"Dalam pekerjaan, work-life balance dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational pride dan job satisfaction. Untuk mencapai work-life balance, seorang pegawai harus mampu menyeimbangkan kehidupan di dalam dan di luar pekerjaannya. Work-life balance salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisor support. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan organizational pride sebagai anteseden dan konsekuensi dari work-life balance. Data dari 319 responden yang merupakan bagian dari struktur organisasi pemerintah Instansi Aguna Karya berhasil dikumpulkan dan kemudian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antar variabel dalam penelitian, yaitu supervisor support, work-life balance, organizational pride, dan job satisfaction.

In the field of work, work-life balance is considered as one of the important factors that can affect organizational pride and job satisfaction. To achieve work-life balance, an employee must be able to balance life inside and outside his work. Work-life balance can be influenced by supervisor support. This quantitative research aims to analyze the relationship between supervisor support, job satisfaction, and organizational pride as antecedents and the consequences of work-life balance. Data from 319 respondents who were part of the Ministry of Finance's organizational structure were successfully collected and then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between variables in the study, namely supervisor support, work-life balance, organizational pride, and job satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh quality of work life terhadap work life balance melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment pada karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan jasa konsultan bisnis di daerah Jabodetabek. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat single cross sectional. Responden sejumlah 225 orang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dikembangkan dari penelitian sebelumnya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik covariance based structural equation modeling. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment terhadap work life balance.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini secara praktis dapat disarankan bahwa untuk menciptakan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan pada karyawan, manajemen perusahaan jasa konsultan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja yang positif sehingga kelelahan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat berkurang, kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan meningkat, dan rasa ingin berkomitmen kerja yang tinggi. Secara teoritis penelitian ini dapat mengkonfirmasi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menyelidiki dinamika hubungan antara quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment.

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life on work life balance through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment in employees who work in business consulting services companies in the Jabodetabek area. The approach used is a quantitative approach and is single cross sectional. Respondents were 225 people involved in this study. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been developed from previous studies. Data processing was carried out using a covariance based structural equation modeling technique. The research findings show that the quality of work life has an indirect effect through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment to work life balance.
Based on the results of this study it can be practically suggested that in order to create a work-life balance for employees, the management of a consulting service company can create a positive work environment or working conditions so that the work fatigue felt by employees can be reduced, perceived job satisfaction increases, and a high sense of work commitment. Theoretically, this research can confirm previous studies that investigated the dynamics of the relationship between quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment.

"Instansi pemerintah merupakan salah satu dari delapan klaster sebagai penyumbang kasus Covid-19 terbesar di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, mekanisme kerja yang lebih fleksibel atau flexible working arrangement menjadi alternatif yang semakin dipertimbangkan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Meski demikian, dampak dari implementasi flexible working arrangement terhadap kinerja individu maupun organisasi masih menjadi perdebatan. Di sisi lain, beberapa studi mengidentifikasi bahwa dukungan dari atasan juga dapat mempengaruhi dampak psikologis karyawan yang akan berimplikasi pada pencapaian work-life balance karyawan. Tercapainya work-life balance diharapkan dapat menghasilkan outcomes yang positif dari para karyawan di antaranya kepuasan kerja dan kinerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara flexible work arrangement, dukungan atasan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja, dimediasi oleh work-life balance pada pegawai ASN pada instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan cross sectional design. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan memperoleh 391 responden yang meliputi pegawai ASN yang telah bekerja setidaknya selama satu tahun pada instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Analisis hubungan antar variabel dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan bantuan software LISREL. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisor support dan flexible working arrangement secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) yang dimediasi oleh work-life balance. Secara lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan langsung terhadap kinerja (job performance). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisor support dan flexible working arrangement secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi job performance.

Government institutions are on of the eight clusters as the largest contributors of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. Therefore, a more flexible working mechanism or flexible working arrangement to become alternative that is increasingly being considered during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the impact of flexible working arrangements implementation on individual and organizational performance is still a matter of debate. On the other hand, several studies have identified that support from supervisor also have a role in influencing the psychological impact on employees which will have implications to the employees’ work-life balance. The achievement of work-life balance is expected to produce positive outcomes, including the achievement of job satisfaction and high performance. This study aims to identify the relationship between flexible working arrangements, supervisor support on job satisfaction and job performance, mediated by the work-life balance of civil servants in government institutions in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. The data were collected by distributing questionnaire conducted using a cross sectional design. The questionnaire was distributed online and obtained 391 respondents which included civil servants who have worked for at least one year in government institution in Indonesia. The relationship between variables was carried out through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL software. The results of the study indicate that supervisor support and flexible working arrangements significantly affect job satisfaction mediated by work-life balance. Furthermore, this study found that job satisfaction has a direct relationship to job performance. Thus, it can be concluded that supervisor support and flexible working arrangements indirectly affect employees’ job performance."

"Tingkat turnover sektor teknologi informasi termasuk yang tertinggi dibandingkan sektor lainnya. Kehadiran pekerja teknologi informasi (TI) memegang peranan penting dalam perusahaan guna mendukung kegiatan operasional bisnis masing-masing. Untuk meminimalkan tingkat turnover intention, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang terkait dengan hal tersebut, antara lain beban kerja, fleksibilitas kerja, work-life balance, dan kepuasan kerja. Beban kerja diketahui memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Selain itu, telah menjadi perhatian kritis untuk retensi tenaga kerja ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja, kerja fleksibel, dan turnover intention pada pekerja teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Data yang diperoleh meliputi 272 responden dengan latar belakang pegawai teknologi informasi (TI) di Indonesia. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dengan menggunakan software Lisrel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa worklife balance dan fleksibilitas kerja secara signifikan mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, work-life balance dan fleksibilitas kerja memiliki hubungan tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian penelitian ini pun menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pekerja teknologi informasi di Indonesia.

The turnover rate in the information technology sector is one of the highest compared to other sectors. The presence of information technology (IT) employees play an important role in companies in order to support operational activities of each business. To minimize the turnover intention rate, companies need to take into consideration several factors related to this, including workload, work flexibility, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. Workloads are known for giving a big impact on employee’s well-being. In addition, it has become a critical concern for the retention of this workforce. The main aim of this study is to analyze the relationships between workload, flexible working, and turnover intention among information technology employees. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires online. The data obtained data covered 272 respondents with a background in information technology (IT) employee in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used to analyze the relationships between these variabel using Lisrel software. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance and flexible working has significant and positive influence on job satisfaction. Beside that, this research proves that job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between work-life balance and flexible working with turnover intention. In the other hands, workload has no significant impact on job satisfaction, therefore job satisfaction has no mediating a relationship between workload and turnover intention in information technology employees in Indonesia."

"Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek penting dalam perusahaan. Untuk itu, penting bagi manajemen SDM untuk mengatur sumber daya manusia perusahaan untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja karyawan dan keseimbangan antara kehidupan dan pekerjaan karyawan. Unsur work-life balance merupakan salah satu yang terpenting dalam mencapai kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini juga dapat membantu mengurangi jumlah turnover intention yang sering terjadi pada perusahaan advertising agency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), Turnover Intention, Work-life Balance, dan Job Satisfaction pada karyawan advertising agency. Penelitian akan dilakukan terhadap 210 responden yakni pegawai tetap dengan menggunakan alat ukur SRQ-20 (Self-Reporting Questioner -20), IPWQ (Individual Performance Work Questionnaire) dan menganalisis pengaruhnya menggunakan PLS SEM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan dilakukan selama 1 bulan. Hasil kajian tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari praktif flexible work arrangement terhadap job satisfaction dan work-life balance. Sementara, dengan flexible work arrangemnet, work-life balance, dan job satisfaction yang tinggi memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan antara kerja dan kehidupan pribadi serta dapat menurunkan angka turnover intention.

Human resources are an important aspect in the company. For this reason, it is important for Human Resource management to regulate the company's human resources to achieve employee job satisfaction and work-life balance. The element of work-life balance is one of the most important in achieving employee job satisfaction. This can also help reduce the number of turnover intentions that often occur in advertising agency companies.This study aims to determine the effect of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), Turnover Intention, Work-life Balance, and Job Satisfaction on advertising agency employees. The research will be conducted on 210 respondents, namely permanent employees, using the measuring instrument SRQ-20 (Self-Reporting Questioner -20), IPWQ (Individual Performance Work Questionnaire) and analyzing its effect using PLS SEM. Data collection was done online and using convenience sampling technique and was carried out for 1 month. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of practical flexible work arrangements on job satisfaction and work-life balance. Meanwhile, with high flexible work arrangements, work-life balance, and job satisfaction proved they have a negative influence on turnover intention. The result from this research could be considered as managerial implication for a solution to increase job satisfaction, work-life balance, and reduce turnover intention."

"Pemulihan ekonomi negara melalui peneriman perpajakan menjadi sangat penting untuk mencegah adanya krisis dan mengembalikan kondisi perekonomian. Kinerja Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mengalami peningkatan selama dua tahun terakhir dalam hal penerimaan negara, namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan adanya disrupsi tatanan baru dalam bekerja, terdapat fenomena baru seperti faktor work-life balance, meningkatnya job stress, menurunnya job satisfaction, burnout dan dampaknya terhadap job performance pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari disrupsi yang ada pada masa transisi setelah pandemi Covid-19 kepada pegawai sektor publik, khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui kuesioner secara daring kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap job performance, sedangkan job stress, dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif, sementara burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, job satisfactiondan burnout mampu menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan variabel penelitian job stress dan job performance, namun tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan pada hubungan antara work-life balance dan job performance.

The performance of the Directorate General of Taxes has increased over the last two years in terms of state revenues, but with the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the disruption of the new work order, there are new phenomena such as increased stress, decreased job satisfaction, burnout, and its impact on the job performance of the Directorate General of Taxes employees. This study aims to see the impact of disruption during the transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic on public sector employees, especially the Directorate General of Taxes through online questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study provide an illustration that work-life balance, does not affect job performance, while job stress, job satisfaction and burnout have a significant influence, both positively and negatively on job performance. In addition, job satisfaction and burnout can become mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between job stress and job performance, while they have little to no effect in relationship between work-life balance and job performance."

"Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) berperan penting dalam memastikan stabilitas dan pengendalian perekonomian Indonesia, terutama sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempercepat digitalisasi kegiatan sektor publik dan swasta di Indonesia dan negara lain. Untuk beradaptasi dengan percepatan digitalisasi akibat pandemi, BUMN harus terus tumbuh dan berkembang untuk mencapai target dan tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Technostress, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Total Reward Systems (TRS), dan Work-Life Balance (WLB) terhadap Job Performance, dimediasi oleh Employee Wellbeing (studi pada karyawan BUMN). Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel 263 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Wellbeing sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti dan Job Performance. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Employee Wellbeing dan kinerja pekerjaan, menyoroti Perceived Organizational Support yang dirasakan sebagai pendorong utama dengan dimediasi Employee Wellbeing. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya melibatkan semua generasi secara efektif, terutama Generasi Y dan Generasi Z, di dalam BUMN untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan mencapai kesuksesan organisasi.

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) play a crucial role in ensuring stability and control in Indonesia's economy, especially before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitization of public and private sector activities in Indonesia and other countries. To adapt to the accelerated digitization caused by the pandemic, SOEs must continue to grow and develop to achieve their targets and goals. This study aims to investigate the impact of Technostress, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Total Reward Systems (TRS), and Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Job Performance, mediated by employee well-being (studies of SOEs employee). A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed with a sample size of 263 respondents. The results show that employee well-being fully mediates the relationship between the variables studied and Job Performance. This research provides valuable insights for companies in understanding the factors that affect employee well-being and Job Performance, highlighting the role of Perceived Organizational Support as a key driver through its impact on employee well-being. The findings emphasize the significance of effectively engaging all generations, particularly Generation Y and Generation Z, within SOEs to optimize Job Performance and achieve organizational success."

"Studi ini menyelidiki peran keterikatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan karyawan untuk terus bekerja di perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterikatan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, dan dukungan organisasi mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bersama perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bekerja diperusahaan yang dapat dilihat dari tingkat keterikatan karyawan dan juga kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Yodya Karya (Persero). Analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini dapat membantu untuk lebih memahami bahwa keinginan tinggal karyawan di perusahaan harus didukung yang dapat dilihat dari kepuasan kerja.

This study investigates the role of employee engagement and job satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organizational support and employees' intention to stay at the company. The main objective of this study is to determine how employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational support perceptions affect employees' intention to stay with the company. Given the importance of organizational support in increasing employees' intention to stay working in the company, which can be seen from the level of employee engagement and also job satisfaction of PT Yodya Karya (Persero) employees. Quantitative analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) technique is used to test the effect of perceived organizational support. The result of the study is that there is a positive influence between perceived organizational support on employees' intention to stay in the company mediated by job satisfaction. This finding can help to better understand that employees' intention to stay in the company must be supported which can be seen from job satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisory support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan peran participation in decision making dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 255 karyawan PT XYZ. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisory support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making sebagai mediator ditemukan berhubungan negatif dengan supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior. Ditemukan pula bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisory support towards organizational citizenship behavior and the role of participation in decision making and job satisfaction as mediators in this relationship. Respondents in this study were 255 employees of PT XYZ. By using Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results of this study indicate that supervisory support has positive and significant effect towards organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making as a mediator was found negatively related to supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior. The result also discovers that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior.

"Job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior merupakan dua faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh suatu organisasi/perusahaan karena dapat dijadikan sebagai kunci utama dalam membangun dan meningkatkan efektivitas karyawan dan keberhasilan dalam sebuah organisasi/perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior adalah work-life conflict dan emotional exhaustion serta adanya peran Manajemen SDM dalam organisasi/perusahaan untuk dapat meminimalkan work-life conflict dan emotional exhaustion untuk dapat meningkatkan job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior pada seorang karyawan khususnya karyawan yang sudah berkeluarga. Work-life conflict yang dialami karyawan dalam pekerjaan dan rumah tangga dapat berhubungan dengan emotional exhaustion dan outcome pekerjaan yaitu job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya dengan emotional exhaustion sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 196 karyawan di DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya yang sudah menikah melalui kuesioner secara online dan offline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life conflict memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap emotional exhaustion. Selain itu, work-life conflict memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, sedangkan work-life conflict ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap job embeddedness. Lebih lanjut, emotional exhaustion juga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa emotional exhaustion tidak memiliki peran sebagai mediasi antara work-life conflict terhadap job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior.

Job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior are two important factors that need to be considered by an organization company because it can be used as a key in building and improving employee effectiveness and success in an organization company. One of the factors that can influence the level of job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior is work life conflict and emotional exhaustion and the role of HR Management in organization company to minimize work life conflict and emotional exhaustion to increase job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior on an employee especially an already married employee. Work life conflicts experienced by employees in work and households can relate to emotional exhaustion and work outcomes such as job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior in employees in DKI Jakarta and surrounding areas with emotional exhaustion as mediation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling SEM method. This research data was obtained from 196 employees in DKI Jakarta and surrounding areas who have been married through questionnaires online and offline. The results showed that work life conflict has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion. In addition, work life conflict has a negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior, whereas work life conflict is found to have no effect on job embeddedness. Furthermore, emotional exhaustion also has no effect on job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior. It shows that emotional exhaustion has no role as mediation between work life conflict towards job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior.
