Abstrak :
Aspek safety dewasa ini menjadi issue penting, karena dampak langsung yang dapat terjadi terhadap personal, properti dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu seluruh produk konsumen, produk industri dan komersial harus dibuat dengan jaminan keamanan dalam pemakaiannya. Pada tahap perancangan dan pengembangan produk harus dibuat dalam arah bagaimana menghasilkan produk yang aman serta dengan babas biaya pertanggungan produk yang harus dikeluarkan dengan menjamin seminimal mungkin terjadinya bahaya saat beroperasi dan selama perawatan dilakukan. Dengan mengambil mesin bubut presisi universal (MBPU) sebagai kasus, analisis bahaya pendahuluan telah dilakukan terhadap produk yang terpakai. Mengacu pada standard dan pertimbangan keselamatan, atau provisi dan regulasi pemakaian peralatan kerja, disusun daftar pertanyaan yang diajukan untuk diisi oleh beberapa kelompok pelanggan. Selain opsi tentang aspek safety, aspek yang lain, seperti; keandalan, efisiensi, kualitas, pelanggan dengan babas dapat menyampaikan keinginan yang diharapkan. Rekapitulasi daftar pertanyaan kemudian diisikan pada diagram QFD, dalam 4 fase. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah substitusi kendali mutu. Kemudian dengan melalui matrik penilaian konsep, dan penjabaran desain subsistem MBPU, beberapa komponen telah ditetapkan karakteristik dan parameter prosesnya, serta dibuat instruksi operasi untuk pengendalian proses dari pembuatan komponen. Oleh karena aspek safety serta aspek panting lainnya pada proses pengembangan MBPU dengan pendekatan QFD, diberikan oleh kelompok pelanggan dengan derajat kepentingan yang berbeda, maka perancangan bentuk arsitektur produk MBPU dirancang dalam bentuk modular, sehingga seluruh keinginan dan kebutuhan kelompok pelanggan dengan mudah dapat dipenuhi oleh fabrikan mesin perkakas. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini berupa item masukan terhadap perancangan produk MBPU, subsistem, komponen, dan pengendalian proses. Daftar ?selling point" dari produk baru MBPU yang dimaksud, telah disusun, untuk dapat digunakan dalam pemasaran produk, distribusi, serta dalam menentukan strategi promosi.

References to the standard and safety consideration, or provision and use of work equipment regulation, already make the list of questionnaire and then given many customer group for filled Beside of safety aspect option, another option; i.e. reliability, efficiency, quality, can be write and choose requirement and need freely by customer. Recapitulation of questionnaire list, then fill to the QFD diagram, and will done with four phase. The result is target of substitution quality control. Predetermine through matrix scoring concept, and design deployment of UPL subsystem, the characteristic and processes parameter a number of part is determined, and their make the list of operating instruction quality control plan chart. Caused by safety aspect and the others importance aspect of UPL development processes by the QFD approach - with different degree of importance of customer group ---- therefore design of architecture UPL products, designed in modular shape, so that the requirement and needs can satisfy by machine tools builders. The contributions of this research is input items for UPL product design, subsystem, part, and processes plan and control chart. Desain Pelatihan Pembentukan Karakter untuk Organisasi Kepemudaan Tingkat Nasional

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi pembentuk customer value dan pengaruhnya terhadap intensi perilaku baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan. Dimensi pembentuk customer value yang diteliti adalah : fungsional, sosial, emosional, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 279 mahasiswa sebagai nasabah bank syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi emosional diikuti dimensi spiritual merupakan dimensi yang paling besar kontribusinya membentuk customer value. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer value memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh secara tidak langsungnya melalui mediasi kepuasan terhadap intensi perilaku. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kontribusi dimensi pembentuk customer value pada kelompok nasabah yang berbeda. ......This study aims to analyze the dimensions of customer value and its effect on behavior intention, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. Forming customer value dimensions examined are: functional, social, emotional, and spiritual. The study was conducted on 279 students as customers of Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that the emotional dimension and followed by spiritual dimension are the dimension with the greatest contributions to establish customer value. In addition, the results showed that customer value has a direct effect greater than the indirect effect through the mediation of satisfaction to behavioral intentions. The study also shows that there are different dimensions contribute to forming customer value of different customer groups.

Perusahaan yang memiliki unit ? unit usaha di lokasi tertentu tentunya ingin agar unit - unit usaha tersebut tersambung satu sama lain dalam satu jaringan dan dapat berbagi informasi penting untuk menunjang kelangsungan bisnis perushaan tersebut. Namun aspek privasi dari tiap unit ? unit usaha tersebut tentunya tidak boleh dikesampingkan sehingga aktifiitas penggunaan jaringan oleh suau unit usaha tidak mengganggun unit usaha lain. Salah satu solusi yang bisa digunakan adalah penggunaan VPN. Dimana sumber daya jaringan dapat dipakai bersama namun aspek privasi antar unit usaha tidak dikesampingkan. Salah satu alternatif pengimplementasian VPN adalah dengan L3VPN. Sesuai dengan namanya, backbone untuk menunjang L3VPN ini adalah divais yang beroperasi pada layer-3 yaitu router. Sehingga untuk mempesiapkan jaringan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan L3VPN perlu disiapkan sebuah jaringan backbone yang tersusun dari router ? router yang walaupun tidak tersambung fisik tetapi harus tersambung secara logika. Ketersambungan secara logika ini dapat diakomodasi oleh routing protocol. Dengan studi kasus dimana PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus bermaksud untuk membuat jaringan antar unit usaha PLN di Kota Palembang. Maka akan dilakukan perancangan jaringan yang dapat mendukung pengimplementasian L3VPN dengan memakai routing protocol OSPF yang akan dikonfigurasi menggunakan IOS command pada router.

Enterprise that has several branch unit within area surely wants so that its branch units can connect to each other within one network and share important information in order to support its business operations. Under that constraint, privacy among each branch units may not be neglected so the activity of network using won?t bother other unit branch?s activity. One solutin can be used is to implement VPN, on which network resources can be shared among unit branch and privacy aspect is still considerated. One of the alternative for implementing VPN is to implement L3VPN. Backbone network used for supporting L3VPN is using layer-3 devices, which is router. So, in order to prepare a ntework to ready for L3VPN implementation it needs a backbone network which consist of routers, which are although not physically connected but logically connected. This logical connection between routers can be achieved using routing protocol. With a case study on which PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus want to build network among PLN unit branch at Palembang, a network planning will be carried, under constraint that the network to be designed has to be able to support L3VPN implementation using OSPF dan EIGRP routing protocol configures using IOS command.

Therefore, committee work or consultating negotiation, or even consensus become common goals, not by majority votes. In this case, group system will affect the whole of interpersonal relations than individual. The system will operate consultation or negotiation on such as conflicts situation avoiding open confrontation. Discussion bridging agreement as to the sense of the meeting, even though the negotiation somehow can be confusing. Avoiding open conflict is believed to be maintaining group solidarity at all by taking consultative situation than one-man decided. On this study, ie is chosen to overview on such as conflicts. Conflict is seen to be a phenomena of how self interest of the ie's members and how conflict developed in that social setting, like recruitment conflict, man and wife conflict or succession conflict. The result than, perform that conflict is believed can be actually Support the group empathy to develop solidarity of the group. On the other hand, conflict also placed on such as social situation depends on how they took it into their mind.
