"Deceleration rate, time to collision and impact speed have been commonly employed as accident risk indicators. However, it is hard to assess the level of accident risk since these indicators have not been developed with measurable score criteria. This study focuses on the determination of measurable risk indicators which could be used to assess accident risk level and to determine more appropriate accident risk management strategies by using the descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected from a braking maneuver test conducted on a dry and level closed circuit course. Risk was a function of accident probability and its possible consequences, while accident probability was determined based on the safety factor, i.e. the ratio of available stopping sight distance (ASSD) to minimum SSD (MSSD), which was used to determine the margin of safety. Subsequently, accident consequence was determined using the impact speed at a predicted point of collision along the braking distance path. The results show that accident risk could be easily determined using the proposed indicators, whilst an objective and appropriate accident risk management strategy could be determined based on the minimum margin of safety value which could be obtained from each risk exposure."

"Accident prone locations refer to locations having or susceptible to having, a greater than average number of accidents which are represented by outstanding figures of repetitive accident occurrences along the roads. Any appropriate application of remedial safety treatments will require ­an in-depth study to find the accident causations and the possible contributing factors. The present study adopts the combined approach of Systems Theory which proposes that accidents are the result of maladjustments in the interaction between the components of complex systems, and the Causal Accident Theory which tries to find the real causes of accidents by probing the events leading to each accident in detail. The case study was conducted at Gringsing Roundabout in Central Java and the intersecting roads, the data of which reveal a high frequency of accidents. The data were analyzed using cross tabulations to produce first-hierarchy and second-hierarchy accident causations. Results indicate that geometric features, as the predominant factors, lack compliance with the standards. The remedial safety treatment therefore focuses on geometric redesigning of the roundabout in compliance with geometric standards and traffic demand. A major change, in conjunction with other hazard reduction schemes along the roads, is also proposed to the existing roundabout. The proposed changes are expected to mitigate or remove the possible accident causes, thus reducing accident occurrences."

"Paper ini menggambarkan pengembangan dari penggabungan generasi 5-axis NCpostprocessor dan NC-simulation. Penggabungan ini dibuat sedemikian mungkin pemanfaatan secara penuh kemampuan dari NC-postprocessor, NC-simulation dan mesin milling 5-axis. Selama NC-postprocessing, NC-simulation mengecek secara bersamaan antara posisi alat selama collision dan jika ini terjadi kemudian NC-postprocessor secara tiba-tiba mencari beberapa alternatif tanpa banyak campur tangan operator. Dalam pelaksanaannya metode pencegahan collision secara otomatis mencari kombinasi alternatif dari hasil posisi sumbu mesin yang sama dengan lintasan cutter, alternatif posisi ragum diatas meja berputar dan memanjangkan alat.
This paper describes developments a generalised five axis NC-posprocessor and a NCsimulation package have been integrated. This integration makes it possible to exploit fully the capabilities of the NC-posprocessor, the NC-simulation package checks each tool position for collision and if this latter occurs, the C-postprocessor immediately looks for alternatives without any operator interventions. The implemented automatic collision avoidance methods are searching for alternative combinations of machine axis positions yielding the same tool orientation, alternatif clamping positions on rotary tables and tool lengths."

"Tabrakan atau benturan merupakan fenomena yang sering kita jumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesan pertama melihat tabrakan atau benturan adalah sesuatu yang memiliki sifat negatif karena ia merubah bentuk, merusak dan sangat memberikan dampak. Eksperimen benturan merupakan usaha untuk mencari sisi positif dan sistem pada tabrakan. Eksperimen benturan kemudian menghasilkan tumpukan, pergeseran, pantulan, jalinan dan lindasan, dimana hasil-hasil eksperimen tersebut kemudian diterapkan ke pencarian isu konteks dan program ruang, hingga didapat ruang seni pertunjukan sebagai konten utama. Pada proses desain ruang seni pertunjukan juga diterapkan sistem-sistem yang terdapat pada benturan untuk mencapai kualitas ruang benturan yang sesuai dengan konteks dan juga membenturkan karakter original dan futuris. Sehingga ruang pertunjukan yang dihasilkan merupakan rancangan ruang masa depan, namun juga tidak meninggalkan karakter original yang dimiliki.

Collision is one of phenomenon which we usually meet in our daily life. First impression about collision is a thing which have a negative nature. The negativeness is because collision can changes an object form, collision can destroys an object and collision can gives a strong effect. Collision experiment is a way to research about positive things from collision phenomenon and the system behind the collision result. Then, my collision experiment can produce drifting, thrusting, reflecting, plaiting and crushing. Collision experiments are carried out to looking for an issue in site and room programming, until I get performing art space to be my point keyword for my design. In process of designing my performing art space, the system of collision also conduct to reach the collision quality space based on site. Beside that, I collide originals and futuristics character in order to make a futurist performing art space based on collision which have modernity but still have the character of original or traditional itself."

"Universitas Indonesia merupakan salah satu kampus dengan akses berkendara yang strategis dan terbuka untuk umum Data PLK UI menunjukkan telah terjadi 89 kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tahun 2013 dan 54 kecelakaan hingga September 2014 Menurut informasi yang didapatkan dari PLK UI bahwa pengendalian dan program keselamatan lalu lintas dan jalan telah dilakukan namun kecelakaan masih terjadi Selain itu Universitas Indonesia belum melakukan kajian risiko keselamatan lalu lintas dan jalan Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengkaji risiko keselamatan lalu lintas dan jalan pada pengendara sepeda motor di sekitar halte PNJ dan halte FKM Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat risiko keselamatan lalu lintas dan jalan yang diidentifikasi pada pengendara sepeda motor di sekitar halte PNJ dan FKM yaitu 18 risiko sangat tinggi 8 risiko tinggi 2 risiko sedang dan 6 risiko rendah

According to the record in District Police Station of Dcpok, the traftic accident rate occured in Margonda keeps increasing moderately. There have been around 35 traffic accidents inevitably occured per month. And, among those figure are approximately 70% traffic accidents in Margonda Street caused by the motorcyclists. Should there have been a negligence in the perception ofthe accident risk, it could have created maj or hindrance to decrease efforts. Considerably, the intervention becomes the key eITort or the core program of changing perception of accident risk towards the college motorcyclists in Gunadarma University - Depok. "[Efektivitas pembongkaran bangunan melanggar izin di Jakarta masih buruk, dapat dilihat dari tren kecelakaan kerja dan gangguan lingkungan pada periode tahun 2012-2014 yang meningkat dari 9,6% menjadi 14,3% rasio kejadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko dominan serta faktor penyebab dan dampak yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pembongkaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan program SPSS dan analisis risiko sesuai PMBOK 2013 dan ISO 31000. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kejadian risiko dominan adalah hempasan puing bongkaran, paparan debu, perlawanan massa pemilik bangunan, dan getaran akibat pembongkaran dengan excavator / palu. Adapun, faktor penyebab kejadian risiko tersebut adalah kesalahan estimasi kolom yang dibongkar, tidak adanya SOP teknik bongkar, tidak ada Prosedur K3, kelalaian petugas, petugas kurang pelatihan, teknologi alat kurang, tidak menggunakan alat keselamatan, dan pemilik tidak mau dibongkar.;Effectiveness demolition building permit violates by government in Jakarta is bad. "Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas pada pejalan kaki di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penilaian risiko tersebut berdasarkan atas tindakan aman atau tidak aman dan kondisi aman atau tidak aman. Yang bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya risiko kecelakaan dari pejalan kaki di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.
Hasil penilitian ini menyatakan bahwa tindakan tidak aman dan kondisi tidak aman mendominasi timbulnya risiko kecelakaan di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan perbaikan fasilitas penyeberangan, rekayasa fasilitas penyeberangan, relokasi area perdagangan, penegakan peraturan lalu lintas dan pengawasan dari aparat hukum.

Focus of this study is risk description of traffic accident in pedestrian at east Jakarta region. Risk assessment is based on safe or unsafe acts and safe or unsafe conditions. Which aims to see the huge risk of pedestrian accidents in the region. This research is a qualitative descriptive design.
The studies suggested that the result of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions dominate the onset of the risk of accident in the region. It is repairs pedestrian facilities, engineering of pedestrian facilities, relocation of trade area, traffic law enforcement and supervision of law enforcement agencies.

"Perusahaan X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi beton, dimana pada proses kerja melibatkan alat transportasi seperti truck, tanki, loader, mobil, dan lain sebagainya. Jenis kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi berupa kecelakaan kerja lalu-lintas. Pengendalian-pengendalian telah dilakukan dan diterapkan namun angka kecelakaan tetap saja tinggi. Agar pengendalian tepat sasaran, diperlukan analisis atau kajian terhadap bahaya dan risiko keselamatan lalu-lintas di dalam plant perusahaan X. Analisis risiko yang tajam dan mendalam menghasilkan pengendalian yang tepat sasaran. Analisis risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan standard AZ/NZS 4360 : 2004 dengan mempertimbangkan probability, konsekuensi, dan tingkat risikonya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 32 potensi bahaya dan 46 risiko keselamatan lalu lintas di dalam plant perusahaan X dimana hasil analisis tingkat risiko berdasarkan pengendalian yang sudah ada, terdapat 16 risiko sangat tinggi, 15 risiko tinggi, 5 sedang, dan 10 rendah. Enam belas risiko sangat tinggi merupakan 12 faktor pengendara dab 4 faktor jalan.

X company is one of a company that produce ready use concrete. Most of their work process are involving vehicle (truck, tank, loader, car, etc). The type of workplace accident that usually happened is traffic accident. Controls are being planned and applied, but the accident still happen. To make an appropriate controls, company needs to do the risk analysis about risk, hazard, and unexpected event in the plant. Risk analysis can be done by the use of AS/NZS 4360 : 2004 standard and assess the probability, consequences, and level of risk. Method that used is descriptive-qualitative including observation and deep interview. The result showed that the potential hazard found are 32 and risk found are 46, which is the level of risk is 16 extremely high, 15 high, 5 moderete, and 10 low.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang resiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja bukan penerima upah di Indonesia selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa setiap pekerjaan memiliki resiko potensial yang perlu diperhatikan dan dikendalikan. Faktor manusia menjadi penyebab utama kecelakaan kerja, dan situasi pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan tekanan yang parah pada kesehatan mental dan fisik pekerja, meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan kerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat banyak pekerja bukan penerima upah yang memiliki resiko kerja, kepemilikan jaminan kecelakaan kerja masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode estimasi logistik dan menemukan bahwa tingkat resiko kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepemilikan jaminan kecelakaan kerja.

This research discusses the risk of work accidents among non-wage workers in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, it was found that every occupation carries potential risks that need to be considered and controlled. Human factors are the main cause of work accidents, and the COVID-19 pandemic has put severe pressure on the mental and physical health of workers, increasing the risk of work accidents. The results show that despite many non-wage workers having work-related risks, the ownership of work accident insurance remains low. This research uses logistic estimation method and finds that the level of work risk positively influences the ownership of work accident insurance."
