"Pengalaman flow ketika bekerja adalah hal yang penting karena dapat meningkatkan performa, efikasi diri, optimisme, dan variabel positif lainnya. Penelitian terdahulu mencoba menjelaskan pada situasi apa playful work design memprediksi flow secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran moderasi harmonious passion dan obsessive passion pada hubungan antara playful work design dan flow. Sebanyak 204 pekerja kerah putih dari perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini (M = 30.7 ; SD = 9.72 ). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa harmonious passion tidak memiliki efek moderasi yang signifikan pada hubungan antara playful work design dan work-related flow. Sementara itu, obsessive passion juga tidak menunjukkan efek moderasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pekerja yang memiliki harmonious passion dan/atau orientasi playful work design memiliki kecenderungan untuk dapat mengalami pengalaman flow pada pekerjaan.

The experience of flow while working was important as it could enhance performance, self-efficacy, optimism, and other positive variables. Previous research attempted to explain under what situations playful work design positively predicted flow. This study aimed to investigate the moderating role of harmonious passion and obsessive passion in the relationship between playful work design and work-related flow. A total of 204 white-collar workers from state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia participated in this study (M = 30.7 ; SD = 9.72 ). The results of the statistical analysis showed that harmonious passion did not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between playful work design and work-related flow. Meanwhile, obsessive passion also did not show a significant moderating effect on this relationship. This study found that workers with harmonious passion and/or an orientation towards playful work design tended to experience flow at work."

"Karyawan perusahaan rintisan memiliki tuntutan kerja yang lebih tinggi yang menuntut tersedianya sumber daya yang dapat meningkatkan thriving at work agar dapat mencapai tujuan bekerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori Conservation of Resources untuk meneliti interaksi antara playful work design sebagai salah satu sumber daya internal dan kompleksitas kerja sebagai sumber daya eksternal dalam memprediksi thriving at work. Partisipan penelitian merupakan karyawan aktif dari berbagai perusahaan rintisan (N = 292) dengan syarat pendidikan minimal S1 dan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengambilan data menggunakan convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan linear regression pada IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada peran moderasi yang signifikan dari kompleksitas kerja. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa playful work design merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dari thriving at work meskipun tidak dimoderasi kompleksitas kerja, sehingga perusahaan dapat memberlakukan kebijakan yang mendukung penerapan playful work design dalam pekerjaan.

The employees of startups had higher work demands, requiring the availability of resources that could enhance thriving at work to achieve their work goals. This study used the Conservation of Resources theory framework to examine the interaction between playful work design as one internal resource and job complexity as an external resource in predicting thriving at work. The participants in the study were active employees from various startups (N = 292) with a minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience. Data were collected using convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression in IBM SPSS version 29. The results of the study indicated that job complexity did not have a significant moderating role. The study's findings implied that playful work design was a significant predictor of thriving at work, even though it was not moderated by job complexity. Therefore, companies could implement policies that support the application of playful work design in the workplace."

"Dari berbagai penelitian yang meneliti hubungan antara work passion, hubungan antara Harmonious Work Passion HWP dan Obsessive Work Passion OWP dengan kinerja masih terlihat kurang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efek moderasi Job Resources pada hubungan antara dua jenis work passion terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan data sebanyak 321 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia. Sesuai dengan hipotesis, hasil menunjukkan bahwa HWP, OWP, dan interaksi OWP dengan Job Resources JR berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja; sebaliknya, bertolak belakang dengan hipotesis, hasil menunjukkan interaksi HWP dengan JR berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja. Implikasi terhadap penelitian passion-performance dan praktik manajemen terdapat di bagian diskusi.

Despite many studies that examines work passion, the relationship between Harmonious Work Passion HWP and Obsessive Work Passion OWP and job performance are still inconsistent. Using samples from 321 employees from multiple companies in Indonesia, this study aims to examine the moderating effect of Job Resources on work passion performance relationship. As we predict, results show that HWP, OWP, and interaction between OWP and Job Resources JR significantly and positively affect job performance and contrary to our prediction, interaction between HWP and JR significantly and negatively affect job performance. Implication for passion performance and management practices are discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran mediasi afek pada hubungan antara work passion dan kinerja karyawan. Self-determination theory digunakan sebagai landasan model penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari 319 karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan dengan berbagai jabatan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan macro PROCESS Hayes pada IBM Statistics SPSS, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan tidak langsung antara harmonious work passion dan kinerja melalui afek positif. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa afek positif memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara obsessive work passion dengan kinerja.

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of affect on the relationship between work passion and job performance. This research is based on Self determination theory to explain the relationship among study variables. The data was obtained from 319 employees working in various companies in Indonesia. Using the Hayes rsquo PROCESS macro on IBM Statistics SPSS, it was found that there was an indirect relationship between harmonious work passion and performance through positive affect. In addition, it was also found that positive affect also fully mediate the relationship between obsessive work passion and job performance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari efek mediasi work passion yaitu harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion pada hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa self-control berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap psychological well-being, namun terdapat inkonsistensi pada temuan mengenai pengaruh self-control terhadap psychological well-being. Penelitian ini mengajukan hipotesis bahwa harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Data diperoleh dari 202 karyawan non-pemerintah yang berasal dari berbagai industri dan berbagai kota di Indonesia, sedangkan efek mediasi dianalisis menggunakan Process Macro dari Hayes.
Dengan menggunakan Self Determination Theory untuk menjelaskan efek mediasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonious work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being secara parsial, sedangkan efek mediasi tidak ditemukan pada obsessive work passion. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan membekali karyawan agar mampu menampilkan self-control sehingga karyawan dapat fokus pada pekerjaan dan tujuan utamanya dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian karyawan dapat merasakan work passion yang bersifat harmonious yang mengarah pada terciptanya psychological well-being.

This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of work passion i.e. harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion on the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Previous studies showed that self control significantly contributed to psychological well being, however the findings about the impact of self control on psychological well being were inconsistent. This study hypothesized that harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Data were obtained from the sample of 202 non government sector employees, from various industries and various cities in Indonesia. The mediation effect was analyzed using Hayes' Process Macro.
Using the Self Determination Theory to explain the mediation effect, result showed that harmonious work passion partially mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Whereas obsessive work passion did not mediate the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Implications of this study could be followed up by facilitating employees to be able to perform self control at work, so that employees could focus on their works and main goals in work. Therefore, employees could experience harmonious work passion which leads to psychological well being.

"Berdasarkan pada perspektif self-determination theory, penelitian ini hendak melihat peran mediasi harmonious work passion HWP pada hubungan antara perceived organizational support POS dan kinerja. POS dapat mendorong terpenuhinya tiga kebutuhan dasar psikologis manusia, yaitu need for autonomy, need for competence, dan need for relatedness, mendorong terbentuknya motivasi internal dan juga dapat mendorong terjadinya proses internalisasi pekerjaan ke dalam identitas karyawan secara otonom. Dengan demikian, harmonious work passion akan terbentuk dan hal ini kemudian akan mendukung kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh pada karyawan dengan berbagai jabatan dari berbagai perusahaan di Jakarta dan sekitarnya N=305 . Melalui analisis data menggunakan macro Hayes PROCESS pada IBM Statistics SPSS 22, ditemukan bahwa HWP memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara POS dengan kinerja. Implikasi teoretis dan praktis juga akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Based on self determination theory perspective, this study aims to examine the mediating effect of harmonious work passion HWP on the relationship between perceived organizational support POS and in role performance. The existence of POS can encourage the fulfillment of three basic human psychological needs, namely need for autonomy, need for competence, and need for relatedness, can encourage the forming of intrinsic motivation, and also can encourage the autonomous internalization process of employee rsquo s job into identity. This will lead to harmonious work passion and in turn will enhance employees rsquo in role performance. The data were obtained from employees with various positions from various companies in Jakarta and surrounding areas N 305 . Through data analysis using the Hayes PROCESS macro on IBM Statistics SPSS 22, it was found that HWP mediates partially the relationship between POS and in role performance. The theoretical and practical implications were discussed in this study."

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat peran obsessive passion sebagai mediator hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja pada karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner self-report. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 217 karyawan bank BUMN dengan karakteristik minimal bekerja 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian menggunakan instrumen penelitian diantaranya Kesejahteraan Psikologis di Tempat Kerja 2012 untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja, Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work Scale dan Technology Acceptance Model 2017 untuk mengukur tuntutan pekerjaan, selain itu digunakan instrumen Passion Scale 2003 untuk mengukur obsessive passion.
Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis Process Macro for SPSS yang dikembangkan oleh Hayes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan pekerjaan tidak secara signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja b = - .044, p> .05 , dan tuntutan pekerjaan berpengaruh secara negatif pada obsessive passion b= - 1.96, p< .05 . Selain itu, obsessive passion berpengaruh secara negatif dengan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja b= - .192, p< .01 . Penelitian ini juga menemukan peran obsessive passion memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja b= - .082, p> .05.

This research was conducted to find the role of obsessive passion as a mediator in the relationship between job demands and psychological well being at work. Data collection was done by using self report questionnaires. Research participants were 217 state owned enterprises bank employees with a minimum requirement of a year working experience in that respective workplace. The method of data collection was accidental sampling. Research instruments, namely Psychological Well Being at Work 2012 was used to measure psychological well being at work, Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work and Technology Acceptance Model 2017 to measure job demands, as well as Passion Scale 2003 to measure obsessive passion.
Hypothesis was tested and analyzed using Process Macro for SPSS which was developed by Hayes. The result shows that job demands are not significantly related to psychological well being at wok b .044, p 0.05 , and job demands negatively affect the obsessive passion b 1.96, p .05.

"ABSTRAK
Partisipasi warga dalam pemilu di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Sejak Pemilu 2004 hingga Pemilu 2014, tingkat partisipasi di atas 70 . Namun, dalam kurun waktu yang sama, pemilihan oleh warga tampak tidak konsisten. Tiga partai politik yang berbeda memenangi tiga pemilu legislatif di tahun 2004, 2009, dan 2014. Selain itu perolehan suara pasangan presiden-wakil presiden yang menjadi pemenang pilpres cenderung tidak sejalan dengan perolehan suara partai dalam koalisi yang mengusung pasangan itu. Untuk menjelaskan tingkah laku memilih warga yang tampak tidak konsisten, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan moral intuisionisme Haidt, 2001 , Moral Foundation Theory Haidt Graham, 2007 , dan gairah harmonis Vallerand, 2008, 2015 . Studi ini menggunakan tiga penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai dukungan empiris. Penelitian pertama menggunakan metode survei pada 903 pemilih di 34 provinsi; penelitian kedua menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimental pada 165 partisipan masyarakat umum; dan penelitian ketiga menggunakan metode eksperimental pada 179 partisipan masyarakat umum. Hasil studi pertama menunjukkan pada Pilpres 2014 profil moral pemilih pasangan Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla berbeda dengan profil moral pemilih Prabowo-Hatta, dan perbedaan dukungan terhadap fondasi moral keadilan, kepedulian, kesetiaan, dan kepatuhan, serta gugus moral individualizing mengarahkan pemilih pada pasangan kandidat yang berbeda. Selanjutnya, hasil studi kedua, menunjukkan profil moral pemilih berhubungan langsung dengan tingkah laku memilih kandidat presiden fiktif. Pemilih cenderung memilih kandidat presiden yang memiliki fondasi moral dominan yang sama dengan dirinya. Hasil studi ketiga menunjukkan hubungan tersebut bergantung pada gairah politik pada pemilih. Semakin besar gairah politik semakin kuat pengaruh fondasi moral dominan dalam mengarahkan pilihan kandidat presiden. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini menunjukkan walaupun tampak tidak konsisten, pada dasarnya warga memilih kandidat presiden yang sejalan dengan fondasi moral dominan dalam dirinya, dengan dimoderasi oleh gairah politik Kata-kata kunci: intuisi moral, fondasi moral, gairah politik, tingkah laku memilih, Moral Foundation Theory, Social Intuisionist Model

ABSTRACT
Citizen participation in Indonesian General Election is quite high. Voters turnout are consistently above 70 since 2004 election to the last election in 2014. However, voters seem inconsistent in casting their vote. Three different political parties have won in three legislative elections in 2004, 2009 and 2014. Further, the total vote for the winning presidential-vice presidential pair does not correspond to the overall vote for the coalition of political parties which they represent. To address this seemingly inconsistent voting behavior, this study use a combination of moral intuitionist approach Haidt, 2001 , Moral Foundation Theory Haidt Graham, 2007 , and harmonious passion Vallerand, 2008, 2015 . Three studies with quantitative approach were conducted. The first study surveyed 903 voters in 34 provinces; the second study is a quasi experimental design with 165 participants from the general public; and a third study is an experimental design with 179 participants from the general public. Results from the first study show that overall, in the 2014 presidential election, moral profile of voters for Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla is different from voters for Prabowo-Hatta. Further, differing support for fairness, care, loyalty, and authority moral foundations, and individuallizing moral dimension among voters are correlated to different candidate pair choice. Results from the second study, show voter 39;s moral profile is directly related to their hypothetical presidential candidate choice. Voters 39; tend to vote for a presidential candidate who share the same dominant moral foundation with them. Results from the third study show that this relationship depends on voters political passion. The greater the political passion the stronger the influence of the dominant moral foundation in directing presidential candidate choice. Overall these studies show that although voters seem inconsistent, their voting preference are directed by their dominant moral foundation, and moderated by political passion. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work meaningfulness sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara job autonomy dan harmonious passion. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 163 karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif dan memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah subskala harmonious passion dari The Passion Scale, Meaningfulness Scale, dan dimensi autonomy dari Job Diagnostic Survey. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mediasi, diketahui terdapat indirect effect yang signifikan antara job autonomy dan harmonious passion melalui work meaningfulness (r = .2168, p < .05), dan direct effect yang tidak signifikan antara job autonomy dan harmonious passion (r = .0699, p > .05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa work meaningfulness memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara job autonomy dan harmonious passion.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah pemikiran berulang terkait pekerjaan
memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan kualitas tidur pada sampel karyawan startup.
Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan pemikiran berulang signifikan memediasi hubungan
antara kelelahan bekerja dan kualitas tidur hanya pada dimensi affective rumination saja.
Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang karyawan perusahaan startup dengan
lokasi kantor yang tersebar di wilayah Jabodetabek. Sebagai perusahaan baru, jumlah
karyawan startup masih tergolong sedikit dengan beban kerja yang cukup tinggi karena
harus selalu mengikuti perkembangan pasar dan teknologi. Kualitas tidur diukur dengan
Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), stres kerja diukur melalui Job Stress Survey
(JSS), dan pemikiran berulang diukur dengan Work-Related Rumination Questionnaire
(WRRQ). Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indirect effect (ab =
0,036, p < 0,05) dan direct effect (c’ = 0,114, p < 0,05) hanya pada dimensi affective
rumination saja.

This study aims to see whether work-related rumination mediate the relationship
between work stress and sleep quality in a sample of startup employees. Previous
research has found that work-related rumination significantly mediates the relationship
between work fatigue and sleep quality only in the affective rumination dimension. The
respondents of this study were 150 startup company employees with offices located in
the Greater Jakarta area. As a new company, the number of startup employees is still
relatively small with a fairly high workload because they because they have to follow
the development of markets and technology. Sleep quality is measured by the Pittsburgh
Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), work stress is measured through the Job Stress Survey
(JSS), and work-related rumination is measured by Work-Related Rumination
Questionnaire (WRRQ). The results of the mediation analysis showed that there were
indirect effects (ab = 0.036, p <0.05) and direct effects (c' = 0.114, p <0.05) only in the
affective rumination dimension.
