"Skripsi ini membahas fungsi belahan otak kanan serta pemanfaatannya dalam pengajaran bahasa Cina untuk remaja. Melalui pengaplikasian pendayagunaan fungsi otak kanan yang berkaitan dengan kreativitas, warna, imajinasi dan dimensi ke dalam latihan empat unsur bahasa pada pengajaran keterampilan berbahasa Cina, skripsi ini telah menghasilkan contoh rancangan kegiatan pengajaran bahasa Cina yang menyenangkan dan menarik untuk remaja. Penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka yang berdasarkan pada analisis deskriptif. Hasil penulisan skripsi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa Cina dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi otak kanan, tepat bila diterapkan untuk remaja karena pengajaran tersebut

AbstractThis thesis discusses the function of right brain and its utilization in the teaching of Chinese language for teenager. By applying the utilization of right brain which related with creativity, color, imagination, and dimension into the four skill of Chinese language learning, this thesis has produced an example of Mandarin teaching activity scheme that is fun and interesting. "AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kebutuhan siswa sebagai pemelajar modern terhadap jenismedia, materi pembelajaran, format media, narasumber, jenis bahasa yang digunakan, pemanfaatan,durasi dan saluran penyampaian dalam rangka pengembangan video pembelajaran yang mengaktifkandan melibatkan siswa secara penuh dan bermakna dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survei dan wawancara ahli. Teknik pengambilansampel dalam metode survei menggunakan metode purposive random sampling dengan jumlahresponden sebanyak 2.096 siswa dari jenjang SMP, SMA dan SMK. Pengambilan data dilakukanmelalui survei daring menggunakan aplikasi google form. Survei dilakukan pada tanggal 1 sampaidengan 16 November 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 44% responden menganggap videomembantu memudahkan pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran; 56,5% responden memilihmatematika sebagai materi pembelajaran yang paling dibutuhkan untuk dikembangkan menjadi videopembelajaran; format video animasi (42,8%) sebagai format video yang paling disukai; guru adalahnarasumber yang disukai untuk menyampaikan materi (43,7%); bahasa sehari hari (69%) dianggappaling sesuai untuk digunakan dalam penyampaian materi dalam video pembelajaran; 63,4%responden menggunakan video pembelajaran untuk mendukung/ memperkarya pemahaman; 36,8%responden memilih 6-10 menit sebagai durasi ideal untuk video pembelajaran; dan 92% respondenmemilih handphone sebagai perangkat yang paling sering digunakan untuk mengakses video untukbelajar."
