"Latar belakang berkembangnya dimensi sustainable performance adalah dari perluasan definisi pemegang saham menjadi pemangku kepentingan. Hubungan berkelanjutan antara perusahaan dengan para pemangku kepentingan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam penciptaan nilai jangka panjang. Hal ini yang menyebabkan peningkatan sustainable performance menjadi perhatian penting bagi perusahaan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social capital terhadap peningkatan sustainable performance dengan social value creation sebagai variabel mediasi dan social innovation sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial. Proses pengambilan data dan penelitian skripsi ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu Oktober 2022 hingga Mei 2023 dengan 33 responden dan 10 narasumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif post-positivisme. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa social capital, social value creation, dan social innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan sustainable performance di PT Sarana Multigriya Finasial.

The background for the development of sustainable performance dimension is the extended definition of shareholders into stakeholders. Sustainable relationships between companies and stakeholders can help companies create long-term value. Therefore, increasing sustainable performance is an important concern for companies today. This study aims to analyze the effect of social capital on augmenting sustainable performance with social value creation as a mediating variable and social innovation as a moderating variable for employees of PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial. The data collection process and thesis research were carried out from October 2022 to May 2023 with 33 respondents and 10 sources. The type of research used is explanatory with a post positivism quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that social capital, social value creation, and social innovation have a positive effect on augmenting sustainable performance at PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis hubungan social capital, entrepreneurial orientation dan business performance pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Pulau Jawa. Social capital dapat diartikan dengan jumlah sumber daya sebenarnya dan potensial yang ada, tersedia, dan berasal dari jaringan interaksi yang dimiliki oleh individu atau kelompok sosial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang datanya dikumpulkan melalui survey yang disebar secara daring kepada para pelaku UMKM di Pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara social capital terhadap entrepreneurial orientation, social capital terhadap business performance, entrepreneurial orientation terhadap business performance pada UMKM di Pulau Jawa. Juga ditemukan pengaruh positif antara social capital terhadap business performance melalui variable entrepreneurial orientation pada UMKM di Pulau Jawa.

This thesis is aimed at analyzing the impact of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Java Island. Social capital refers to the number of actual and potential resources that exist, available, and realized from interactions amongst networks that are owned by individuals or social groups. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire. The survey is distributed online to MSMEs’ owners whose domicile are in the Java Island. The findings of this study are the impact of both social capital and entrepreneurial orientation, though analyzed separately, on business performance are positive and significant. Consistently, the influence of social capital on entrepreneurial orientation is also positive and significant. Lastly, an influence between social capital on business performance of MSMEs in Java Island through the entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating variable is found statistically positive."

"Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) merupakan instrumen brand paling bernilai dari instrumen brand lainnya. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan CBBE adalah dengan social media marketing activities (SMMA) yang dapat dirasakan pengikutnya, atau perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia merupakan salah satu e- commerce yang mempunyai media sosial Instagram untuk memberi informasi terbaru dan berhubungan dengan konsumennya, khususnya di Jakarta yang penduduknya mempunyai angka melek media sosial hingga 99%. Perceived SMMA dapat menciptakan brand experience konsumen, serta nantinya brand experience mampu meningkatkan CBBE. Selain itu, co-creation dapat berperan sebagai moderasi antara hubungan perceived SMMA dan brand experience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived SMMA terhadap CBBE melalui brand experience serta co-creation behaviour sebagai moderasi pada pengikut Instagram Shopee Indonesia di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 211 responden yang diperoleh melalui online quiestionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived SMMA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Perceived SMMA juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand experience. Selain itu, brand experience mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Peran brand experience sebagai mediasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifkan pada co- creation behaviour sebagai moderasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE.

Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) is the most valuable brand instrument among the other brand instruments. One of the marketing strategies that can increase CBBE is social media marketing activities (SMMA) that can be perceived by its followers, or perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia is one of the e-commerce sites that has Instagram to provide the latest information and connect with its consumers, especially in Jakarta where the population has a social media literacy rate of up to 99%. Perceived SMMA can affect consumer’s brand experience, and also brand experience can increase CBBE. In addition, co-creation can be a moderator between the relationship between perceived SMMA and brand experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived SMMA on CBBE through brand experience and co-creation behavior as a moderator from Shopee Indonesia's Instagram followers in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique on 211 respondents obtained through online questionnaires. The results showed that perceived SMMA had a significant effect on CBBE. Perceived SMMA also has a significant effect on brand experience. Futhermore, brand experience has a significant influence on CBBE. The role of brand experience as a mediation between perceived SMMA and CBBE has a significant effect. However, there is no significant effect on co-creation behavior as a moderator between perceived SMMA and CBBE."

"Penelitian ini mencoba menguji secara empiris pengaruh social capital yang dimediasi oleh kemampuan ambidexterity dan knowledge sharing terhadap inovasi pada unit kerja di PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan semen swasta terbesar di Indonesia yang sedang berada pada lingkungan yang tidak stabil. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa social capital yang dimediasi oleh kemampuan ambidexterity dan knowledge sharing dapat berpengaruh terhadap inovasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap perusahaan yang berada di industri semen Indonesia agar dapat bertahan dengan mendukung kegiatan inovasi pada tiap unit kerja di perusahaannya.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social capital on innovation through the mediation of ambidexterity and knowledge sharing in work units at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, one of the largest private cement companies in Indonesia. The company operates in an unstable environment. The study's findings demonstrate that social capital can influence the generation of innovation when it is mediated through ambidexterity and knowledge sharing. This research is expected to assist enterprises in the Indonesian cement sector in surviving by fostering innovation within each work unit."

"Keberadaan showroom di kawasan batik Trusmi kini menjadi wadah bagi sebagian besar pengrajin tradisional untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi batiknya. Hal tersebut karena efektifitas dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan showroom kepada pengrajin. Uniknya, ada beberapa pengrajin tradisional yang lebih memilih melakukan produksi dan distribusi secara mandiri. Mereka memanfaatkan human capital dan social capital dalam menjalankan usaha batiknya. Pada tulisan ini saya akan memaparkan bentuk-bentuk human capital dan social capital sehingga keduanya menghasilkan pilihan rasional (rational choice). Tulisan ini juga berusaha memaparkan Usaha-usaha yang mereka lakukan dalam memutuskan suatu pilihan rasional dalam menjalankan usaha batiknya penting dilakukan di tengah proses distribusi yang baru dengan kemunculan showroom dan distribusi oleh pengrajin tradisional sendiri. Pendekatan etnografi saya gunakan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pengetahuan tiap individu, serta hubungan sosial yang membentuk kepercayaan, obligasi, dan ekspektasi yang ada dalam hubungan antar individu.

The existence of the showrooms in the Trusmi batik now are become a distributor for most traditional craftsmen to complete their batik products. This is because the effectiveness and facilities offered by showrooms for craftsmen. Uniqueness things, there are several traditional craftsmen who prefer to do independent production and distribution. They use human capital and social capital in running their batik business. In this paper I will describe the forms of human capital and social capital so as to produce rational choices. This paper also tries to explain the efforts they made in making choices in their batik business are important to do in the midst of the new distribution process with the appearance of showrooms and distribution by traditional craftsmen themselves. I use ethnography perspective to understand the forms of knowledge of each individual, as well as social relationships that shape the beliefs, agreements, and expectations that exist in relationships between individuals."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kesejahteraan rumah tangga di Indonesia menggunakan data Susenas Modul Sosial Budaya dan Pendidikan 2012. Modal sosial dan kesejahteraan dihitung menggunakan metode Analisis Komponen Utama atau PCA. Kesejahteraan didekati oleh indeks kekayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kontrol: jenis kelamin Kepala Rumah Tangga (KRT), umur KRT, pendidikan KRT, daerah tempat tinggal, dan lapangan pekerjaan KRT signifikan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan rumah tangga. Modal sosial sebagai variabel bebas utama juga signifikan positif mempengaruhi kesejahteraan. Semakin tinggi modal sosialnya maka akan semakin sejahtera.

This research aims to study the effect of social capital on household welfare in Indonesia using Susenas data of Socio-cultural and Educational Module 2012. Welfare and social capital calculated using Principal Component Analysis or PCA. Welfare was approached by a wealth index. The results showed that the control variables: gender, age, education of head of household (KRT), area of residence, and employment of KRT significantly affect household welfare. Social capital as the main independent variable was also significantly positively affect welfare. The higher the social capital will be more welfare.

The emergence of creative agencies in Indonesia is in response to marketing strategy concerns that are not too diverse. However, previous studies still focused on the economic capital of a person or a company to build creative agencies (Tasrudi, 2017; Rahayu. 2017; Isyaeva, 2011). To build and maintain a creative agency, they must utilize their social capital to build good cooperative relationships with all parties related to the company. Good relations can be established with employees, suppliers of goods, consumers and also the competition that is around. There is a large role of social capital and technology that continues to grow, which then makes creative agencies as a pioneer in creative industry. Using a qualitative approach, and an in-depth interview, this thesis provides an overview of how social capital is implemented in building creative agency company. This thesis resulted that trust, integrated value, and network play a big role in the growth of the company that later affects the company’s revenue. MAKNA as one of the creative agencies in Indonesia that applies their social capital in the company’s internal and out to their clients is proven to still be one of the biggest creative agencies in Indonesia, even in difficult conditions, they can still survive. In the dimension of trust, the company creates trust with the principle of kinship. The company's network has been established and developed with many connections. Within the company there are also norms where the benefits can be felt by both parties."

"Tingkat konsumsi rokok dan jumlah perokok di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Padahal, dampak negatif merokok terhadap kesehatan sudah diketahui oleh masyarakat umum. Biaya langsung dan tidak langsung akibat merokok juga bernilai signifikan terhadap individu dan masyarakat, bahkan secara global. Hal ini meningkatkan urgensi pengendalian tembakau yang juga relevan dengan 6 dari 17 target SDGs. Menggunakan variabel partisipasi kegiatan/program sosial dan partisipasi dalam arisan sebagai determinan modal sosial, studi ini meneliti bagaimana pengaruh modal sosial terhadap perilaku merokok individu usia produktif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) tahun 2014, menggunakan metode Logistic Regression. Hasilnya, diketahui bahwa partisipasi dalam arisan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif, sedangkan partisipasi kegiatan/program sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan.

The level of cigarette consumption and the number of smokers in Indonesia are very high. In fact, the negative impact of smoking on health is well known to the general public. The direct and indirect costs of smoking are also of significant value to individuals and society, even globally. This increases the urgency of tobacco control which is also relevant to 6 of the 17 SDGs targets. Using the variables of participation in social activities/programs and participation in arisan as determinants of social capital, this study examines how social capital influences the smoking behavior of individuals of productive age. The data used in this study is the 2014 Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS), using the Logistic Regression method. As a result, it is known that participation in arisan has a significant and negative effect, while participation in social activities/programs does not have a significant effect."
