Ada beberapa alasan mengapa proyek ini diusulkan. Kebutuhan teknologi lokalisasi memotivasi orang untuk membuat beberapa penelitian. Dan ini adalah bagian dari penelitian tentang bagaimana untuk melokalisasi objek bergerak di area spesifik .
Beberapa kasus ketika sensor lain tidak dapat bekerja untuk mengidentifikasi posisi objek , misalnya di ruang gelap , sistem ini akan sangat membantu untuk melokalisasi objek yang bergerak.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melokalisasi mobile station dengan menggunakan teknologi ultra- wideband (UWB). Lima BTS diperlukan untuk melokalisasi stasiun bergerak dalam tiga dimensi . Setiap base station mengirim sinyal kode mereka dari Pseudo Random Binary urutan ( PRBS ) dan dipengaruhi oleh modulasi BPSK .
Pada penerima, sinyal yang diterima di cross berkorelasikan dengan sinyal referensi dari setiap base station. Oleh karena itu, jarak antara base station dan mobile station dapat ditentukan oleh Time Difference Of Arrival teknik ( TDOA ).
Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skenario , yang pertama adalah skenario untuk mengamati efek saluran dan yang kedua adalah untuk mengamati efek antena . Simulasi dilakukan dengan MATLAB dengan menambahkan beberapa karakteristik yang mewakili kondisi riil . Karacteristic yang akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja lokalisasi , seperti kebisingan (noise), model saluran dan efek antena.
Kinerja dua skenario dianalisis untuk menghitung kesalahan lokalisasi dalam fungsi noise , channel UWB 802.15.3a dan efek antena. Bagian terakhir dari percobaan adalah prinsip kerja simulasi dalam kondisi yang sebenarnya.

ABSTRACT
There are several reasons why this project is proposed. The necessity of localization technology motivates people to make some research. And this is the part of research about how to localize in the specific area.
Some case when other sensor cannot work to identify object’s position, for example in the dark room, this system will be helpful to localize mobile station.
The objective of this research is to localize mobile station by using ultra wideband technology. Five base stations are needed to localize the mobile station in three dimensions. Each base station sends their code signal of Pseudo Random Binary Sequence (PRBS) and modulated by BPSK modulation.
At the receiver, the signal received is cross correlated by reference signal from each base station. Hence, the distance between base station and mobile station can be determined by Time Difference Of Arrival technique (TDOA).
This research uses two scenarios, the first one is scenario to observe channel effect and the second one is to observe antenna effect. Simulation is done by MATLAB by adding some characteristic that represent the real condition. Those caracteristic will give the influence to the performance of localization, such as noise, channel model and antenna effect.
The performance of two scenario is analyzed to calculate the error localization in the function of noise, channel UWB 802.15.3a and antenna effect. The last part of experiment is to applicate the simulation into real condition."

"Teknologi 5G diperkirakan akan hadir pada tahun 2020. Dalam rangka mewujudkan hal ini, diperlukan ekosistem yang dapat mendukung pengimplementasian teknologi 5G secara optimal. Salah satu tantangan dalam mempersiapkan ekosistem 5G adalah alokasi penggunaan spektrum frekuensi. Spektrum frekuensi merupakan salah satu sumber daya telekomunikasi yang terbatas, sehingga perlu pengelolaan yang optimal dan efisien untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi 5G secara maksimal. Spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz menjadi spektrum hotspot yang banyak di rekomendasikan dalam pengimplementasian teknologi 5G di forum telekomunikasi global, karena memiliki kapasitas dan jangkauan yang cukup untuk teknologi 5G. Sayangnya di Indonesia, spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz merupakan spektrum eksisting yang digunakan untuk layanan satelit.
Dengan penyebaran optik yang belum merata, serta karakteristik Indonesia yang merupakan negara archipelago dan rawan akan bencana alam menyebabkan layanan satelit masih menjadi layanan mandatory yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan analisis implementasi spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz untuk teknologi 5G di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode STEP (Sosial, Teknologi, Ekonomi, Policy). Pada penelitian ini model framework yang berbasis metode STEP digunakan untuk melakukan pendekatan dengan melihat permasalahan berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi, perspektif sosial, perspektif teknologi dan perspektif policy. Sehingga di dapatkan perspektif yang utuh dan dapat menganalisis penggunaan spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz dengan lebih akurat dan dapat mengambarkan kondisi industri yang ada saat ini untuk penggunaan spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz di Indonesia.
Dari hasil penelitian analisis implementasi spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz untuk teknologi 5G di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode STEP, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa baik teknologi 5G dan satelit sama-sama membutuhkan spektrum frekuensi 3.5 GHz untuk layananya. Oleh karena itu strategi yang harus dilakukan regulator adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, mengkaji secara teknis tentang kemungkinan sharing spektrum frekuensi, mengkaji secara ekonomi real manfaat yang didapatkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat Indonesia dari layanan 5G. Terakhir mengadakan FGD agar hasil regulasi dapat diterima dan optimal.

5G technology is expected to be present in 2020. In order to achieve that, an ecosystem that can support the implementation of 5G technology optimally is needed. One of the challenges in preparing for the 5G ecosystem is the allocation of the use of the frequency spectrum. The frequency spectrum is one of the limited telecommunication resources, so it needs optimal and efficient management so that the impact of technological benefits can be felt to the maximum. The 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum is a spectrum of hotspots that are widely recommended in implementing 5G technology in global telecommunications forums, because it has sufficient capacity and reach for 5G technology. Unfortunately in Indonesia, the 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum is the existing spectrum used for satellite services.
With the uneven distribution of optics, and the characteristics of Indonesia which is an archipelago and prone to natural disasters, satellite services are still a mandatory service owned by Indonesia. Therefore, in this study an analysis of the implementation of the 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum for 5G technology in Indonesia was carried out using the STEP method (Social, Technology, Economy, Policy). In this study the framework model based on the STEP method is used to make approaches that not only see problems based on an economic perspective but also from a social perspective, a technological perspective and a policy perspective. So that we get a complete perspective and can analyze the use of the 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum more accurately and can describe the current industrial conditions for the use of the 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum in Indonesia.
From the results of an analysis of the implementation of the 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum for 5G technology in Indonesia using the STEP method, it was concluded that both 5G and satellite technologies both require a 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum for their services. Therefore the strategy that must be carried out by regulators is to provide education to the public, to study technically about the possibility of sharing the frequency spectrum, to assess economically the real benefits obtained by the government and the people of Indonesia from 5G services. The last is to hold an FGD so that the results of the regulation are acceptabel and optimal.that the 3.5 GHz frekuensi spektrum is more useful for being allocated to satellite services.

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami keterkaitan antar variabel di dalam penerimaan terhadap teknologi mobile learning menggunakan model teori TAM. Persepsi aksesibilitas informasi IA hendak diuji efeknya terhadap niat menggunakan BI dengan dimediasi oleh persepsi kemudahan PEU dan persepsi kegunaan PU penggunaan teknologi mobile learning pada 160 siswa SMA di Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PROCESS Macro model 6, untuk mediasi serial majemuk, untuk mengetahui efek langsung, efek mediasi, dan efek total dari IA terhadap BI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan total efek IA ke BI yang didapatkan adalah signifikan c = 1.51, p < 0.001, tetapi efek mediasi yang signifikan ab = 0.81, CI [0.2997, 1.4016] berkontribusi melebihi efek langsung yang tidak signifikan c = 0.70, p = 0123. Penemuan lain juga menyarankan bahwa posisi PEU dan PU sebagai prediktor dipertahankan dan TAM valid untuk digunakan di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to understand the linkage between variables, within the context of acceptance towards mobile learning, using the technology acceptance model theory framework. Perceived informational technology was to be tested for its effects on behavioral intention to use mobile learning technology through the mediation role of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in 160 high school students in Jabodetabek. Data analysis was done by using PROCESS Macro model 6 for serial multuple mediation to investigate the direct effect, mediated effect, and total effect, of IA towards BI. The analysis results show that the acquired total effect of IA towards BI is significant c 1.51, p 0.001, but the significant mediated effect ab 0.81, CI 0.2997, 1.4016 contributes more than the insignificant direct effect c 0.70, p 0123. Other findings also suggest that the positions of PEU and PU as predictors for the TAM are retained and TAM is valid for use in Indonesia. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh financial behavior dan perceived value terhadap willingness to pay saat akan mengadopsi teknologi 5G di kalangan generasi Z. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan memperoleh 333 responden dari seluruh Indonesia. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa semua variabel keuangan dan penerimaan manfaat memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Selain itu, didapatkan juga bahwa financial behavior dan perceived value berhasil menghubungkan variabel keuangan dan penerimaan manfaat terhadap willingness to pay.

This study aims to examine the influence of financial behavior and perceived value on willingness to pay when adopting 5G technology among Generation Z. The data collection technique used was a survey method, obtaining 333 respondents from across Indonesia. The data were processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of the SMARTPLS application. Based on the results of the conducted research, it is known that all financial variables and perceived benefits have a significant impact. Additionally, it was also found that financial behavior and perceived value successfully link financial variables and perceived benefits to willingness to pay."

"This paper reports the local-innovation perspective for the Indonesian mobile cellular market. Under the local perspective, the innovation opportunity appears when it suit characteristics of the country and the behavior nature of its people such concept is built into realization by making an applications of mobile-herbal (m-herbal) services applications. The service is designed by following the proposed framework, starting from scanning the market demand, defining specific applications, defining the actors, exploration of tacit knowledge of the actors, engineering development, implantation innovation and concurrent innovative development. We used the results of previous market survey emphasizing a need of health-related service for Indonesian market. Herbal remedy was chosen as the focal point of health-related service development since it is well-known indigenous method of treatment by using Indonesian natural ingredients. The service is developed to run on the Android-based smartphone, connects to the database called Indonesian HerbalDB. It consists two main features, i.e. query of herbal remedies and self evaluation assessment. Users of the services may search the names of Indonesian traditional plantation, its local names, and the kind of disease which can be cured. Through the features of self evaluation assessment, users are encouraged to give their personal perception of the herbal remedies, and being the recommendation to other users afterward. Finally, our proposed framework signifies the importance of communications channel among the actors in the mobile cellular facilitating mutual interaction between the multiple actors involved in the mobile herbal development."

"Pada tahun 2020, teknologi jaringan generasi terbaru (5G) telah digunakan di enam puluh negara di seluruh dunia. Namun, Indonesia secara resmi menyambut era 5G pada tahun 2021, yang relatif terlambat dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara lain. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penerimaan pengguna terhadap layanan 5G di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka kerja Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diperluas dengan memasukkan faktor eksternal. Pengumpulan data melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner berupa Google Form kepada pengguna 5G di seluruh Indonesia, dan data kuesioner yang diperoleh telah melalui pengolahan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan metode Partial List Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS – SEM). Hasil dan temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Skill Readiness (PSR), Perceived Enjoyment (PEN), Perceived Interactivity (PI) tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Use 5G (INT). Tetapi untuk variable Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), dan Perceived Resources (PRe) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Use 5G (INT). Untuk variable Perceived Risk (PRi) tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Use 5G (INT), hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap adanya resiko dalam menggunakan jaringan 5G, seperti masalah keamanan, privasi, atau efek pemborosan kuota dan daya tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi atau menghambat niat mereka dalam mengadopsi dan menggunakan jaringan 5G. Menurut hasil pengamatan penulis, pengguna 5G lebih cenderung melihat manfaat dan kegunaan teknologi 5G dibandingkan dengan risikonya. Operator seluler dapat memperhatikan persebaran infrastruktur, memperhatikan untuk selalu menyediakan layanan 5G dengan faktor-faktor seperti kecepatan internet yang lebih tinggi, latensi rendah, konektivitas yang andal, dan kemampuan untuk mendukung aplikasi dan layanan yang canggih dapat meningkatkan persepsi kegunaan dan mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan jaringan 5G.

By 2020, next-generation network technology (5G) will have been deployed in sixty countries around the world. However, Indonesia officially welcomed the 5G era in 2021, which is relatively late compared to some other countries. This paper aims to investigate user acceptance of 5G services in Indonesia. This research develops an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework by incorporating external factors. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to 5G users across Indonesia, and the questionnaire data obtained has been through data processing conducted by utilizing the Partial List Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS - SEM) method. The results and findings in this study are Perceived Skill Readiness (PSR), Perceived Enjoyment (PEN), Perceived Interactivity (PI) do not have a positive and significant influence on Intention to Use 5G (INT). But for the variables Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), and Perceived Resources (PRe) have a positive and significant influence on Intention to Use 5G (INT). For the Perceived Risk (PRi) variable, it does not have a negative and significant effect on Intention to Use 5G (INT), this can be interpreted that users' perceptions of the risks involved in using the 5G network, such as security, privacy, or the effects of wasting quota and power do not significantly affect or hinder their intention to adopt and use the 5G network. According to the author's observations, 5G users are more likely to see the benefits and usefulness of 5G technology compared to the risks. Mobile operators can pay attention to infrastructure deployment, paying attention to always providing 5G services with factors such as higher internet speeds, low latency, reliable connectivity, and the ability to support advanced applications and services can increase perceived usefulness and influence users' intention to use 5G networks."

"Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) merupakan sistem e-learning yang memanfaatkan perangkat teknologi berupa laptop, netbook, smartphone/handhelds, tablet yang dimiliki sendiri oleh mahasiswa maupun dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar melalui jaringan Internet. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan menganalisa sistem kelas pengajaran Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) berbasis cloud computing pada teknologi mobile smartphone Android. Pengembangan sistem terdiri dari perancangan aplikasi perangkat lunak berbasis Android, cloud computing menggunakan eucalyptus dan membangun aplikasi berbasis Web menggunakan moodle.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui tiga skenario pengujian yang diikuti oleh 31 responden. Pada pengujian fungsional didapatkan hasil bahwa setiap menu dan fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi yang dirancang dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pada pengujian User Acceptance Test, 86% responden menyetujui sistem ini mudah digunakan.
Dari pengujian unjuk kerja sistem, didapatkan hasil bahwa peningkatan jumlah pengguna saat mengakses sistem kelas pengajaran BYOD tidak mempengaruhi kinerja sistem cloud computing namun mempengaruhi mesin virtual Web server. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna menyebabkan penurunan performa mesin virtual web server sebanyak 55% pada saat beban server tinggi. Saat pengguna berjumlah lima orang beban kinerja mesin virtual Web server adalah 36%. Saat pengguna berjumlah lima belas orang beban kinerja mesin virtual Web server adalah 42%. Saat pengguna berjumlah tiga puluh satu orang beban kinerja mesin virtual Web server adalah 45%.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) refers to e-learning system technology devices, such as laptop, netbook, smartphone/handhelds, tablet which is utilizes by students or teachers for the purpose of learning through the Internet. This research developing and analysis of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) teaching class system based on cloud computing using smartphone technology. This development system consist of software application design based on Android smartphone, cloud computing using Eucalyptus and Web based application using Moodle.
The results obtained through three scenarios of evaluation which is followed by 31 of respondents. Functional evaluation indicates that menu and fitures in applications is running well. User Acceptance Test evaluation shows that 86% of respondents stated that this application is easy to use.
Performance evaluation indicates that increase of users when accessing BYOD teaching class system was not affecting cloud computing performance. However it was affecting the performance of virtual machine Web server. An increase of users causes of virtual machine web server performance decrease of 55% on high load conditions. With five users, the load server is 36 %. With fifteen users, the load of server is 42 %. With thirty one users, the load server is 45 %.
