavior, family support contributes to the client's ability to resolve the problem. The study is a follow-up of the case series to see the effectiveness of assertive therapy and family psychoeducation therapy on clients' risk of violent behavior."

"Harga diri rendah merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya halusinasi pada klien skizofrenia yang mempengaruhi pikiran dan perilaku klien. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan melihat manfaat terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga serta penurunan tanda dan gejala halusinasi dan harga diri rendah pada 4 klien laki-laki berusia dewasa melalui pendekatan case series.
Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan seluruhnya mengalami peningkatan dalam mengendalikan halusinasi dan harga diri rendah hingga berdampak pada penurunan tanda dan gejala. Seluruh klien sudah tidak mendengar suara-suara lagi dan berpikir positif terhadap dirinya. Terapi kognitif perilaku yang diberikan juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa seluruh klien mampu mengendalikan pikiran negatif, 3 klien diantaranya berhasil menghilangkan pikiran negatif dan seluruhnya dapat mengubah perilaku negatif. Pada masing-masing keluarga klien mengalami peningkatan kemampuan setelah diberikan Psikoedukasi Keluarga.
Kedua terapi ini direkomendasikan dilakukan bersamaan pada klien halusinasi dan harga diri rendah, karena dukungan caregiver memberikan kontribusi pada kemampuan klien mengatasi masalahnya. Penelitian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk melihat efektivitas terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada halusinasi dan harga diri rendah dengan jumlah visit lebih lama dan menggunakan kelompok kontrol.

Low self esteem was one of factors caused Schizophrenia that influence the mind and behavior of clients. This case reports looked at the benefits of cognitive behavior therapy and family psycho education therapy to improved client and family ability and decreased sign and symptoms of hallucinations and low self esteem in 4 adult male clients through a case series approach.
The results showed that all of them have increased in controlling hallucinations and low self esteem to have a decrease in sign and symptoms. The whole client has not heard voices and think positively. The therapy also shows that all clients are able to control negative thoughts and 3 clients of them managed to eliminate negative thoughts and can completely change negative behavior. In each client's family had increased ability after given family psycho education therapy.
Both of these therapies are recommended to perform simultaneously on the hallucination and low self esteem clients, as caregiver support contributes to the client's ability to resolve the problem. Further study is needed to see the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy and family psycho education therapy on hallucinations and low self esteem with longer visit and with control group.

"Pendahuluan : Psikosis dan skizofrenia menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan setiap tahunnya baik di Indonesia dan dunia. Skizofrenia adalah penyakit otak kronis yang sindrom klinisnya melibatkan perubahan pikiran, emosi, persepsi, gerakan dan perilaku individu. Gejala positif dari skizofrenia salah satunya halusinasi sedangkan risiko perilaku kekerasan muncul akibat halusinasi dan waham. Klien dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi, asuhan yang diberikan dalam bentuk tindakan keperawatan generalis dan spesialis. Tindakan keperawatan generalis (individu, kelompok, keluarga) begitu juga dengan Tindakan keperawatan spesialis (individu, kelompok, keluarga) meliputi latihan asertif, terapi kognitif perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga. Tujuan : Diketahuinya karakteristik, predisposisi, presipitasi, perubahan tanda gejala, kemampuan, dan perubahan, perbedaan tanda gejala, kemampuan Metode : Desain karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini menggunakan operational research terdiri dari enam tahap pelaksanaan Hasil : tindakan keperawatan generalis dan spesialis secara bermakna dapat menurunkan tanda gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi serta secara bermakna meningkatkan kemampuan klien dan keluarga. Kesimpulan : tindakan keperawatan generalis dan spesialis direkomendasikan karena dapat mengurangi tanda gejala dan meningkatkan kemampuan klien dan keluarga.

Introduction: Psychosis and schizophrenia show an increase every year both in Indonesia and the world. Schizophrenia is a chronic brain disease whose clinical syndrome involves changes in an individual's thoughts, emotions, perceptions, movements and behavior. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations, while the risk of violent behavior arises due to hallucinations and delusions. Clients at risk of violent behavior and hallucinations, care is provided in the form of generalist and specialist nursing actions. Generalist nursing actions (individual, group, family) as well as specialist nursing actions (individual, group, family) include assertive training, cognitive behavioral therapy and family psychoeducation. Purpose: To find out characteristics, predisposition, precipitation, changes in signs and symptoms, abilities, and changes, differences in signs and symptoms, abilities. Methods: The design of this specialist's final scientific work using operational research consists of six implementation stages. Results: Generalist and specialist nursing actions can significantly reduce signs of risk of violent behavior and hallucinations and significantly improves the client's and family's abilities. Conclusion: generalist and specialist nursing actions are recommended because they can reduce signs and symptoms and increase the capabilities of clients and families."

"Perilaku kekerasan adalah suatu respons inividu terhadap perasaan terancam di mana individu mengekspresikannya dengan melakukan tindakan mengancam, mencederai orang lain atau mengganggu lingkungan. Program pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yang menyebabkan pembatasan akses pelayanan RS dapat menjadi penyebab kekambuhan pada klien RPK, sehingga pemberian asuhan keperawatan melalui daring menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada klien RPK. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah memaparkan hasil pemberian asuhan keperawatan jiwa spesialistik pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan menggunakan metode daring. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan 8 klien yang mendapatkan asuhan keperawatan jiwa spesialistik berupa latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi pada keluarga secara daring. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan jiwa spesialistik menunjukan penurunan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan, yang disertai dengan peningkatan kemampuan klien dalam mengontrol perilaku kekerasan. Hasil evaluasi juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat klien RPK setelah mendapatkan psikoedukasi keluarga. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan spesialis latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga dengan metode daring sama efektifnya dengan metode tatap muka.

Violent behavior is an individual's response psychological response of being threatened which is expressed it by threatening, injuring others, or disturbing the environment. Restricted hospital service accessability due to Covid-19 pandemic can stimulate the risk of violent behavior required ioither effective alternative to access mental health services for clients in need. The purpose of this paper was to describe effectiveness of mental health nursing care provided to the violent behavior’s clients using online therapeutic methods. A descriptive-analysis method was used to explore eight clients who received online assertiveness training and psychoeducation to their family. The results revealed a decrease in signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk, which was accompanied by an increase in the client's ability to control their violent behavior. The results also showed an increase in the family's ability to care for clients with violent behavior after receiving family psychoeducation. The delivery of specialist nursing care with assertiveness training and family psychoeducation using the online method is as effective as the face-to-face method."

"Anak usia sekolah merupakan tahapan perkembangan psikososial yang berada pada tahap Industry vs Inferiority. Tahap perkembangan anak usia sekolah jika tidak tercapai akan menimbulkan perilaku yang menyimpang. Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku menyimpang yang dapat timbul jika perkembangan anak usia sekolah tidak tercapai secara optimal. Latihan asertif merupakan intervensi keperawatan yang dapat mencegah timbulnya perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perkembangan dan kemampuan asertif pada anak sekolah setelah diberikan terapi kelompok terapeutik, psikoedukasi keluarga dan latihan asertif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy eksperiment yang melibatkan 40 anak usia sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan perkembangan dan kemampuan asertif anak usia sekolah secara bermakna setelah diberikan terapi kelompok terapeutik anak usia sekolah, psikoedukasi keluarga, dan latihan asertif lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibandingkan pada kelompok lain (pvalue < 0.05). Terapi kelompok terapeutik anak sekolah, psikoedukasi keluarga dan latihan asertif direkomendasikan pada anak usia sekolah untuk meningkatkan tugas dan aspek perkembangan anak usia sekolah untuk peningkatan kesehatan jiwa.

School age children are a stage of psychosocial development at an industrial versus inferiority stage..The progress stage of school age if not achieved will result in a distorted behavior. Aggressive behavior is aberrant behavior that can arise if school age development is not reached optimally. Aserative exercise is an intervention of nursing that can prevent aggressive behavior. This study aims to know the difference in development and the acertative skills of schoolchildren after being given therapy of the therapeutic group, psychoeducated family and aserative exercise. This research design uses a quasy experimental method involving 40 school-aged children. Results show that there has been an increase in asertive growth and ability for school age children in meaningful form after being given terapeutic group therapy of school age children, family psychoeducated and aserative exercise is higher in meaning than in group."

"Skizofrenia merupakan suatu sindroma klinis yang mempengaruhi kognitif, emosi, perilaku dan fungsi sosial. Diagnosa keperawatan terbanyak yang ditemukan pada skizofrenia adalah halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan klien halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan antara yang diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi perilaku kognitif, latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga.
Desain karya ilmiah ini case series. Kelompok intervensi I diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi perilaku kognitif dan psikoedukasi keluarga serta kelompok intervensi II diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi perilaku kognitif, latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing kelompok adalah 15 orang.
Hasil asuhan keperawatan menunjukkan intervensi II menurunkan tanda gejala halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan lebih besar daripada intervensi I. Tindakan keperawatan ners direkomendasikan dilakukan oleh perawat di ruang rawat inap serta terapi perilaku kognitif, latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga dilakukan oleh perawat spesialis dalam mengatasi halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan.

Schizophrenia is a clinical syndrome that affects cognitive, emotional, behavioral and social functions. The most common nursing diagnoses found in schizophrenia are hallucinations and the risk of violent behavior. The study aims to determine the differences in symptom change and the ability of the hallucinations and the risk of violent behavior between nursing actions, cognitive behavioral therapy, assertiveness training and family psychoeducation.
The study design was case series. The intervention group I was given nursing action ners, cognitive behavioral therapy and family psychoeducation as well as intervention group II were given nursing actions, cognitive behavioral therapy, assertive training and family psychoeducation with the number of samples each group was 15 people.
The results showed intervention II decreases symptoms of hallucinations and the risk of violent behavior is greater than intervention I. Nursing care ners are recommended performed by nurses in inpatient rooms as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, assertiveness training and family psychoeducation performed by a specialist nurse in overcoming hallucinations and risks violent behavior.

"ABSTRAK
Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit neurobiologis berat dan terus menerus yang mengakibatkan terganggunya respon seseorang dan berdampak pada kehidupan individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Tanda gejala yang muncul diantaranya berupa harga diri rendah HDR dan risiko perilaku kekerasan RPK . Hasil penanganan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan pasien HDR dan RPK antar yang diberikan tindakan keperawatan terapi kognitif perilaku dengan yang diberikan latihan asertif menggunakan teori Stuart dan adaptasi Roy. Penanganan kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan multiple case study, yaitu kasus HDR dan RPK dengan jumlah partisipan 16 orang, Hasil penanganan kasus menunjukan bahwa pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki yang berusia rata-rata 34.4 tahun, terjadi penurunan tanda gejala HDR dan RPK terutama pada aspek perilaku, kognitif dan afektif setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners dan ners spesialis berupa terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif. Rekomendasi dari penanganan kasus ini adalah latihan asertif bisa diprioritaskan karena menurunkan tanda gejala lebih banyak pada diagnosis HDR dan RPK

ABSTRACT
Schizophrenia is a severe and continuous neurobiological disease that results in disruption of one 39 s response and impacts on the lives of individuals, families and communities. Symptoms that appear include low self esteem HDR and the risk of violent behavior RPK . The results of this case handling aims to analyze the comparison of symptom change and ability of HDR and RPK patients among those given behavioral cognitive therapy nursing behaviors with those given assertive exercise using Stuart 39 s theory and Roy 39 s adaptation. The handling of this case using a multiple case study approach, namely cases of HDR and RPK with the number of participants 16 people, The results of case handling showed that patients with male gender aged average 34.4 years, decreased signs of HDR and RPK symptoms, especially on aspects behavioral, cognitive and affective after being given nursing actions ners and specialist ners in the form of cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness tarining. The recommendation of this case is that assertiveness training can be prioritized because it decreases more symptoms symptoms in HDR and RPK diagnoses."

"Halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan merupakan gejala positif yang paling banyak ditemukan pada klien dengan skizofrenia. Tanda dan gejala halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan membutuhkan penatalaksanaan yang komperehensif dan berkesinambungan baik untuk klien, keluarga, dan kelompok. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan dari tindakan keperawatan ners, cognitive behaviour therapy, assertive training, psikoedukasi keluarga, dan terapi suportif pada klien halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah operational research. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 40 klien yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok. Kelompok satu berjumlah 20 klien diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, cognitive behaviour therapy, assertive training, psikoedukasi keluarga, dan terapi suportif (paket terapi satu). Kelompok dua berjumlah 20 klien diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, cognitive behaviour therapy, dan assertive training (paket terapi dua). Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tanda gejala dan kemampuan, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan tendensi sentral. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji friedman, wilcoxon, mann-whitney, dan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil karya ilmiah menunjukkan penurunan tanda dan gejala serta peningkatan kemampuan klien halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan pada kelompok yang diberikan paket terapi satu lebih besar secara bermakna dibandingkan kelompok yang mendapatkan paket terapi dua (p value < 0,05). Tindakan keperawatan yang dikombinasikan antara tindakan keperawatan ners oleh perawat generalis dan tindakan keperawatan spesialis oleh perawat spesialis jiwa direkomendasikan dilakukan di rumah sakit jiwa untuk menghasilkan penurunan tanda gejala dan peningkatan kemampuan klien halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan lebih optimal.

Hallucinations and violent behavior are the most common positive symptoms in clients with schizophrenia. Signs and symptoms of hallucinations and violent behavior require comprehensive and continuous management for the client, family, and group. The purpose of writing this final scientific paper is to provide an overview of the application of standart nursing intervention, cognitive behavior therapy, assertive training, family psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to clients with hallucinations and violent behavior. The method used is operational research. Sampling using purposive sampling technique amounted to 40 clients who were divided into two groups. The first group of 20 clients was given standart nursing intervention, cognitive behavior therapy, assertive training, family psychoeducation, and supportive therapy (therapy package one). The second group of 20 clients was given standart nursing intervention, cognitive behavior therapy and assertive training (therapy package two). Collecting data using signs and symptoms instruments and abilities, then analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution and central tendency. Bivariate analysis using friedman, wilcoxon, mann-whitney and spearman rank correlation test. The results of scientific work showed the decrease in signs and symptoms as well as an increase in the client's ability to hallucinations and violent behavior in the group given therapy package one was significantly greater than the group receiving therapy package two (p_value <0.05). Nursing intervention that are combined between standart nursing and specialist nursing intervention are recommended to be carried out in mental hospitals to produce a decrease in signs of symptoms and an increase in the ability of clients to have hallucinations and violent behavior more optimally"
