"Karya sastra, masyarakat, dan pengarang memiliki hubungan yang saling terkait dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Ketiga hal tersebut terlihat pula dalam novel Jamangilak tak Pernah Menangis karya Martin Aleida. Tema cerita yang membahas perselisihan antara masyarakat Porsea dan PT Rayon i Toba tersebut ternyata terkait dengan permasalahan yang ada di dalam kehidupan nyata yaitu masalah PT Toba Pulp Lestari yang ada di Sumatra Utara. Pengangkatan cerita terebut juga tidak lepas dari ideologi serta riwayat Martin Aleida yang sangat sosialis dan pernah terlibat dalam gerakan yang berafiliasi sosialis seperti PKI (Partai Komunis Indonesia). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa banyak sekali kesamaan unsur instrinsik novel baik dalam hal alur, tokoh, konflik, serta latar dalam novel Jamangilak tak Pernah Menangis dengan data dan fakta yang ditemukan dari berita dan dokumen-dokumen lembaga yang terlibat dalam kasus industri tersebut.

Literature, society, and writer are three ponit that can not be separated in sociological literature research. Those relation between that point also looked in Jamangilak tak Pernah Menangis novel. The theme of the novel that mention about the conflict between Porsean society and Rayon i Toba Company is similar with real conflict that had happen in PT Toba Pulp Lestari which located in North Sumatra. The idea in mentioning that conflict also have strong relation with Martin Aleida ideology and biography whom has experienced and afiliated with socialis partied like Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI). Based on the research shows that there are a lot similarities between plot, figure, conflict and setting with data and fact which found in the mass media and nonprofit oganization document."

"This study tries to explain some of the basic reasons behind the Porsean local community's strong demand to close PT Indorayon (now Toba Pulp Lestari- TPL) located in Porsea. The larger community are aware in the past Indorayon had afforded great financial gain to Indorayon's shareholders but the local community has had no such access to these financial gains despite the fact that mill is based on their own land. Wrong management has also contributed to the Indorayon's conflict and consequently, the local community has been greatly antagonised and the antipathy towards Indorayon has slowly but intensively grown. Another finding is the existence of numerous NGO's founded by the Tobanese society's intellectuals which have differing vested interests but all exploit the Indorayon problem as the sole reason for their existence. This thesis discusses the process of economic empowerment in Pondok Bina Tani by PT . Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk.. The role of facilitator, and obstacles that occur during the execution of the program . Results of this study illustrate that in the implementation of development programs the company has tried to use the empowerment approach to achieve sustainability program. CSR program PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk in Economic Empowerment program Pondok Bina Tani is still not optimal , the target group is still powerless, and the program has yet to reach sustainability. So in the implementation of the next program is required for improvement in the empowerment approach"

Temuan lain adalah adanya tuntutan terhadap perusahaan melaksanakan komunikasi dua arah dan transparansi dengan masyarakat sekitar mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial.

Nowadays, the implementation of corporate social responsibility become a strategy in answering social pressure. Through qualitative approach, this research tries to show how the corporate reputation and its relationship with the society after the implementation of CSR by PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk. In-depth interview is used in collecting data from certain informants. The data will be analyzed by using thematic analysis. The finding of this research is after the implementation of CSR, corporate reputation and its relationship with the society are getting better. Another finding is corporate is asked to do two way communication and transparency."

Penelitian ini menganalisa hubungan percintaan tokoh utama yang dikonstruksikan dalam Novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin karya Tere-Liye, dengan menggunakan A Six-Stage Relationship Model dan analisis tipe cinta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analasis Naratif dengan menggunakan analisis struktur naratif model Lacey yang digabungkan dengan analisis karakter model Greimas yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian yang hanya berfokus pada tokoh utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi hubungan percintaan pada novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin merupakan konstruksi media yang anti mainstream. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya memperhatikan pesan berupa nilai dan moral yang dikonstruksikan ke dalam sebuah novel.

ABSTRACT

This reaserch was analyse the romantic relationship between the main character of the novel, which constructed in the novel 'Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin by Tere-Liye, with A Six Stage Relationship Model and love types analysis. The method that used is the mix of narative structure model by Lacey and character analysis model by Greimas, which has been modified with the need of the reaserch. The result of the reaserch show that the romantic relationship tha constructed in novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin is an anti maeinstream media construction. The result oh the research recommand to pay attention to the message of value and morality which constructed in a novel.

"Skripsi ini menganalisis tokoh eks-tapol G30S dalam dua cerpen karangan Martin Aleida dari sudut pandang psikologi sosial. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis proses pembentukan sikap dan perilaku tokoh eks-tapol G30S dengan menggunakan teori psikologi sosial, serta faktor pemicu atas perilaku tertentu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan perilaku tokoh eks-tapol dipengaruhi oleh persepsi tokoh terhadap diri mereka sendiri. Persepsi diri tokoh terbentuk oleh kognisi tokoh terhadap identitasnya, serta pelabelan yang menyertainya. Hasil dari persepsi diri tersebut menimbulkan prasangka, yang kemudian membatasi gerak tokoh. Tokoh Abdullah menyembunyikan jati dirinya, sedangkan tokoh Iramani membersihkan keterangan ET dari KTP-nya.

This undergraduate thesis analyzes the figures of G30S ex-political prisoners in two short stories written by Martin Aleida from social psychological perspective. The purposes are to analyze the forming process of G30S ex-political prisoners attitude and behaviour based on social psychological theory, and the factors of certain attitude. The used method is descriptive-qualitative method. The result of this research shows that attitude and behaviour of G30S ex-political prisoners are influenced by the perception of those figures on themselves. Their self-perception is formed by the cognition of figures on their identity along with the judgement. The result of that perception results in the prejudice that restricts the movement of those figures. A figure named Abdullah hides his identity, while Iramani removes the information on ET from her identity card."
