Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di distributor/pedagang besar farmasi, apotek, dan industri farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Sam Marie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Februari-Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

Pharmacists have an important role as one of the healthcare professional. Pharmacists must comply with the competency standards before get into the professional practices. Therefore, in order to get experiences working as a healthcare professional, the Pharmacists Internship Program that called as Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) have been implemented. The prospective pharmacists get to do the internship at several places, such as PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung, and PT Aventis Pharma. The prospective pharmacists are expected to get more knowledge and experiences to do the pharmaceutical practices in various places during the PKPA."

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode bulan Februari tahun 2019. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan , pemahaman,dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceuticals wholesalers. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the period February 2019. During PKPA it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons , understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces "

"Apoteker memiliki peranan yang penting untuk masyarakat terutama dibidang apotek, industri farmasi maupun pedagang besar farmasi. Untuk mempersiapkan apoteker yang profesional maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dibeberapa tempat, sehingga diharapkan para calon apoteker dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan selama kuliah. Selain itu para calon apoteker mendapatkan ilmu baru yang belum pernah didapatkan sebelumnya di tempat PKPA. Pada kesempatan kali ini penulis berkesempatan melakukan PKPA di Apotek Safa, PT. Harsen Laboratories dan PT. Sammarie Tramedifa Periode September-Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan dapat menjadi calon apoteker yang profesional dan siap memasuki dunia kerja.

During PKPA, it is hoped that you can become professional apothecary candidates who are ready to enter the world of work."

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is a very important medium for pharmacist profession students to apply knowledge and to develop it in carrying out pharmaceutical work. The PKPA is implemented to equip prospective pharmacists with insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work. This activity was carried out at the pharmaceutical industry of PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry; Atrika Pharmacy; and Pharmaceutical Wholesalers PT. SamMarie Tramedifa."

Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untukmenjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada Periode Juli 2021, PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober –November 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode Desember 2021. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untukmelakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices will be held at Apotek Atrika in the period of July 2021, PT Pharos Indonesia for the period of October – November 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the period December 2021. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and pharmacies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience suitable for do pharmaceutical work."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi tenaga kesehatan yang berperan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan produksi obat. Untuk bidang pelayanan kesehatan, seorang apoteker dapat menjalankan perannya di fasilitas kesehatan seperti apotek dan rumah sakit. Untuk produksi obat, seorang apoteker dapat menjalankan perannya di fasilitas produksi farmasi seperti industri farmasi. Selain sektor produksi dan pelayanan, apoteker juga memiliki peran dalam regulasi obat yang beredar di Indonesia. Untuk menciptakan seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, salah satu hal penting untuk dilakukan adalah pelatihan dengan cara berpartisipasi langsung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan sebagai persiapan calon apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugas dan perannya baik di sector pelayanan, produksi obat farmasi, maupun regulasi obat di Indonesia. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode Januari – Maret 2021, di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia pada periode Maret 2021 dan di Apotek Atrika selama periode April 2021. Melalui program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diharapkan calon apoteker mendapat gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dan dapat menambah wawasan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman calon apoteker.

In the field of health services, a pharmacist can carry out his role in health facilities such as pharmacies and hospitals. For drug production, a pharmacist can carry out his role in pharmaceutical production facilities such as the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to the production and service sectors, pharmacists also have a role in the regulation of drugs circulating in Indonesia. To create a pharmacist who is professional in doing his job, one of the important things to do is training by participating directly in carrying out pharmaceutical work through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as a preparation for prospective pharmacists in carrying out their duties and roles both in the service sector, pharmaceutical drug production, and drug regulation in Indonesia. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital during the period January – March 2021, at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in the March 2021 period and at the Atrika Pharmacy during the April 2021 period. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) program, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will get an overview of the role of pharmacists in the world of work and can add insight, skills, and experience to prospective pharmacists."

"PT SamMarie Tramedifa merupakan subdistributor yang dikenal dalam penyaluran alat kesehatan. Dalam distribusi alat kesehatan, diperlukan perencanaan dan pengadaan yang dilakukan oleh penyalur alat kesehatan (PAK) dengan tujuan untuk menyeleksi dan mengadakan alat kesehatan yang diperlukan oleh klien dengan keterbatasan dana yang ada. Alat kesehatan, disingkat alkes, mencakup alkes elektromedik radiasi, alkes elektromedik non radiasi, alkes non elektromedik steril, alkes non elektromedik nonsteril, dan produk diagnostik in vitro. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penarikan data pembelian alat kesehatan di distributor periode 10 Juli 2023 – 18 September 2023 dari pihak gudang dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis prioritas dan berdasarkan panduan pengadaan PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 39 distributor di mana terdapat pembelian alkes yang berpareto A menurut panduan pengadaan. Selain itu, terdapat sejumlah barang sama yang dibeli pada distributor berbeda dengan jumlah 3 jenis alkes yang dipesan dari kedua distributor prioritas II, 6 jenis alkes dari kedua distributor prioritas I, dan 4 jenis alkes dari kedua distributor berbeda prioritas. Menurut tim pengadaan alkes, pemilihan distributor alternatif bisa terjadi karena terjadi pembekuan oleh distributor sehingga harus dipesan pada distributor lain dan beberapa jenis alkes didiskon jauh lebih murah sehingga beralih ke distributor alternatif lainnya.

PT SamMarie Tramedifa is a sub-distributor known for medical device distribution. In medical device distribution, it is necessary to plan and procure undergone by medical device distributor to select and procure medical device needed by the clients with limited funding. Medical devices (MDs) are comprised of radiation electromedicine MDs, non-radiation electromedicine MDs, sterile non-electromedicine MDs, nonsterile non-electromedicine MDs, and in vitro diagnostic products. This activity consists of taking the purchasing data of MDs in distributors during the period of 10 July 2023 – 18 September 2023 from the warehouse and data processing by utilizing priority analysis and based on the procurement guidebook of PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Data show that there are 39 distributors where the MDs purchased are in the pareto group A according to the procurement guidebook. In addition, there are some similar items purchased at the different distributors, where there are 3 types of MDs ordered from both distributors on priority II, 6 from both distributors on priority I, and 4 from both distributors with different priority. According to the MDs procurement team, selection of alternative distributors can occur due to the company freezing state by the distributor so it must be ordered from another distributor; others are discounted so that the price is cheaper so that the company can switch to another alternative distributors."

Satu hal yang penting harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian baik farmasi rumah sakit maupun industri farmasi. Maka dari itu, sebagai calon apoteker kita dituntut untuk lebih banyak pembekalan dan pengalaman dalam menjalani praktik profesi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika periode Agustus 2021 dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September – Oktober 2021. Melalui proses PKPA farmasi klinis di apotek dan rumah sakit tersebut, sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan berwawasan tinggi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang baik.

Through the clinical pharmacy activities in the pharmacy and hospital, as prospective pharmacist you are expected to be able to carry out pharmaceutical practice with high insight, have good knowledge, skills, and experience."

Untuk menjalankan peran penting tersebut, apoteker harus mempunyai kompetensi yang mumpuni sebagai syarat melakukan praktik kefarmasian. World Health Organization mengeluarkan istilah seven-stars pharmacist consept, yang merupakan peran penting bagi seorang apoteker. Salah satu peran seorang apoteker tersebut adalah life long learner, yaitu apoteker harus selalu memperbarui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya seiring dengan perubahan tren dari waktu ke waktu. Pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis berkesempatan mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT. Harsen Laboratories, dan PT. SamMarie Tramedifa selama periode bulan Agustus – Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasannya di dunia kefarmasian sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja.
