"Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Keperawatan adalah komponen penting dalam pengelolaan kesehatan karena sumber daya manusia yang mengelola sumber daya kesehatan lainnya dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Informasi SDM keperawatan yang cepat, tepat, lengkap dan terbaharui tentang jumlah, jenis dan distribusi SDM keperawatan di suatu wilayah atau fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan penting dimiliki untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen SDM keperawatan terkait perencanaan, penempatan dan pengembangan SDM keperawatan. Pada saat ini informasi SDM keperawatan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan lembaga yang merilisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan operational research yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap pertama studi eksploratif dengan disain kualitatif, tahap kedua pengembangan model, dan tahap ketiga implementasi dan evaluasi model dengan desain pra-eksperimen one group posttest only design. Implementasi model dievaluasi menggunakan framework kesesuaian faktor manusia organisasi dan teknologi (HOT-Fit-factors). Besar sampel sebanyak 123 responden. Intervensi berupa pelatihan, pendampingan dan penerapan SI-NURSE. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel masa kerja, kemampuan adaptasi, aspek dukungan manajemen, aspek tehnik dan kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas informasi dan kemampuan teknologi informasi secara bursama-sama berperan dalam menentukan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi sumber daya manusia keperawatan SI-NURSE.

Human Resources (HR) Nursing is an important component in health management because human resources manage other health resources and provide health services to the community. Fast, precise, complete and updated nursing HR information about the number, type and distribution of nursing human resources in an area or health care facility is important to have to support nursing HR management decision making related to planning, placing and developing nursing human resources. At this time, nursing HR information varies according to the institution that released it. This study aims to determine the implementation of the nursing human resource management information system model. This research uses an operational research approach consisting of three stages, namely: the first stage of exploratory study with qualitative design, the second stage of model development, and the third stage of model implementation and evaluation with a pre-experimental design of one group posttest only design. The implementation of the model was evaluated using the framework of the suitability of the human factor of the organization and technology (HOT-Fit-factors). The sample was 123 respondents. Interventions in the form of training, mentoring and application of SI-NURSE. The results of the study there is a significant relationship between the variables of service life, adaptability, aspects of management support, technical aspects and quality of information with user satisfaction. The quality of information and the ability of information technology equally play a role in determining the satisfaction of users of the SI-NURSE nursing human resources information system."

"Sumber daya manusia (SDM) telah menjadi sumber daya yang penting dalam perkembangan perekonomian perusahaan. Sebagai elemen penting, SDM memiliki sistem sendiri yang menunjang pekerjaan yang digunakan di perusahaan, yaitu SISDM. Untuk mengetahui efisiensi dan efektivitas SISDM, maka diperlukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dimensi pengukuran kualitas SISDM dan pengaruhnya terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas penggunaan SISDM di perusahaan. Model penelitian ini menggunakan framework HOT-Fit Model dengan menerapkan mixed methods, yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan thematic analysis dan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis kuantitatif PLS-SEM. Pada penelitian kualitatif, model penelitian yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 9 variabel penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan narasumber dari PT XYZ dan studi literatur. Pada penelitian ini, sebanyak 13 hipotesis diajukan yang dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Setelah kuesioner dibagikan, terkumpul data bersih sejumlah 41 data. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan terdapat beberapa hipotesis yang diterima dan ditolak. System quality berpengaruh positif terhadap system use dan user satisfaction. Namun, information quality tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap system use dan user satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, service quality terbukti berhubungan positif dengan user satisfaction, sedangkan service quality terhadap system use tidak berhubungan positif. Hipotesis akhir, ditemukan bahwa system use tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap HRIS Management Net Benefits, sedangkan user satisfaction memiliki hubungan yang positif yang signifikan terhadap HRIS Management Net Benefits. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengevaluasi SISDM bagi perusahaan yang menggunakannya.

Human resources (HR) have become an important resource in the development of the company's economy. As an important element, HR has its own system that supports the work used in the company, namely HRIS. To determine the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS, an evaluation is needed. This study identified the dimensions of HRIS quality measurement and their influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of using HRIS in companies. This research model uses the HOT-Fit Model framework by applying mixed methods, namely qualitative research with thematic analysis and quantitative research with PLS-SEM quantitative analysis. In qualitative research, the research model developed consists of 9 research variables obtained based on the results of interviews with informants from PT XYZ and literature studies. In this study, 13 hypotheses were proposed which were analyzed using SmartPLS. After the questionnaires were distributed, 41 data were collected. The results of the analysis show that there are several hypotheses that are accepted and rejected. System quality has a positive effect on system use and user satisfaction. However, information quality has no positive effect on system use and user satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality is proven to be positively related to user satisfaction, while service quality to system use is not positively related. The final hypothesis is that system use does not have a significant effect on HRIS Management Net Benefits, while user satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with HRIS Management Net Benefits. This research is expected to be a reference in evaluating HRIS for companies that use it."

"ABSTRAK
Self efficacy perawat penting dalam penggunaan sistem informasi keperawatan
karena dapat menentukan keberhasilan penggunaannya, meningkatkan kualitas
dokumentasi keperawatan dan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian
fenomenologi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi self efficacy perawat dalam
penggunaan sistem informasi keperawatan (SIMKEP) di RSIA Bunda Jakarta.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada sepuluh
perawat yang memiliki kepercayaan diri menggunakan SIMKEP dan dianalisis
dengan metode Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa tema yaitu respon
menggunakan SIMKEP, keuntungan menggunakan SIMKEP, kepercayaan diri
menggunakan SIMKEP, upaya-upaya untuk mampu menggunakan SIMKEP,
kendala dalam menggunakan SIMKEP, faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan
kepercayaan diri menggunakan SIMKEP, dan harapan dalam menggunakan
SIMKEP. Hal baru yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini yaitu waktu munculnya
kepercayaan diri menggunakan SIMKEP, bentuk kendala dari rekan kerja, hal-hal
yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi kendala serta harapan tentang reward dapat
meningkatkan self efficacy perawat dalam menggunakan SIMKEP.
Direkomendasikan kepada perawat untuk meningkatkan self efficacy melalui
mempelajari SIMKEP, sering menggunakan SIMKEP, mengikuti pelatihan
tentang SIMKEP serta melanjutkan pendidikan dan kepada manajer diharapkan
agar dapat mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk
meningkatkan self efficacy perawat dalam menggunakan SIMKEP.

Abstract
Nurse?s self efficacy was an important aspect for nursing information system as it
can determine the success of its use, improve the quality of nursing documentation
and the quality of nursing services. A phenomenology study was carried out to
explore the nurse?s self efficacy in utilizing nursing information system
(SIMKEP) in Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Jakarta. The method of data
collection was indepth interview to ten nurses who have self efficacy in using
SIMKEP and data was analyzed by Colaizii?s method. The study found several
themes that use SIMKEP responses, the advantages of using SIMKEP, self
efficacy in using SIMKEP, efforts to use SIMKEP, barriers in using SIMKEP,
factors that increase self efficacy and expectations in using SIMKEP. The newly
found in this study were the emergence of self efficacy in using SIMKEP, the
shape constraints of co workers, things were done in the face of barriers and
expectations about the rewards can increase self efficacy in using SIMKEP.
Recommended for nurses to enhance self efficacy by learning SIMKEP, often
using SIMKEP, training and continues the education, and the managers in order to
optimize the role and management functions to enhance self efficacy in using
SIMKEP nurses."

"Sistem informasi keperawatan adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Sistem informasi keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini masih belum optimal dan umumnya masih bersifat manual. Riset dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan dilanjutkan pengembangan model sistem informasi manajemen keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO") yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi rumah sakit. Model "SIMPRO" yang telah dicustomization diujicobakan di dua rumah sakit dengan karakteristik yang berbeda yaitu rumah sakit swasta dan rumah sakit pemerintah. Setelah implementasi, dilaksanakan evaluasi dengan desain pre- post test without control group. Jumlah sampel dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja "SIMPRO" adalah 219 dokumentasi dari setiap kelompok rumah sakit. Hasil riset menyampaikan ada perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan "SIMPRO" yang diidentifikasikan dari perbedaan kualitas, kelengkapan, kesinambungan, bukti aspek legal dan fungsi membantu membuat keputusan (p=0.001). Ada perbedaan efisiensi waktu: baik di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta dan RS. Fatmawati (p= 0.01). Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga."Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. This research implicated to the enhancement of quality, completeness, relevance, aspect legal function and decision support system. Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga.?Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

Nursing Information System is an important element in nursing process. Current nursing system in Indonesia is still manual and less optimal. However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. This research implicated to the enhancement of quality, completeness, relevance, aspect legal function and decision support system. It also implicated to time efficiency on documentation, thus direct care to patients can be more optimal. "SIMPRO" can enhance the quality of nursing care by supports of nurses, management and technical aspects."

"Pertumbuhan Online Gig Economy (OGE) yang pesat di dunia berpotensi menurunkan tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia karena sistem kerja dan rekrutmen yang bebas serta
lapangan kerja yang melimpah tanpa memperhatikan batas negara. Dengan jam kerja dan sistem yang fleksibel, OGE juga dapat menjadi alternatif bagi pekerja dengan tempat
kerja yang jauh dan aturan yang mengekang. Namun disamping itu, pertumbuhan ini juga menyebabkan beberapa dampak negatif baik pada pelaku OGE sendiri maupun masyarakat secara luas. Dengan ini eksistensi OGE perlu diukur keberadaannya agar para pengambil keputusan dapat lebih cepat dalam mengambil kebijakan untuk mengatasi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Sayangnya, sistem pengukuran ekonomi dan ketenagakerjaan saat ini masih belum memadai untuk mendeteksi sebaran OGE di Indonesia, khususnya pekerja digital. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengumpulkan data pekerja digital dari situs-situs yang merupakan platform OGE dan melakukan klasifikasi berdasarkan bidang pekerjaannya. Teknik web crawling and
scraping digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data serta teknik cosine similarity digunakan untuk klasifikasi data. Dengan sistem ini, data tentang pekerja dapat direkam dengan
cepat tanpa melakukan survei lapangan. Kebutuhan data pekerja digital disesuaikan berdasarkan atribut pada Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas). Secara rata-rata, rancangan sistem dapat mengumpulkan data pekerja sebanyak dua crawl per detik dan melakukan klasifikasi dengan akurasi 83,8%. Data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pekerja digital Indonesia bekerja di bidang creative and multimedia, terkonsentrasi di Pulau Jawa, dan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan S1. Selain itu juga dapat ditaksir bahwa pekerja digital Indonesia memiliki penghasilan rata-rata Rp 3,43 juta per bulan. Kontribusi OGE dalam perekonomian nasional juga ditaksir bahwa nilainya masih belum signifikan.
Having a rapid growth accross the world, Online Gig Economy (OGE) has the potential to reduce unemployment in Indonesia, due to flexible working arragement, flexible
recruitment and lots of job types offered without considering national boundaries. Having flexible working time dan rules, OGE could be an alternative for workers who have a long way to office and tight job regulations. On the other hand, OGE growth has negative impacts on workers themselves and society at large. Therefore, the size of OGE needs to be measured so that easy for decision makers to create policies faster. Unfortunately, current existing economic and labour measurement systems are still not suitable to measure OGE distribution in Indonesia, especially for digital workers. This study produces a system to collect data automatically from sites that were known as OGE platforms and making classification based on occupation class. The methods used for collecting data are web crawling and scraping, and cosine similarity is for data classification. By this way, distribution of workers data could be recorded without any survey on the field. The needs of workers data are adjusted based on Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas). On average, the prototype can collect worker data two crawls per second and has 83,8% accuracy in classification. The research founds that the trends of Indonesian digital workers are taking creative and multimedia jobs, concentrated at Java island, and having a bachelor degree. From data collection, result can be estimated that Indonesian digital workers paid about IDR 3,43 million in a month. It can also be estimated that the existence of OGE in the national economy is still less significant."

"ABSTRAK
PT XYZ, salah satu perusahaan perakitan kendaraan niaga di Indonesia telah berusaha untuk mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dinamakan sebagai Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Namun, seiring perkembangan bisnis perusahaan, HRMS yang ada saat ini kurang mampu menyesuaikan dengan requirements bisnis perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen PT XYZ sepakat untuk melakukan peningkatan terhadap HRMS saat ini. Penulis mencoba menyusun requirements HRMS baru dengan menggunakan metodologi Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebagai alat bantu dalam proses penyusunan requirements. Proses analisis dan dokumentasi terhadap requirements pengguna, penulis lakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi Rational RequisitePro ver.7.1.3.

ABSTRACT
PT XYZ, one of the commercial vehicle manufacturing company in Indonesia, has implemented an information system called Human Resource Management System (HRMS). However, as the development of company business in PT XYZ, HRMS could not fulfill current company business needs. Therefore, PT XYZ management agreed to improve current HRMS. Through this research, author tried to develop new system requirements to improve current HRMS. Author tried to develop requirements using Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a method for requirements development. Author also used workflow requirements in requirements discipline of RUP as a group of processes for requirements development. All of analysis and documentation process was developed using Rational RequisitePro ver.7.1.3.
Result for the research consist some of documents artefact from Rational RequisitePro application including Requirements Management Plan, Stakeholder Requests, Visions, Software Requirements Specification, Supplementary Specification, 36 documents of Use Case Specification, Business Glossary, Business Rules, and 9 documents of Traceability Matrix, which are STRQ vs NEED, STRQ vs FEAT, STRQ-Nonfunctional vs SRS-Nonfunctional, NEED vs FEAT, FEAT vs SRS, BR vs FEAT, BR vs SRS, SRS vs UCSP, serta SRS vs SUPP.

"Bervariasinya penerapan SIMPUS IHIS dan e-Health di Kabupaten Bantul membuat laporan SP2TP sebagai keluran dari SIMPUS menjadi terhambat. Dalam penerapan SIMPUS IHIS dan e-Health di Kabupaten Bantul terdapat hambatanhambatan yang perlu diperhatikan dan ditangani dengan baik agar tidak semakin kompleks. Evaluasi SIMPUS di Kabupaten Bantul dengan menggunakan metode HOT-fit digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan dan kendala dalam implementasi. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian campuran yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, kuesioner, observasi pada Puskesmas dan dokumentasi tertulis kegiatan penerapan SIMPUS IHIS dan e-Health. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SIMPUS IHIS dan e-Health sudah digunakan seluruh Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bantul. Faktor organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap berjalannya sistem, komitmen Kepala Puskesmas tidak dijabarkan dalam bentuk operasional teknis seperti pembentukan tim SIK dan tidak dibuatnya SOP dalam penerapan SIMPUS IHIS dan e-Health.

The variations in the application of SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health in Bantul detain SP2TP reports as the output of SIMPUS. There are obstacles in the application of SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health in Bantul that need to be considered and dealt with in order not to become more complex. The evaluation of SIMPUS in Bantul using HOT-fit method is used to determine the effectiveness of implementation and the constraints in implementation. The research uses both qualitative research and quantitative research. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, observation and written documentations on the SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health application. The results shows that SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health have been used in all Puskesmas in Bantul. Organizational factors impact the run of the system, head of the health center's commitment is not described in technical operations such as forming SIK team and SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health SOP is not determined.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem notifikasi interaksi obat otomatis bagi petugas kefarmasian, sehingga dapat segera mengedukasi pasien atau keluarganya. Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit sangat penting dalam menjamin keselamatan pasien, dan salah satu unit pelayanan yang penting adalah pelayanan kefarmasian, khususnya pelayanan informasi obat (PIO). PIO berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi obat-obatan dengan kewaspadaan tinggi serta obat-obatan berisiko tinggi sebagai penyebab terjadinya reaksi obat yang merugikan (ROTD) terutama pada usia lanjut, interaksi obat merupakan masalah utama yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Saat ini pendataan dalam penelitian ini diprioritaskan untuk lansia, terdapat 55 orang geriatri yang dirawat, 7 orang terdeteksi bahwa interaksi obat dengan obat lain dalam resep dilakukan melalui review resep secara manual. Memang klinik farmasi tidak selalu salah, tetapi dalam banyak kasus dapat menyebabkan hasil yang negatif atau efektivitas pengobatan yang buruk. Oleh karena itu, pemantauan dan tinjauan diperlukan untuk memvalidasi apakah semua obat masih diperlukan, dan bagaimana reaksi obat dan interaksi obat terjadi. Pemantauan dalam sistem terintegrasi untuk interaksi obat sangat diperlukan dan juga mendidik pasien agar efek obat tidak terganggu. Pengumpulan informasi dan data untuk studi awal dilakukan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Wawancara mendalam dengan apoteker, asisten apoteker, tenaga promosi kesehatan rumah sakit, dan programmer rumah sakit merupakan kajian mendalam dari hasil FGD. Analisis sistem berdasarkan wawancara menjadi dasar perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan pengembangan sistem, yaitu menggunakan metode prototyping hingga tahap pemodelan. Sedangkan uji kelayakan Sistema menggunakan uji Usability Test dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode pengolahan data kuesioner dari studi kelayakan Aplikasi menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian prototipe sistem notifikasi interaksi obat-ke-obat, sebanyak 53 responden lansia dengan 125 jenis data obat menunjukkan bahwa database prototipe sistem notifikasi interaksi obat-ke-obat lebih banyak ditemukan interaksi obat. dibandingkan proses manual oleh petugas apoteker, sehingga dapat memberikan notifikasi kepada apoteker lebih cepat. Rancangan logis dari sistem notifikasi interaksi obat ini berfungsi sebagai notifikasi kepada petugas apotek saat penginputan resep obat dengan sistem yang terintegrasi, sehingga pasien akan diberikan edukasi yang lebih tepat. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah akses informasi dan efisiensi waktu. Secara teoritis, desain tersebut dapat memberikan solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam mengidentifikasi obat-obatan yang diberikan secara hati-hati kepada pasien lansia dengan diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem notifikasi interaksi obat di rumah sakit, pasien lanjut usia dapat dengan aman mengonsumsi obat yang diberikan setelah mendapatkan edukasi yang tepat tentang cara penggunaan obat-obatan.

This research aimed to develop an automatic drug interaction notification system model for pharmaceutical officers, so that they can immediately educate patients or families. Medical services in hospitals are especially important in ensuring patient safety, and one of the important service units is the pharmaceutical service, especially the drug information service (DIC). DIC serves to identify high-alert medication as well as high-risk drugs as a cause of adverse drug reactions (ADR) especially in the erderly, drug interaction is a major problem thet needs attention. Currently the data collection in this research prioriting for the elderly, there were 55 geriatric who were being treated, 7 people were detected that drug interactions with other drug in the prescription were given through manual review of prescriptions. Indeed pharmacy clinics are not always wrong, but in many cases it can lead to negative results or poor effectiveness of treatment. Therefore, monitoring and review is needed to validate whether all drugs are still needed, and how drug reactions and drug interactions are present. Monitoring in integrated system for drug interactions is indispensable and also educates patients so that drug effects are not disrupted. The information and data collection for the initial study were conducted through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In-depth interviews with pharmacists, pharmacist assistants, hospital health promotion staff, and hospital programmers were the in-depth studies of the results of the FGD. The system analysis based on the interviews was the basis for the system design with a systems development approach, that is, using the prototyping method to the modeling stage. While the Sistema feasibility test used the Usability Test and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) test. The questioner data processing method from the Application feasibility study used the SPSS program. Based on the results of testing the prototype of drug-to-drug interaction notification system, as many as 53 elderly respondents with 125 types of drug data indicated that the database of the prototype of drug-to-drug interaction notification system discovered more drug interactions than the manual process by pharmacist officers, so as to provide notification to pharmacists more quickly. The logical design of this drug interaction notification system functions as a notification to pharmacy officers when inputting drug prescriptions with the integrated system, so that patients will be given more precise education. This system can simplify the access to information and time efficiency. Theoretically, the design can provide an efficient and effective solution in identifying cautious drugs that are administered to erderly patients by being integrated into the drug interaction notification system of the hospital, elderly patients can safely consume the drugs given after receiving proper education about how to use the drugs."
