"Kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional diprediksi dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional pada mahasiswa profesi ners. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan melibatkan 126 mahasiswa profesi ners di dua institusi pendidikan ners wilayah regional 5 Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Ners Indonesia (AIPNI) yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan sedang dan positif kepribadian, perilaku caring teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional keperawatan dengan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners (p <0,001; r berturut-turut 0,483, 0,567, dan 0,742). Kepribadian caring berkontribusi 22,7%, perilaku caring teman sebaya 31,7%, dan nilai profesional 54,7% dalam membentuk perilaku caring mahasiswa. Peneliti merekomendasikan adanya mata kuliah ataupun program yang dapat menjadi sarana penguatan kepribadian caring dan nilai profesional keperawatan, serta pembentukan kelompok caring dan bekerja dalam kelompok yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring teman sebaya.

Personality, peers, and professional values are predicted to enhance caring behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of personality, peers, and professional values with caring behavior in nursing students. The research design was cross-sectional and involved 126 nursing students from two nursing education institutions in the 5th region of the Association of Indonesian Nurse Education Center (AINEC), which were selected by consecutive sampling. The findings of the study indicated a moderate and positive relationship between personality, the caring behavior of peers, and professional values of nursing with the caring behavior of nursing students (p < 0.001; r respectively 0.483, 0.567, and 0.742). The analysis revealed that a caring personality contributed 22.7%, peer caring behavior 31.7%, and professional values 54.7% in shaping students' caring behavior. The researcher proffers recommendations for courses or programs that have the potential to fortify the caring personality and professional values of nursing, in addition to the establishment of caring groups and the cultivation of peer caring behavior within professional contexts."

"Perilaku caring merupakan inti dari keperawatan yang harus dipraktikkan sejak di dunia pendidikan. Trait kepribadian berperan dalam pembentukan sikap dan perilaku individu. Penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan menggunakan uji chi-square ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara trait kepribadian mahasiswa dengan perilaku caring. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 60 mahasiswa profesi yang ditentukan berdasarkan simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah NEO-Five-Factor Inventory oleh McCrae dan Costa untuk data trait kepribadian dan Caring Efficacy Scale oleh Coates untuk variabel perilaku caring.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara trait kepribadian extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousnes, dan neuroticism dengan perilaku caring (p= 0,002-0,036, α= 0,05), sedangkan trait kepribadian opennes to experience tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku caring (p=0,060, α= 0,05). Proses pembelajaran yang dapat membentuk karakter dan perilaku caring di instansi pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

Caring behavior is core of nursing which must be practiced since in the nursing education. Attitudes and behavior of individuals are affected by personality trait. This correlation descriptive study with cross-sectional approach using the chisquare test aimed to determine the relationship between personality trait with caring behavior of clinical nurisng students. Instrument that used in this research are NEO-Five-Factor Inventory by McCrae and Costa for personality trait, and Caring Efficacy Scale by Coates for caring behavior. The number of samples in this study were 60 clinical nursing students. They were determined based on simple random sampling.
The results of this study indicated that there was a significant correlation between the personality trait extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism with caring behavior (p = 0.002 to 0.036, α = 0.05), whereas the personality trait opennes to experience did not have a significant relationship with caring behavior (p = 0.060, α = 0.05). A learning process that can built student caracter and caring behaviour in nursing education must be improved.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian dan resolusi konflik
interpersonal yang dialami oleh remaja (N=227). Uji hipotesis satu arah antara
variabel kepribadian dan resolusi konflik dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Kepribadian
dijelaskan menurut teori kepribadian Five Factor Model (McCrae & Costa, 2006)
yang terdiri dari faktor openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion,
agreeableness, dan neuroticism sedangkan resolusi konflik dijelaskan sebagai upaya
penyelesaian konflik yang terbagi atas tiga kategori, yaitu resolusi konflik power
assertion, negotiation,dan disengagement (Jensen-Campbell, Graziano & Hair, 1996).
Semakin tinggi neuroticism remaja, semakin tinggi kemungkinan menggunakan
resolusi konflik power assertion, negotiation, dan disengagement. Semakin tinggi
conscientiousness remaja, semakin rendah kemungkinan menggunakan resolusi
konflik power assertion dan disengagement. Remaja yang memiliki agreeableness
tinggi cenderung tidak menggunakan resolusi konflik power assertion.

"Perilaku caring teman sebaya disinyalir mampu mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami mahasiswa keperawatan dan merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan perilaku caring setelah orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku caring teman sebaya dan perilaku caring mahasiswa perawat terhadap pasien. Sebanyak 94 mahasiswa profesi dari dua program studi perawat di Jakarta dan Depok dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Perilaku caring peer diukur dengan Peer-Group Caring Interaction Scale (PGCIS) dan perilaku caring pelajar terhadap pasien diukur dengan Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24). Hasil uji pearson menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perilaku caring teman sebaya dengan perilaku caring siswa (p <0,001) dengan nilai korelasi positif (r = 0,415). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik perilaku caring teman sebaya maka semakin baik pula perilaku caring mahasiswa perawat terhadap pasien. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa perilaku caring teman sebaya yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah modeling, sedangkan perilaku caring mahasiswa terhadap pasien yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah keterhubungan positif Lembaga pendidikan keperawatan perlu memberdayakan teman sebaya dalam mengembangkan budaya caring pada mahasiswa, baik terintegrasi dengan kurikulum dan kegiatan kemahasiswaan.

Peer caring behavior is allegedly able to overcome the difficulties experienced by nursing students and is a supporting factor in the formation of caring behavior after parents. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer caring behavior and student caring behavior towards patients. A total of 94 professional students from two nursing study programs in Jakarta and Depok were selected using simple random sampling technique as the sample of this study. Peer caring behavior was measured by the Peer-Group Caring Interaction Scale (PGCIS) and students' caring behavior towards patients was measured by the Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24). The Pearson test results showed that there was a relationship between peer caring behavior and student caring behavior (p <0.001) with a positive correlation value (r = 0.415). This shows that the better the caring behavior of peers, the better the caring behavior of nurse students towards patients. In this study, it was also found that peer caring behavior that needs to be improved is modeling, while student caring behavior towards patients that needs to be improved is a positive relationship. Nursing education institutions need to empower peers in developing a caring culture in students, both integrated with curriculum and student activities."

"Dalam menjalani perkuliahan, mahasiswa dituntut mandiri saat dihadapkan dengan berbagai pilihan dan permasalahan yang mampu menghambat proses pendidikannya. Mahasiswa membutuhkan kemandirian belajar yang merupakan dorongan dan motivasi internal untuk mengarahkan diri menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan secara mandiri (Song, 2007). Kemandirian belajar ini pada dasarnya dipengaruhi oleh conscientiousness dan extraversion yang merupakan personality traits. Bateman dan Crant (1993) menemukan bahwa conscientiousness dan extraversion merupakan personality traits yang disebut sebagai kepribadian proaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif, sedangkan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire untuk mengukur kemandirian belajar.
Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar dengan r= 0,546 signifikan pada P < 0,01 (2-tailed). Artinya, ada hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia.. Implikasi dari penelitian ini agar perguruan tinggi menyadari pentingnya mahasiswa mengetahui peran kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar dalam keberhasilan studi mahasiswa.

When in studying, student needs independently to choose from another options and solve the problem that inhibit the process academic success. Student needs self-directed learning that is internal drive and motivation to solve problem independently (Long, 2007). Self-directed learning is influenced by conscientiousness and extraversion as personality traits. Bateman dan Crant (1993) found that conscientiousness and extraversion as personality traits which named proactive personality. This research aim to see correlation between proactive personality and self-directed learning among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia. Proactive personality was measured using Proactive Personality Scale and self-directed learning was measured using Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire.
This research found that significant correlate between proactive personality and self-direceted learning with r= 0,546, P < 0,01 (2-tailed). There is correlation between proactive personality and self-directed learning among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia. The implication of this research is University give information to undergraduates students that need proactive personality and self-directed learning in order success in their studies.

"Isu sosial seperti ekstrimisme, radikalisme, atau terorisme menjadi isu yang cukup besar di berbagai negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Namun penelitian terkait isu ini masih terbilang jarang dilakukan, terkhusus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat lebih jauh hubungan antara kepribadian (DT), motif, dan pola pikir ekstrimis militan (MEM), serta peranan motif sebagai mediator antara hubungan kepribadian gelap (DT) dengan pola pikir ekstrimis militan (MEM). Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 304 orang, terdiri dari 121 laki-laki (39.8%) dan 183 perempuan (60.2%) dengan rentang umur berkisar dari (18-40 tahun). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian gelap berkorelasi positif dengan pola pikir ekstrimis militan (r = .230, p < .01). Lebih lanjut, ditemukan motif thrill (β = .063, SE = .028, CL[.014, .124]) dan revenge (β = .088, SE = .030, CL[.034, .152]) memiliki efek mediasi (secara penuh) yang signifikan. Dapat dikatakan, penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa ciri kepribadian gelap dapat memprediksi kerentanan individu untuk mengadopsi pola pikir ekstrimis. Kemudian, hubungan tersebut juga dimediasi oleh motif seseorang untuk balas dendam dan mencari excitement. Penelitian ini melengkapi hasil penelitian terkait hubungan antara kepribadian gelap terhadap pola pikir ekstrimis militan dengan motif sebagai mediator. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi berupa petunjuk lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana seseorang dapat/rentan mengadopsi pola pikir ekstrimis dari lajur kepribadian.

Social issues such as extremism, radicalism or terrorism are quite big issues in various countries, including Indonesia. However, research related to this issue is still relatively rare, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to look further at the relationship between dark personality (DT), motives, and militant extremist mindset (MEM), as well as the role of motives as a mediator between the relationship between dark personality (DT) and militant extremist mindset (MEM). There were 304 research participants, consisting of 121 men (39.8%) and 183 women (60.2%) with an age range of (18-40 years). The results showed that dark personality was positively correlated with militant extremist mindset (r = .230, p < .01). Furthermore, it was found that the motives of thrill (β = .063, SE = .028, CL[.014, .124]) and revenge (β = .088, SE = .030, CL[.034, .152]) have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between DT and MEM. That said, this research indicates that dark personality traits can predict an individual's susceptibility to adopting extremist mindset. Furthermore, this relationship is also mediated by a person's motive for revenge and seeking excitement. This research complements research results regarding the relationship between dark personality and militant extremist mindset with motives as mediators. These findings provide implications in the form of further clues regarding how someone can/is susceptible to adopting extremist mindset from the personality path."

"Kepribadian caring merupakan atribut penting bagi perawat karena kepribadian bersifat menetap, relatif stabil sepanjang waktu dan pada berbagai situasi. Kepribadian caring dapat memprediksi perilaku caring. Saat ini belum ada instrumen yang khusus mengukur caring sebagai trait kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen kepribadian caring. Penelitian dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu pengembangan instrumen dan uji validitas secara empirik. Tahap pengembangan instrumen terdiri dari validasi konstrak oleh 10 pakar, merancang instrumen, dan uji validitas isi rancangan instrumen oleh sembilan pakar. Pada tahap uji validitas secara empirik, uji validitas konstruk dan validitas prediktif melibatkan 488 mahasiswa profesi ners dan perawat yang dipilih dengan convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian tahap I mendapatkan 118 butir
pernyataan (CVI 0,75) mencakup lima trait kepribadian caring, yaitu altruisme, kecerdasan emosional, kestabilan emosional, integritas diri, dan optimisme. Hasil uji Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) menghasilkan dua set Inventori Kepribadian Untuk Ners (IKUN) berjumlah 53 dan 50 butir pernyataan yang fit unidimensional mengukur lima trait kepribadian caring. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan kepribadian caring secara bermakna memprediksi perilaku caring (p<0,001) dengan korelasi positif dan kekuatan sedang (r=0,588), serta berkontribusi sebesar 26% membentuk perilaku caring (r2=0,258). Instrumen ini direkomendasikan digunakan untuk melakukan seleksi calon perawat, penelitian dalam rangka pengembangan sumber daya keperawatan, dan untuk pengembangan serta penguatan kepribadian caring di institusi pendidikan dan pelayanan keperawatan.

Caring personality is an important attribute for nurses because personality is more relatively stable over time and various situations. The caring personality can predict caring behavior. Currently, the available tools are not specifically measures caring as a human trait. This study aimed to develop a caring personality instrument. The research was divided into two stages: the development of the instrument and the empirical validity
test. Development of the caring personality inventory included validating the construct by ten experts, developing the instrument, and testing the content validity by nine experts.
In the empirical validity test stage, the construct and predictive validity tests recruited 488 Indonesian nursing students and nurses selected by convenience sampling technique. The first stage results obtained 118 items (CVI 0.75) covering five traits in a caring personality: altruism, emotional intelligence, emotional stability, personal integrity, and optimisme. Confirmatory Factor Analysis test resulted in two sets of instruments, 53-
items & 50-items Inventori Kepribadian Untuk Ners (IKUN), that fits the data as a unidimensional model. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that
caring personality significantly predicted caring behavior (p <0.001) with positive correlation and moderate strength (r = 0.588) and contributed 26% to forming caring behavior (r2 = 0.258). This instrument is recommended to select prospective nurses, research developing nursing resources, and develop and strengthen caring personalities in nursing education and services institutions.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan kepuasan berpacaran dengan kebahagiaan subyektif dimoderatori oleh keinginan untuk menikah pada individu dewasa muda yang berpacaran berbeda agama. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur yaitu Relationship Assessment Scale RAS , Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE , dan Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS . Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan moderasi model satu yang dikemukakan oleh Hayes. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara keinginan untuk menikah dalam hubungan kepuasan berpacaran dan kebahagiaan subyektif pada individu dewasa muda yang menjalani hubungan berpacaran berbeda agama c = 0,047; t = 2,674; sig. = 0,008 .

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the correlation between relationship satisfaction and subjective well being moderated by willingness to marry among young adults in deferent religion relationship. Partisipants in this study is 145 persons. Measurement in this study using Relationship Assessment Scale RAS , Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE , and Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS . Data analysis using moderated model one which proposed by Hayes. The result of this study indicates that there is an interaction between the willingness to marry in the relationship of relationship satisfaction and subjective well being in young adults in deferent religion relationship c 0,047 t 2,674 sig. 0,008 .

"Tesis ini meneliti mengenai peran traits kepribadian terhadap gaya pengambilan keputusan pada mahasiswa. Teori traits yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Five-Factor Model of Personality (McCrae & Costa (1990), dengan lima buah faktor yaitu neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness. Gaya pengambilan keputusan adalah kecenderungan yang dimiliki seseorang dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam berbagai situasi (Scott & Bruce, 1995), dan terdiri dari gaya rasional, dependen, intuitif, avoidant dan spontaneous. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain noneksperimental dan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara traits kepribadian dan gaya pengambilan keputusan. Traits kepribadian juga memberikan kontribusi sebesar 10% hingga 23.3% terhadap munculnya gaya pengambilan keputusan.

The focus of this thesis is to study the role of personality traits in decision makingstyles in undergraduate students. The trait theory used in this study is the Five-Factor Model of Personality (McCrae & Costa, 1990), which consists of neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness. Decision making-style is defined as an individual's tendency to behave when faced with decision making process (Scott & Bruce, 1995), and consists of rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant and spontaneous styles. This study is a quantitative research with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. This study shows that there are significant correlations between personality traits and decision making-styles. Furthermore, personality traits also contribute, between 10% to 23.3%, to the emergence of decision making-styles.
