"Environmental degradation is a global concern for businesses, requiring consistent effort to maintain sustainable environmental practices. Environmental sustainability is a crucial issue of concern to everyone, an increasing proportion of people are paying attention to various environmental issues in all parts of their lives, including in the context of Islamic banking. This research aims to develop and test a contextual framework for studying customer intentions in adopting sustainability Islamic banking activities and services. The study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model, adding new constructs to the main variables, such as trust, environmental consciousness, and perceived environmental outcomes. The survey collected data from 198 customers of Islamic banks in Indonesia, with the PLS-SEM modeling technique used to test the research model. The results show that perceived behavioral control is a significant influence on behavioral intentions, while attitude and subjective norms have no significant effect on behavioural intentions. Environmental consciousness significantly affects perceived environmental outcomes, which, in turn, significantly affect trust as well as behavioural intentions. Other statistical results find that environmental consciousness can affect behavioral intentions when mediated by perceived environmental outcomes. Overall, this study has theoretical and managerial implications and offers directions for future research on environmentally sustainable Islamic banking."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang perilaku konsumen Muslim dalam mengambil keputusan saat memilih transaksi perbankan di bank syariah. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran pesan komunikasi yang disampaikan otoritas kepada masyarakat terkait perbankan syariah. Penelitian berfokus pada hal yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, penggerak kesuksesan dalam hubungan marketers dan customers, tingkatan dalam proses keputusan pembelian, serta kategorisasi sosok konsumen muslim di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perilaku konsumen masih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya dan faktor pribadi, namun faktor sosial sudah tidak menjadi pengaruh utama. Dalam memilih bank untuk bertransaksi, konsumen Muslim telah terbagi dalam beberapa kategori: aphatist, rationalist, conformist, atau universalist. Dalam pengembangan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia, konsumen Muslim menyatakan bahwa otoritas masih memegang peran penting dalam penyampaian pesan komunikasi kepada masyarakat, dan harus dapat memilih dan menggunakan channel media yang tepat untuk menyampaikannya.

This research aims to find out the behavior of Moslem consumers when making decisions in choosing Islamic banking transactions. In addition, this research is also conducted to determine the role of communication messages submitted from authority to public related to Islamic banking. This research focuses on what
affects consumer behavior, driving success in marketers and customers relationships, levels in the purchasing decision process, and the categorization of Moslem consumers in Indonesia. The results of research found that consumer behavior is influenced by cultural and personal factors, but social factors have not become the main influence. In choosing banking transaction, Muslim consumers have fallen into several categories, which are: aphatist, rationalist, conformist, or universalist. In the development of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, Muslim consumers claim that authority still plays an important role in communicating the communication messages to the public, and must be able to choose and use appropriate media channels to deliver it.

"The rapid changes in the world today, especially with digitization and the technological revolution, are transforming the way humans live. The internet revolution has brought significant changes, with over 63% of the world's population, reaching 5 billion out of the current 7.8 billion, regularly using the internet. In Indonesia, 213 million people, or more than 75%, have embraced internet usage. These changes profoundly impact various aspects of our lives, from ordering food, entertainment services to accessing educational services. Although e-commerce opportunities continue to grow, shifts in customer behavior pose challenges for companies in creating products and services that meet customer expectations. E-commerce competition is intense, with only 1% of companies having a competitive advantage (Chevalier, 2021). Eighty-four percent of e-commerce companies reveal that competition in this industry is fierce and dominated by price competition. While e-commerce continues to grow, its growth rate is slowing down. Business analytics becomes the key to effectively leveraging data. In an era of disruption filled with uncertainty, top executives' intuition, experience, and education need to be supported by relevant data. Most companies understand the crucial role of data and analytics but have not yet incorporated them into their routine operations. This research comprehensively discusses strategies to maximize the use of data and analytics, known as business analytics adoption. Furthermore, the technology-organization-environment (TOE) factors, as antecedents to business analytics adoption, are not fully utilized to support adoption, leading to companies struggling to grow and compete. This research aims to elaborate on these critical factors using fundamental questions: "Are knowledge retention, dynamic capabilities, and TOE (technology, organization, and environment) important in adopting business analytics to enhance competitive advantage?" To fill the literature gap, this study proposes the TOE framework, knowledge retention, and dynamic capabilities as crucial factors in the adoption of business analytics to enhance competitive advantage for e-commerce companies. In the e-commerce era, the use of data and analytics is not just a necessity but a requirement for companies to adapt and remain relevant in the ever-changing market.

Perubahan pesat dunia saat ini, terutama dengan digitalisasi dan revolusi teknologi yang mengubah cara hidup manusia. Revolusi internet membawa perubahan signifikan, lebih dari 63% populasi dunia, yaitu mencapai 5 miliar dari 7,8 miliar populasi dunia saat ini telah menggunakan internet secara rutin. Di Indonesia sebanyak 213 juta orang, yaitu lebih dari 75% telah menggunakan internet. Perubahan ini sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan kita, mulai dari cara memesan makanan, layanan hiburan hingga mengakses layanan pendidikan. Meskipun peluang e-commerce terus bertumbuh, perubahan perilaku pelanggan menimbulkan tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam menciptakan produk dan layanan yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Persaingan e-commerce sangatlah ketat, hanya 1% perusahaan yang memiliki competitive advantage (Chevalier, 2021). Sebanyak 84% perusahaan e-commerce mengungkapkan persaingan di industri ini sangatlah ketat dan didominasi oleh persaingan harga. E-commerce masih terus bertumbuh, namun tingkat pertumbuhannya mulai melambat. Business analytics menjadi kunci untuk memanfaatkan data secara efektif. Di era disrupsi yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian, intuisi, pengalaman, dan pendidikan para eksekutif puncak perlu didukung oleh data yang relevan. Sebagian besar perusahaan memahami peran penting data dan analytics, namun belum menggunakannya secara rutin. Penelitian ini membahas secara menyeluruh strategi untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan data dan analitik, yang dikenal sebagai adopsi business analytics. Selain itu, faktor teknologi-organisasi-lingkungan (kerangka TOE) sebagai antecedent dari adopsi analisis bisnis tidak dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya untuk mendukung adopsi dan sebagai konsekuensinya perusahaan kesulitan untuk tumbuh dan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan faktor-faktor penting ini dengan menggunakan pertanyaan mendasar: “Apakah faktor retensi pengetahuan, kemampuan dinamis, dan TOE (teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan) penting dalam mengadopsi analisis bisnis untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif? Untuk mengisi kesenjangan literature, penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka TOE, retensi pengetahuan, dan kemampuan dinamis sebagai faktor penting dalam adopsi analisis bisnis untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan perdagangan elektronik. Dalam era perdagangan elektronik, penggunaan data dan analitik bukan hanya menjadi kebutuhan, tetapi suatu keharusan agar perusahaan dapat beradaptasi dan tetap relevan di pasar yang terus berubah."

"Bank Digital XYZ sebagai salah satu inisiator bank digital di Indonesia mengembangkan aplikasi ABC untuk nasabah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Aplikasi ABC dikembangkan oleh beberapa tim dengan mengadopsi metode Scrum. Hipotesis awal menunjukkan beberapa praktik Scrum tidak terlaksana secara baik sehingga Sprint Goal sering tidak tercapai dan berdampak langsung pada keterlambatan rilis yang sering terjadi. Persentase ketercapaian Sprint Goal tidak lebih dari 47% dan keberhasilan rilis tepat waktu hanya 31,82%. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rancangan Scaled Agile untuk meningkatkan efisiensi rilis aplikasi ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Scrum dan menghasilkan sebuah rancangan Scaled Agile. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang berlandaskan Scrum Maturity Model untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan implementasi Scrum. Data kuesioner dihitung menggunakan Key Process Area (KPA) Rating dari Agile Maturity Model. Rekomendasi praktik disusun berdasarkan Scrum Guide 2020 dan beberapa praktik Scaled Agile. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat domain Scaled Agile, yaitu produk, arsitektur, koordinasi, dan peran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tim Scrum ABC memiliki tingkat kematangan 2 dengan 44 praktik perlu diperbaiki yang menghasilkan 17 masalah umum yang perlu rekomendasi. Rekomendasi dan situasi tim Scrum ABC diidentifikasi berdasarkan domain untuk menemukan komponen rancangan Scaled Agile. Komponen disusun untuk menghasilkan rancangan Scaled Agile yang secara umum menggambarkan proses koordinasi antar peran yang meliputi produk hasil koordinasi dalam skala kecil dan besar. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan Scaled Agile yang telah tervalidasi oleh beberapa anggota tim Scrum ABC dan telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tim. Proses validasi terkait dengan redundansi koordinasi, penambahan peran, dan proses koordinasi kumulatif. Implementasi secara bertahap dan konsisten diharapkan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi rilis produk ABC.

XYZ Digital Bank as one of the initiators of digital banks in Indonesia has developed an ABC application for micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) customers. The ABC application was developed by several teams by adopting the Scrum method. The initial hypothesis shows that some Scrum practices are not implemented properly so that the Sprint Goal is often not achieved and has a direct impact on release delays that often occur. The percentage of achieving the Sprint Goal is not more than 47% and the success of the release on time is only 31.82%. This study aims to provide a Scaled Agile design to improve the efficiency of ABC application releases. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate Scrum implementation and produce a Scaled Agile design. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires based on the Scrum Maturity Model to measure the maturity level of Scrum implementation. Questionnaire data is calculated using the Key Process Area (KPA) Rating from the Agile Maturity Model. Practice recommendations are based on the 2020 Scrum Guide and several Scaled Agile practices. This study uses four domains of Scaled Agile, namely product, architecture, coordination, and roles. The results showed that the ABC Scrum team had a maturity level of 2 with 44 practices that needed improvement which resulted in 17 general problems that needed recommendations. The ABC Scrum team's recommendations and situations were identified by domain to find the components of the Scaled Agile design. Components are structured to produce a Scaled Agile design which generally describes the process of coordination between roles which includes the results of coordination on a small and large scale. The result of this research is a Scaled Agile design that has been validated by several members of the ABC Scrum team and has been adapted to the team needs. The validation process is related to coordination redundancy, adding roles, and cumulative coordination processes. Gradual and consistent implementation is expected to improve the efficiency of ABC product releases."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk memahami pengaruh normative belief
(peer influence) terhadap behavioral belief (usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment),
normative belief lain (self-congruence), attitude, serta intention untuk memiliki
smartphone mewah pada remaja. Model konseptual merujuk kepada teori
Technology Acceptance Model. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain
penelitian deskriptif single cross-sectional untuk menguji hubungan antar
variabel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey self-administered
questionnaire dengan memanfaatkan siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas sebagai
responden. Obyek yang diteliti adalah iPhone. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan
Structural Equation Modeling.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa suatu belief ternyata mampu
mempengaruhi belief lainnya, selain pengaruhnya terhadap attitude dan intention
to own. Peer influence terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi usefulness, ease of use,
enjoyment, self-congruence, dan attitude, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap intention to own. Perceived enjoyment muncul sebagai determinan
terkuat dalam pembentukan attitude dan intention to own pada remaja
menandakan menonjolnya nilai hedonis iPhone. Attitude terbukti masih
memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan intention. Usefulness tidak
berpengaruh terhadap attitude dan intention, demikian pula ease of use tidak
berpengaruh terhadap attitude yang menunjukkan remaja belum mampu
melakukan penalaran kognisi yang kuat, masih dalam proses perkembangan
emosional dan masih belum dapat berpikir secara rasional.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to understand the normative belief (peer
influence's effect towards teenager's behavioral beliefs (usefulness, ease of use,
enjoyment), other normative belief (self-congruence), attitude, and intention to
own luxury smartphone. Conceptual model refers to Technology Acceptance
Model. The research is conducted using single cross-sectional descriptive research
design to test relationships between variables. The data is collected using survey
method (self-administerred questionnaire) with senior high school?s students as
respondents. Research object is iPhone. Hypotheses are tested using Structural
Equation Modeling.
The result shows that a belief can influence other beliefs, attitude, and
intention to own. Peer influence significantly influences usefulness, ease of use,
enjoyment, self-congruence, and attitude, but does not affect intention to own.
Perceived enjoyment emerges as the strongest attitude?s determinant and also
intention to own?s determinant which reflects the salience of iPhone?s hedonic
value. Attitude still plays important role in forming intention. Usefulness does not

these reflects teenager?s inability to perform complex cognitive appraisal, process

"Klien gangguan jiwa cenderung tidak produktif dan berpenghasilan mempengaruhi stigma sehingga menyebabkan Harga Diri Rendah (HDR) dan isolasi sosial. Klien memerlukan pemulihan jangka panjang, yang dipersulit insight buruk.
Tujuan: menjelaskan penerapan Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Social Skills Training (CBSST) menggunakan pendekatan Model Adaptasi Roy (MAR) dan Model Tidal. MAR sebagai kerangka utama dan Teori Model Tidal pada proses kontrol koping. Analisis dilakukan pada 32 klien ACT+CBSST, dan 22 klien CBSST.
Hasil: ACT+CBSST memperbaiki insight dan meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, perilaku adaptif meningkatkan penurunan tanda gejala HDR kronis dan isolasi sosial.
Saran: kombinasi ACT+CBSST pilihan pada awal program pemulihan.

Clients of mental disorders tend to be non- productive and non-income that affect stigma the impact Low Self-Esteem (LSE) and social isolation. The client required a long-term recovery, which compounded a poor insight.
Objective: explained the application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Social Skills Training (CBSST) by using the approaches of Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) and the Tidal Model. RAM as the main framework and the Tidal Model Theory as coping control process. Analysis was performed on 32 ACT + CBSST clients, and 22 CBSST client.
Results: ACT improved insight and increased social skills, improved adaptive behavior and decreased in signs and symptoms of chronic LSE and social isolation.
Recomendation: the combination of ACT + CBSST choice at the beginning of the recovery program.
