"Pentingnya aspek keselamatan dalam sistem transportasi publik menuntut penerapan manajemen risiko yang sistematis dan komprehensif terkait kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) pada risiko kecelakaan LRT Jabodebek dengan pendekatan post-positivism melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan lima dimensi dalam prinsip Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dari COSO, yaitu: Governance and Culture, Strategy and Objective-Setting, Performance, Review and Revision, serta Information, Communication & Reporting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LRT Jabodebek telah mengimplementasikan kelima dimensi tersebut, tetapi masih terdapat tantangan implementasi pada beberapa indikator. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi ERM pada risiko kecelakaan LRT Jabodebek telah memenuhi kelima prinsip dimensi, tetapi masih memerlukan penguatan pada beberapa aspek agar mampu menjamin keselamatan publik secara menyeluruh serta keberlanjutan operasional di masa depan.

The importance of safety aspects in public transportation systems demands the implementation of systematic and comprehensive risk management related to accidents. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) on Jabodebek LRT accident risk with a post-positivism approach through descriptive qualitative methods. The analysis was carried out based on five dimensions in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles of COSO, namely: Governance and Culture, Strategy and Objective-Setting, Performance, Review and Revision, and Information, Communication & Reporting. The results showed that LRT Jabodebek has implemented the five dimensions, but there are still implementation challenges in several indicators. This study concludes that the implementation of ERM on Jabodebek LRT accident risk has fulfilled the five dimensional principles, but still requires strengthening in several aspects in order to ensure overall public safety and operational sustainability in the future."

"Proyek Light Rail Transit LRT merupakan solusi yang diusung oleh pemerintah dalam mengatasi permasalahan transportasi yang sangat kompleks, seperti kemacetan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor risiko dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan tools kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan qualitative risk analysis berbasis PMBOK Guide 5th Edition. Ditemukan tujuh risiko dominan yang selanjutnya ditentukan tindakan preventif dan tindakan korektif untuk mengelola risiko yang ada. Setelah dievaluasi, tindakan preventif yang paling tepat adalah dengan mitigasi risiko, sedangkan tindakan korektif yang paling tepat adalah dengan melakukan pembaharuan jadwal pelaksanaan.

The Light Rail Transit LRT Project is a solution proposed by the government to overcome the complex transportation problems, such as congestion. The purpose of this study is to identify the dominant risk factors affecting project time performance during the construction. This research was conducted using questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative risk analysis based on PMBOK Guide 5th Edition. There are seven predominant risks, which are then determined for the preventive and corrective action to manage. Once evaluated, the most appropriate preventive action is risk mitigation, meanwhile the most appropriate corrective action is to update the project construction schedule."

"Sektor konstruksi merupakan sektor dengan risiko cedera dan penyakit akibat kerja yang tertinggi di dunia. Pernyataan ini didukung oleh data ILO yang mengestimasikan bahwa setidaknya 60.000 kecelakaan fatal terjadi setiap tahunnya di lokasi konstruksi di seluruh dunia. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, diketahui bahwa kecelakaan yang terjadi berhubungan dengan proses penilaian risiko yang tidak memadai sehingga bahaya dan risiko jarang dimitigasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap implementasi penilaian risiko pada proyek Lintas Rel Terpadu (LRT) Jabodebek milik PT. XYZ. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis banding antara konsep penilaian risiko yang ideal dengan proses penilaian risiko yang telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan antara penilaian risiko dalam literatur dengan penilaian risiko yang diterapkan oleh PT. XYZ. Pada tahap identifikasi bahaya dan risiko, hasil identifikasi dapat terdiri dari tiga hal yang berbeda namun perusahaan hanya mengidentifikasi bahaya secara garis besar saja. Lalu, pada tahap analisis risiko, literatur menyebutkan bahwa dapat menggunakan teknik FTA dan ETA namun perusahaan menggunakan observasi lapangan dan diskusi tim HSE. Meski begitu, secara keseluruhan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang besar dan signifikan antara konsep penilaian risiko yang ada pada literatur dengan pelaksanaan penilaian risiko perusahaan.

The construction sector is the sector with the highest risk of occupational injury and disease in the world. This statement is supported by ILO data which estimates that at least 60,000 fatal accidents occur annually at construction sites worldwide. Based on previous research, it is known that accidents that occur are related to an inadequate risk assessment process so that hazards and risks are rarely mitigated. This research is a descriptive study with a case study approach or a study of the implementation of risk assessment in the Jabodebek Integrated Railroad (LRT) project owned by PT. XYZ. This research aims to conduct a comparative analysis between the ideal risk assessment concept and the risk assessment process that the company has implemented. The results of this study indicate that there are some differences between the risk assessment in the literature and the risk assessment applied by PT. XYZ. The identification results can consist of three different things at the hazard and risk identification stage, but the company only identifies hazards in outline. Then, at the risk analysis stage, the literature states that FTA and ETA techniques can be used, but the company uses field observations and HSE team discussions. Overall, there is no big and significant difference between the concept of risk assessment in the literature and the implementation of company risk assessment."

"Pembangunan transportasi umum massal di ibu kota mondorong berbagai macam kebutuhan. LRT sebagai salah satu tranportasi yang berada dalam tahap pembangunan tentu memiliki berbagai bentuk kebutuhan perancangan. Salah satu kebutuhan yang ada adalah kebutuhan akan peningkatan pelayanan pada LRT. Perancangan suara merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dicoba untuk dapat menyelesaikan permaslahan yang ada.
Perancangan suara dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Product Sound Design dengan tujuan menyelesaikan permasalahan tunantera disaat menaiki LRT. Dalam proses pembuatannya suara di evaluasi melalui bebrapa metode seperti evaluasi psiko akustik serta dilakukan Focus group Discussion (FGD) Bersama dengan tunanetra. Disaat suara telah terbuat dilakukan pula perancangan sistem sebagai implememtasi suara pada LRT.

Development of mass public transportation in the capital city encourages a variety of needs. LRT as one of the transportation which is in the development stage certainly has various forms of design needs. One of the needs is the need for service improvement in the LRT. Sound design is one of the things that can be tried to be able to solve the problems that exist.
Sound design is done using the method with the aim of solving the problem of blind people on the LRT. In the process of making sound, it was evaluated through several methods such as psycho-acoustic evaluation and conducted Focus group Discussion (FGD) with blind people. When the sound has been made a system is designed as an implementation of sound in the LRT.

"ABSTRAK
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) mengintegrasikan organisasi, strategi dan laporan yang berkesinambungan. Penerapan ERM bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah dan membutuhkan waktu singkat, oleh karena itu diharapkan penerapan ERM dapat membawa pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini berisi analisis penerapan ERM dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan terkait risiko kecelakaan kerja dan risiko pasar. Studi dilakukan di Grup Astra yang diwakilkan oleh 4 perusahaan yaitu parent company dan perusahaan dari lini bisnis otomotif; alat berat, pertambangan, kontruksi dan energi serta agribisnis. Data primer digunakan dengan analisis langsung atau wawancara serta survei kepada fungsi audit internal dan manajemen risiko agar dapat memperoleh gambaran mengenai keseluruhan implementasi ERM dan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan sebagai sumber informasi data perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata penerapan ERM di Astra Grup adalah 4.01. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa maturitas ERM di Astra Grup sudah baik dan didukung dengan bukti inisiatif perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikan ERM dalam mencapai kinerja perusahaan yang ditargetkan di berbagai lini bisnisnya. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ERM bukan satu-satunya faktor yang mendukung kinerja perusahaan, namun terdapat faktor lainnya seperti 1) regulasi pemerintah; 2) teknologi; 3) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM); 4) inovasi proses dan produk; 5) customer demand.

ABSTRACT
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) integrates organization, strategy and continuous reporting. Implementation of ERM is not an easy and takes a short time, therefore it is expected that the implementation of ERM can bring a positive impact to the firm performance. This study contains an analysis of ERM implementation in supporting the firm performance related to the risk of workplace accidents and market risk. The study was conducted in the Astra Group, represented by 4 companies, parent company and company from the automotive business line; heavy equipment, mining, construction and energy and agribusiness. The study was conducted by relying on primary data by direct analysis or interviews and surveys to the internal audit function and risk management in order to obtain an overview of the overall ERM implementation. Secondary data is the company's financial statements and annual reports are used as a source of corporate data information. The analysis results show that the average value of ERM implementation in Astra Group is 4.01. This figure indicates that the maturity of ERM in Astra Group has been good and supported by evidence of corporate initiatives to implement ERM in achieving targeted company performance in various business lines. The study also found that ERM is not the only factor supporting the company's performance, but there are other factors such as 1) government regulation; 2) technology; 3) Human Resources (HR); 4) process and product innovation; 5) customer demand."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap kinerja perusahaan sektor jasa konstruksi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2019. Total sampel yang digunakan mencakup 17 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi 111 firm-year. Aspek-aspek ERM yang digunakan terdiri atas ERM adoption, risk committee, risk department, dan BoC/BoD expertise, sedangkan kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), dan Tobin’s Q. Informasi terkait aspek-aspek ERM diperoleh dari analisis konten laporan tahunan secara manual dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode data panel fixed-effect dan random-effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan risk committee memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Selain itu, penerapan keempat aspek secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, ROE, dan Tobin’s Q.

This paper investigates the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) on firm’s performance among construction companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2019. The sample includes 17 companies with a total of 111 firm-year observations. The ERM aspects used on this paper are ERM adoption, risk committee, risk department, and BoC/BoD expertise, while company performance is measured by return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and Tobin's Q. The data related to ERM aspects are obtained through manual content analysis of annual report and the estimation techniques used on this paper are panel data fixed-effect and random-effect. The result shows a negative and significant effect of risk committee on ROA. In addition, the joint effect of the four aspects shows a negative and significant effect on ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q."

"Kecelakaan konstruksi terjadi karena pekerjaan konstruksi mengandung risiko dan bahaya yang tinggi. Terutama dalam pekerjaan ereksi baja di proyek-proyek pembangunan Stasiun Light Rail Transit (LRT), di mana para pekerja dihadapkan pada kondisi seperti bekerja pada ketinggian, melibatkan alat berat dan peralatan tajam, kondisi cuaca panas, dan durasi kerja yang panjang. Untuk menghindari kecelakaan pada pembangunan stasiun LRT, penilaian risiko diperlukan pada proses kerja ereksi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat risiko keselamatan kerja dalam proses kerja ereksi baja di proyek pembangunan stasiun LRT oleh PT X dengan mengacu pada metode analisis risiko semi-kuantitatif AS/NZS ISO 31000: 2009 tentang Manajemen Risiko. Desain penelitian dilakukan dengan studi observasional dan pendekatan analisis deskriptif.
Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dilihat bahwa risiko tertinggi pekerjaan ereksi baja adalah jatuh, bertabrakan dengan bahan baja, komponen terjepit peralatan ereksi, dan kelelahan karena durasi kerja yang panjang. Kontrol yang disarankan termasuk menyediakan manlift untuk pekerja, menambah persediaan APD, menyediakan sistem hadiah & hukuman untuk pekerja, dan mengoptimalkan pengawasan oleh penyelia, manajer HSE, konsultan pengawas, dan kementerian perhubungan.

Construction accidents occur because construction works carry high risks and hazards. Especially in steel erection work in Light Rail Transit Station (LRT) construction projects, where workers are faced with conditions such as; work at height, involving heavy equipment and sharp equipment, hot weather conditions, and long work duration. To avoid accidents at the LRT station construction, risk assessment is needed in the erection process.
This study aims to determine the level of work safety risks in the steel erection work process in the LRT station construction project by PT X with reference to the AS / NZS ISO 31000: 2009 semi-quantitative risk analysis method on Risk Management. The research design was carried out with observational studies and descriptive analysis approaches.
From the results of the study, it can be seen that the highest risk of steel erection work is falling, colliding with steel materials, components being squeezed by erection equipment, and fatigue due to long work duration. Suggested controls include providing manlift for workers, increasing PPE inventory, providing a reward & punishment system for workers, and optimizing supervision by supervisors, HSE managers, supervisory consultants, and the ministry of transportation.

This research aims to analyze Risk Management in University of X which performed in combination with ISO 31000: 2018 and best practices (University of Pennsylvania, University of Risk Management and Insurance Association & University of Washington). The analysis was performed by identifying University X risks, based on an integrated approach to the University Xs strategic balance scorecard framework.
The results of a more specific risk assessment will produce a risk profile for Executive University X. This research is descriptive analysis with the methods of literary study and field study; interviews and direct observation only at SMR University X. The results of the research are risk profile of executive University X that can recommend the executive in risk management and observe and control the management of Units/Directorates in order to achieve organizational goals.
