"ABSTRACT
This research is intended to explore sharing economy, particularly ride sharing. The study aims to identify the impact of four factors -economic, social, environmental, and technological- on individuals' motivation and decision to use three ride sharing platforms: UBER, GRAB and Go-JEK in Indonesia. Based on available literature, four research hypotheses are tested, namely that (1) economic factors; (2) social factors;(3) environmental factors; and (4) technological factors have positive influence on individuals' motivation and decision to use ride sharing services. Primary and secondary data are used to answer the research questions. Primary data were obtained through an online survey of 355 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from various related literatures. The research is both descriptive and quantitative in nature, the empirical analysis suggest that economic, social, environmental, and technological factors are positively associated with users' decision to use ride sharing."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh restaurant satisfaction, knowledge sharing motivation, dan technology acceptance factors terhadap electronic word-of-mouth intention serta menganalisis pengaruh restaurant satisfaction dan knowledge sharing motivation terhadap electronic word-of-mouth intention dengan peran moderasi technology acceptance factors pada konsumen Kintan Buffet Kota Kasablanka Mall Jakarta Selatan yang menggunakan Instagram. Dalam penelitian ini, knowledge sharing motivation terbagi menjadi dua dimensi, yaitu egoism dan altruism. Selain itu, technology acceptance factors juga terbagi menjadi dua dimensi, yaitu perceived usefulness dan perceived ease-of-use.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 125 sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan mentode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) menunjukkan bahwa hanya egoism, altruism, dan perceived usefulness yang mempengaruhi eWOM intention. Selanjutnya, hasil peran moderasi dari technology acceptance factors menunjukkan bahwa hanya perceived ease-of-use yang memoderasi hubungan antara altruism dan eWOM intention.

This research aims to analyze the effect of restaurant satisfaction, knowledge sharing motivation, and technology acceptance factors on electronic word of mouth intention and analyze the effect of restaurant satisfaction and knowledge sharing motivation on electronic word-of-mouth intention with the role of moderating technology acceptance factors on Kintan Buffet Kota Kasablanka Mall South Jakarta consumers that use Instagram. In this research, knowledge sharing motivation is divided into two dimensions, i.e. egoism and altruism. In addition, technology acceptance factors are also divided into two dimensions, i.e. perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use.
This research applies quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 125 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the research using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) show that only egoism, altruism, and perceived usefulness influence eWOM intention. Furthermore, the results of the moderating role of technology acceptance factors indicate that only perceived ease-of-use moderates the relationship between altruism and eWOM intention.

"Skripsi ini menjelaskan mengenai tujuh variabel yaitu extrinsic rewards, intrinsic reward, training, expectancy, employee motivation, job satisfaction dan knowledge sharing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh employee motivation factors (extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, training, expectancy) terhadap job satisfaction dan knowledge sharing pada karyawan Base Maintenance Unit PT. GMF AeroAsia. Objek penelitian menggunakan 210 orang karyawan Base Maintenance Unit. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa extrinsic rewards tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi karyawan sedangkan intrinsic rewards, training, expectancy berpengaruh terhadap motivasi karyawan dan employee motivation berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan knowledge sharing.

This research explain seven variables (extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, training, expectancy, employee motivation, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing). The purpose of this research is to analyze how the employee motivation factors (extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, training, expectancy) influences on job satisfaction and knowledge sharing in Base Maintenance Unit at GMF AeroAsia. Research object in this research use 210 (two hundred and ten) of GMF Base Maintenance Unit employees. This research uses questionnaire for collecting data. Data was tested by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression. The results of this research show that there is no significant influence of extrinsic rewards towards employee motivation. Meanwhile, intrinsic rewards, training and expectancy have significant influence towards employee motivation and there is significant influence of employee motivation towards job satisfaction and knowledge sharing.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap motivasi pengguna kanal komunikasi dalam membagikan hoaks. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur dari penelitian sebelumnya didapatkan 29 motivasi yang memengaruhi pengguna kanal komunikasi dalam membagikan hoaks yang diperoleh dari teori uses & gratifications yang terdiri dari empat variabel (socializing, information seeking, status seeking, dan entertainment) dan variabel perceived characteristics of information. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode entropi untuk menghitung bobot motivasi yang diteliti. Data penelitian didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 212 pengguna kanal komunikasi yang pernah membagikan hoaks. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lima motivasi yang paling memengaruhi pengguna kanal komunikasi untuk membagikan hoaks adalah karena informasi yang dibagikan terlihat akurat, informasinya terlihat penting, informasinya tampak berguna, informasinya merupakan informasi yang terkini, dan informasi yang dibagikan dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang suatu kejadian atau situasi tertentu.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the motivation of channel channel users to share hoaxes. Based on the results of the literature study from the previous research, there were 29 motivations which influenced communication channel users in sharing the results obtained from the uses & gratifications theory which consisted of four variables (socializing, information seeking, status seeking, and entertainment) and perceived characteristics of information variables. This research approach uses quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses the entropy method to calculate the motivation weights in this study. The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 212 communication channel users who had distributed hoaxes. This study shows that the five motivations that most influence communication channel users to share hoax are because the information shared looks accurate, the information looks important, the information seems useful, the information is the latest information, and the information shared can provide an understanding of a particular event or situation."

"Layanan ride sourcing atau lebih dikenal sebagai layanan taksi online semakin populer sebagai pelengkap sarana angkutan umum bagi masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan pertumbuhan jumlah armada yang bergabung dalam perusahaan platform atau operator penyedia layanan taksi online juga kian membesar. Jika pertumbuhan jumlah armada ini tidak dibatasi, maka masalah kemacetan yang sudah ada di Kota Jakarta saat ini bisa tambah memburuk. Sementara dari segi operasional, layanan taksi online masih dikatakan belum efektif, hal ini bisa dilihat dari waktu tunggu penumpang yang masih cukup tinggi dan adanya sistem surge pricing, yaitu tarif pelayanan lebih tinggi dari tarif biasanya karena tingginya permintaan layanan kendaraan sedangkan ketersediaan kendaraan sedikit.
Untuk mengatasi permasalahan meningkatnya jumlah armada taksi online dan juga masalah operasional pada layanan taksi online, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan skema sharing platform untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan layanan ride splitting pada layanan taksi online. Layanan ride splitting merupakan layanan ride sourcingdimana satu pengemudi (kendaraan) dapat melayani minimal dua pesanan customer sekaligus dalam satu kali perjalanan. Jumlah penumpang dalam satu pesanan customer bisa lebih dari satu orang, akan tetapi semua penumpang dalam satu pesanan customer tersebut mempunyai lokasi asal dan tujuan yang sama. Sementara itu, skema sharing platform atau resource sharing pada layanan ride sourcing adalah suatu skema dimana customer yang memesan layanan kendaraan dari platform A dapat dilayani oleh kendaraan dari platform B, begitu juga sebaliknya, dengan profit sharing yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
Model optimasi penggunaan layananan ride splitting dengan menerapkan skema sharing platform yang dikembangkan menggunakan bentuk New Modified Maximum Weighted Bipartite Matching, sedangkan metode penyelesaiannya menggunakan Greedy Heuristic Method. Fungsi tujuan dari model optimasi tersebut yaitu memaksimumkan nilai bobot yang merupakan rasio antara profit yang diperoleh operator dan pengemudi dengan konversi nilai uang dari waktu tunggu penumpang. Nilai bobot yang maksimum disini berarti memaksimumkan profit sekaligus meminimumkan waktu tunggu penumpang.
Untuk menguji model optimasi yang dikembangkan dilakukan simulasi dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa scenario. Skenario tersebut terkait dengan nilai faktor profit sharing , tarif perjalanan yang dikenakan operator per customer, serta kondisi lalu lintas berupa kecepatan tempuh perjalanan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa layanan ride splitting yang menerapkan skema sharing platform dengan memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan layanan tanpa skema. Nilai 95% artinya operator kendaraan awal yang dipesan oleh customermemperoleh profit sharing sebesar 5% dari operator kendaraan yang ditugaskan melayani customer dengan adanya sharing platform. Hasil yang lebih baik pada simulasi tersebut ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai bobot yang lebih besar sekitar 4,5% - 25,3 %, total profit dari operator dan pengemudi yang lebih besar sekitar 15,91% – 48,9%, waktu tunggu dari customer yang lebih kecil sekitar 1,9% - 13,7% dan jumlah pasangan ride splitting yang lebih besar sekitar 8,57%- 12,85%.

Ride sourcing services, or more famously known as online taxi services, is getting more popular as a complement of public transportation for the community. This has caused the growth in the number of fleet joining the platform company or the online taxi company to also increase. If the growth in the number of fleet is not regulated, the traffic issues currently already existing in Jakarta can get even worse. On the other hand, from the operational point of view, online taxi services is deemed as not yet effective; which can be seen from the long waiting time for the passengers and the surge pricing system that occurs when the demand for the vehicle is higher than the number of vehicles available.
To solve issues of the increasing number of online taxi fleet and also the operational issues in the online taxi services, this study aims to develop a sharing platform scheme to optimize the use of ride splitting service in online taxi services. Ride splitting services is a ride sourcing service where one vehicle can serve at least two request customers at one trip. The number of passengers per customer can be more than of one person, but all the passengers in one request customer have the same origin and destination. On the other hand, sharing platform scheme or resource sharing in ride sourcing services is a scheme where a customer ordering vehicle service from platform A can be served by vehicle from platform B, and the other way around, with a predetermined profit sharing applied.
The optimized model of ride splitting service usage by applying sharing platform scheme is developed using the New Modified Maximum Weighted Bipartite Matching form, while the solving method is using Greedy Heuristic Method. The objective function of the optimized model is to maximize the weighted value which is the ratio between profit earned by the operator and money conversion of the passenger’s waiting time. Maximum weighted value means maximizing the profit and minimizing the waiting time.
To test the optimized model developed, we do a simulation which takes into consideration several different scenarios. Those scenarios are related to factor values of profit sharing , travel rate difference charged by the operator per customer, and paying attention to the existing traffic condition. The simulation shows that ride splitting services applying sharing platform scheme with 95% gets better results than services without scheme. The value of 95% means initial operator requested by the customer gets 5% of profit sharing from the operator whose vehicle is actually serving the customer with sharing platform. The better results from the simulation are the higher weighted value of 4.5% - 25.3%, higher total profit of the operator and drivers of 15.91%-48.9%, and shorter customer waiting time of 1.9%-13.7% and bigger number of matchs of 8.57%-12.85%.

"Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bertugas melakukan kegiatan statistik berupa sensus dan survei untuk menyediakan kebutuhan data bagi pemerintah, masyarakat dan pihak swasta. Untuk mengoptimalkan proses bisnis utama BPS dalam memproduksi data dan memberikan layanan data kepada pengguna dibutuhkan ketersediaan infrastruktur dan layanan teknologi informasi (TI) yang berkualitas.
Semua layanan TI di lingkungan BPS diharapkan dapat diberikan sesuai dengan target yang telah disepakati dalam Service Level Agreements (SLA). Namun kenyataannya, pada laporan yang didapatkan dari sistem informasi pusat layanan TI BPS, terdapat beberapa layanan TI yang waktu penyelesaiannya melebihi jatuh tempo atau target yang sudah ditetapkan. Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena kurangnya tingkat knowledge sharing pegawai dalam memberikan layanan TI.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi knowledge sharing pegawai, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan knowledge sharing pegawai dalam layanan TI di Direktorat Sistem Informasi Statistik (SIS) BPS. Kerangka teoretis yang dirancang pada penelitian ini mengadopsi dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dengan menggunakan dimensi individu, organisasi, dan teknologi.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus, survey research dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif untuk menyusun rekomendasi peningkatan knowledge sharing pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structured Equation Model (PLS-SEM).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, faktor-faktor yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pegawai dalam melakukan knowledge sharing di Direktorat SIS adalah self efficacy, personal expectation, social capital, IT utilization dan end user focus.

Badan Pusat Statistik (Central Bureau of Statistics) is non-departmental government institute of Indonesia that is responsible for conducting a statistical survey to provide data needs for governments, communities and private parties. Quality infrastructure and information technology (IT) services are needed to optimize BPS main business processes in producing data and providing data services to users.
All IT services in the BPS environment are expected to be provided by targets agreed upon in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). However, in reality, the reports obtained from IT service centre information system contained IT services whose completion time exceeded the predetermined time target. This problem is caused by the lack of level of employee knowledge sharing in providing IT services.
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee knowledge sharing and also provide recommendations for improving employee knowledge sharing capabilities in IT services at the Directorate of Statistical Information Systems (SIS) BPS. The theoretical framework designed in this study adopts from previous studies using individual, organizational, and technological dimensions.
This research is a case study research, survey research with quantitative method approach and qualitative method to develop recommendations for increasing employee knowledge sharing capabilities. Data collection was carried out through surveys and analyzed by Partial Least Squares Structured Equation Model (PLS-SEM) techniques.
Based on the results of the analysis, the factors that proved to influence the ability of employees to carry out knowledge sharing were self-efficacy, personal expectation, social capital, IT utilization and end-user focus.

PT. PINS Indonesia merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT. Telekomunikasi
Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan barang dan jasa yang sangat
memperhatikan performansi perusahaan. Dalam kesehariannya terjadi perbedaan
antara harapan dengan realita mengenai jumlah proposal tender proyek yang harus
diselesaikan dan kesesuaian waktu penyelesaiannya. Penyebab adanya perbedaan
tersebut adalah pengelolaan pengetahuan yang belum baik. Pengelolaan
pengetahuan di perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan knowledge sharing capability
yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability dan dampaknya terhadap
performansi organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan
kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap perusahaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan
metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS
AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan dari faktor
individu, seperti altruism, personality, dan knowledge self-efficacy dan dari faktor
teknologi informasi, yaitu IT application usage terhadap knowledge sharing
capability, dan juga adanya pengaruh signifikan dari knowledge sharing capability
terhadap faktor performansi organisasi, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal,
serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

in the trade of goods and services that were attentive to the performance of the
company. In daily life there is a difference between expectations with the reality of
the number of project tender proposals must be completed and the suitability of its
completion time. The reason for these differences was the management of
knowledge that had not been good. Knowledge management in companies closely
related to knowledge sharing capability of the company. This study aimed to
determine the factors that influence knowledge sharing capability and its impact on
organizational performance. Data collection was done by distributing
questionnaires to employees of the company. Data processing was conducted by
the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS AMOS. The results
of this study are the significant influence of individual factors, such as altruism,
personality, and knowledge self-efficacy; and information technology factors,
namely IT application usage, towards knowledge sharing capability, and also a
significant impact of knowledge sharing capability for organizational performance

"Pasar yang relevan atau pasar yang relevan adalah indikator penting untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar kendali pasar oleh pelaku bisnis dan mengidentifikasi pesaing nyata dari pelaku bisnis dominan yang dapat membatasi perilakunya serta dampak anti-kompetitif dari setiap pelanggaran yang dituduhkan. Sepanjang pesatnya perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0, teknologi bergerak jauh lebih cepat daripada hukum itu sendiri. Salah satu indikasi revolusi adalah menjamurnya bisnis dalam bentuk platform atau aplikasi perantara di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah platform dengan konsep berbagi ekonomi atau berbagi ekonomi yang terjadi di salah satu bisnis naik wahana atau layanan transportasi online seperti apa yang PT. Go-Jek Indonesia. Akan tetapi menjadi sulit untuk menentukan pasar yang relevan di PT.Go-Jek Indonesia karena ada ketidakpastian untuk mendasarkan penentuan pada PT. Go-jek Indonesia sebagai perusahaan aplikasi atau disamakan dengan transportasi perusahaan. Adapun bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif-analitik untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang hukum pasar yang relevan PT.Go-Jek Indonesia. Penentuan pasar yang relevan dalam bisnis ride-hailing seperti PT. Go-Jek Indonesia didasarkan pada kedua perusahaan berbasis aplikasi yang memiliki bisnis naik wahana atau transportasi online dan konvensional di pasar yang sama, hanya saja lebih spesifik dalam bentuk moda transportasi yang sama, apakah itu sama dua roda atau empat roda bersamaan di area yang sama. Pemerintah harus merespons lebih cepat terhadap penentuan pasar menyangkut bisnis naik kendaraan dengan memperbarui aturan yang ada, serta dengan tegas menanggapi keberadaan sepeda motor sebagai penentuan transportasi umum terkait dari pasar terkait.

As for the form of research used in writing this is a normative juridical with a qualitative approach and type of research descriptive-analytical to obtain an overview of the relevant market law PT.Go- Jek Indonesia. Determination of the relevant market in the ride-hailing business such as PT. Go-Jek Indonesia is based on both application-based companies that have ride-hailing business or online and conventional transportation in a market the same, its just that it is more specific in the form of the mode of transportation the same, whether its the same two wheels or four wheels together on a same area. The government must respond more quickly to market determination concerned the ride-hailing business by updating the existing rules, as well as firmly responding to the existence of motorbikes as related public transportation determination of the relevant market"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memprediksi berbagi informasi publik di Facebook. Hubungan yang dihipotesiskan dalam model yang diusulkan diverifikasi dengan data survei daring dari 110 pranata humas. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa para pranata humas pada dasarnya memiliki motivasi intrinsik yang cukup tinggi dalam berbagi informasi publik di Facebook dan mereka menganggap bahwa berbagi informasi publik di Facebook mendorong pencapaian tugas organisasi. Para pranata humas yang saling berbagi dan mengejar visi, misi, dan tujuan yang sama, menganggap bahwa berbagi informasi publik di Facebook mendorong integrasi dan tanggung jawab kolektif. Dengan berbagi informasi publik di Facebook, mereka yakin bahwa kegiatan ini akan mempererat hubungan dengan publik dan memungkinkan publik untuk memberikan komunikasi dua arah dan membantu dalam asimilasi pengetahuan baru terkait kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini memiliki signifikansi ilmiah dan praktis terhadap bidang komunikasi antarpribadi di media sosial dan kehumasan pemerintah.

This study aims to investigate the factors that predict public information sharing on Facebook. The hypothesized relationships in the proposed model are verified with online survey data from 110 government public relations (GPR) officials. From the research results, it can be concluded that GPR officials basically have a high intrinsic motivation and think that sharing public information on Facebook encourages the achievement of organizational tasks. GPR officials who share and pursue the same vision, mission and goals, think that sharing public information on Facebook encourages integration and collective responsibility. By sharing public information on Facebook, they believe that this activity will strengthen relations with the public and enable the public to provide twoway communication and assist in the assimilation of new knowledge related to public policy. This research has scientific and practical significance to the field of interpersonal communication on social media and government public relations."
