Penerapan teori keperawatan Virginia Henderson dipilih sebagai teori dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada kasus kelolaan utama di ruang rawat untuk dapat membantu pasien dalam mencapai kemandiriannya terhadap kesehatan dan pemulihannya dan 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunistik. Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa residensi mengaplikasikan Teknik Jacobson’s Progresive Muscle Relaxation (JPMR) dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa JPMR dapat menurunkan Tingkat kecemasan dan depresi pada pasien HIV di poliklinik Wijaya Kusuma. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi edukasi dan informasi melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada pasien HIV/AIDS melalui web page, flayer yang dapat diberikan melalui daring dan luring serta banner dan kode kris. Dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan dalam minum obat pada ODHA.

And the results of implementing the innovation project show significant results in increasing knowledge and attitudes towards medication adherence among PLWHA."

"Praktek Spesialis Keperawatan merupakan sebuah proses penting dari pendidikan profesi dalam rangka mengaplikasikan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan. Praktek ini dilakukan dan dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian. Teori Virginia Henderson dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura di RSUP FatmawatiJakarta. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi optimalisasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada pasien dengan HIV / AIDS yang mana media teknologi digital berupa laman web yang dengan berbagai topik edukasi dengan web yang dapat di akses menggunakan barcode. Hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemudahan pasien dalam mengakases informasi penting tentang penyakit HIV sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam minum obat ARV.

Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of professional education in order to apply the role of specialist nurses that have an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. As researchers, residency students have applied the application of Nausea and Vomiting screening for HIV/AIDS patients using the Index of Nausea, Vomiting and Retcing and the results of this evidence-based nursing show that the INVR questionnaire is accurate and reliable to assess the status of nausea and vomiting in HIV patients. Meanwhile, as an innovator, digital technology optimization innovations have been carried out in improving adherence to taking ARV drugs in patients with HIV / AIDS where digital technology media is in the form of web pages with various educational topics with the web that can be accessed using barcodes. The results of the implementation of this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge and ease of patients in accessing important information about HIV disease so as to improve adherence in taking ARV drugs."

"Praktek Keperawatan residensi yang di laksanakan di Rumah Sakit Fatmawati adalah suatu proses dalam Pendidika yaitu Profesi Keperawatan yang mana diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan sebagaimana mestinya. Peran perawat spesialis sangat berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan yang berdasarkan Evidennce base nursing. Perawat Spesialais harapkan juga dapat menjadi seorang Clinical Care Manager (CCM), yaitu sebagai perawat konsultan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan untuk kubutuhan dasar manusia dimana teori ini menunjukan peran sebagai perawat pemberi asuhan keperawatan dalam membantu dan menolong pasien baik dalam keadaan sehat maupun dalam keadaan sakit, dimana induvidu dapat berusaha melakukan beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung penyembuhan dan menjaga kesehatan sehingga menyiapkan kematian dengan damai. Hasil dari evidence based nursing menunjukan bahwa intervensi mindfulness dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup khusunya pada wanita yang terdiagnosa HIV. Sedangkan proyek inovasi yang telah di lakukan oleh residensi keperawatan tentang edukasi dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan minum AR dimana media edukasi yang akan di berikan kepada psien HIV ber bentuk wab page sehingg dapat di akses melalui barcode dan hasil dari penerapan proyek inovasi dapat menunjukan manfaat yang terlihat secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dalam pencegahan infeksi oportunitik pada ODHA.

Cardiovascular medical surgical nursing clinical practice is carried out at Heart and Vascular Hospital Harapan Kita (RSJPHK) Jakarta, by providing nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theoretical approach in one managed case with a medical diagnosis of UAP TIMI 2/7 GRACE 139 CRUSADE 57, AV Block degree 1, LBBB ect NSTEMI With History of CABG x2 (SVG-OM, SVG-LAD) and mechanical AVRAV block grade I and 30 cases resumed. Implementation of Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) using a single session 20-minute mindful breathing intervention to reduce complaints of dyspnea in cute Decompensation Heart Failure (ADHF) patients. In this residency process, the theories used are Virginia Henderson's Theory of Needs for inpatients and Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory for outpatients, both at Fatmawati Hospital and at Persahabatan Hospital. Becoming a specialist medical surgical nurse must fulfill competencies which include three things, namely providing nursing care to primary care patients and resumes, then implementing Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) and creating innovation projects related to patient and room needs. As a provider of nursing care to primary management patients, the resident has provided nursing care to one primary management case and thirty resume cases of patients with various diagnoses. As a researcher, the residency has applied the Motivational Interviewing Intervention to improve HIV Self Management and the results of this evidence based nursing show that the Motivational Interviewing Intervention can improve HIV Self Management. Meanwhile, as innovators, residents have made innovations related to providing peer support and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing ART compliance among PLWHA."

"Asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif memerlukan fungsi dan peran profesi ners spesialis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di bidang keperawatan. Pendidikan profesi ners spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah peminatan imunologi melatih kompetensi dalam pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan kasus gangguan sistem imunologi HIV yang disertai infeksi oportunistik, melatih pengembangan intervensi keperawatan berbasis fakta ilmiah melalui implementasi Evidence based Nursing (EBN), melatih penyusunan dan pelaksanaan proyek inovasi keperawatan. Pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan pada 1 kasus utama pasien Efusi Pleura dengan TB Paru pada HIV dan 30 resume kasus HIV dengan infeksi oportunistik dimana presentase paling banyak ditemukan secara berurutan adalah Candidiasis oral, Diare, TB Paru, Pneumonia, TB limfadenopathy, Kondiloma akuminata, dan Anemia. Penerapan teori model adaptasi Roy pada asuhan keperawatan pasien HIV meningkatkan mekanisme koping yang adaptif dalam merespon perubahan stimulus mode adaptasi. Penerapan teori model kognitif sosial Bandura menekankan pengkajian pada faktor individu, perilaku dan lingkungan yang saling mempengaruhi dalam perawatan HIV/ AIDS. Sedangkan pada evaluasi implementasi EBN, didapatkan intervensi breathing exercise yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien HIV/AIDS secara efektif. Proyek inovasi VOSIL SPARTAN dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pencegahan infeksi oportunistik (IO) dan peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS) pada pasien HIV/ AIDS. Hasil inovasi keperawatan berupa edukasi memanfaatkan teknologi QR code meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap dalam pencegahan infeksi oportunistik dan PHBS secara efektif.

As researchers, residency students have applied the daily motivation intervention for HIV/AIDS patients, and the results of this evidence-based nursing practice indicate that daily motivation intervention can improve patients' adherence to medication. As innovators, a project was implemented to create a Booklet Module "HIV Education And Emotional Support (HIVE)" for Peer Support in Enhancing Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy. The implementation results of this innovative project showed significant benefits in improving medication adherence among people living with HIV (PLHIV)."

Praktek ini dilakukan dan dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian menggunakan model Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar Virginia Henderson dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura di RS Fatmawati dan RS Persahabatan Jakarta. Tiga kompetensi yang harus dicapai dalam praktek residensi ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan, menerapkan implementasi keperawatan yang berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidencebased nursing practice), dan melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang berguna bagi lahan yang menjadi tempat praktek residensi. Sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, mahasiswa residensi telah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori Virginia Henderson pada satu kasus kelolaan utama dan 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunistik. Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa telah mengaplikasi penerapan terapi spiritual terhadap penurunan tingkat stres pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Pengaruh terapi tersebut selaras dengan evidencebase nursing terkait menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian terapi spiritual terhadap penurunan Tingkat stress pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS ODHA). Sebagai inovator, mahasiswa telah melakukan inovasi edukasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien Sistemic Lupus Eritematosus (SLE) di RS Persahabatan Jakarta. Hasil inovasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media edukasi melalui webApp yang diakses menggunakan barcode menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang cukup signifikan.

Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of nurse’s professional education to apply the role of specialist nurses which has an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. This practice is carried out and developed based on irginia Henderson's Model of Basic Needs Approach and Bandura's Cognitive Social Theory science and technology through various research at Fatmawati Hospital and Persahabatan Hospital. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a theoretical nursing approach, implementing evidencebased nursing practice, and conducting nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency practice is located. As a nursing care provider, the resident students have provided nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theory approach on a primary management case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, students have applied the application of Spiritual Therapy to Reduce Stress Levels in People with HIV/AIDS. The effect of the therapy is in line with related evidence-based nursing, showing that there was a signifact effect on decreasing level of stress in PLWH. Meanwhile, as an innovator, student has carried out web-based educational innovations to increase knowledge of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients at Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta.
