"This book focuses on strengthening and joining materials by means of plastic deformation, gathering extended research papers presented at the AIMTDR 2016 conference. Plastic deformation is used in materials processing to improve the strength of the material. For example, the rod/screw used to connect the cooker handle to the main body has to be strong and sustainable; such rods can be strengthened by plastic deformation (using multi-stage forming operations etc.). Similarly, joining by means of plastic deformation is highly valuable since it avoids the material and environmental degradation often caused by fusion welding processes. The book discusses various processing techniques in which plastic deformation is used to strengthen materials – e.g. in equal channel angular extrusion, autofrettage etc., or to join materials without melting them – e.g. in friction stir processing, riveting etc. Offering an extensive guide, the book includes chapters on roll bonding, equal channel angular pressing, autofrettage, friction stir processing/welding, magnetic pulse welding, and riveting – processes used to strengthen and join a variety of materials for lightweight applications and sustainable manufacturing. "Skripsi ini membahas tentang evaluasi program penguatan keluarga atau Family Strengthening Program di Komunitas Cikareo dari SOS Children’s Village Jakarta yang secara umum bertujuan untuk memberdayakan keluarga miskin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi formatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang difokuskan untuk menggambarkan proses implementasi program penguatan keluarga yang dilakukan oleh SOS Children’s Village Jakarta, serta mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam program penguatan keluarga di Komunitas Cikareo muncul berbagai permasalahan yang berasal dari keluarga dampingan selaku penerima manfaat program dan SOS Children’s Village Jakarta selaku pelaksana program. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul dari keluarga dampingan yaitu adanya ketergantungan. Sementara hambatan yang muncul dari lembaga ialah kurangnya sumber daya staf edukator dan pelaksanaan awal program yang tidak terarah. Di samping hambatan, terdapat faktor pendukung yang juga muncul di implementasi program penguatan keluarga. Di antaranya ialah keterbukaan keluarga dampingan terhadap lembaga, adanya kerja sama antar staf edukator, dan lain sebagainya yang mendorong pelaksanaan program.

This thesis discusses the evaluation of the Family Strengthening Program in the Cikareo Community of SOS Children's Village Jakarta which generally aims to empower poor families in meeting the needs of their children. This research is a formative evaluation study with a qualitative approach that focuses on describing the implementation process of the family strengthening program carried out by SOS Children's Village Jakarta, as well as identifying and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors that can be used as the basis for the development of the program. The results showed that in the family strengthening program in the Cikareo Community, various problems emerged from the assisted families as program beneficiaries and SOS Children's Village Jakarta as program implementers. The problems that arise from assisted families are a dependency. Meanwhile, the obstacles that arise from the institution are the lack of educator staff resources and the initial implementation of the program which is not directed. In addition to obstacles, there are supporting factors that also appear in the implementation of the family strengthening program. Among them are the openness of the assisted families to the institution, the cooperation between educator staff, and so on that encourage program implementation."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses Penguatan Organisasi BNNP DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Model operasional penelitian menganalisis proses Penguatan Organisasi BNNP DKI Jakarta melalui Kerangka Implementasi 7’S Mc. Kinsey yang terdiri dari Structure, Skill, Strategy, Style, System, Staff dan Share Value. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari Sekretaris Utama, Kepala Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha BNNP DKI Jakarta dan Kepala Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat BNNP DKI Jakarta.BNNP DKI Jakarta perlu melakukan Penguatan Organisasi Adapun yang mendasari hal tersebut adalah perkembangan organisasi BNN yang telah menjadi Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian dan Organisasi vertikal, kesempatan BNN untuk mengembangkan organisasinya di tingkat Kewilayah dalam melaksanakan Program P4GN dan merupakan suatu kebijakan antisipatif agar mampu menyesuaikan dengan berbagai tuntutan masyarakat dan lingkungan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor staf menjadi faktor yang perlu dibenahi di dalam penguatan organisasi dengan bobot faktor prioritas adalah 0,317 sedangkan aktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penguatan organisasi BNNP DKI Jakarta adalah Sestama BNN, Kepala BNNP DKI Jakarta, dan Kabag TU BNNP DKI Jakarta dengan bobot faktor prioritas adalah masing-masing 0,379 ; 0,383 dan 0,370. Alternatif strategi penguatan organisasi BNNP DKI Jakarta yang dapat digunakan adalah Manajemen Pengoptimalan Kinerja Organisasi dengan nilai 0,616.

The Focus of this study is to describe the condition of BNNP’s Strengthening Organization based on the framework of the theory of 7’S model of Mc. Kinsey. The model of operational research have to analyze the process of strengthening organization of BNNP DKI Jakarta based on the framework of the theory of 7’S model of Mc. Kinsey consist of Structure, Skill, Strategy, style, System, Staff, and Share Value. The Operations research model is to analyze the Process of Strengthening Organization the National Narcotics Booard Jakarta’s Province by Implementation Framework of 7’S Mc. Kinsey consisting Structure, Skill, Strategy, Style, System, Staff and Share Value. The Survey Repondent consisted principal Of Secretary of National Narcotics Board, The Head of Administration of National Narcotics Board of Jakarta’s Province and the Head of Community Empowerment of the National Narcotics Board of Jakarta’s Province. BNNP need to Strengthening Organizations, it’s because to develop organizations of National Narcotic Board to become a Non Government Institutions and Organizations Vertikal. BNN has the opportunity to develop their organizations for implementing of P4GN Program and is an anticipatory policy to keep peace with the demand of Society and Strategic Environment. The result of the research showed that the staff factor is the main factor that need to be addressed for Strengthening Organizations of National Narcotics Board of Jakarta’Province with weighting factors 0,0317, while the most influential actors in strengthening is Sestama BNN, Kepala BNNP DKI dan Kabag TU with weighting factor priorities are respectively 0,379 , 0,383 dan 0,370. Alternative Strategies to Strengthening the Organizations of National Narcotic Board of Jakarta’s Province that can be used is the Organizational Performance Management Optimization value of 0,616."

"Tesis ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi sumatif Program Penguatan PUK di Solo dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuannya yaitu mengukur indikator outcome dan menganalisis faktor faktor yang memengaruhi pencapaian outcome berdasarkan aspek process dan input. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara univariat dan bivariat dengan tabel silang Chi Square dan Tau Kendall.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator outcome belum tercapai. Faktor faktor dalam aspek proses yang memengaruhi outcome yaitu kemampuan identifikasi dan mengatasi masalah kualitas produksi volume usaha inovasi usaha laba pameran serta keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan. Faktor input yang memengaruhi outcome yaitu usia dan pendidikan responden.

This thesis is a study summative evaluation PUK Strengthening Program in Solo with a quantitative approach. The goal is to measure outcome indicators and analyzes the factors that influence the achievement of outcomes based on aspects of the process and input. The analysis was done by means of univariate and bivariate with cross table Chi Square and Kendall Tau.
The results showed that the outcome indicators has not been achieved. Factors that influence the outcome of the process aspect are ability to identify and solve problems quality of production volume of business business innovation profit exhibitions as well as participation in training Input factors affecting outcome that is age and education of respondents."

Geografis Kota Langgur sangat strategis, berpeluang mendukung hinterland yang memiliki potensi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi perkotaannya. Diperlukan strategi city branding dalam mengoptimalkan perannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method yang menganalisis kesenjangan supply demand sektor pariwisata Maluku Tenggara, kebutuhan Langgur sebagai kota wisata menurut perspektif wisatawan, perkembangan identitas Langgur, keterkaitan dan komparatif Langgur dengan hinterland serta kota-kota sekitarnya, analisis komunikasi dan image. Membangun Langgur menjadi kota wisata dimulai dari strategi penguatan identitas, wisata dapat menguatkan Langgur sebagai kota wisata. Gerbang merupakan identitas baru Langgur, melalui penguatan identitas dapat menjadikan Langgur sebagai kota wisata yang memiliki daya saing.

ABSTRACT
City Langgur very strategic geographic, may support the hinterland that has the potential of tourism in promoting urban economic growth. City branding strategy is needed in order to optimize its role. This study uses a mix method that analyzes the supply and demand gap of Southeast Maluku tourism sector, needs Langgur as a city traveler 39 s perspective, identity development Langgur, correlations and comparative Langgur with the hinterland and the surrounding towns, communication and image analysis. Build Langgur to tour the city starting from the strategy of strengthening the identity, can strengthen Langgur travel as a tourist town. Langgur gate is a new identity, through the strengthening of identity can make Langgur as a tourist city with competitiveness."

"Aluminum AC4B banyak diaplikasikan untuk komponen kendaraan salah satunya adalah torak. Torak merupakan komponen yang penting dalam kendaraan dimana berperan sebagai penekan udara masuk dan penerima tekanan hasil pembakaran pada ruang bakar dan tersambung ke bagian poros engkol. Namun terdapat masalah-masalah seperti keausan dan penggunaan pelumas yang boros yang harus diatasi dengan ide melapisi cylinder liner dan cincin torak menggunakan nanokomposit dengan memvariasikan komposisi penguat CNT (0%, 2%, dan 4%) dan jenis matriks (Al2O3, Al2O3+TiO2-3% and Al2O3+TiO2-13%) dan dengan metode pelapisan penyemprotan dingin. Prosedur perlakuan pendispersian dan planetary ball mill juga memegang peranan penting sebelum proses pelapisan dilakukan. Pengujian yang dilakukan yakni pengujian kekerasan mikro, metalografi-SEM, EDS (pemetaan unsur), kekasaran permukaan, ketahanan aus, dan FTIR. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan data bahwa penambahan CNT hingga 2% akan meningkatkan kekerasan, ketahanan aus, dan juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan pelumas. Dan untuk jenis matriks, kondisi dengan penambahan TiO2 pada matriks Al2O3 tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti pada ketahanan aus dan menurunkan kekerasan lapisan CNT-Al2O3.

Aluminum AC4B widely applied to vehicle components, one of the application is piston. Piston is an important component in the vehicle which acts in order to pressing the air and receiving the results of the combustion pressure in the combustion chamber which is connected to the crankshaft. However, there are problems such as wear and wasteful use of lubricants that must be overcome by the idea of coating the piston ring and also cylinder liner using nanocomposite by varying the composition of CNT reinforcement (0%, 2%, and 4%) and the type of matrix (Al2O3, Al2O3+TiO2-3% and Al2O3+TiO2-13%) and for the coating method using cold spraying. Dispersing treatment procedures and planetary ball mill also plays an important role before the coating process is done. Tests were carried out which micro hardness testing, metallography-SEM, EDS (mapping element), surface roughness, wear resistance, and FTIR. Data obtained from the test results that the addition of up to 2% CNT will increase hardness, wear resistance, and also can improve the efficiency of the use of lubricants. And for the type of matrix, the condition with the addition of TiO2 on Al2O3 matrix doesn?t provide significant impact on the wear resistance and decrease the hardness of CNT-Al2O3 layer"
