"Studi filsafat atas compassion berdasarkan pemikiran Martha Nussbaum, sangat relevan dalam konteks kontemporer mengingat prevalensi dehumanisasi pada ranah interaksi sosial dan devaluasi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan di era digital. Keadaan demikian menuntut pengembangan sistem penalaran moral khas manusia bersumber dari realitas, pembelajaran dan tata kelola tindakan. Metode studi kritis dan tinjauan pustaka dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip penjelasan reduktif digunakan dalam analisis atas compassion yang mencakup penderitaan dan kerentanan. Analisis filosofis komprehensif bertumpu pada premis dasar bahwa compassion merupakan kemampuan menderita bersama liyan dengan hasrat memaknai kehidupan untuk mencapai transformasi moral. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderitaan liyan dapat menjadi kewajiban moral karena penerapan kapabilitas kognisi, afeksi dan konasi melalui prinsip tanggung jawab, kesadaran diri dan kehadiran dalam fenomena penderitaan. Mekanisme demikian meneguhkan compassion sebagai teknologi moral transformatif yakni kerangka dan sistem penunjang pemahaman atas kehidupan sekaligus menjadi basis moral tindakan manusia. Akhirnya, penelitian ini mengembalikan compassion pada makna aslinya yaitu kemampuan menderita bersama atau hidup berdampingan dengan penderitaan, dengan kekhasan moralitas yang terbuka dan terintegrasi. Kekhasan tersebut menempatkan compassion dan penderitaan sebagai komitmen dan kebijaksanaan moral kemanusiaan.
The philosophical study of compassion, as proposed by Martha Nussbaum, is particularly pertinent in the contemporary context, given the prevalence of dehumanization in social interactions and the devaluation of human values in the digital age. In light of these circumstances, it is imperative that humans develop a humanitarian moral reasoning system that is grounded in the fundamental tenets of reality, learning, and the management of moral action. The critical study and literature review method, based on the principle of reductive explanation, is applied in the analysis of compassion, which encompasses suffering and vulnerability. The comprehensive philosophical analysis is based on the fundamental premise that compassion is the capacity to suffer together, alongside the desire to make sense of life, in order to achieve moral transformation. This research demonstrates that the suffering of others can become a moral obligation as a result of the application of cognition, affection and conation through the principles of responsibility, self-awareness and presence in the phenomenon of suffering. In this way, compassion can be seen as a transformative moral technology, providing a framework for understanding life and a basis for moral action. Ultimately, this research reestablishes compassion to its original meaning, that is, the capacity to suffer or coexist with suffering, with an open and integrated moral framework. This particularity situates compassion and suffering as the commitment and moral wisdom of humanity."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perilaku konsumen yang mengonsumsi Bubur Cap Tiger dan menjadikan perilaku konsumen tersebut sebagai acuan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran untuk Bubur Cap Tiger berdasarkan pemetaan persepsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Dari wawancara mendalam, ditemukan atribut-atribut yang memengaruhi informan ketika melakukan keputusan pembelian. Kemudian atribut-atribut tersebut membentuk sebuah peta persepsi yang menghasilkan empat kuadran perilaku konsumen Bubur Cap Tiger. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pertimbangan rasional dan emosional yang memengaruhi konsumen Bubur Cap Tiger dalam melakukan proses pengambilan keputusan.
This study aims to understand the behavior of consumers who consume Bubur Cap Tiger and use that behavior as reference in formulating marketing strategies for Bubur Cap Tigers owners based on perceptual mapping. This study uses constructivism with qualitative approach through in-depth interviews. According to the interviews, there were several attributes found that influenced the informants when making purchasing decisions. These attributes then form a perceptual map that produces four different quadrants of Bubur Cap Tigers consumer behavior. The results of the study stated that there are rational and emotional considerations that affect consumers of Bubur Cap Tiger in making purchasing decision."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai bagaimana perlindungan terhadap hak-hak konsumen dalam perkembangan Financial Technology (Fintech), khsusnya dalam sektor pembayaran dan sektor pinjaman (P2P Lending) yang terjadi di Indonesia. Dalam Fintech, perlindungan terhadap hak-hak konsumen didasarkan pada 4 (empat) aspek utama perlindungan konsumen dalam sektor jasa keuangan yang meliputi, kelengkapan informasi dan transparansi atau layanan; pencegahan penipuan dan keandalan sistem layanan; perlindungan terhadap data pribadi (cybersecurity); dan penanganan pengaduan dan penyelesaian sengketa konsumen. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka BI dan OJK selaku otoritas di sektor keuangan beserta Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika selaku penyelenggara urusan pemerintah di bidang komunikasi dan informasi, telah mengatur upaya perlindungan konsumen pada Fintech menjadi suatu kewajiban dan tanggung jawab bagi penyelenggara Fintech menjadi suatu kewajiban dan tanggung jawab bagi penyelenggara Fintech selaku pelaku usaha.
This thesis discussed how to protect consumer rights in the development of Financial Technology (Fintech), especially in the payment sector and the lending sector (P2P Lending) that occurred in Indonesia. In Fintech, the protection of consumer rights is based on 4 (four) main aspects of consumer protection in the financial services sector which includes, completeness of information and transparency or services; The prevention of fraud and the reliability of the system of services; protection against private data (cybersecurity); and complaints and settlement of consumer disputes. Related to this, BI and OJK as the authority in the financial sector along with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as the government authorized in the field of communication and information, have arranged efforts to protect consumers in Fintech as an obligation and responsibility for Fintech operators as business actors."

"Tesis ini menganalisis tentang pengembangan kapasitas organisasi di Asisten Deputi Pengaduan Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat kapasitas organisasi di unit kerja Asisten Deputi Pengaduan Masyarakat dalam penanganan pengaduan masyarakat dan melakukan pengembangan kapasitas organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat dan pencapaian target kinerja Indikator Kinerja Utama Kementerian Sekretariat Negara.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan unit kerja Asisten Deputi Pengaduan Masyarakat untuk lebih menguatkan fungsi penanganan pengaduan masyarakat dengan melakukan pengembangan kapasitas, menerapkan rencana-rencana pembaharuan dengan seksama, dan integrasi antar instansi yang menangani pengaduan masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan pengaduan yang optimal dan mewujudkan harapan masyarakat atas instansi pusat pembantu Presiden.
Kedepannya, unit kerja Asisten Deputi Pengaduan Masyarakat harus melakukan pengajuan evaluasi kelembagaan atas sinkronisasi fungsi dengan tuntutan capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama, untuk menghindari kemungkinan tidak tercapainya target atau untuk menetapkan batas maksimal target karena dalam 3 tahun kedepan, direncanakan target akan naik secara progresif 5 pertahun, namun tidak mungkin target tersebut mencapai 100 apabila wewenang dari penyelesaian masih bergantung kepada instansi lain.
This thesis analyzes the organizational capacity building in the Assistant Deputy of Public Complaint. The research method used is qualitative method with explanative design. This research tries to look at the organizational capacity in the work unit of the Assistant Deputy of Public Complaint in the handling of public complaints and to develop organizational capacity that can improve the service of public complaints and the achievement of the performance targets of the Main Performance Indicators of the State Secretariat Ministry. The results of the study suggest the work unit of the Assistant Deputy of Public Complaint to further strengthen the function of community complaints handling by building capacity, implementing the renewal plans carefully, and integration between agencies that handle public complaints to provide optimal complaints services and realize public expectations of central agencies Aide to the President. In the future, Assistant Deputy of Public Complaint should make institutional evaluation of synchronization of functions with the demands of achievement of the Main Performance Indicator, to avoid the possibility of not reaching the target or to set the maximum target limit because in the next 3 years, it is planned that the target will rise progressively 5 , But it is unlikely that the target will reach 100 if the authority of the settlement is still dependent on other agencies."
