"Seiring berjalannya waktu, urgensi praktik knowledge sharing dalam organisasi menjadi semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dari perceived organizational support, servant leadership, dan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai anteseden dari knowledge sharing. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 225 pegawai sektor publik di Indonesia yang melakukan pengisian kuesioner secara online. Hasil pengujian dengan metode structural equation modeling menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing sekaligus memediasi penuh pengaruh perceived organizational support dan servant leadership terhadap knowledge sharing. Namun, tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara perceived organizational support dan servant leadership terhadap knowledge sharing. Hasil penelitian ini melengkapi konsep anteseden knowledge sharing serta berkontribusi dalam menambah hasil penelitian atas dampak organizational citizenship behavior di sektor publik.

Over time, the urgency of knowledge sharing practices in organizations is increasing. This study aims to assess the role of perceived organizational support, servant leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior as the antecedents of knowledge sharing. The data were collected via an online questionnaire from 225 public sector employees in Indonesia. Structural equation modeling results indicate that organizational citizenship behavior had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing while also fully mediated perceived organizational support and servant leadership’s effect on knowledge sharing. However, no significant direct effect was found between perceived organizational support and servant leadership on knowledge sharing. This paper's findings contribute to the establishment of knowledge sharing’s antecedents concept, especially in the public sector. Furthermore, this paper responds to the call for additional research concerning the consequences of organizational citizenship behavior in the public sector."

"Penelitian menguji peran konstruk tentang organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di industri kemasan. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif, kuesioner dipakai dan dibagikan kepada 369 responden di PT. Unipack Indosystems. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan knowledge sharing memberi efek mediasi terhadap POS dan OCB. Lebih daripada itu, tujuan penelitian ini menguji perceived organizational support untuk menumbuhkan organizational commitment dan memotivasi knowledge sharing dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keikutsertaan karyawan dalam knowledge sharing hanya akan terjadi ketika dirasa akan meningkatkan reputasi.

This research examined the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) construct in a packaging industry. Using a quantitative research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 369 employees at PT. Unipack Indosystems. Results suggested that role of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing play as mediating effects in the relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and OCB. Further, this paper also examined the role of POS in fostering organizational commitment and facilitating knowledge sharing in the organization. Findings showed that the employee contribute to their knowledge sharing only when they perceive that it would enhance their reputation."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi organizational commitment. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sejumlah 353 (tiga ratus lima puluh tiga) pegawai Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement, servant leadership, dan organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Selanjutnya, employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment sedangkan servant leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational commitment. Diperoleh hasil pula bahwa organizational commitment memediasi antara employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan sifat mediasi parsial, namun organizational commitment tidak memediasi antara servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar dalam memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk praktik manajemen yang dapat dijalankan organisasi dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan menerapkan solusi yang berkaitan dengan variabel-variabel dalam penelitian serta mengelaborasi faktor yang dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior yang secara paralel juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari organisasi.

This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement and servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediation of organizational commitment. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. A total of 353 (three hundred and fifty three) employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance participated as research samples. The results of this research show that employee engagement, servant leadership, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, employee engagement has a positive influence on organizational commitment, while servant leadership has no influence on organizational commitment. The results also obtained that organizational commitment mediates between employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior with partial mediation properties, but organizational commitment does not mediate between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this research can be used as a basis for providing managerial implications for management practices that organizations can carry out in identifying problems and implementing solutions related to the variables in the research as well as elaborating on factors that can improve organizational citizenship behavior which in parallel can also improve organizational performance."

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan authentic dan dukungan organisasi yang didapatkan oleh karyawan terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dalam sektor swasta dalam pekerjaan menunjukkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior dikarenakan memiliki persepsi diperlakukan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan organisasi. Semakin menonjolnya perubahan sifat pekerjaan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hal tersebut mungkin tidak cukup untuk mendeteksi dampak dari hubungan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap organisasi. Melalui hubungan karyawan dengan atasan dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan. Namun saja tidak cukup karena setiap karyawan juga harus memiliki motivasi intrinsik yang kuat, komitmen yang tinggi terhadap organisasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut dari peran psychological capital sebagai mediasi pada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan dukungan organisasi melalui gaya kepemimpinan authentic leadership dan perceived organizational support terhadap perilaku terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM dengan 275 sampel yang merupakan karyawan tetap pada sektor swasta sampel dan data dikumpulkan melalui google form. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan software smartPLS4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological memediasi sebagian besar hubungan antara authentic leadership dan perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior serta implikasinya bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia.

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of psychological capital on the influence of authentic leadership style and organizational support obtained by employees on organizational citizenship behavior possessed by employees. Employees who have worked for at least one year in the private sector at work show organizational citizenship behavior because they have the perception that they are treated not by the expectations of the organization. The increasing prominence of changes in the nature of work performed suggests that it may not be sufficient to detect the impact of employees' perceived employment relationships on the organization. Through employee relationships with superiors and perceived organizational support. However, this alone is not enough because every employee must also have strong intrinsic motivation, high commitment to the organization, and the ability to overcome the challenges faced in the workplace. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out more about the role of psychological capital as a mediator in the relationship between leadership style and organizational support through authentic leadership style and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This research used the SEM method with 275 samples who were permanent employees in the private sector and data was collected via Google form. This research was processed using smartPLS4 software. The results of the analysis show that psychology mediates most of the relationship between authentic leadership and perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. This research provides an important contribution in deepening understanding of the factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior and its implications for human
resource management.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Learning pada Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee sebagai penyelenggara Asian Games2018 di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan yang bergabung dalam Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee atau INASGOC. Model penelitian menggunakan 4 hipotesis dan diuji dengan analis data menggunakan metodi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari gaya kepemimpinan ServantLeadership terhadap Organizational Performance dari INASGOC dengan peran full mediation dari Organizational Learning. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Organizational Learning memiliki peran yang signifikan untuk keberhasilan penyelenggaraan even Asian Games 2018.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership on organizational performance with organizational learning as mediator in Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee as the organizer Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia. Data were collected by using survey method with questionnaire distributed to 150 respondens employees who joined Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee or INASGOC. The model has 4 hypotheses and had tested using simple regression and multiple regression. The result shows that Servant Leadership has a positive impact on Organizational Performance wich is fully mediated by Organizational Learning. This study proves that Organizational Learning has a significant role to succefully held Asian Games 2018 event. "

"Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan disruptif memaksa manajemen untuk memiliki strategi dalam melakukan pengelolan SDM secara memadai. SDM memiliki peran kritikal dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi melalui dukungan job resources yang berasal dari lingkungan bekerja. Perubahan paradigma pada sektor publik terhadap pengelolaan SDM semakin menuju ke arah yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance melalui peran mediasi work engagement pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan cross-sectional study melalui survei kuesioner google form dengan sampel sebanyak 305 responden ASN yang berkedudukan di Kantor Pusat Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covariance Based – Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS dan servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selanjutnya, work engagement mampu memediasi secara penuh dan signifikan hubungan POS dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance, serta work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial untuk dapat diterapkan bagi organisasi, pimpinan, dan individu pada sektor publik terkait konsep yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti.

The dynamic and disruptive business environment necessitates management to adopt adequate human resource management strategies. Human resource management plays a critical role in achieving organizational performance through job resources support from the work environment. Paradigm shifts in the public sector toward more effective and efficient human resource management have been observed. This study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and servant leadership on employee performance, mediated by work engagement, among Civil Servants (ASN) in Government Financial Organizations. A cross-sectional study using a survey questionnaire through Google Form was conducted, with a sample of 305 respondents comprising ASN at the Central Office of Government Financial Organizations. The data analysis was performed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The research findings reveal that both POS and servant leadership have a significant positive impact on work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement fully mediates the relationship between POS, servant leadership, and employee performance, with work engagement also significantly influencing employee performance. This research offers managerial implications that can be applied to organizations, leaders, and individuals in the public sector concerning the concepts related to the variables under study."

"Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan menjadi fokus salah satu otoritas layanan publik di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik pada kinerja yang akan datang disebabkan oleh penurunan indeks kepuasan masyarakat di tahun 2021 bila dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja secara keseluruhan dalam organisasi sektor publik. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh servant leadership (SL) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui peran mediasi public service motivation (PSM) dan affective commitment (AC). Model ini diuji menggunakan CB-SEM untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif antara servant leadership dengan OCB (OCBI & OCBO), PSM, dan AC. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa PSM dan AC memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap OCBI & OCBO serta memediasi hubungan antara SL dan OCBI serta OCBO. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana sektor publik dapat mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan servant leader untuk memotivasi OCB karyawan.

Improving employee performance has become a focus for public service authorities in Indonesia to enhance the quality of public services, as evidenced by a decline in the satisfaction index in 2021 compared to previous periods. Numerous studies have highlighted the importance of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in enhancing service quality and overall performance within the public sector organizations. This study examines the influence of servant leadership (SL) on OCB through the mediating roles of public service motivation (PSM) and affective commitment (AC). The proposed model is tested using covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings demonstrate a positive relationship between servant leadership and OCB (OCBI & OCBO), PSM, and AC. The study also reveals that PSM and AC have a positive influence on OCBI & OCBO and mediate the relationship between SL and OCBI as well as OCBO. These research findings provide crucial insights into how the public sector can identify, develop, and retain servant leaders to promote employee OCB."

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan sikap Organizational Citizenship Behavior diantaranya adalah Appreciative Leadership, Organizational Climate dan Perceived Organizational Support.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh Appreciative Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, menjelaskan pengaruh Appreciative Leadership terhadap Organizational Climate, menjelaskan pengaruh Appreciative Leadership terhadap Perceived Organizational Support, menjelaskan pengaruh Organization Climate terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan menjelaskan pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 245 pegawai di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Analisis pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling SEM , melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Appreciative Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Climate dan Perceived Organizational Support dan Organization Climate berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Sedangkan Appreciative Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh dan Perceived Organizational Support juga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Apabila melalui mediasi Organizational Climate pengaruh tidak langsung , Appreciative Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

To survive, the organization not only requires employees to perform, but employees who have an attitude Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Many factors that influence and improve the attitude of Organizational Citizenship Behavior include Appreciative Leadership, Organizational Climate and Perceived Organizational Support.
The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Appreciative Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, to explain the effect of Appreciative Leadership on Organizational Climate, to explain the effect of Appreciative Leadership on Perceived Organizational Support, to explain the effect of Organization Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and to explain the effect of Perceived Organizational Support to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
The approach of this research is quantitative research. Respondents of this research are employees at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires to 245 employees at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Analysis of data processing using Structural Equation Modeling SEM approach, through SmartPLS 3 software.
The results showed that Appreciative Leadership has an effect on Organizational Climate and Perceived Organizational Support and Organization Climate influencing Organizational Citizenship Behavior. While Appreciative Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior has no influence and Perceived Organizational Support also has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. If through mediation Organizational Climate indirect influence , Appreciative Leadership effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

"Penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa karyawan membentuk persepsi dukungan organisasi yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan intensi keluar melalui kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan organisasi. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan data yang didapatkan dari 126 karyawan sebuah perusahaan swasta melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan structural equation modeling menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan organisasi, kepercayaan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan organisasi, dan kepuasan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Namun berbeda dengan penelitian terdahulu, persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi keluar dan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB, dan OCB tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi keluar.

This study suggests that employees develop perceived organizational support which affects organizational citizenship behavior and intention to leave through organizational trust and organizational satisfaction. Hypotheses were tested with data collected from 126 employees in a privately held company by survey. The results obtained using structural equation modeling show that perceived organizational support significantly and positively affects organizational trust and organizational satisfaction, organizational trust significantly and positively affects organizational satisfaction, and organizational satisfaction positively affects OCB and negatively affects intention to leave. Contrast to previous studies, the results show that perceived organizational support doesn`t have a negative effect on intention to leave and doesn`t have a positive effect on OCB, and OCB doesn`t have a negative effect on intention to leave."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari persepsi politik organisasi, knowledge sharing dan resilience terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai di Unit Strategis Presiden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh 129 pegawai Unit Strategis Presiden, dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan jawaban sebesar 56 responden. Variabel persepsi politik organisasi diukur menggunakan Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) yang dikembangkan oleh Kacmar dan Carlson, variabel organizational citizenship behavior diukur dengan skala yang dikembangkan Podsakoff, variabel knowledge sharing diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang digunakan pada penelitian Evans, sedangkan variabel resilience diukur menggunakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Näswall, Kuntz, & Malinen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara knowledge sharing dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hubungan positif dan signifikan juga ditemukan antara resilience dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi politik organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior di Unit Strategis Presiden.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the effects of perceived organizational politics, knowledge sharing and resilience to the organizational citizenship behavior in President's Strategic Unit. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all 129 Presidential Strategic Unit employees, with respondents giving answers was 56 respondents. The Perceived Organizational Politics variable was measured using Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) developed by Kacmar and Carlson, organizational citizenship behavior variable was measured using scale developed by Podsakoff, the knowledge sharing variable was measured using the scale used in Evans research, while the resilience variable was measured using the scale developed by Näswall, Kuntz, and Malinen. The results of this study show there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior. A positive and significant relationship was also found between resilience and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there is no significant relationship between organizational political perception and organizational citizenship behavior in The President's Strategic Unit."
