"Penelitian ini berfokus pada bidang kepemimpinan stratejik di institusi pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik terhadap executive influence on innovation di institusi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti korelasi antara kepemimpinan stratejik dan executive influence on innovation.
Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini juga menegaskan penelitian sebelumnya yang mengatakan bahwa kepemimpinan stratejik mampu memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi executive influence on innovation di institusi pemerintah. Studi ini merekomendasikan top management pada lembaga pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan stratejik mereka untuk mencapai efek maksimum inovasi dalam organisasinya.

The focus of this research is in the area of strategic leadership in government institution. The objective this study is to examine influence of strategic leadership toward executive influence on innovation in government institution. The research adopted quantitative approach. The result of this research provide evidence to the correlation between strategic leadership and executive influence on innovation.
The main conclusion of this study also confirmed previous research that says strategic leadership are able to play an important role in influencing executive influence on innovation in government institution. This study recommends executives of government institution to improve their strategic leadership in order to achieve the maximum effect of innovation in their organization.

"Good leadership has so far been the focus of many research studies and topics of the 'how-to' books. This paper takes rather out of the mainstream of leadership study by looking at the dark side of the leadership which to some people may be taboo to even mention the word 'dark side of leadership'. Dark leadership has the negative connotation and consequences that result not only from the destructive nature of the leaders, but also their susceptible followers and conducive environments. This paper will start with the definition of dark leadership and then examine factors that can shape or build or become catalyst to dark leadership such as power, narcissism, and distrust culture. Further, the role of followers and the environment (from the perspective of contingency theory) may contribute to a great extent the existence of dark leadership. Finally, the paper makes an attempt to have an integrated conceptual framework of detecting symptoms of potentially destructive leadership as the dark side of any leadership."

"Rencana strategis merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari organisasi bisnis. Gaya kepemimpinan dan variabel dalam profil organisasi memiliki peranan pentingdalam pencapaian target rencana strategis. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan profil organisasi dalam pencapaian target rencana strategis RS katolik di Palembang periode 2015-2016, dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dilanjutkan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di dua RS dengan tipe B dan tipe C.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan adalah supporting dengan fleksibilitas fleksibel. Tiga variabel dari profil organisasi lingkungan organisasi, hubungan organisasi dan situasi organisasi separuhnya tidak baik. Sedangkan pencapaian target rencana strategis dengan berdasarkan balance scorecard sebagian besar menunjukkan tidak baik.
Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tipe RS dan situasi organisasi terhadap pencapaian target rencana strategis. Hal ini didukung oleh pernyataan para informan yang merupakan anggota direksi dari RS katolik di Palembang.
Saran untuk RS danpemilik : perbaikan sistem manajemen SDM, monitoring, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut rencana strategis dan pembentukan jaringan pelayanan kesehatan dari mulai dari fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama untuk bertahan di era JKN.

Strategic plan is an integral part of the business organization. Leadership styles and variable in organization's profile have an important role to attainment the target of strategic plan. This study was analyzing the relationship of leadership style and organization's profile to attain the target of 2015 2016 Catholic Hospitals Strategic Plan in Palembang, using cross sectional design with quantitative approach followed by qualitative approach. The study was conducted in two hospitals with Btype and C type.
The results showed that the dominant leadership style is supporting with the flexibility. Three variable of organizational profile organization environ, organizational relation and organizational situation half was not good. While target attainment of the strategic plan based on a balanced scorecard mostly show in not good results.
The results of the bivariate analysis shown a significant association among hospital type and organizational situation towards target attainment of the strategic plan. This is supported by the statements of the informant who is a member of the board of directors of the Catholic Hospital in Palembang.
Suggestion for hospital and owner improvement of human resource management system, monitoring, evaluation and follow up of the strategic plan and the establishment ofa health care network from the first level health facilities to survive in the era of Universal Health Coverage.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan terhadap pembentukan tingkat job embededdness karyawan. Pengukuran kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Multifactor Leadership Questionnaires (MLQ form 5x) yang dikembangkan oleh Bass & Avolio (1990), sementara variabel job embeddedness diukur dengan menggunakan Job Embedded Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Mitchell (2001). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembentukan job embeddedness karyawan jika pihak perusahaan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang bersifat transformasional. Maka dari itu agar tercipta job embeddednes yang tinggi dari para karyawan sebaiknya manajemen madya menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang bertanggung jawab, berkharisma dan bisa menjadi teladan yang baik serta memperhatikan, menghargai dan mampu memotivasi dan mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on job embeddedness of the employees in PT. X. This study used a measuring tool Multifactor Leadership Questionnnaires (MLQ form 5x) by Bass & Avolio (1990), and and Job Embedded Scale developed by Mitchell (2004). The results of this study suggest that transformational leadership has significant effects toward job embeddedness. Therefore, in order to grow job embeddedness within employees, middle management should applied a leadership style that has responsibility, charisma, and capable of becoming role model and motivating their subordinates to work better.

"Analysis on The Anticipation of Strategic Changes Towards Macro Environment (Anticipation Case Study on PT. Telkom Towards Laws/UU No. 36 Year 1999)
Various pressures are faces by Telkom Tbk in the last few years, including regulative pressures especially the prevailing on Laws/UU No. 3611999 concerning Telecommunication and Blue Print of Indonesian Telecommunication, technological pressures, as well as pressures from the demands of consumers.
Those pressures compels Telkom to carryout concentric diversification - besides strengthening its old business - in order to maintain the income flow and its growth. Diversification is done by entering new segments in telecommunication sector, those are international communication (SLI), Internet, multimedia, and mobil telecommunication.
The goal of writing this thesis is to analyze the mapping of telecommunication industrial competition nationally, analyzing Telkom strategies in anticipating free competition, as well as analyzing Telkom strategies in winning the said competition.
The research method used in this thesis is descriptive analytic method, which is also qualitative research method. In order to obtain primary data, they are collected from focused interviews and as for the secondary data, they are collected through bibliographies.
In carrying out analysis on industrial environment and observing the current competition, the theory of five forces by Michael Porter is used. And mixed marketing is used to observe how Telkom creating its competitive advantages.
The result of this research is diversified strategies accompanied by mixed marketing concept focused on customers, which can extend the market, creating competitive advantages, and resulting in Telkom capable of participating in the future full competition.
In order to capture market shares Telkom must undertake alliances to optimize the resources he owns. By carrying out the said alliances, Telkom can be focused more in developing its capabilities and core competences.
