"Pengkajian resep termasuk kedalam bagian dari kegiatan farmasi klinis di Apotek yang merupakan bagian dari Pelayanan Kefarmasian yang langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Kegiatan pengkajian Resep meliputi administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis. Penyakit infeksi di Indonesia masih termasuk dalam sepuluh penyakit terbanyak. Peresepan antibiotik di Indonesia yang cukup tinggi dan kurang bijak akan meningkatkan kejadian resistensi. Berdasarkan gambaran dari peresepan antibiotik yang cukup tinggi, maka diperlukan pengkajian terhadap skrining administrasi dan farmasetik resep antibiotik untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pengobatan yang dapat merugikan pasien di Apotek Roxy Biak. Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini yaitu pengkajian resep obat untuk dua resep antibiotik di apotek Roxy Biak pada bulan juli 2022 dari segi kajian administratif, klinis dan farmasetik. Hasil yang didapat yaitu obat yang ditebus pada Apotik Roxy Biak masih memiliki kekurangan pada kelengkapan kajian administratif, yaitu Berat Badan (BB), umur pasien, dan alamat pasien, paraf dan nomor telepon dokter. Dari segi kajian farmasetik dan klinis, resep antibiotik yang ditebus di Apotek Roxy Biak telah memenuhi persyaratan.

Reviewing prescriptions is part of clinical pharmacy activities in pharmacies, which are part of the Pharmaceutical Services which are directly and responsible to patients in relation to pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the patient's quality of life. Prescription review activities include administration, pharmaceutical suitability and clinical considerations. Infectious diseases in Indonesia are still among the ten most common diseases. Prescription of antibiotics in Indonesia which is quite high and not wise will increase the incidence of resistance. Based on the description of the high prescribing of antibiotics, it is necessary to study the administrative and pharmaceutical screening of antibiotic prescriptions to prevent medication errors that can harm patients at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The purpose of writing this special assignment for the work practice of the pharmacist profession is to review drug prescriptions for two antibiotic prescriptions at the Roxy Biak pharmacy in July 2022 in terms of administrative, clinical and pharmaceutical studies. The results obtained were that the drugs that were redeemed at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy still had deficiencies in the completeness of administrative studies, namely body weight (BB), patient's age, and patient's address, initials and doctor's telephone number. In terms of pharmaceutical and clinical studies, the antibiotic prescriptions purchased at the Roxy Biak ssssPharmacy have met the requirements.

Apothecary Internship Practice at Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak aims to increase knowledge and skills of future pharmacist in pharmaceutical services, one of which is by conducting prescription assessments. Pharmacists are responsible for carrying out prescription assessment activities to achieve optimal treatment, minimize medication errors and avoid drug abuse in order to improve and ensure the quality of pharmaceutical services. The tittle of special task given is Assessment of Psychotropic Prescription at Roxy Pharmacy Biak Branch for The Period of May 2021. The purpose of this special task was to assess administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical aspects of psychotropic prescriptions at Apotek Roxy Biak Branch in May 2021."

"Banyak tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu profesi yang memiliki peran besar adalah apoteker, dengan fokus dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, yang berhubungan erat dengan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Lingkup kerja seorang apoteker kemudian dapat mencakup industri, pelayanan di rumah sakit, dan komunitas. The scope of work of a pharmacist can then include industry, hospital services, and community services. To become a pharmacist, prospective pharmacists must first undergo the Pharmacist Professional Practice to be able to gain hands-on practical experience before entering the world of work. PKPA activities are carried out in two different instances, namely at Apotek Roxy Biak in February – March 2022 and at the University of Indonesia Hospital in March – April 2022. The PKPA activity itself aims to increase the understanding of prospective pharmacists about their roles and responsibilities, as well as insight, skills, and practical experiences in pharmaceutical services. PKPA activities are carried out so that prospective pharmacists can get a real picture of pharmaceutical work in pharmacies and hospitals."

"Asma merupakan penyakit gangguan nafas dengan intensitas dan durasi yang bervariasi. Penyakit ini menjadi penyakit yang diderita oleh 334 juta jiwa pada 2017. Pengobatan asma perlu dilakukan dengan tepat melalui pengkajian resep yang sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang berlaku. Laporan ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami pelaksanaan pengkajian resep asma yang dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Pada laporan ini terdapat dua resep yang dikaji dengan masing-masing resep terdiri lebih dari satu obat. Resep pertama tertuliskan obat berupa Bricasma dan Lansoprazole. Hasil kajian resep pertama ini menunjukkan aspek administratif resep belum lengkap, aspek farmasetis yang sesuai, dan pada aspek klinis perlu komunikasi lebih lanjut kepada dokter terkait dosis yang diberikan. Resep kedua terdiri dari Ventolin dan Pulmicort yang diracik menjadi nebulizer dengan larutan tambahan berupa NaCl. Kajian yang dilakukan pada resep ini juga menunjukkan aspek administrative yang belum lengkap, aspek farmasetis sudah sesuai, dan pada aspek klinis dibutuhkan konfirmasi kepada dokter yang menulis resep. Kedua resep ini membutuhkan konfirmasi kepada dokter terkait aspek administratif dan aspek klinis. Selain itu, untuk menunjang keberhasilan terapi, seorang apoteker juga harus membekali pasien dengan pengetahuan terkait cara penggunaan obat. Oleh karena itu pengetahuan yang baik akan ilmu kefarmasian dan keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pasien diperlukan oleh seorang apoteker untuk dapat mengkaji resep dari dokter dan mengkomunikasikan penggunaannya kepada pasien untuk keberhasilan terapi.

Asthma is a respiratory disorder with varying intensity and duration. This disease affected 334 million people in 2017. Asthma treatment needs to be carried out properly through a review of prescriptions in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. This report aims to enable prospective pharmacists to understand the implementation of the asthma prescription assessment carried out at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. In this report, there are two recipes that were reviewed with each recipe consisting of more than one drug. The first prescription listed drugs in the form of Bricasma and Lansoprazole. The results of this first prescription review showed that the administrative aspect of the prescription is incomplete, the pharmaceutical aspect was compatible, and on the clinical aspect, further communication doctor was needed regarding the dose given. The second recipe consisted of Ventolin and Pulmicort which were mixed into a nebulizer with additional NaCl solution. The study conducted on this prescription also showed that the administrative aspects were incomplete, the pharmaceutical aspects were compatible, and the clinical aspects required confirmation to the doctor regarding the dose used. Both of these prescriptions required confirmation from the doctor regarding administrative and clinical aspects. In addition, to support the success of therapy, a pharmacist must also provide patients with knowledge related to how to use drugs. Therefore, a good knowledge of pharmacy science and skills in communicating with patients are needed by a pharmacist to be able to review prescriptions from doctors and communicate how to use the drug to patients for success therapy."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada pelayanan kefarmasian, yaitu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien terkait dengan sediaan farmasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja sesungguhnya, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian. PKPA merupakan suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawabnya di fasilitas kefarmasian yang sesuai. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan di dua tempat, yaitu di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan di Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Selain itu, diharapkan pula dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri untuk menjadi Apoteker yang profesional.

Pharmacist Work Practices activities are carried out in two places, namely at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi in the January – February 2022 and at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy in the April 2022. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are expected to have insight, knowledge, and skills to understand their duties and responsibilities. responsible for carrying out pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Industry. In addition, it is also expected to increase self-confidence to become a professional pharmacist."

Peran tersebut merupakan peran yang penting sebagai wujud aplikatif dari sistem pembelajaran yang telah didapatkan pada program sarjana. Calon apoteker dituntut untuk melaksanakan program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilakukan sebagai wadah untuk memberi gambaran terhadap calon apoteker akan dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. PKPA dilaksanakan di apotek yang bersifat wajib sebagai penunjang farmasi komunitas dan pilihan industri sebagai penunjang untuk industri farmasi. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia periode April - Mei 2022. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

"Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Dalam mendapatkan gelar Apoteker tersebut, setiap program studi Profesi Apoteker di beberapa Universitas di Indonesia menyiapkan matriks perkuliahan Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Tujuan dari Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) adalah untuk mempersiapkan calon Apoteker dalam implementasi ilmu farmasi.
