"Praktik keperawatan residensi yang dilakukan di rumah sakit Persahabatan dengan kekhususan respirasi diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah pernapasan. Disamping itu juga selama proses residensi residen harus memiliki kemampuan menerapkan intervensi berdasarkan evidence base nursing (EBN), mampu menjadi seorang Clinical Care Manajer (CCM) yang bertugas sebagai konsultan keperawatan bagi staf keperawatan dan pemberi terapi keperawatan kepada pasien dalam rangka pemberi asuhan keperawatan untuk meningkatan mutu pada layanan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan. Dalam memberikan asuhan kepeawatan pada kasus kelolaan pasien dengan CAP dan 30 kasus resume menggunakan teori Virginia Henderson 14 kebutuhan dasar manusia yang menunjukkan peran perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan dalam membantu individu baik dalam keadaan sehat maupun sakit, melalui usahanya melakukan berbagai aktivitas guna mendukung kesehatan dan penyembuhan individu secara mandiri atau proses meninggal dengan damai. Masalah keperawatan yang banyak muncul yaitu tentang pemenuhan kebutuhan bernapas normal. Penerapan EBN Buteyko Breathing Techinque (BBT) pada pasien asma yang mengalami hiperventilasi. Hasil analisis praktik residensi keperawatan didapatkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori Henderson bertujuan untuk sesegera mungkin membantu kemandirian pasien. Penerapan BBT dapat meningkatkan nilai Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR) pada pasien asma. Proyek inovasi Pengembangan self managemen dengan video latihan breathing exercise : ACBT dalam meningkatkan airway clearance pada pasien PPOK.

Residency nursing practice which is carried out at the Persahabatan Hospital with a specialization in respiration is expected to be able to overcome respiratory problems. Besides that, during the residency process, residents must have the ability to apply interventions based on evidence-based nursing (EBN), be able to become a Clinical Care Manager (CCM) who serves as a nursing consultant for nursing staff and provides nursing therapy to patients in order to provide nursing care to improve quality of nursing care services provided. Pelaksanaan proyek inovasi pengembangkan video edukasi monitoring dan perawatan di rumah pasien terpasang WSD sebagai media self-management bagi perawat ruang rawat dan pasien yang terpasang WSD. Hasil analisis praktik residensi keperawatan didapatkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori Henderson bertujuan untuk membantu sesegera mungkin kemandirian pasien. Penerapan cold application dan latihan napas dan batuk dapat menurunkan skor nyeri pasien terpasang chest tube. Proyek inovasi video edukasi monitoring dan perawatan di rumah pasien terpasang WSD sebagai media self-management meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat dan kemandirian pasien.

Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa telah mengaplikasi penerapan terapi spiritual terhadap penurunan tingkat stres pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Pengaruh terapi tersebut selaras dengan evidencebase nursing terkait menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian terapi spiritual terhadap penurunan Tingkat stress pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS ODHA). Sebagai inovator, mahasiswa telah melakukan inovasi edukasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien Sistemic Lupus Eritematosus (SLE) di RS Persahabatan Jakarta. Hasil inovasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media edukasi melalui webApp yang diakses menggunakan barcode menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang cukup signifikan.

Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of nurse’s professional education to apply the role of specialist nurses which has an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. This practice is carried out and developed based on irginia Henderson's Model of Basic Needs Approach and Bandura's Cognitive Social Theory science and technology through various research at Fatmawati Hospital and Persahabatan Hospital. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a theoretical nursing approach, implementing evidencebased nursing practice, and conducting nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency practice is located. As a nursing care provider, the resident students have provided nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theory approach on a primary management case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, students have applied the application of Spiritual Therapy to Reduce Stress Levels in People with HIV/AIDS. The effect of the therapy is in line with related evidence-based nursing, showing that there was a signifact effect on decreasing level of stress in PLWH. Meanwhile, as an innovator, student has carried out web-based educational innovations to increase knowledge of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients at Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta. The results of the innovation show that the use of educational media neglected webApp accessed using barcodes showed significant results in increasing knowledge of SLE patients."

"Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) adalah inflamasi yang menyerang parenkim sistem pernapasan bagian bawah. Penyakit ini banyak menyerang individu dari segala tahapan perkembangan. Penyakit ini rentan terjadi pada wilayah perkotaan diakibatkan oleh tingkat polusi udara di wilayah perkotaan yang tinggi. Pada pasien CAP terjadi perubahan pada alveolar sehingga terdapat konsolidasi yang menyebabkan perubahan pola napas. Pursed lip breathing adalah salah satu bentuk intervensi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi manifestasi yang ditimbulkan berupa hiperventilasi. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan pada pasien CAP dan penerapan pursed lip breathing. Hasil Analisa yang didapat dari penerapan pursed lip breathing adalah masalah ketidakefektifan pola napas teratasi ditandai dengan frekuensi napas dalam rentang normal dan tidak ada sesak.

Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) is an inflammation that occurred on lower respiratory system especially lung parenchyma. CAP can occur in all development stage. People who live in urban area are vulnerable to get CAP because the level of air pollution in urban area is higher than rural area. Cardiovascular medical surgical nursing clinical practice is carried out at Heart and Vascular Hospital Harapan Kita (RSJPHK) Jakarta, by providing nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theoretical approach in one managed case with a medical diagnosis of UAP TIMI 2/7 GRACE 139 CRUSADE 57, AV Block degree 1, LBBB ect NSTEMI With History of CABG x2 (SVG-OM, SVG-LAD) and mechanical AVRAV block grade I and 30 cases resumed. Hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemudahan pasien dalam mengakases informasi penting tentang penyakit HIV sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam minum obat ARV.

Meanwhile, as an innovator, digital technology optimization innovations have been carried out in improving adherence to taking ARV drugs in patients with HIV / AIDS where digital technology media is in the form of web pages with various educational topics with the web that can be accessed using barcodes. The results of the implementation of this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge and ease of patients in accessing important information about HIV disease so as to improve adherence in taking ARV drugs."

Fungsi sebagai innovator, mahasiswa residensi telah melakukan inovasi yaitu pembuatan modul peer group dalam meningkatkan dukungan emosional dan kepatuhan minum obat pada ODHIV dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi ODHIV dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ART.

As researchers, residency students have applied the daily motivation intervention for HIV/AIDS patients, and the results of this evidence-based nursing practice indicate that daily motivation intervention can improve patients' adherence to medication. As innovators, a project was implemented to create a Booklet Module "HIV Education And Emotional Support (HIVE)" for Peer Support in Enhancing Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy. The implementation results of this innovative project showed significant benefits in improving medication adherence among people living with HIV (PLHIV)."

As researchers, residency students have applied the daily motivation intervention for HIV/AIDS patients, and the results of this evidence-based nursing practice indicate that daily motivation intervention can improve patients' adherence to medication. As innovators, a project was implemented to create a Booklet Module "HIV Education And Emotional Support (HIVE)" for Peer Support in Enhancing Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy. The implementation results of this innovative project showed significant benefits in improving medication adherence among people living with HIV (PLHIV)."

"Laporan praktik spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis praktik residen dalam mengimplementasikan peran perawat spesialis sehingga dapat memiliki kemampuan yang belandaskan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik profesional keperawatan. Peran perawat spesialis sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan diimplementasikan pada pasien-pasien dengan gangguan sistem perkemihan yang terdiri dari satu kasus kelolaan utama yaitu pasien dengan urolithiasis dan 30 kasus resume. Selain itu, peran perawat spesialis sebagai pendidik dan konselor juga diimplementasikan dalam mengelola pasien kelolaan utama dan resume. Peran perawat spesialis sebagai peneliti dilakukan dengan membuat litelature review sebagai bagian dari pelaksanan Evidanve Based Nursing Practice. Hal ini dilakukan dengan membuat litelature review mengenai akupresur pada titik Hugo untuk mengatasi nyeri penusukan akses arteriovenous fistula pada pasien hemodialisis dan abdominal massage untuk mengatasi konstipasi pada pasien di Intensive Care Unit. Peran sebagai inovator diimplementasikan dengan melakukan proyek inovasi berupa Buku Harian Pasien HD untuk mengendalikan Interdialytic Weight Gains (IDWG), dimana dalam pelaksanaannya residen menggunakan pendekatan interpesonal dan leadership.
