"Di Indonesia, sektor TIC didominasi oleh perusahaan multinasional yang memiliki sistem informasi untuk memantau layanannya, sementara perusahaan TIC lokal masih mengandalkan proses manual dan terpisah sehingga memakan waktu lebih lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempercepat proses administrasi, yang meliputi pengajuan dan pemantauan layanan di bidang TIC dengan sistem informasi terintegrasi. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fitur-fitur penting dalam permintaan layanan dan proses pengawasan sektor TIC untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu. Proses bisnis as-is dan kebutuhan sistem informasi dipetakan dari wawancara, dokumen perusahaan, dan hasil benchmark perusahaan multinasional TIC. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan software iGrafx untuk membandingkan perbedaan antara kondisi as-is dan to-be. Sistem informasi yang diusulkan dapat mempersingkat durasi proses permintaan layanan dan pelaporan hingga 97%.

In Indonesia, the TIC sector is dominated by multinational companies that have information systems to monitor their services, while local TIC companies still rely on manual and separate processes that take longer. The purpose of this research is to speed up the administration process, which includes the submission and monitoring of services in the field of TIC with an integrated information system. Information system design using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This study aims to find out the important features in the service demand and supervisory processes of the TIC sector to improve time efficiency. Business process as-is and information system requirements are mapped from interviews, company documents, and benchmark results of TIC multinational companies. The collected data was processed with iGrafx software to compare the differences between as-is and to-be conditions. The proposed information system can shorten the service request processing and reporting duration by up to 97%."

Dalam dinamika Industri 4.0, organisasi menghadapi perubahan teknologi yang cepat, tantangan kapabilitas strategis, peningkatan pasar, dan tuntutan pesaing, sehingga perubahan organisasi tidak dapat dihindari. Desain organisasi yang adaptif dan responsif adalah kunci dalam menghadapi perubahan dan persyaratan lingkungan operasi yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses perubahan desain organisasi: proses permintaan perubahan, proses persetujuan perubahan, dan proses pemantauan kegiatan manajemen perubahan pada perusahaan migas di Indonesia dengan merancang sebuah sistem informasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan melakukan wawancara dan mempelajari dokumen pendukung. Data yang dikumpulkan akan diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak iGrafx untuk mengidentifikasi masalah. Perumusan ide perbaikan potensial dari masalah yang teridentifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Best Practices. Perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang menghasilkan hasil berupa perancangan basis data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), perancangan sistem berupa Use Case Diagram dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), desain alur penggunaan sistem dalam bentuk diagram aktivitas, dan desain antarmuka sistem. Sistem informasi dapat membantu mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk seluruh proses desain organisasi sebesar 17,1 hari karena sistem informasi membantu mengintegrasikan semua aktor yang terlibat, sehingga menghilangkan aktivitas korespondensi dalam berkomunikasi yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap waktu tunggu secara keseluruhan.


In the dynamics of Industry 4.0, organizations face rapid technological changes, strategic capability challenges, increasing market, and competitor demands, so organizational change is unavoidable. Adaptive and responsive organizational design is key in dealing with changes and dynamic operating environment requirements. This study aims to improve the process of organizational design change: the change request process, the change approval process, and the process of monitoring change management activities at an oil and gas company in Indonesia by designing an information system. The data in this study were taken by conducting interviews and reviewing supporting documents. The data collected will be processed using iGrafx software to identify problems. The formulation of potential improvement ideas from identified problems was done using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Best Practices. The design of the information system was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which produced the result in the form of database design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), system design in the form of Use Case Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), design of system usage flow in the form of activity diagrams, and the system interface design. The information system can help reduce the time needed for the entire organizational design process by 17.1 days because the information system helps to integrate all the actors involved, thereby eliminating the activity of correspondence in communicating which contributes significantly to the overall waiting time.

"Menurut tingkat permintaan ekspor terhadap industri manufaktur sepatu dunia diperkirakan akan memengaruhi stabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan pada industri ini di Indonesia. Untuk dapat terus bersaing, diperlukan adanya inovasi dan strategi yang mumpuni di masa sekarang ini, dengan tujuan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan buyer. Inovasi dan strategi dapat dicapai dengan penerapan digital transformasi pada proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan, dimana salah satu penerapannya adalah dengan implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses produksi dan logistik internal. Penelitian ini meneliti proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan manufaktur sepatu dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam prosesnya selama operasional perusahaan berlangsung. Didapatkan hasil rancangan sistem informasi melalui metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri atas tiga sistem. Hasil perancangan berupa use case scenario and diagram, DFD, ERD, activity diagram, dan rancangan interface dari sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mencapai 4 tahap pengembangan teknologi pada tranformasi digital proses penjualan, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, otomatisasi proses, dan integrasi sistem.

The global decline in export demand for the shoe manufacturing industry is expected to affect the stability of companies in this industry in Indonesia. To be able to continue to compete, innovation and qualified strategies are needed today, with the aim of maintaining and increasing consumer confidence. These innovations and strategies can be achieved by implementing digital transformation in the company's internal production and logistics processes, where one of the applications is the implementation of information systems that support the production and internal logistics processes. This research examines the production and internal logistics processes of shoe manufacturing companies and designs business processes that incorporate integrated information systems in the process during company operations. The results of designing information systems through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method consisting of three systems were obtained. The design results are in the form of use case Scenarios, DFD, ERD, Activity Diagrams, and information system interface designs. The designed information system can achieve 3 stages of technology development in the digital transformation of the sales process, namely digitization, data integration, process automation, and integration system."

"Perjalanan bisnis merupakan segmen pariwisata yang diproyeksikan akan terus meningkat dan memiliki kontribusi terhadap industri pariwisata yang cukup signifikan. Implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses customer relationship management (CRM) dan transformasi digital proses penjualan dapat dilakukan untuk memastikan keberlangsungan segmen ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses bisnis penjualan segmen business-to-business (B2B) pada salah satu online travel agent (OTA) yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi CRM dan merancang sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data klien selama proses penjualan. System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem pada proses penjualan segmen B2B dan merancang sistem informasi. Hasil dari perancangan didapatkan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari tiga sistem, yaitu sistem manajemen klien, sistem manajemen perjanjian, dan sistem manajemen pembayaran. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mengubah proses bisnis penjualan pada tahap Akuisisi dan On-boarding. Perubahan proses bisnis penjualan dan fitur sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan dan mempermudah penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data serta mengotomatisasi proses persetujuan dokumen.

Business travel is a tourism segment that is projected to continue to increase and has a significant contribution to the tourism industry. The implementation of an information system that supports the customer relationship management (CRM) process and the digital transformation of the sales process can ensure the sustainability of business travel segment. This study aims to redesign the business-to-business (B2B) sales business process of an online travel agent (OTA) to incorporates a CRM information system and designs an integrated information system for the collection and management of client data during the sales process. The System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is used to analyze system needs in the B2B sales process and design the information systems. The results of the design obtained an information system consisting of three systems, namely client management system, contract management system, and payment management system. The designed information system changes the sales business process at the Acquisition and On-boarding stages. The features of the designed information system and the changes in sales business processes are able to improve and facilitate data storage and management and automate the document approval process."

"Sektor kesehatan di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan melalui pertumbuhan PDB yang kuat, inisiatif pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses ke layanan kesehatan, dan fokus yang semakin besar pada peningkatan infrastruktur dan kualitas perawatan kesehatan. Dalam menghadapi pertumbuhan ini, tindakan proaktif dan intervensi layanan kesehatan diperlukan untuk mengatasi beban penyakit kronis dan akut yang terus meningkat, dan transformasi digital melalui perancangan sistem informasi dapat menawarkan rumah sakit alat untuk melakukannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi terintegrasi yang dapat mendukung kepatuhan pengobatan pasien pada tahap pasca perawatannya dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi yang dirancang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dan alat rancang entity relationship diagram, use case scenario, use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mengubah arsitektur database dari arsitektur two tier client-server menjadi arsitektur three tier client-server. Sistem yang di rancang mencapai 3 tahap pengembangan teknologi dalam transformasi digital, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, dan otomatisasi proses. Sistem yang dirancang memfasilitasi kepatuhan pengobatan pasien, memungkinkan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan, memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, meningkatkan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan.

The healthcare sector in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, supported by robust GDP growth, government initiatives to improve access to healthcare services, and a growing focus on enhancing healthcare infrastructure and quality of care. In facing this growth, necessitating proactive measures and healthcare interventions to address the growing burden of both chronic and acute diseases are predominant to do, and digital transformation through the development of information systems can offer hospitals the tools to do so. This study aims to design an integrated information system that can support patient medication adherence in their post-treatment stage and design the business process that incorporates the designed information systems. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, and design tools in entity relationship diagrams, use case scenarios, use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The designed information system transforms the database architecture from two tier client-server architecture to three tier client-server architecture and achieve 3 stages of technology development in digital transformation, namely digitization, data integration, and process automation. The designed system facilitates patient medication adherence, enables early detection of health problems, facilitates data-driven decision making, and improves communication and collaboration in healthcare delivery."

"UMKM di bidang makanan dan minuman menjadi prioritas pemberdayaan bagi pemerintah. Dalam peta jalan Making Indonesia 4.0 oleh Kementerian Perindustrian, UMKM harus mengadopsi teknologi di sepanjang rantai nilai bisnis agar hasil produksi dan pangsa pasar meningkat. Pemerintah juga menargetkan 30 juta UMKM untuk melakukan transformasi digital di akhir 2023. Penerapan sistem informasi sebagai transformasi digital membantu UMKM untuk mengotomatisasi aktivitas operasional, mengintegrasikan data, dan mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Object Oriented. Sistem yang dihasilkan berupa sistem pemesanan, sistem manajemen produk, sistem manajemen karyawan, sistem input promosi, sistem input invoice, dan sistem transaksi. Dalam penelitian ini, alat bantu perancangan yang digunakan adalah entity relationship diagram, use case diagram, use case scenario, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Sistem informasi yang dirancang memiliki arsitektur database berupa three-tier architecture. Adapun tahapan tranformasi digital yang dicapai adalah integrasi data dan otomatisasi proses.

The government has made MSMEs in the food and beverage sector as a priority for empowerment. In the Making Indonesia 4.0 roadmap by the Ministry of Industry, MSMEs must adopt technology along the business value chain so that production results and market share increase. The government is also targeting 30 million MSMEs to carry out digital transformation by the end of 2023. The application of information systems as digital transformation helps MSMEs to automate operational activities, integrate data, and obtain more accurate data. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with an Object-Oriented approach. The resulting systems are order systems, product management systems, employee management systems, promotion input systems, invoice input systems, and transaction systems. In this study the design tools used are entity relationship diagrams, use case diagrams, use case scenarios, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The designed information system has a database architecture in the form of a three-tier architecture. The stages of digital transformation that have been achieved are data integration and process automation."

Metodenya melibatkan implementasi Advance Planning System (APS) dengan API Gateway untuk production planning dan material requirements planning. Data diambil dari perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasilnya mencakup rancangan sistem informasi, seperti Entity Relationship Diagram, tabel Relational Database, Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, dan Activity Diagram. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencapai 4 tahap transformasi digital dalam proses PPIC: digitalisasi, integrasi data, dan otomatisasi proses.


This research aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of production planning and material control in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. The method involves implementing an Advance Planning System (APS) with API Gateway for production planning and material requirements planning. Data was taken from pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia through observation and interviews. The results include information system designs, such as Entity Relationship Diagrams, Relational Database tables, Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. The system developed achieves 4 stages of digital transformation in the PPIC process: digitalization, data integration, and process automation.

"Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Puskesmas (SP3) merupakan bagian dari SIK, yang telah diakui sebagai sumber data yang berasal dari Puskesmas. SP3 telah diberlakukan tahun 1981 dengan SK Menkes No.63/Menkes/SK/II/1981 dengan Petunjuk pelaksanaan SK dari Dirjen Binkesmas No.143/Binkesmas/Dj/III/1981. Dalam perjalanannya sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan Puskesmas (SP3) mengalami pemantapan, hasilnya tertuang dalam SK. Dirjen Binkesmas No. 590/BM/DJ/Info/V/96 tanggal 10 Mei 1996 dengan dua komitmen terpenting menurut penulis yaitu menghindari format lain diluar SP3 dan pembinaan SP3 berjenjang.
Hasil penjajakan awal di lapangan di Kab. Karawang, tenyata ditemukan beberapa kendala pemanfaatan SP3 belum berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, diantaranya tumpang tindihnya laporan SP3 dengan laporan program lain, mekanisme alur pelaporan SP3 dan UPTD Puskesmas ke Dinas Kesehatan belum tertata dengan baik, ketidak tahuan tentang system operation prosedur (SOP), tidak adanya bimbingan SP3 secara berjenjang.
Penulis meneliti apakah yang menyebabkan hambatan alur pelaporan dari Puskesmas ke Dinas Kesehatan dan tidak adanya proses analisa data, umpan balik serta pembinaan teknis secara berjenjang. Tujuan penulisan ini diharapkan tersedianya jaringan informasi kesehatan untuk kelancaran dan kelangsungan SP3 dan tersedianya SOP. Rancangan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan evaluatif terhadap aspek review program SP3 yang saat ini berjalan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang. Cara pengukurannya yaitu melalui hasil observasi langsung dengan menggunakan "Cheklist" dan melalui hasil olahan brain storming, wawancara mendalam serta work shop.
Hasil yang diperoleh penelitian yaitu tersedianya mekanisme alur pelaporan SP3 dan SOPnya. Tersedianya tenaga pengelola SP3 dan sarana komputer di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan maupun di UPTD Puskesmas, sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangkannya jaringan informasi kesehatan pada SP3. Restukturisasi Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Dinas Kabupaten Karawang, memacu untuk menata kembali TUPOKSI para pengelola SP3 di tingkat Kabupaten maupun di tingkat UPTD Puskesmas. Untuk mengoptimalkan jaringan informasi kesehatan pada SP3 maka penulis menyarankan: Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan SP3 dengan sistem jaringan informasi berbasis komputer maka diperlukan adanya peningkatan dan penambahan tenaga operator, teknisi komputer serta peningkatan kualitas komputer. Dan untuk para peneliti lain diharapkan adanya penelitian lanjutan tentang kebutuhan data esensial SP3 dan pembuatan software SP3 untuk tingkat Puskesmas yang langsung akses ke tingkat Kabupaten dan ke tingkat Propinsi.

Health Information Network Design on Recording and Reporting System of Public Health Care at Karawang Regency Government Health ServiceThe recording and reporting system of Public Health Care (SP3) is a part of Health Information System (SIK) which has been accepted as data resource of the public health care. SP3 has been accepted legally in 1981 by health minister deuce No. 63/Menkes/SK/II/1981 completed with operational direction from Public Health Guide General Directorate No.143/Binkesmas/Dj/III/1981. The application on recording and reporting system of Public Health Care has been developed and its result written in Public Health Guide General Directorate Decree No. 590/BM/DJ/Info/V/96 dated on May, 10, 1996. According to writer the last decree consists of two commitments i. e. to avoid other forms and to practice Recording and Reporting System of Public Health (SP3) itself gradually.
The early result before the field in Karawang Regency, really has been found some hindrances in the usage of recording and reporting system of Public Health Care (SP3). It has not been running smoothly as Ls, expected. Among of them are found some complicated records and reports which missed with other matters, the mechanism of SP3 current from Public Health Care to government Health Service has not been well, the ignorance about procedure operation system (SOP) and no guidance on SP3 gradually.
The has researched that the cause of hindrance on reporting current from Public Health Care to Government health service and the absence of data analyzing process are feed back to gradual technical guidance. This writing target expects the Health Information Network is available; the continuation of SP3 and the SOP is available. The design researches by using qualified method with evaluation tsipproach on recording and reporting system of Public Health Care are applied. Recently research designing by using qualified method with approach to SP3 Program Review Aspect is running well in Government Service of Karawang Regency. How to measure are through live observation result with using checklist and by brain storming result, by intensive interviews and by workshop.
The result of the research gets the availability of current mechanism for SP3 and for SOP. The availabilities of skillful men and computers for SP3 in Government Health Service and at Public Care must have great possibility for developing of health information network at SP3. The organization Restructure on Government in Karawang Regency will give spirit to set up again the man for SP3 in Regency level and at Public Health Care level. To maximize the health information network at SP3 the writer suggests to Government Health Service of Karawang Regency in order to maximize SP3 application by computer base information network system of course are needed the increase and the addition of operators, computer technicians, and the increase of computer quality itself. And to other researchers, the writer expects the existence of continuous researches about SP3 software products for Public Health Care which has access straightly to regency and province level.

"Keuntungan bisnis di seluruh industri minyak dan gas nilai telah terpengaruh oleh fluktuasi harga minyak dan gas akibat dari penurunan harga minyak pada tahun 2014 serta pandemi COVID 19 yang terjadi secara global mengakibatkan banyak perubahan termasuk juga pada sektor minyak dan gas bumi. Perusahaan jasa ladang minyak harus mengatur ulang bisnis mereka, membuat strategi, dan mengadopsi model operasi baru untuk menjamin profitabilitas jangka panjang dengan memprioritaskan transformasi digital. .Untuk mendukung keberhasikan transformasi digital dibutuhkan dukungan dari sumber daya manusia yang handal serta penyebaran pengetahuan yang tepat melalui perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh High Involvement Human Resoures Management (HIHRM) dan Knowledge Sharing (KS) dalam implementasi Digital Transformation (DT) yang dimediasi oleh variabel Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) pada perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri minyak dan gas bumi melalui kuesioner secara daring lalu diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa HIHRM berpengaruh terhadap DT, sedangkan KS tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap DT. Namun IWB mampu menjadi variabel mediasi yang memiliki efek yang signifikan pada hubungan antara variabel KS dan DT, dan juga mampu memperkuat hubungan antara HIHRM dan DT.

Business profits across the oil and gas industry have been affected by fluctuations in oil and gas prices due to the decline in oil prices in 2014 and the global COVID 19 pandemic resulting in many changes including in the oil and gas sector. Oilfield service companies must reorganize their business, create strategies, and adopt new operating models to ensure long-term profitability by prioritizing digital transformation. To support the success of digital transformation, it requires support from reliable human resources and the dissemination of appropriate knowledge through innovative work behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of High Involvement Human Resources Management (HIHRM) and Knowledge Sharing (KS) in the implementation of Digital Transformation (DT) mediated by Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) variables in companies engaged in the oil and gas industry sector through online questionnaires and then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study provide results that HIHRM has an effect on DT, while KS has no effect on DT. However, IWB is able to become a mediating variable that has a significant effect on the relationship between KS and DT variables, and is also able to strengthen the relationship between HIHRM and DT."

Penelitian ini menggambarkan model aliran proses informasi aktual saat ini (As Is) yang didapatkan dari Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan model alternatif aliran proses informasi (To Be) yang dapat mengurangi aktifitas tidak bernilai saat melakukan inspeksi dengan validasi melalui wawancara Expert. Dengan pemanfaatan IDEF0, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) dapat
dilakukan pada aktifitas inspeksi mutu bahan baku di manufaktur komponen elektronik. Alternatif aliran proses informasi yang didapatkan adalah aliran informasi yang menggunakan database di server sebagai pusat data dan dokumen inspeksi, serta rangkuman masalah bahan baku yang pernah terjadi sehingga operator tidak perlu melakukan aktifitas yang mengarah pada inefisiensi;The electronics industry is the largest trading commodity in ASEAN. This study illustrates the flow model of current actual information process (As Is) obtained from the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and the alternative model of the flow of information process (To Be) that can reduce the activity with no value added and it has already validated from Expert Interview. With the utilization of IDEF0, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) can be carried on the activity of the incoming part quality
