"ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to identify the factors affecting domestic tourist satisfaction of tourist destinations. The type of this study was a quantitative descriptive study using Cochran Q test and factor analysis of tourist satisfaction drivers factors. The result of this study showed that there were 38 attributes affecting domestic tourist satisfaction in Indonesia. The first rank was the beauty of natural attractions; the second rank was artificial tourism attractions; and, the third rank was the cost and cleanliness of facilities and environment of tourism destinations. Furthermore, all these attributes were clustered into several factors: attraction, amenities, accessibility, hospitality, and ancillary. The significance of this study is that the identified factors are beneficial for stakeholders as the indicators of customer satisfaction."

"Pelaksanaan tugas Wakil Presiden yang luas dan dinamis harus didukung perangkat kinerja yang baik. Sebagai support systems pertama kepada Wakil Presiden, kedudukan Sekretariat Wakil Presiden (Setwapres) sangatlah strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima. Namun pada kurun waktu tahun 2015-2019 terdapat penurunan pada hasil capaian kinerja Setwapres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Setwapres dalam memberikan dukungan kepada Wakil Presiden ditinjau dari perspektif Kerangka 7S McKinsey. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer menggunakan metode wawancara. Sumber data sekunder menggunakan penelusuran data dokumen relevan. Semua data disajikan secara deskriptif dan dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kinerja Setwapres ditinjau dari Kerangka 7S McKinsey yaitu structure dimana sudah ada kejelasan pembagian tugas dan fungsi serta adanya koordinasi yang baik; style dimana kepemimpinan demokratis membuat komunikasi berjalan baik disertai keterlibatan langsung pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan tugas; dan shared values yang disertai kegiatan internalisasi dan penguatan. Sementara faktor strategy dimana masih terdapat kegiatan unit kerja yang belum sesuai dengan program prioritas Wakil Presiden serta kegiatan evaluasi yang masih berfokus pada perubahan target kinerja; system dimana pengimplementasian SOP belum seluruhnya sesuai serta belum adanya mekanisme khusus dalam pengawasan; staff dimana masih kurangnya jumlah ASN sebagai Pramusaji Kepresidenan serta penempatan yang belum sesuai latar belakang pendidikan; dan skills yang belum seluruhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan belum didukung oleh pelatihan yang menunjang.

The implementation of the Vice President’s duties which are comprehensive and dynamic shall indeed be supported by apparatus with good performance. The position of Vice President Secretariat as the first support systems of the Vice Presiden is very strategic to enhance its performance in realizing excellent service. However, in the period 2015-2019 there was a decrease in the performance achievements of Vice President Secretariat. This research is aimed at analyzing factors affecting the Vice President Secretariat Organization’s performance in supporting the Vice President in terms of 7S McKinsey’s Framework. This research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research used data sources namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data source used an interview method and the secondary data was taken by tracing the relevant documents. All data were presented descriptively and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results show that structure in which there has been a celar job desk and functions, and coordination which is well conducted; style in which the democratic leadership causes the communication to be well conducted, in addition to the direct involvement of the leader in implementing duties; and there is a shared values accompanied with the internalization and the dissemination programs. Meanwhile strategy in which there are some program that are not in line with priority programs handled by the Vice President and evaluation activities that still focus on changing performance targets; system in which the implementation of SOP that has not fully been appropriately conducted and there is no mechanism for monitoring; staff in which there is lack of Civil Servant Human Resources having duties to support household services to the Vice President and the Human Resourse placement that has not fully been in line with the educational background; and skills that haven’t been supported by appropriate trainings."

"This study, aims to examine empirically, the best possible relationship among variable of organizational transformation, competitive advantage and performance. The research object is te state owned enterprise (SEO's) privatization in Indonesia. The analysis unit related to the research method, involves a company while the respondents occupied by the primary manager. The method used for testing the empirical model is the Structural Equation Model on Partial Least Square. The strategic finding, take fron this research, implies in ways of achieving performances. This research aimed to give theory implication on concept Resources based View will be meaningfull to create competitive advantage. Besides, the result gives managerial implication that to improve performance need increasing organizational transformation t increas competitive advantage. Creating competitive advantage can archive through direct role of organizational transformation. Related to the government policy, the government should attention resources in enterprises to become competitiveness as mediating for successful transformation organizational to increase performance. The feature research should used "longitudinal" component to play important role on supporting this study."

"ABSTRACT
The regional autonomy implemented for more than two decades is not entirely a success. An evaluation of the regional governance shows that many of the regional heads are tangled in legal cases, have bad financial management, and some other problems in the different levels of government. As such, it is necessary to examine the implementation of the development and supervision policy which aims to ensure the effectiveness of the regional autonomy. This study used a mixed, two stages method, with a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis and followed by the qualitative approach of triangulation and ASOCA (Ability, Strength, Opportunities, Culture, and Agility) analysis method. The population in this study is the whole autonomous region in Indonesia (542 regions) with a sample of 85 regions. The quantitative analysis showed significant influence between the implementation of policy and development and supervision to the effectiveness of the regional autonomy. The qualitative analysis supported the quantitative analysis result and found new the dominant factors that produce a new model (novelty) called HADI (Human resources, Acceptance, Development, and Innovation) as an alternative model of the development and supervision policy for the effectiveness of regional autonomy. This study concluded that the successful implementation of an effective regional autonomy is very much influenced by the implementation of the policy and that a HADI model could be used as an alternative solution to the problem."

"Ombudsman RI mempunyai kebijakan pengembangan organisasi dalam bentuk Grand Design yang ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Ombudsman Nomor 8 tahun 2010. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan organisasi dalam melaksanakan peran pengawasan penyelenggaraan layanan publik. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pembanding teori pengembangan organisasi dengan model weisbord dan analisis efektifitas pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan organisasi tersebut dengan pendekatan system dinamics.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya sosialisasi merupakan permasalahan simtomatik sedangkan kurangnya kinerja merupakan permasalahan fundamental. Memperbaiki permasalahan simtomatik dapat diperoleh hasilnya secara cepat berupa pemahaman masyarakat tentang hak dan kewajiban masyarakat dalam memperoleh layanan publik dan peran ombudsman sebagai pengawas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, namun hanya dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam jangka pendek (dua siklus/tahunan). Sedangkan, peningkatan kapasitas organisasi merupakan masalah fundamental yang meskipun penyelesaiannya lebih lambat hasilnya namun dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam waktu lebihsecara jangka panjang guna menyelesaikan laporan masyarakat kepada ombudsman terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam memperoleh layanan publik.

Policy of organization development on Ombudsman of Republic Indonesia has stated on Ombudsman?s Regulation Number 8 Year 2010 titled Grand Design of Ombudsman of Republik of Indonesia. Objectives of the research is to measure effectivenes of the policy implementation on organization development of Ombudsman to supervise public service delivery. Analysis in this research compare Organization Development Theory with Weisbord`s model and measuring efectiveness of policy implementation by system dynamics approach.
Result of the research shows lack of publication as a symptomatic problem which is trying to improve public awareness in according public right and ombudsman role as supervisor of public-service-delivery. and low performance which is needed to accomplished public complaints adrdres to Ombudsman as a fundamental problem. Solving the symptomatic problem has result instantly but its improvement imply in short term (2 cycles/years) only. Otherwise, improving performance and capacity of the organization need longer time to fix but imply for longer term.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan tetap office non-struktural PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel budaya organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan budaya organisasi perusahaan tersebut yang diukur melalui lima dimensi yaitu manajemen sumber daya manusia yang kuat, kepuasan pelanggan, perusanaa yang unggul, kreativitas dan inovasi, serta kesederhanaan. Sedangkan dimensi yang digunakan dalam variabel kepuasan kerja yaitu job in generan dan work on present yang diadopsi dari model kuisioner Job Satisfaction Sub-scale oleh C. Fichman, et al (1983). Data penelitian ini diambil dari 47 responden yang merupakan office non-struktural PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan korelasi pearson sebagai alat uji validitas, alpha cronbach untuk menguji reabilitas penelitian, dan analisis regresi sederhana untuk mendefinisikan hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja."

"Kepuasan Kerja menjadi area penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di dalam perusahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi Workplace Spirituality dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat empat dimensi yang digunakan untuk variabel Workplace Spirituality yaitu Meaningful Work, Sense Of Community, Compassion dan Organizational Values. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 orang karyawan PT XYZ dengan masa kerja lebih dari dua tahun. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan metode Simple Regression menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja karyawan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh Meaningful Work, Sense Of Community, Compassion, Organizational Values dan Perceived Organizational Support.

Job Satisfaction become important areas in the human resources management within the enterprise. This study aims to determine the impact of Workplace Spirituality dimension and Perceived Organizational Support on Job Satisfaction. There are four dimension of Workplace Spirituality which being used in this study, that is Meaningful Work, Sense Of Community, Compassion and Organizational Values. The study involved 50 employees of PT XYZ with tenure of more than two years. The result obtained using Simple Regression suggested that employee Job Satisfaction is significantly influenced by Meaningful Work, Sense Of Community, Compassion, Organizational Values and Perceived Organizational Support.

"Kebakaran merupakan bencana yang merugikan bagi semua pihak, baik pemilik bangunan, pengelola/pengguna atau masyarakat lainnya yang berada dalam gedung. Bangunan-bangunan tinggi, terutama di Jakarta menghadapi ancaman serius dari kebakaran yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar. Menurut NFPA, bangunan perkantoran memiliki jalur penyelamatan yang membingungkan dan tidak langsung, sering terjadi disebabkan oleh tata letak kantor atau susunan ruang yang disewakan. Untuk mengantisipasi dan menanggulangi risiko kebakaran tersebut, maka pemilik gedung tinggi bekerja sama dengan suatu perusahaan asuransi sebagai bentuk transfer risiko. Penetapan tarif Premi kebakaran diatur pada Lampiran surat edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Nomor 6/SEOJK05/2017. Dalam Lampiran tersebut besar tarif Premi ditetapkan batas bawah dan batas atas yang dibagi hanya berdasarkan Okupansi bangunan dan Kelas Konstruksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan faktor faktor penentu premi yang dipengaruhi oleh penerapan fire safety management pada bangunan bertingkat tinggi fungsi perkantoran. Pada penelitian ini digunakan WBS dalam perincian indikator yang memenuhi kriteria fire safety management agar lebih sistematis dan mendetail. Berdasarkan studi literatur terdahulu , Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar bangunan tinggi perkantoran belum menerapkan system FSM dengan baik dan konsisten. Selain itu tidak diperoleh relasi yang jelas mengenai peran asuransi dalam pembiayaan proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung. Untuk mengatasi ini, kami mengusulkan untuk mempertimbangkan sejauh mana Gedung melakukan penerapan fire safety management dalam penentuan tarif premi asuransi untuk meningkatkan penerapan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran pada bangunan bertingkat tinggi . Setelah dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner dihasilkan bahwa dari 36 gedung kantor bertingkat tinggi belum sepenuhnya menerapkan fire safety management dengan nilai terendah pada dimensi Keselamatan orang yaitu 89% dan tertinggi pada dimensi Pencegahan Kebakaran yaitu 93%. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil hubungan Fire safety management dan biaya Premi Asuransi yang menunjukan bahwa Pencegahan Kebakaran berhubungan berbanding terbalik signifikan sedangkan Keselamatan orang tidak signifikan.

Fire is a disaster that is detrimental to all parties, whether the owner of the building, manager/user, or other communities in the building. Tall buildings, especially in Jakarta face a serious threat from fires that can cause major losses. According to NFPA, office buildings have confusing and indirect rescue lines, often caused by the layout of offices or the arrangement of rented space. To anticipate and overcome the fire risk, the owner of a tall building cooperates with an insurance company as a form of risk transfer. The determination of fire premium rates is stipulated in the Attachment to the Circular letter of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number 6/SEOJK05/2017. In the Appendix, the premium rate is set the lower limit and the upper limit which is divided only based on the occupancy of the building and its Construction Class. This study aims to propose the determining factor of premiums influenced by the application of fire safety management in high-rise building office functions. In this study, WBS is used in the breakdown of indicators that meet the criteria of fire safety management to be more systematic and detailed. Based on previous literature studies, the reality in the field shows that most high office buildings have not implemented the FSM system properly and consistently. Besides, there is no clear relationship regarding the role of insurance in fire protection financing in building buildings. To address this, we propose to consider the extent to which the Building conducts the application of fire safety management in determining insurance premium rates to improve the application of fire safety management in high-rise buildings. After the dissemination of the questionnaire resulted that 36 high-rise office buildings have not fully implemented fire safety management with the lowest value in the dimension of the safety of people is 89% and the highest in the dimension of Fire Prevention is 93%. This is in line with the results of fire safety management relationships and insurance premium costs that show that Fire Prevention is related inversely significant while people's safety is not significant."

"Alih daya menjadi salah satu praktik yang umum di dunia industri Indonesia. Di PT. X jumlah tenaga kerja alih daya jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan karyawan tetapnya (perusahaan induk). Penerapan mekanisme alih daya memiliki tantangan tersendiri sehubungan dengan penerapan standar keselamatan dan produktivitas yang tinggi di PT. X. Data kecelakaan kerja 2019 – 2022 di PT. X menunjukkan semua kecelakaan kerja terjadi pada pekerja alih daya yaitu sebanyak 111 kasus, tidak terjadi pada pekerja tetap, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menanggulangi berbagai faktor risiko spesifik yang berkaitan dengan penerapan alih daya di PT.X. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan alih daya di perusahaan, mengidentifikasi kondisi atau temuan yang paling signifikan berhubungan dengan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan menganalisis penyebab dasar kecelakaan kerja yang paling dominan dan kaitannya dengan mekanisme alih daya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengukur faktor risiko pada masing-masing unit analisis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, pengamatan, pengolahan data primer dan sekunder terkait alih daya. Diawali dengan analisis data kecelakaan kerja tahun 2019 -2022 di PT. X, diteruskan dengan identifikasi penyebab kecelakaan paling signifikan berdasarkan hasil investigasi kecelakaan dan kaitannya dengan karakterisktik alih daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan kerja di PT. X berhubungan dengan sejumlah faktor risiko yaitu bekerja dalam keadaan terluka atau sangat kelelahan, beban dan risiko kerja tinggi, tuntutan dan frekuensi kerja lembur, adanya rework, adanya penugasan ganda di luar fungsi atau jabatan pekerja, komunikasi lintas fungsi yang tidak efektif, dan prosedur kerja multitafsir atau sulit difahami. Faktor risiko tersebut berhubungan dengan karakteristik alih daya yaitu faktor tekanan ekonomi dan disorganisasi. Tidak didapati hubungan antara faktor kegagalan regulasi dan kecelakaan kerja di PT. X. Disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme alih daya berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja di PT. X dan pencapaian Operasi Bebas Kecelakaan.

Outsourcing is a common practice in the Indonesian industry. At PT. X, the number of outsourced workers is far more than the permanent employees (parent company). The implementation of the outsourcing mechanism has its own challenges in relation to the application of high standards of safety and productivity at PT. X. Work accident data 2019 – 2022 at PT. X shows that all work accidents occur in outsourced workers as many as 111 cases, not in permanent workers, so it is necessary to conduct a study to identify, assess and overcome various specific risk factors related to the implementation of outsourcing at PT.X. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk factors related to outsourcing activities in the company, identify the most significant conditions or findings related to the occurrence of work accidents and analyze the most dominant basic causes of the work accidents and their relation to outsourcing mechanisms. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach to measure the risk factors in each unit of analysis by conducting questionnaires, observations, primary and secondary data processing related to outsourcing. Starting with the analysis of work accident data for 2019-2022 at PT. X, continued with the identification of the most significant accident causes based on the results of accident investigations and their relation to outsourcing characteristics. The results showed that work accidents at PT. X relates to a number of risk factors, namely working in a state of injury or extreme fatigue, high workload and risk, demands and frequency of overtime work, rework, multiple assignments outside the function or position of workers, ineffective cross-functional communication, and multi-interpretation work procedures. or difficult to understand. These risk factors are closely related to the characteristics of outsourcing, namely economic pressure factors and disorganization. There was no effect of regulatory failure factors on work accidents at PT. X. It is concluded that the outsourcing mechanism is related to work accidents at PT. X and the achievement of Accident Free Operation."
